Dialog in the consecrated life as an aspect of realization of the vow of obedience and the community life Dialog is one of the important dimensions of the practising of the vow of obedience and the community life of the consecrated people. This practice has significant influence on the correct involvement of the vow of obedience for particular religious as well as the quality of community life, especially when it comes to fidelity to charism. Noticing the main goals of dialog in the consecrated life, the article presents the most important aspects, which ultimately impact the holiness of the religious and the fidelity to the charism of their institute. Jednym z ważnych wymiarów realizacji ślubu posłuszeństwa oraz życia wspólnotowego osób konsekrowanych jest dialog. Ma on duży wpływ na prawidłową realizację ślubu posłuszeństwa przez poszczególnych zakonników, jak też na jakość życia wspólnego, zwłaszcza w dziedzinie wierności charyzmatycznej. Zwracając uwagę na podstawowe cele dialogu w życiu zakonnym, artykuł przedstawia jego najważniejsze wymiary, które ostatecznie rzutują zarówno na świętość zakonników, jak też na wierność charyzmatyczną instytutu.

This study departs from the hajj bailout financing facility which is a booming product because of the customer's interest, but in this case there is a difference in the target achievement between Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) Ujungberung KCP which is less successful in improving the hajj bailout products while the Rancaekek KCP is very superior in one consolidation Ahmad Yani Branch Office Bandung. This is what is interesting for researchers to carry out this research, the difference constraints include service quality and promotion factors. This phenomenon raises problems that must be examined, namely how the influence of service quality and promotion of market share expansion products hajj bailouts at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujungberung and KCP Rancaekek Bandung. This study aims academically to contribute in the study of Islamic economics in worksheets, especially the quality of service and promotion of market share expansion and practically expected to be able to provide input to all employees of BSM KCP Ujungberung regarding the quality of service and promotion of market expansion of bailout products. Hajj that has been successfully carried out by BSM KCP Rancaekek.The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of service quality on the expansion of market share by 53.3% with a strong correlation of 0.730 and through t test, where t counts at 8.245 (> t table), then H_0 is rejected and H_i is accepted. Furthermore, there is a significant influence of promotion on the expansion of market share by 30.3% with a moderate / sufficient correlation of 0.550 through t test, where t counts is 4.219 (> t table), then H_ (0) is rejected and H_i is accepted. Then there is a significant influence of service quality and promotion simultaneously to the expansion of market share by 60.6% and a strong correlation of 0.784 and through Test F, where F count is 67.023 (> F table), then 〖H〗 _ ( 0) rejected and H_i accepted.

The main focus of this research is on the self-concept and pedagogical competence of the teacher and its influence on the quality of the learning process both partially and double. The research method used is a survey method in which the authors go directly to the empirical level by distributing questionnaires to 47 teachers. The processing and analysis techniques used are linear and multiple regression. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teacher's self-concept on the quality of the learning process (2) There is a positive and significant influence on the teacher's pedagogical competence on the quality of the learning process. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of self-concept and pedagogical competence of teachers together on the quality of the learning process. Therefore, the authors suggest: (1) So that the teacher improves health and appearance because the results of the study show that the weakness of the teacher's self-concept is in the appearance and significance of the body. So that the teacher needs to be given enlightenment related to how to maintain health and fitness through the implementation of joint gymnastics or conducting group discussions related to the dirt to maintain a prime body. (2) To face future competition and improve the quality of education it is deemed necessary to further increase the pedagogical competence of teachers, especially those related to planning and evaluation of learning.

<em>The objective of this is research was conducted to find out how the influence of the price and quality of products against customer loyalty at PT. Alakasa Extrusindo Jakarta. Analyzing the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction can help fresh e-commerce enterprises to better understand their own service level, formulate better service strategies and improve their competitive advantages, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of fresh e-commerce industry. In this paper, first of all, with the aid of web crawler, acquisition of jingdong mall fresh category contains fruit, vegetables, meat and seafood aquaculture 4 products on the number of online comments and evaluation star, and word frequency statistics and extract the data collected from online reviews of consumers to pay attention to the quality of service measures, after using qualitative analysis software - NVivo coding and grade, finally, the variable of descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that the tangibility, reliability, empathy and responsiveness of service quality have significant influence on customer satisfaction, and other evaluation indexes of guarantee quality have significant influence on customer satisfaction except delivery.

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.

