A leader must have a good competence to successfully bring the organization for its intended purpose. If a led organization is engaged in education field, of course a leader must also have a competence that qualified both skill, science, and experience in the field of education. However, related to that, it also found some problems about leadership, namely the leader is less exemplary discipline, less competent in the field, less provide guidance, less coordination and unable to make their own decisions. Based on the above things, this study aims to find out how the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) is, what factors affect the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS), and what effort are being made to improve the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) at Dinas Pendidikan Balangan district. The location of research is at the office of Dinas Pendidikan Balangan district. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative description type. Data collection technique used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The source of data is amounted to 14 people. After the data collected, then analyzed through 3 stages, namely data editing, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusion. The result of the research indicate that the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) has not been entirely good. This can be seen from the side of responsibility that is less independent as a leader and does not have the desire to excel. On the other hand, the leader in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) is considered to have capacity in the from of intelligence, speech and judgment ability. From the aspect of achievement is an appropriate bachelor degree and a quite estensive knowledge. From the aspect of responsibility is a quite good initiative, diligent, tenacious, and confident. From the aspect of participation, that is active, have high sociability, cooperative, and able to adjust. The factors that influence leadership are the expertise and employee loyalty to leader, education and training experience, and the leader’s intelligence. Then, the effort to improve the leadership is delegation of tasks to subordinates, the approach by the leadership to subordinates and training as well as discussion. The suggestions to improve the leadership in the field of basic education (DIKDAS) are the leaders need to be a motivator for subordinates, have the attitude of independence, one of them is able to make their own decisions that precarious, and have the desire to excel in order to spur achievement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri Pamekasan. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis type. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data collected was analyzed with the stages of data condensation activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the research that have been conducted show that: First, the process of implementing the SKUA program management in shaping the religious character of students at MA Ummul Quro Putri consists of five stages, planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating. Second, the impact obtained is to deepen students scientific treasures, slowly students begin to learn daily practices with discipline, each student begins ti be directed ti have a religious character and students begin to get used ti religius attitudes and traits. Third, the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of students how important the SKUA program is in daily life, student personal differences and different environmental factors have a negative impact on the formation of students religious character. Solution that can be done to overcome these inhibiting factors are by firt identifying the problems faced by students and then looking for solutions, providing sanctions related to religion, and providing special guidance to overcome problems that cannot be solved by sanctions.

