In Indonesia, the number of fracture surgeries by the end of 2017 had reached 27.9% of the total types of surgery. The prevalence of fractures is quite high, namely the incidence of fractures in the extremities which is around 46.2%. Non-pharmacological management is physiotherapy to reduce pain, maintain, increase muscle and joint strength with Range of Motion (ROM). This community service aims for patients and families to know and understand about active and passive ROM movements. Extension methods using demonstrations, lectures and leaflets. This community service is followed by families and patients who experience mobility barriers due to fractures who have returned home at the Muara Kumpeh Health Center area. The time of service was carried out in July 2020 with a total of 15 people. The results of this community service after the team carried out community service activities, patients and families who attended began to understand and understand how to move ROM in the lower extremities

Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 is the most common endocrine disease and the most common form of diabetes. Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus requires independent medical treatment and management education to prevent acute complications and reduce the risk of long-term complications. Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in patients while being hospitalized is the responsibility of the health team. The number of sufferers of diabetes mellitus (DM) from year to year tends to increase, in 1995 the number of DM sufferers in the world according to WHO as many as 135 million people and is expected to continue to increase to 299 million people in 2025. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about independent blood sugar monitoring in Ampah Village II The working area of Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. The target in this community service activity is people with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (diabetes) aged 52 to 72 years in the work area of the Ampah Health Center. The implementation of community service activities was carried out in November 2018. The place of implementation of this community service is in the village of Ampah II, the work area of the Ampah Health Center, East Barito Regency. ABSTRAKKekurangan gizi pada masa Balita akan dapat menyebabkan gangguan serius bagi perkembangan otak yang mengakibatkan tingkat kecerdasan anak terhambat. Di Puskesmas Rangkah masih ditemukan 37 Balita Gizi Buruk dan belum adanya kelompok masyarakat yang memperhatikan pada pencegahan stunting pada Balita.  Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan pembentukan kelompok cegah stunting, Pemberian materi dan pendampingan dalam melakukan pengukuran TB/PB terhadap umur. Hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat telah terbentuk Kader Cegah Stuting (CENTING) sebanyak 40 orang, Ada peningkatan nilai terendah, tertinggi, dan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta pelatihan serta sebagian besar (77,5%) memiliki nilai 79-100, Nilai rata-rata keterampilan peserta dalam Pengukuran TB/PB dibanding umur untuk deteksi stunting adalah 42,5 % (Baik). Pembentukan kelompok CENTING (Cegah Stunting) merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencegah stunting di wilayah Puskesmas rangkah. Dengn adanya pelatihan bagi masyarakat yang menjadi kelompok CENTING (Cegah stunting), maka diharapkan adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam menurunkan angka stunting di Surabaya, khususnya di wilayah Puskesmas Rangkah, Kecamatan Tambaksari, Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Cegah Stunting, Pemberdayaan masyarakat, Rangkah  ABSTRACTMalnutrition in toddlers can cause serious disturbances in brain development which results in stunted children's intelligence levels. At the Rangkah Health Center, 37 Malnourished Toddlers were still found and there were no community groups that paid attention to stunting prevention in Toddlers. The method in this community service activity is the formation of a stunting prevention group, providing materials and assistance in measuring TB/PB for age. the average knowledge of the trainees and most of them (77.5%) had a score of 79-100. The average value of participants' skills in measuring TB/PB compared to age for stunting detection was 42.5% (Good). The formation of the CENTING (Prevent Stunting) group is one of the efforts to prevent stunting in the framework of the health center. Gout are nitrogen compounds that result from the process of catabolism (breakdown) of purine from both diet and endogenous nucleic acid (deoxyribonuleic acid DNA). Most of the members of the Posyandu Lansia in the working area of the Mulyorejo Health Center are gout sufferers. These community service activities include: 1) monitored uric acid levels of members of the Posyandu Lansia 2) health education for elderly members and cadres about gout: definition, symptom signs, and gout diet with Bodesera media (Booklets and Models of Uric Acid-Free Healthy Foods) 3) training on how to use gout test kits for elderly cadres and 4) administering gout tests to elderly cadres. The results of the pre-test showed that elderly gout sufferers, and elderly cadres had diverse knowledge about the definition of gout, diet of gout, signs of gout and how to check gout. These results are still at less value, while the results of the post-test assessment indicate that the participants' knowledge has increased. This community service activity is needed to improve understanding of gout in the working area of the Mulyorejo Health Center Surabaya. Community service activities can be carried out regularly so that the health of elderly Posyandu members can be monitored and elderly cadres are able to independently check the acid levels of the elderly.Abstrak Asam urat, gout, pirai atau arthritis pirai adalah senyawa nitrogen yang dihasilkan dari proses katabolisme (pemecahan) purin baik dari diet maupun dari asam nukleat endogen (same deoksiribonuleat DNA). Sebagian besar anggota Posyandu Lansia wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mulyorejo adalah penderita asam urat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi: 1) memantau kadar asam urat para anggota Posyandu Lansia 2) pendidikan kesehatan kepada anggota dan kader Lansia tentang asam urat: definisi, tanda gejala, dan diet asam urat dengan media Bodesera (Booklet dan Model Makanan Sehat Bebas Asam Urat) 3) pelatihan cara menggunakan alat tes asam urat kepada kader lansia serta 4) pemberian alat tes asam urat kepada kader lansia. Hasil pretest menunjukkan para lansia penderita asam urat, dan mempunyai pengetahuan yang beragam mengenai definisi asam urat, diet asam urat, tanda asam urat dan cara pemeriksaan asam urat. Hasil tersebut masih berada pada nilai kurang, hasil penilaian posttest menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan para peserta mengalami peningkatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang asam urat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mulyorejo Surabaya. Abstract: Community service activities which are given the title “Use of Social Media As Information Media UPT. Porsea Health Center” aims to provide information to all Porsea people about health openly. The method used in this activity is direct observation to the healt center by retrieving data along with documentation from Porsea health center all of which will later be poured out on social media. other than that, data and information collection also carried out by the lecturer team as the perpetrator of this service activity by direct interview to staff and employees which is in the Porsea health center. Abstrak — Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Petungsewu Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang sebagai Desa Mitra, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) dupa. Masalah yang dihadapi pengrajin dupa di desa Mitra adalah masih menghasilkan dupa mentah, kesulitan pemasaran sehingga pendapatan usaha masih rendah. Tujuan program adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat pengrajin dupa melalui diversifikasi produk yaitu menghasilkan produk dupa wangi kemasan, dan penerapan strategi pemasaran produk dengan pola kemitraan. Metode yang diterapkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi dupa wangi kemasan, penciptaan merek dagang, dan merintis kemitraan dengan pelaku usaha dupa yang sudah berhasil. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari pengembangan hasil produksi atau diversifikasi produk, sehingga tidak hanya memproduksi dupa setengah jadi, tetapi mampu menghasilkan produk jadi dikemas dan siap dijual. Pola kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara perdagangan umum dalam bentuk kerjasama pemasaran, produk dari pengrajin dupa dari desa mitra disetorkan kepada pelaku usaha mitra untuk dijual. Hasil kegiatan pengrajin dupa sudah mampu menghasilkan dupa wangi kemasan dengan merk Gunung Katu sebagai produk unggulan, produk dupa wangi Gunung Katu mulai dikenal pasar, dan memperoleh nilai tambah usaha berupa peningkatan pendapatan.Abstract — Community service activities are carried out in Petungsewu Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency as Mitra Village, with a focus on empowering incense micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The problem faced by incense craftsmen in Mitra village is that it still produces raw incense, marketing difficulties so that business income is still low. The aim of the program is to increase the income of the community of incense craftsmen through product diversification, namely producing fragrant incense packaging products, and implementing a product marketing strategy with a partnership pattern. The method applied is training and mentoring the production of fragrant incense packaging, creating trademarks, and initiating partnerships with successful incense businesses. Training and assistance are carried out as part of the development of production or product diversification, so that not only producing semi-finished incense, but able to produce finished products that are packaged and ready for sale. The partnership pattern is carried out by means of general trading in the form of marketing cooperation, products from incense craftsmen from partner villages are deposited to partner business actors for sale. Smoked fish processing business in Wab Village still used traditional methods (fumigation open) and are household enterprises (micro-scale enterprises) can be seen from the aspect of production and management aspects. Two aspects of this raise the priority issues faced by partners namely: how the fish correct fumigation techniques? What forms fumigation appropriate tool? How to manage capital and production business properly? How do I do the recording business activities in the notebook business correctly? And how to sell or market products correctly? Through methods of participatory rural appraisal, fisheries extension method, and the method pretest-posttest control group design, the implementation of community service activities carried out as a priority the settlement solution problem by doing: 1) Initial extension of community service activities; 2) Extension of heat curing, heat curing tool making appropriate, and the use of heat curing; 3) Counseling on capital management and production; 4) Extension of book production business records; and 5) Counseling about pricing, promotion, and strategy for dealing with the business of competition. So the outcome reached was contained fish products and marine worms (increasingly) the smoke as much as 25 / week; there are two tools used fumigation partners; there were five notebooks submitted to partners and capable of recording the three notebooks (book purchases, sales, and profit/loss); and 50 fish and marine worms (increasingly) smoke marketed in Wab Village.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Dismenore muncul dengan berbagai jenis rasa nyeri,sepeti sakit yang teramat sangat, berdenyut, mual, nyeri seperti terbakar, atau sakit yang sangat menusuk.Dismenore bisa mendahului menstruasi dengan beberapa hari atau mungkin menyertainya, dan biasanya berkurang hingga akhir menstruasi. Dismenore bisa hidup berdampingan dengan kehilangan darah berlebihan berat, yang dikenal sebagai menorrhagia. Dalam keadaan yang normal, nyeri haid hanya membuat wanita merasa sakit dan tidak nyaman. Tetapi dalam keadaan yang parah, nyeri haid ini bisa membuat wanita tidak dapat bekerja dan harus beristirahat, nyeri sering bersamaan dengan rasa mual, sakit kepala, perasaan mau pingsan dan lekas marah..Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah mengetahui dan memahami tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore sehingga tidak mengganggu aktivitas selama pembelajaran di sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dua kali yaitu pertemuan pertama dengan memberikan penyuluhan tentang upaya cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. pertemuan kedua dengan demonstrasi cara mengatasi nyeri haid/disminore pada remaja putri. Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengetahuan tentang nyeri haid/disminore serta mengetahui dan memahami cara penanganan nyeri haid/disminore. But in severe conditions, menstrual pain can make a woman unable to work and must rest, pain often coincides with nausea, headaches, feelings of fainting and irritability. The purpose of community service activities is to know and understand menstrual pain/ disminore as well as knowing and understanding how to manage menstrual pain / disminore so that it does not interfere with activities during learning at school. Activities carried out twice, namely the first meeting by providing counseling about efforts to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents. The second meeting with a demonstration of how to overcome menstrual pain/ disminore in princess adolescents.
