This is because the results of agriculture do not get a good response from consumers, because the selling price in society is currently experiencing a decrease in the value of purchasing power in the community. The era of the Covid-19 pandemic is one of the main factors, because the effects of the current pandemic condition are very influential in almost all sectors of society. Agriculture is also one of the sectors experiencing a decline in the value of its income. Operational costs have increased in value which is high enough to make selling prices increase, but due to economic conditions in the current pandemic era, people have a fairly low level of consumption so that many agricultural products cannot be sold optimally.   Keywords: farmer groups, economic improvement, covid-19

Farmers determine the selling price according to middlemen based on dolog (logistics depot). Dolog prices according to farmers are still very low. However, farmers still get big profits, it depends on the amount of rice harvest obtained. For this reason, the author recommends that the association request to increase the selling price of rice to Dolog.

TSince long ago this agricultural country, Indonesia has never been separated from rice farming. However, the welfare of farmers has not been fully good. The harvest season that should bring joy and profit, not always absolute about the full benefits. Harvest season are often accompanied by problems such as drop of selling price due to abundant supply. The purpose of this study is to diclose that farmer groups can optimize the supply chain flow to overcome the drop of selling price. This research was conducted in descriptive research, by conducting direct observations on Tirta Jaya farmer groups in Demak, then mapping the existing supply chain flow, and finally finding optimization solutions in the flow. The results of this study indicate there is an unoptimal distribution channel for agricultural products, and the warehouse receipt system is the right alternative, and can be applied as one of the new distribution channels to overcome the drop of selling price during the harvest.

A notable difference of opinion exists among economic historians as to the effect of harvest fluctuations on general economic conditions. The question has arisen, specifically, in the interpretation of European experience in the eighteenth century. T. S. Ashton has suggested that good harvests, both by cheapening food and thus setting free purchasing power for others forms of expenditure, and by providing ampler supplies of agricultural products used as industrial raw materials, had a stimulating effect on the economy. J. D. Chambers and G. E. Mingay have taken the opposite view. According to them, bad harvests may have had the more beneficial effect, for the incomes of landowners and farmers were higher in lean years, and their prosperity or distress was of greater consequence than the dearth or cheapness of provisions.

Chicken feathers are the result of waste from slaughterhouses and billions ofkilograms of waste produced by various kinds of poultry processing. This hal is a veryserious problem for the environment because it causes the impact of pollution. Hasmany utilization of chicken feather waste such as making komocen, accessories, upholstery materials, making brackets to the manufacture of animal feed but from theresults of this activity cannot reduce the production of chicken feathers that hiscontinuously increase every year. This is due to the fact that the selling price of chickenmeat has been reached by consumers with middle to upper economic levels. This caneasily be a chicken menu in almost all restaurants and restaurants to the food stalls onthe side of the road. An alternative way of utilizing chicken feathers is to makecomposite materials in the form of panels. Recent studies have shown that the pvacmaterial can be utilized as a mixing and adhesive material with mashed or groundfeathered composites to form a panel that can later be used as an acoustic material. The test results show that the absorption of chicken feathers and pvac glue into panelscan absorb sound well with an absorption coefficient of 0.59, light. This result is veryeconomical so it is worth to be recommended as an acoustic material. Apart from theresults of research methods carried out is one of the environmentally friendly activitiesin particular the handling of waste problems

At present, there is a weakening of the reproductive function of wages. This is especially noticeable on the example of a number of regions, which are characterized by a low level of average monthly wages compared to the all-Russian value and low purchasing power of wages, which extremely negatively affects the level and quality of working life of workers. Regional imbalances in the implementation of the reproductive function can be eliminated by developing the investment climate, modernizing existing industries, creating new effective jobs with decent wages, which implies the development of the intellectual, qualification and professional level of workers. Human development in the region is therefore a priority.

The existence of women farmer groups in the use of land for agriculture, such as existing fruit and vegetables, deserves a response to the follow-up, considering that the activities of women farmer groups have great potential. However, the professions as farmers and agricultural laborers, the income of female farmers and agricultural laborers does not necessarily depend on the season. With the ability to manage further processed agricultural products, they can have reliable income and use a marketing system that is adjusted to the times. This research is a model trial with the title "Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia" with the aim of minimizing disparities in the village. By utilizing knowledge, skills and technology, it is hoped that poverty and disparity can be minimized or even eliminated. This research at a macro level provides benefits to stakeholders, namely human resources who supply raw materials, female farmers who are metamorphosed into entrepreneurs, so that domestic and foreign consumers will get superior regional products with high quality.

The state and contradictions of the development of the agricultural sector of the national economy are investigated. Challenges at the micro-, macro- and global levels for the agricultural sector in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic have been identified. It is noted that the main problems for the domestic agricultural sector in a pandemic were: reducing the purchasing power of the population, limiting the functioning of agri-food markets during quarantine, complicating the logistics of agricultural products. It is established that changes in the markets of countries that are major importers of agricultural products from Ukraine (China, India, the EU, Turkey, Egypt) in a pandemic will have the greatest impact on the development of Ukraine’s agricultural sector. It is concluded that among all sectors of the national economy, agriculture is the least affected by quarantine restrictions. It is shown that small and medium-sized farms suffer the greatest losses in a pandemic. The tasks facing agricultural enterprises and the state in the conditions of a pandemic are determined. The strategic directions of agricultural policy in Ukraine are indicated.

Autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) known, as a special purpose underwater research vehicle (SPURV) is really a pocket submarine that could be used in multipurpose such as meteorology, probing the pollution of stream, military spying, exploring an underwater tunnel or wrecked ships and other purposes. With the reason of the power of battery inside of AUV is limited, the aim of this paper is to represent an effect way of control the submerging and surfacing of an AUV in order to save energy for a longer time service or a deeper and further expedition under water. In fact, there are so many ways for saving energy of the battery of AUV and in this paper, the selection of keeping permanently the horizontal direction of the AUV in any operation as the situation of a real submarine is applied. The diving and surfacing of AUV are consigned to the motor of the pump that consumes a little of energy to keep the proportion of the weight and the Archimedes force by pumping water inside or outside of the AUV. The selection of volume of pumped water is considered as a dynamic ballast mass for maintaining the horizontal equilibrium of the AUV at the time of submerging and surfacing. In the other hand, the controlling of the gravity point of AUV for maintaining a fixed position of gravity of the AUV when submerging and surfacing are the main factors of the paper that is also investigated in this paper. Finally, the motor of the propeller or thruster that always spends a great energy has committed only for forward or backward motion of the AUV. In this measure, the motor of thruster does not confronted with a great consummation of energy when submerging and surfacing in an oblique direction as almost all popular measures of control of AUV.