A escola é um lugar de possibilidades por apresentar diferentes formas de ensinar a aprender. Diante das incertezas proeminentes da pandemia do Covid-19, o uso de metodologias de projeto como meio de se aprender de forma significativa torna-se um diferencial muito importante diante do compromisso educacional e social para com os estudantes. A partir de então, o objetivo deste artigo relatar sobre a construção de um espaço na Escola Municipal Professor Didio Augusto, União da Vitória Paraná com proposta criativa e ecoformadora, visando ao protagonismo infantil e ao desenvolvimento do eu, do outro e do meio. Metodologicamente, decidiu-se pelo uso da pesquisa documental e bibliográfica, amparadas na abordagem qualitativa, dando ênfase a uma disciplina apresentada no Mestrado Profissional de Educação Básica – PPGEB da UNIARP.  Entre os autores utilizados, destacam-se Torre e Zwierewicz (2009), Moraes (2011), Torre e Pujol (2013), Velasco (2015). Entre os resultados, espera-se promover o desenvolvimento integral das crianças a partir da organização de espaços de interações e brincadeiras, motivados pelas perspectivas da criatividade e da ecoformação. In the view of the prominent uncertainties of the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of design methodologies as a mean of learning in a meaningful way becomes a very important differential in the educational and social commitment to students. From then on, the objective of this paper is to report the construction of a space at the Professor Didio Augusto Municipal School, at União da Vitória, Paraná, with a creative and ecoforming proposal, aiming at children's protagonism and the development of the self, the other and the environment. Methodologically, it was decided to use documentary and bibliographic research, supported by the qualitative approach, emphasizing a discipline presented in the Professional Master of Basic Education - PPGEB of UNIARP. Among the authors used, Torre and Zwierewicz (2009), Moraes (2011), Torre and Pujol (2013), Velasco (2015) stand out. Among the results, it is expected to promote the integral development of children through the organization of spaces for interactions and games, motivated by the perspectives of creativity and eco-training. Os processos formativos destinados aos professores não podem se orientar somente numa perspectiva técnica, distante das vivências e experiências da escola, sem levar em conta a natureza subjetiva que há no trabalho docente. Este escrito, tem por objetivo compreender como os professores participantes do projeto de extensão “Olhar para mim, para olhar para o outro: a dimensão subjetiva da formação docente”, significaram a formação vivenciada. O projeto aconteceu no ano de 2017 e envolveu professores da Educação Básica do Município de Iguatu-CE e alunos do curso de Pedagogia de uma universidade pública. Como os docentes significaram a participação nessa experiência formativa? Para responder a indagação, ouviu-se nove participantes, por intermédio de questionário, tendo, também, consultado registros de áudio e escritos realizados ao longo do projeto. A investigação, de natureza qualitativa, do tipo exploratória, se apoia, principalmente, nos estudos de Vygotsky, Nóvoa e Cunha. O estudo revelou que a formação se constituiu relevante experiência formativa para todos os envolvidos, manifestando-se como espaço de expressão sobre os desafios vivenciados no exercício da profissão, a partilha de experiências, o reconhecimento e a renovação dos saberes docentes, contribuindo no fortalecimento da identidade docente e no desenvolvimento de profissionais mais autônomos, críticos, bem como numa atuação docente mais ativa e efetivas. Palavras-chave: Formação de professores, Identidade, Trabalho docente The teacher as a person: meanings and senses within a formative experience Abstract: Formative processes for teachers cannot be merely focused on a technical perspective, distant from school experiences and without considering the subjective nature of the teaching work. This study aims at understanding how teachers who participated in the extension project entitled “Looking at myself to look at the other one: the subjective dimension of teacher education” processed the training experience. The project took place in 2017 and involved Basic Education teachers from the Iguatu municipality (Ceará State, Brazil), as well as Pedagogy students from a public university. How did teachers understand their participation in this formative experience? In order to answer this question, we heard nine participants based on a questionnaire. Audio recordings and essays produced during the project were also analyzed. It was a qualitative, exploratory research based mainly on Vygotsky, Nóvoa and Cunha theories. The study revealed that the formative process became an important formative experience for all the involved. Resulting in a space of expression about the experienced challenges during the exercise of their profession, to share experiences, the recognition and the renovation of the teacher’s knowledge, thus contributing on the strengthening of the teacher’s identity as well as the development of more independent and critical professionals, acting in a more active and effective way as teachers. This paper aims to analyze the implementation and obstacles in coordination between supervisors and madrasah principals in improving the work performance of MIN 1 Aceh Tenggara teachers. The focus of this research discussion is the form of coordination, implementation, and coordination barriers between supervisors and principals of the madrasah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytic method. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the participants of the MIN 1 Aceh Tenggara Teachers, and observation and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was tested by means of triangulation, both methods and sources. The results of this study indicate that (1) the form of coordination between supervisors and principals of madrasah is in the form of an annual program of activities on teacher performance; (2) The coordination includes observation and class visits, supervision meetings and teacher training; and (3) obstacles in coordination, namely competition for the quality of madrasah ibtidaiyah with basic education institutions at the same level (SD-IT, SD, and other similar institutions).

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>The development of traditional dance 'Jaipong Kreasi' as one of the performing arts is still pretty good in the public. Any kinds of event in many regions still often stage it, but the development of Jaipong Kreasi dance in digital media is still slow due to little appreciation. Therefore, a development of motion graphic video is required for the traditional dance Jaipong Kreasi in order to provide an interesting spectacle for the public and as one of efforts to maintain the existence of local culture, in this case, Jaipong Kreasi dance art. Research is conducted by using qualitative approach with data collection technique through interview and observation. Subsequently, the data is analyzed under several phases, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Motion graphics videos are designed with a modern and dynamic concept. giving the appearance of traditional dance to be fresher and up-to-date, but remain to consider the principles of Indonesian culture.</p><p><br /> <br /><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Perkembangan tari tradisional Jaipong Kreasi sebagai salah satu seni pertunjukkan masih cukup baik di masyarakat, namun pada media digital perkembangan taxi Jaipong Kreasi masih kurang mendapat apresiasi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan suatu pengembangan video motion graphics pada taxi tradisional Jaipong Kreasi. Untuk memberikan sebuah tontonan yang menarik bagi masyarakat sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menjaga eksistensi budaya lokal seni tari Jaipong Kreasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut video motion graphics kemudian dirancang dengan konsep modern dan dinamis. Sehingga tampilan taxi tradisional menjadi lebih fresh dan kekinian, namun tetap memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah budaya Indonesia.</p>

