Ranub Lampuan dance is danced in groups by 7 female dancers consisting of 1 queen and 6 maids (regular dancers). Ranub Lampu dance is danced to honor and officially welcome guests. The work of the Ranub Lampu dance art created by Yuslizar by observing social phenomena and the behavior of the Acehnese people is the basis for his work. The choreography of the Ranub Lampuan dance tells about Acehnese girls serving betel to the guests who come and the movement tells of the process of picking, wrapping, putting betel leaves into Puan, to serving betel to guests who come. This research uses qualitative research by using field research method (field research). The results of the research show that Local Wisdom Education for Early Childhoods through Ranup Lampuan Dance in Children at Tkit Athfal Al Qur'aniyyah Banda Aceh City is quite good with the number of children in dance training process for 14 children in 2 dance groups tested at 1 school in July 2020. an overview of the results of education. Local wisdom can be carried out well through the Ranup Lampuan dance. It can be seen from the way children move in layers according to the next one movement stage by following the rhythm of the Ranup Lampuan music, by being able to remember the arrangement of floor patterns in the Ranup Lampuan dance. Abstrak Tari Ranub Lampuan ditarikan secara berkelompok oleh 7 orang penari wanita yang terdiri dari 1 orang Ratu dan 6 dayang (penari biasa). Tari Ranub Lampuan ditarikan untuk penghormatan dan penyambutan tamu secara resmi. Hasil karya seni tari Ranub Lampuan yang diciptakan oleh Yuslizar dengan mengamati fenomena sosial dan tingkah laku masyarakat Aceh menjadi dasar pijakan dalam karyanya. Secara koreografi tari Ranub Lampuan menceritakan tentang gadis-gadis Aceh menghidangkan sirih kepada tamu yang datang dan geraknya menceritakan proses memetik, membungkus, meletakkan daun sirih ke dalam Puan, sampai menyuguhkan sirih kepada tamu yang datang. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan mumasatkan pada metode fieldreseacrh (riset lapangan),Hasil peneliti menunjukan bahwa Pendidikan Kearifan Lokal Untuk Anak Usia Dini Melalui Tari Ranup Lampuan Pada Anak Di Di Tkit Athfal Al Qur’aniyyah Kota Banda Aceh sudah sangat baik dengan melihat anak mampu bergerak dengan melihat dari daya ingat anak ketika menghafal bentuk gerakan tari yang mengikutin proses dalam latihannya dengan jumlah anak dalam proses latihan tari 14 anak dalam 2 kelompok tari yang di uji pada 1 sekolah pada bulan juli 2020. gambaran hasilnya pendididkan. Kearifan lokalnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui tari ranup lampuan ini terlihat dari cara anak bergerak bersusun sesuai tahap gerak satu gerak selanjutnya  dengan mengikuti irama musik ranup lampuan, dengan mampu mengingat susunan pola lantai dalam tarian ranup lampuan. This study aims to see the community participation in the satellite area in the construction and maintenance of Drainage in the Village Marindal II District Patumbak Deli Serdang. The research method used to answer the problem in this research is the method of qualitative research approach. Data obtained through in-depth interviews, literature study and documentation. Informant research comes from the elements of sub-district government and community. The results of the research show that the participation, involvement and utilization of drainage facilities are running well.

Hatred has a lot of negative impacts on the hated person and the hating one. The impacts appear due to the existence of the causes and the implementation of the hatred. The purpose of this study is to research the causes and the implementation of the antagonist’s hatred in Jeff Nathanson’s novel Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge. In this analysis, the antagonist, Captain Slazar, hates pirates very much especially the protagonist, Captain Jack Sparrow. His life’s goal is only to kill Jack in all kinds of ways. This research uses qualitative research method proposed by Gilgun (1992:22) who clarifies a research method that is more focused on understanding social phenomena from the perspective of participants by emphasizing on the complete picture rather than by detailing it into interrelated variables. This study focuses on the analysis or interpretation of written materials based on the context. In this case, the novel has to be well interpreted. Results establish the fact that hatred does not only harm the others, but also oneself. Besides, it will tell how bad the hatred affects oneself. This study also reveals how the antagonist releases the hatred to the protagonist by pursuing and trying to kill him.

