This study aims to determine the supervision of the Inspectorate's head on the performance of the Civil State Apparatus in the structural position of the Inspectorate of Central Kalimantan Province. Indicators used in measuring supervision Inspectorate head in this research are: Monitoring, Examination, Guidance and Direction, Discipline Action and Corrective Action.This research was conducted by using qualitative methodology, by conducting interviews to the Chief Inspectorate. The data obtained is then processed by reduction steps, data presentation and conclusion, the number of informants interviewed are 5 persons, 1 (one) Head of Inspectorate, 2 (two) Head of Section in Structural Position and 2 (two) State Civil Apparatus in Structural Position.Based on the results of research on the supervision of Inspectorate's head on the performance of State Civil Apparatus has been running but still not done with the maximum this is caused by every activity or work program is sometimes not submitted by each head of section and in accordance with supervision provisions seen from monitoring, examination, guidance and briefing, Disciplinary action and corrective action. Because basically State Civil Apparatus is the most important Human Resources for orgnanisasi in achieving its goals. In order for the objectives to be achieved then required supervision by the direct leadership.Factors that support and inhibit the supervision of the head of Inpektorat on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus include the supporting factors that is in terms of recording procedures and reporting of work program activities as well as in terms of absence or attendance, inhibiting factors include pakewuh culture, limited time and in terms of aspects of Civil State Apparatus That is character difference.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Manajemen SINDE pada LPMP Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data meliputi: Kasubbag. TU, Koordinator Persuratan, dan Operator SINDE. Pengumpulan data menggunakan: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengabsahan data melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan dilakukan dengan dari mengatur susunan SOP, melakukan rapat koordinasi menyusun SOP yang memperhatikan persiapan, penilaian kebutuhan SOP, pengembangan SOP, penerapan SOP, serta Monev SOP; (2) Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan membentuk struktur organisasi serta tugas dan tanggungjawab personil pengelola SINDE; (3) Pengawasan dan Evaluasi melalui penilaian terhadap pegawai yang aktif dalam menggunakan SINDE; dan (4) Faktor penghambat: keterbatasan jumlah operator SINDE, dan minimnya kecakapan operator SINDE, serta kendala tekniks lainnya. Solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut melalui bimbingan dan pelatihan intensif serta kerjasama dengan pihak terkait. Abstract: This study aims to describe the SINDE Management at LPMP Central Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research. Sources of data include: Head of Subsection. TU, Mailing Coordinator, and SINDE Operator. Collecting data using: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Validation of data through source and technique triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Planning is carried out by arranging the composition of SOP, conducting coordination meetings to prepare SOPs that pay attention to preparation, assessment of SOP needs, SOP development, SOP implementation, and SOP Monev; (2) Organizing is done by establishing an organizational structure as well as the duties and responsibilities of SINDE management personnel; (3) Supervision and Evaluation through assessment of employees who are active in using SINDE; and (4) inhibiting factors: the limited number of SINDE operators, and the lack of skills of SINDE operators, as well as other technical obstacles. The solution to overcome these obstacles is through intensive guidance and training as well as collaboration with related parties.

Abstract: This research aims to describe the prevention of violence in the environment of children through the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program in SMP Negeri 1 Pasuruan. The description is related to the Child-Friendly School Program as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the Child-Friendly School Program. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research are the principal, teachers, students, and parents of students with the object of research including the implementation of the SRA Program at SMPN 1 Pasuruan. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing.  The results of this research showed that the Child-Friendly School Program at SMPN 1 Pasuruan included (1) Communication, socialization of the Child Friendly School Program to all related parties such as teachers, students and parents; (2) human resources and infrastructure resources that support the Implementation of the Child-Friendly School Program and financial resources that draw on BOS funds; implementing the Child-Friendly School Program based on 3P namely Provision, Protection, Participation. Supporting factors are human resources, infrastructure resources, and financial resources. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of environmental hygiene conditions. Keyword: Violence, Program of Child-Friendly School Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penanggulangan kekerasan di lingkungan anak melalui Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Pasuruan. Deskripsi tersebut terkait dengan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak serta faktor pendukung maupun penghambat dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa dengan objek penelitian meliputi implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMPN 1 Pasuruan. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data,  reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SMPN 1 Pasuruan meliputi (1) Komunikasi, adanya sosialisasi mengenai Program Sekolah Ramah Anak kepada seluruh pihak terkait seperti guru, siswa dan orang tua; (2) Sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya sarana prasarana yang mendukung Implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak dan sumber daya finansial yang mengambil dari dana BOS; menerapkan Program Sekolah Ramah Anak berdasarkan 3P yaitu Provisi, Proteksi, Partisipasi. Faktor pendukungnya adalah sumber daya manusia, sumber daya sarana prasana, dan sumber daya finansial. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah pada kondisi kebersihan lingkungan yang kurang. Kata kunci: Kekerasan, Program, Sekolah Ramah Anak.

