A total of 14 children were taken as the samples based on the sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through the scale of father’s involvement in parenting and the Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale. Simple linear regression was used to test the relationship between the father’s involvement in parenting and children anxiety level. The results showed that the significance score 0.000 < 0.05, it means that father’s involvement influenced the anxiety level of children experiencing sexual abuse.

Children’s disclosures of sexual abuse during forensic interviews are fundamental to the investigation of cases. Research examining the relationship between age and disclosure has shown mixed results; the aim of the current study was to clarify and extend our knowledge by modeling linear, quadratic, and interaction effects of age on disclosure. Child sexual abuse reports made by children, their caregivers, or mandated reporters over a 12-month period to police in one state of Australia were examined. Of the 527 children (age range 3–16 years) offered a forensic interview, 81% disclosed abuse during it. The other 19% did not disclose or refused the interview. Age had both linear and quadratic effects, whereby disclosure increased with age until 11 years, after which disclosure decreased with age to 16 years. The effect of age on disclosure was moderated by five variables: abuse severity, the child–suspect relationship, suspects’ violence histories, delay of report to police, and children’s previous disclosures. Particular groups of children had lower likelihoods of disclosing abuse in forensic interviews than others, such as adolescents who alleged abuse against suspects with histories of violent offending. By identifying these groups, targeted strategies may be developed to help increase their disclosure rates.

Optimism is a part of positive psychology which leads to better adaptive and coping skills and reduced stress level in an individual. The aim of the present research was to study the association of optimism and perceived stress among young adults. The sample consisted of 170 young adults (79 males and 91 females) within the age range of 18 to 25 years. Purposive sampling technique was employed for collecting the data. The Perceived stress scale-10 (PSS; Cohen, Kamarack & Marmelstein, 1983) and Life Orientation Test- Revised (Scheir, Carver, & Bridges, 1994) was used for measuring perceived stress and optimism respectively. Correlation and t-test was found using IBM SPSS software. Findings suggested that optimism was negatively correlated with perceived stress. Females were found to score significantly higher on perceived stress levels than males. While the gender difference in optimism level was reported to be insignificant. Future research needs to be conducted on the relationship between gender and levels of optimism.

Purpose: To determine the relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and the level of anxiety of preoperative patients in the Central Surgical Installation Room of BRSUD, Tabanan Regency. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with an analytic observational design with a cross sectional approach. In this study, using non-probability sampling with Consecutive Sampling technique with a total sample of 56 respondents. The analysis test used is the Spearman Rank with a significance value of 0.05. Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the therapeutic communication of nurses was mostly good as many as 42 respondents (75.0%) and the anxiety level of the preoperative patients was mostly moderate as many as 20 people (35.7%). The results of the correlation test using the Spearman Rank obtained a sign value of 0.000 with p <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and the preoperative patient anxiety level. The number of samples was 76 third trimester pregnant women suitable the criteria that is primigravida, physiologic pregnancy, not in a long-term medication and willing to be a respondent. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data was analyzed with Spearman’s Statistic test. Results: as many as 57.5% of respondents had severe anxiety with low readiness for childbirth and good knowledge of COVID-19. It was caused by the drug or vaccine for the Covid-19 that had not been found, and made pregnant women even more anxious and feared of something unwanted happening. Anxiety of pregnant women who were about to give birth greatly affected the readiness of the mother in preparing for childbirth, the more anxious pregnant women were, the less they would be prepared for laboring. This study aims to examine the effect of competitive strategies on company performance with supply chains as moderating. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression and subgroups using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study show that competitive strategies have an effect on company performance. Supply chain as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship of competitive strategies to company performance. Low cost strategies and differentiation are used in measuring competitive strategies. Where differentiation strategies are more applied than low cost strategies due to the object of research in the fields of property, real estate, building construction that produces limited and unique products at high costs.