This study discusses Shopee's e-commerce business ethics based on maqashid sharia in realizing business continuity. Business ethics are the foundation of contemporary business because buyers and sellers do not meet in person. Maintaining the trust of two parties, an absolute requirement for online trading, it is important to apply business ethics based on maqashid sharia. The implication of this is the building of mutual trust between buyers, sellers and Shopee online stores. This study aims to reveal the implications of implementing business ethics based on maqashid sharia at Shopee. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research with field research. In the research results, Shopee applies business ethics based on maqashid sharia so that buyers are increasing and sellers are more loyal and Shopee's business continuity is getting stronger.

ABSTRACT\         Since Sharia Banking Law issued, Sharia bank is blooming and gaining the trust of people in Indonesia. This is showed by the increase of the number of the established Sharia bank in Indonesia. However, in their practice, these Sharia banks are not in accordance with Islamic law. They plagiarize usury principles from conventional bank and just translate it to Arabic language e.g. Sharia savings and Akad Wadiah.In principle, the foundation of this product is correct according to Fiqh due to its Wadiah base. However, in their implementation, Sharia bank may applies Wadiah Yad Dhamanah principle; whereas, Akad Wadiah Yad Dhamanah by name can’t be found in the classical Fiqh literature, and if this principle is further analyzed, two contradicting Akads which are forcibly combined will be found, i.e. Akad Wadiah and Akad Qard.This research is field research, where the researcher involved directly in the field or research object i.e. Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lamongan branch. The data is collected by observing and interviewing the management and the employee of Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lamongan branch, thus the collected data is the core of the research object which then analyzed using Qualitative Research method. The result shows that the application of Akad Wadiah in Bank Syariah Mandiri, Lamongan branch is using Wadiah Yad Dhamanah principle, which is not in accordance with the Sharia Economic Law. Keywords: implementation, Wadiah, Sharia Economic Law.

The Village

The problem of this research is how the form of assistance at the Department of Agriculture is given to farmer groups, what type of contract is the provision of assistance to farmer groups. The purpose of this study was to identify and explain the form of assistance at the Department of Agriculture given to farmer groups, what types of contracts for providing assistance to farmer groups. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research method using field research with observation and interview data collection techniques. Primary data sources consist of the head of the field extension, the village guardian, the head and members of the farmer group. The data processing carried out here is qualitative. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, the implementation of the provision of assistance in 2019, 2020, and 2019 from the Department of Agriculture to farmer groups in Jorong Bulan Sarik Nagari Sungai Jambu was carried out by handing over assistance provided in the form of freelance assistance which could be utilized by members and the head of the farmer group, the assistance is in the form of plant seeds and farming machinery. After the assistance is given, there is no form of return agreement with the Agriculture service or the village guardian. In the utilization of harvests from the assistance of the Department of Agriculture will also be enjoyed by farmer groups who receive the assistance. So the implementation of providing assistance to the group that occurs contains a halal element because there are no arguments that prohibit it.

This study aims to discuss the translation style in the Islamic Boarding School Al-Baqiyatushhalihat Kuala Tungkal-Jambi. Specifically the objectives of this researcher are: 1) to find out the style translation (uslub) used in the Al-Baqiyatushhalihat Islamic Boarding School 2) to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the methods used in the Al Baqiyatushhalihat Islamic boarding school 3) What are the efforts of the teachers (asatidz) to increase understanding of the book. This research is a type of field research field research, namely research where data collection is carried out in the field, such as in community environment, institutions and social organizations and government agencies. This research is a qualitative research that is a research that aims to explain social phenomena or a event. This is in accordance with the definition of qualitative research, namely a research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and from observable behavior. The research pattern that the researcher uses is a qualitative pattern, namely observing people (subjects) in their environment, interacting with them, trying to understand their language and their interpretation of the world around them. While the type of research used is descriptive research. Descriptive research is a type of research that provides an overview or description of a situation as clearly as possible without any treatment of the object researched. The results of the study explain that 1) Style (Uslub) used in the Al-Baqiyatushhalihat Islamic boarding school is a literal translation method 2) The advantage of translation is knowing grammar rules such as nahwu sharf and the drawback is that it is still difficult to find the essence of the discussion 3) The efforts of the ustadz increases the understanding of the book by scientific discussion (bahsul masail).The conclusion that the translation used is the translation of harfian and bahsul masail is an attempt by ustadz to increase understanding of the book