This research was done in Health Office Padang City, Which purpose to discover about to performance of the Padang City Health Office and the inhibiting factors in monitoring the quality of drinking water in the Padang City. The study applies a qualitative method using purposive sampling. Prosess aggregation data colth pass through observation, interview, and study documentation, while technique for validity the data testing that using resource triangulation with data analysis such as a data collection, data reduction, data presentation along with pulling conclusions. The results of the research conducted was explain performance of the Health Office in Supervising the Quality of Drinking Water in the City of Padang is not optimal, because there are still obstacles such as: Lack of supervision and attention from the Health Office to the community regarding the quality of drinking water that is fit for consumption, there are still limited funds, materials and tools for examining water samples, Besides that, there are also limited human resources so that all work in a certain section is held by only one person. It can be concluded that the performance of the Health Office has not been maximal in monitoring the quality of drinking water in Padang City.

Marriage registration for Muslims is carried out by Marriage Registration Officer (PPN). Minister Religion Regulation (PMA) Number 11 2007 concerning Marriage Registration Article 2 Paragraph (1) mentions Head of KUA as PPN. Meanwhile, Ministe State Apparatus Empowerment Regulation Number: Per/62/M. PAN/6/2005 concerning Functional Position Penghulu Article 1 Paragraph (1) states that Penghulu also PPN. Serious problems related to authority Penghulu caused by mention Penghulu and Head of KUA as PPN, this makes authority Penghulu as functional give Prealable authority which authority to carry out decisions taken without asking for prior approval from agency or individual, which this can have an impact on validity marriage book by penghulu or head of KUA. This research uses empirical juridical research and uses a qualitative approach. Results analysis, that in practice registering marriages at KUA of Sukun Subdistrict, Malang City, conclusions: First, functions and authorities role Penghulu as PPN to carry out munakahat legal fatwas, mu’amalah guidance, as advisory supervision and marriage consultation or reconciliation. role Head of KUA as PPN supervise implementation duties Penghulu and Assistant PPN, reporting marriage registration to Regency/City Ministry of Religion, as guardian adlol or guardian judge and signing examination, agreements and events marriage certificates, divorce, and reconciliation. Second,implementation, namely: mandate Head of KUA to Penghulu responsibility and accountability Head of KUA, Head of KUA can give mandate to Penghulu carry out tasks in some of his working areas, and role of Penghulu as form representative Head of KUA when unable to attend meeting. wedding ceremony. Third, supporting factors include: understanding importance registering marriages, Penghulu at District KUA fulfills human resources and role Head of KUA in management and coaching. Inhibiting factors: level of understanding regulations not optimal, human resources KUA employees still lacking, clash mentioning Penghulu and Head of KUA as PPN, and lack supervision from BIMAS Islam.