<p>Abstract<br />This research aims to acknowledge child custody arrangements in terms of the breakdown of a marriage due to divorce which one party is a citizen of Indonesia (WNI) and the other one is a foreign citizen (FOREIGNERS). This research is a descriptive empirical law with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is an interview on the Sleman State Court Judge and documents or references review. Based on the research and discussion, we know that issues that arise from mixed divorce are the place that divorce lawsuit was filed, fighting for child custody, and about child nationality. In resolving disputes over child custody, the judge uses Indonesian national law about child custody which tends to give children the right to choose who they want to be cared for. The Judge’s guideline is the priority of the child’s needs. About children nationality, Indonesian national law recognizes limited dual citizenship to children under 18 (eighteen) years old or unmarried children. When children turns 18 (eighteen) years old or after marriage, children must choose one nationality from their parents.<br />Keywords: Mixed Marriage; Mixed Divorce; Child Custody; Limited Dual Citizenship.</p><p>Abstrak<br />Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaturan hak asuh anak dalam putusnya perkawinan karena perceraian yang dilakukan antara suami isteri dimana salah satu pihak adalah Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) dan pihak yang lain adalah Warga Negara Asing (WNA). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan wawancara pada Hakim Pengadilan Negeri Sleman dan studi dokumen atau bahan pustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diketahui bahwa problematika yang muncul dalam perceraian campuran yaitu tempat diajukannya gugatan perceraian, perebutan hak asuh anak, dan kewarganegaraan anak tersebut. Hakim Indonesia dalam menyelesaikan masalah hak asuh anak dari perceraian campuran menggunakan hukum nasional Indonesia dimana  cenderung memberikan anak hak untuk memilih dengan siapa ia ingin diasuh. Hakim berpatokan pada  kebutuhan anak yang diutamakan. Anak juga memperoleh kewarganegaraan ganda terbatas selama ia berumur dibawah 18 (delapan belas) tahun atau sebelum menikah. Anak yang telah berumur 18 (delapan belas) tahun atau sudah menikah mereka harus memilih salah satu kewarganegaraan dari orang tua mereka.<br />Kata kunci: Perkawinan Campuran; Perceraian Campuran; Hak Asuh Anak; Kewarganegaraan Ganda Terbatas.</p>

The Hulu Sungai Utara Regency Election Supervisory Body is an Election organizing body tasked with overseeing the implementation of Elections, the problem is the improper installation and / or distribution of Campaign Props (Campaign), Campaign Materials (BK), Unclear division of labor. The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance of the Election Oversight Body in the Supervision of Election of the House of Representatives, Members of the Regional Representative Council, President and Vice President in 2019 at the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) of North Hulu Sungai Regency and the factors that influence it. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-qualitative type. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Source of data taken through a purposive withdrawal of 15 people. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed using techniques including data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or drawing conclusions. Test the credibility of the data in this study is the extension of observation, increase perseverance, triangulation, negative case analysis, and hold a member check. The results of the research on the performance of the Election Oversight Body in the Supervision of the Election of the House of Representatives, Members of the Regional Representative Council, the President and Vice President in 2019 on the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) of North Hulu Sungai Regency have not been good this can be seen from several indicators.

Education is one of the basic things tha must be obtaned by citizen in every country. This research is motivated by there are complaints from parents who do not have time to prepare food for their children who attend school too late in the morning. However, there are students or teachers who come late and don’t break the rules. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of regent regulations related to school hours rules. The theory used in this research is the theory of Edward III which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method use is descriptive research reluctant to use qualitative approach. The data collection technique is direct observation, in-depth interview, library study, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the study show that the policy of school hours at 06.00 is not appropriate to be implemented. Therefore, some improvements are needed regarding the policy regulations.

Financial instruments must be able to adapt quickly in the 4.0 era. One of the Islamic financial innovations highlighted at this time is the application of blockchain technology-based sukuk. This study aims to determine specifically the advantages of applying sukuk through blockchain technology and to scale the point of view regarding the challenges faced in applying sukuk through blockchain technology. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is literature study by collecting data from previous studies in the form of documentation of articles, journals or books as well as publication data from other parties. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that sukuk can get many benefits from blockchain technology. Although blockchain has its advantages, there are risks and challenges that need to be resolved. In responding to this challenge, it is necessary to have a harmonious synergy among all stakeholders, from Syari'ah scholars, academics, to regulators and industry

This paper discusses internal and external factors in increasing employee work motivation at the five people sub-district office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research that researchers use is a type of research that is descriptive field research with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is to use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique that the author uses in this study is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of the research that the authors get are that the Communication Strategy in increasing Employee Work Motivation at the Lima Kaum Sub-District Office in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period is by monitoring and evaluating, holding meetings with employees at least once a month, establishing good relationships with employees, and completing needs. employees at work.