<p>This research was conducted to determine how much the influence Customer Value to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, to determine how much the influence Quality 0f Education Services to the  College Selection Decision of Student in Politectic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M, and determine how much the influence Customer Value and Quality of Education services simultaneously to the College Selection Decision of Student  in Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta Kampus Blok M. This research was conducted on 75 students out of a population of 300 students using slovin method and quantitative research methods using regression analysis, to prove that the variable customer value has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decisions; and the variable quality of educational services has a positive and significant influence towards college selection decision. The research proved that the customer value has a positif influence 0,823 to the college selection decision,the quality of educational services has a positif influence 0,756 to the college selection decision,customer value and quality of education services simultaneosly has a significant influence 0,854. This study aimed to contribute to the preparation of an action plan for the improvement of the quality of life of firefighters at the individual level by examining how the working environment as perceived by firefighters affects their quality of life. To this end, this study conducted a survey that used purposive sampling targeting 201 fire-fighting officers in Incheon. The survey results showed that of the sub-variables of the working environment of firefighters, monetary rewards, challenges, and promotion had a significant influence on the quality of life. Based on the results, this study suggested various action plans that can support the working environment and improve the quality of life of firefighters.

ABSTRAKPerubahan garis pantai di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Karawang hampir mencapai 50% dari panjang garis pantai yang ada saat ini. Perubahan dalam bentuk abrasi dan akresi ini berdampak pada penurunan kualitas hidup masyarakat yang bermukim di sekitar wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jarak dan laju perubahan garis pantai, serta perubahan maksimum abrasi dan akresinya. Perhitungan perubahan garis pantai menggunakan aplikasi Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) dengan metode statistik Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) dan End Point Rate (EPR). Abrasi terparah terjadi pada segmen 5 di Kecamatan Tirtajaya dan akresi terparah terjadi pada segmen 16 di Kecamatan Cilamaya Wetan. Rata – rata abrasi dari tahun 1990-2018 di pesisir Kabupaten Karawang mencapai 101,28 m dengan laju 3,64 m/tahun. Sedangkan, untuk akresi mencapai 195,63 m dengan laju 7,04 m/tahun. Perbedaan waktu pengamatan dalam analisis perubahan garis pantai dalam penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya, memberikan hasil berkesesuaian dengan penelitian sejenis sebelumnya, untuk wilayah yang sama.Kata Kunci: garis pantai, DSAS, Kabupaten Karawang, abrasi, akresiABSTRACTCoastline of Karawang Regency changes almost 50% from total length of the coastline. The change is process of abrasion and accretion and it impacts quality of community life in the area. This tudy aims to calculate coastline change in term length of distance and its speed. The calculation uses Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS) with statistical method of Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) and End Point Rate (EPR). Maximum abrasion occurs in segment 5 of Tirtajaya District and maximum accretion occurs in segment 16 of Cilamaya Wetan District. Averaged coastline changes from years of 1990-2018 showed that abrasion has length of 101,28 m and the speed is 3,64 m/year. Meanwhile, accretion has length of 195,63 m and the speed is 7,04 m/year. This research observes the coastline change in different years with other earlier studies, and the results showed agreement with similar studies in the same area.Keywords: coastline, DSAS, Karawang Regency, abrasion, accretion

Human resource is a very important element in achieving organizational goals. If the organization has a good quality of resources, the organization will be more effective. While the effectiveness of the organization is reflected from the employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of workplace spirituality on Islamic work ethic, Islamic work ethic on employee performance, workplace spirituality on employee performance, and the influence of Islamic work ethic as an intervening variable on the relation between workplace spirituality and employee performance, with samples from PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, and IPHI Pedan Hospital, Klaten. The result of the research shows that workplace spirituality has significant effect on Islamic work ethic with, Islamic work ethic has no significant effect to employee performance, workplace spirituality has no significant effect to employee performance, and Islamic work ethic as mediation variable on relation between workplace spirituality (STK) to employee performance has no significant influence.

In the present work the effect of natural biostimulators and different doses of slow disintegrating fertilizer on the quality of rosemary seedlings was studied. Rosemary seedlings were produced in containers, according to the 'speedling system'. During the production of seedlings natural biostimulators Megafol and Viva and microbiological fertilizer Slavol were added. The applied biostimulators made a significant effect on the quality of rosemary seedlings. Different doses of the slow disintegrating fertilizer Scotts (Osmocote Extact) were applied (0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 g/l), which also produced a significant influence.