Various kinds of intelligence based on the development of students, it is believed that every student is born with more than one talent. Every student has talent, namely the ability that stands out in one aspect of personality, which is obtained as an innate. Therefore, since birth, every student is not stupid, there are children who are intelligent in different aspects. This type of research is qualitative research, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique with reduction stage, data presentation stage and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the application of teachers in developing multipple intelligences in class IX students of MTS Al Ikhlas Pangkalan Susu was very good, although not perfect and had not yet achieved educational goals that were in accordance with covid learning and distance learning, learning methods and strategies that used various teachers, in order to teachers develop multiple intelligences during a pandemic. The factors supporting teachers in developing multiple intelligences include 1). Human Resources, 2) The intelligence of students in doing assignments, 3). Student interest in learning. 4). Supporting facilities. While the inhibiting factors are: the lack of channeling of student potential and the way to overcome it is to provide additional hours, improve the quality and competence of teachers and provide certificates of appreciation to students who excel.

This study uses a qualitative approach in order to obtain an in-depth description of the Election Supervision Evaluation of the Governor of East Kalimantan by the East Kalimantan Bawaslu. Data obtained and obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, which are then analyzed interactively through the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of the supervision of the Provincial Bawaslu in the East Kalimantan Governor election in 2018, which was carried out from the stage of updating the voter list, campaign monitoring, the implementation of the Pilgub, as well as the follow-up of findings and reports were in accordance with the duties and functions of East Kalimantan's Bawaslu. As for the inhibiting factors there are still people who do not report suspected violations, limited human resources and the authority of Bawaslu is still hampered by rules and regulations.Keywords: Monitoring, Evaluation, Election

Human Resources (HR) is a very important part in PT Bank Daerah Syariah, so that it is expected that there is an ideal and sufficient working period to optimize employee careers and increase employee commitment to the company, considering the products produced by the company are products used to facilitate the state apparatus work system and service to the wider community.This study aims to determine the effect of variable Career Development and Organizational Climate on the commitment of Employees in PT Bank Daerah Syariah. The method used in this study is a research mix method, which is a step of research by combining two forms of approach in research that is quantitative and qualitative. The population in this study were all employees in the Bank Daerah Syariah (BDS) as many as 53 employeesThe results showed that the career development variable (X1) and also the Organizational Climate (X2) had a positive and significant effect on the variable Employee Commitment (Y). The conclusion of the research shows that to increase the commitment of employees in PT Bank Daerah Syariah, the company needs to improve the existing career development system and maintain the organizational climate so that it remains conducive for all employees.

Muslim-oriented tourism has raised international interest, leading to the need to deepen and expand current research into the long-defeated relationship between Islam and geographic tourism. Indonesia was among Muslim-dominated countries encouraging tourism and improving its capacity to host mainly Western visitors. This study explores the feasibility of developing ecological tourism in rural areas – one of Indonesia's leading destinations – about the possibility of building a tourism industry closer to the needs of Muslim customers and more compatible with Islamic beliefs. The study employed qualitative approach. Data analysis performed using an interactive approach which consist of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/conclusion drawing. This study shows four potentialities for religious education visits: pilgrimage simulation route, Muslim swimming pools, prayer building, and archery venue. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors include accessibility, distance, alliances, and formal structures.  SWOT analysis resulted into four strategies that might be useful guideline for the local government in promoting the halal eco-tourism in the rural areas.

Knowledge organization structures are dependent upon domain-analytical processes for determining ontological imperatives. Boundary objects—terms used in multiple domains but understood differently in each—are ontological clash points. Cognitive Work Analysis is an effective qualitative methodology for domain analysis of a group of people who work together. CWA was used recently to understand the ontology of a human resources firm. Boundary objects from the taxonomy that emerged from narrative analysis are presented here for individual analysis.

This research is to find out the efforts of the sub-district government itself in improving its services within the framework of meeting the needs of its citizens. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that is a study by using data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the obstacles in implementing Aceh Tamiang District Regulations Number 14 Year 2016, namely in carrying out the transfer of some of the Regent's authority to the District Head through the District Integrated Administration Services that have not been maximally provided to the community, can be seen from the PATEN assessment conducted by the Regency Government towards the District Government. This has several inhibiting factors, namely the lack of qualified human resources, the availability of inadequate budgets and is described from Hamdi's theory, namely from the productivity dimension, the Linearity Dimension, and the Efficiency Dimension. As well as having factors that influence, among others, Policy Sustansi, Implementing Task Behavior, Work Network Interaction, Target Group Participation, and Resources.