This research is motivated by various forms of violence in schools that arise due to the diversity of students in various ways. Thus, multicultural values education is needed in shaping religious character that involves the management process in schools. This research method uses qualitative research methods with the type of field research. Data collection uses observations, interviews and documentaries. the results of this research that management of multicultural education in Catholic Primary Schools (SDK) carried out by maximizing management functions by planning, implementing and supervising the process and results of multicural education itself.   Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dari munculnya berbagai bentuk kekerasan yang cukup beragam di sekolah yang timbul karena adanya keberagaman yang terjadi antar siswa dalam berbagai hal, sehingga sangat diperlukan adanya pendidikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembentukan karakter religius yang melibatkan serangkaian proses manajemen di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field reaserch). pengumpulan datanya menggunakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan dokumenter. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah manajeman pendidikan multikultural di Sekolah Dasar Katolik (SDK) dilakukan dengan memaksimalkan fungsi-fungsi manajeman yaitu dengan merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengawasi proses maupun hasil dari pendidikan multikural itu sendiri.

The head master is top manager as the strategies roles in empowering the teacher performances. The purpose of this research is to know: arranging programs, the implementing programs, evaluation and obstruction challenging of the head master in empowering the teacher performances at SMA Negeri Trumon Raya. This research using qualitative research method descriptive. The techniques using to collected data those are: interview, observation, and documentation study. The subject of this research are head master and teachers. The results of this research show those are:  menunjukkan (1) the arranging program conducted by the head master in empowering the teacher performances to analysis initial needed, from the result of analysis that defined what will discussed to developing the teacher performances. (2) The implementing strategy program in empowering the teacher performances in holding the MGMP training activities. For instances workshop, assigning each teachers to conduct the lesson plan, harnessing the peer teachers in circumstances, and the teacher facilities needed. The strategy conducting by the head master is the ways to organizing the function as the tool in communication, share knowledge, thinking, and experiences in increasing the teacher performances. (3) The evaluation program conducting with the way is academics supervision with the visiting classroom techniques. And (4) the obstruction faced by the head master those are lack of indiscipline’s of teacher, tendency of teacher in copy paste the lesson plan, and less of competence of teachers in mastering the learning technology, lack of facilities in supporting the learning process. Abstrak Kepala sekolah sebagai top manager memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam memberdayakan kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: penyusunan program, strategi pelaksanaan program, evaluasi dan hambatan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam perberdayan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri di Trumon Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penyusunan program yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam pemberdayaan kinerja guru dengan menganalisis kebutuhan awal, dari hasil analisis tersebut baru ditentukan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kinerja guru; (2) Strategi pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan kinerja guru dengan menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelatihan MGMP, pelatihan berupa workshop, menugaskan setiap guru mata pelajaran untuk membuat perangkat pembelajaran, memanfaatkan tutor sebaya sesama guru dilingkungan sekolah, dan memfasilitasi guru terhadap keperluannya. Strategi yang dilaksanakan kepala sekolah merupakan wadah asosiasi yang berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk saling berkomunikasi, bertukar ilmu, fikiran dan pengalaman dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru; (3) evaluasi program dilakukan dengan cara melakukan supervisi akademik dengan teknik kunjungan kelas, dan (4) kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kedisiplinan guru, kecendering guru melakukan copy paste dalam mencari bahan ajar, keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai teknologi pembelajaran, kurangnya fasilitas penunjang proses pembelajaran.

The Village

Village funds are a form of assistance from the government as a means of supporting and stimulating development and community empowerment in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of village funds by the village consultative body in Batumatoru village, Lariang district, Pasangkayu Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method by adopting escort theory. According to Sondang P Siagian there are two indicators of supervision namely direct supervision and indirect supervision. Data collection techniques are carried out through field research which includes observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. By using a purposive technique with a total of 7 informants. The results showed that the implementation of supervision of village funds in Batumatoru Village was still not optimal. Due to lack of supervision in the implementation of the use of village funds, both directly and indirectly. This was heard by complaints from the public regarding the government's performance in implementing the use of village funds.
