The aim of this study was to identify the views of female students of the faculty of the fundamentals of religion at the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University towards teaching using closed circuit television, teaching using e-learning and finding out if there are statistically significant differences between the views of female students due to the variable system used in teaching. The study sample consisted of (519) randomly selected students from all levels of study. They were divided into two groups: 312 female students who took courses through closed circuit television and 207 female students enrolled in the e-learning system. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive descriptive method and designed a questionnaire consisting of five areas consisting of (35) paragraphs divided into five areas; namely, teaching inputs, teaching processes, assessment processes, teaching outputs, teaching environment. The study found a number of results: The general arithmetic average of the responses of the members of the sample of female students studied using the closed circuit television on the study instrument areas (3.36 of 5). This average is in the third category of the five-dimensional scale indicating neutral. The general arithmetic average of the responses of the members of the developed students enrolled in the e-learning system was (3.56 out of 5). This average is in the fourth category of the five-step scale indicating the degree of (OK). There are statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) between the views of the two categories of female students, depending on the variable teaching system between the teaching class using CCTV and the teaching class using e-learning for e-learning students. In the light of the results of the study, a series of recommendations were made to improve teaching using closed-circuit television and teaching using e-learning.

This research aims to reveal the reality of e-learning and the obstacles to use it in university education under Corona pandemic situation from the viewpoint of the students of Al-Imam Al- Adham College University in Iraq. The study sample involved 462 students (males and females) from the college’s departments of all levels, in addition, 31 staff members from the scientific departments of the college. An electronic questionnaire was applied, consisting of 30 paragraphs, of which (22) were related to the reality of using e-learning and its obstacles to utilize it. Thus, 8 paragraphs related to the infrastructure of the college, and the study was applied in the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020). The results also revealed the most important obstacles of using e-learning in the college with arithmetic average were 3.46 and percentage (69.3%). This is including the large percentage of students feel that their future is ambiguous under the current circumstances, with an average of 4.28, and a percentage 85.6%. Followed by, there is a barrier between the student and teacher, with an arithmetic average 3.90 and percentage 84%. The results also revealed the weakness of the infrastructure in the college’s departments, as there are only 17 computer labs available for 32 scientific departments within the college. In addition, there are available only 157 computers in 13 laboratories, which is even not consistent with the number of technicians in the laboratories. The results also indicated the lack of display devices and maintenance units in the faculty laboratories and the lack of internet service in the most faculties of the department laboratories. Finally, the study presented some recommendations and suggestions regarding this issue.

The study at hand aims at identifying the argumentative writing skills among Arabic language teachers in online environments. The need for acceptance and the readiness of teachers to work independently in a digital environment is now especially great since students are familiar with electronic technology. Peculiarities of teaching the Arabic language require increased attention to learning writing and confident knowledge from teachers. Argumentative writing is important for teachers precisely in terms of its use to motivate students in e-learning and increase their engagement. Research paper points to the relationship between teachers’ writing skills and students’ advancement in writing when learning Arabic, especially as a foreign language. To achieve the purpose of the study, the descriptive method was applied. The sample of the study consisted of 120 teachers of UAE primary schools (40 male and 80 female), who were chosen randomly. The instrument of the study is a questionnaire divided into seven areas of argumentative writing. The study evaluates writing skills closely related to the effectiveness of presenting information to an online audience and in preparing e-learning programs. The results show that the argumentative writing skills in Arabic language teachers are moderate. There are statistically significant differences on the argumentative writing skills attributed to the gender variable in favor of the females. There are no statistically significant differences among the sample participants ascribed to qualification variable. Finally, there are statistically significant differences on argumentative writing skills ascribed to the experience variable, in favor of 10 years of experience or more. The authors also offered recommendations for the application of research results and for further research in this area.

This research aims to describe the divergent thinking ability of students in economic mathematics learning through CEM learning (C-learning, E-learning, M-learning) at Universitas Pamulang which supplies blended learning at Accounting Department, Faculty of Economy. The components used to find out the students’ ability of divergent thinking are fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. This research applies qualitative approach by using descriptive method. The subjects of this research are accounting students who are taking Economic Mathematics, which uses CEM Learning (c-learning, e-learning, and m-learning) at Universitas Pamulang. The samples are taken by purposive sampling method. The data are taken by giving them Economics Mathematical test, analysing the tests’ results, grouping students to be interviewed related to the tests’ results. The interview is aimed to clarify the test results related to problem solving the economic mathematics test in divergent thinking. The data are analyzed by using triangulation technique. The findings show that CEM-learning (c-learning, e-learning, and m-learning) in students’ initial ability is fairly good. This is proven by the results of economic mathematical test in the, which are in the intermediate level, which was to formulate more than one ways to finish statistical test or problem. However, they were not able to answer on their ways. The components absorbed were fluency, originality, and elaboration

Background: In urinary tract infections, an important role is played by bacterial biofilms which are responsible for persistence infections together with the antimicrobial resistance. Higher resistance can be seen in biofilm forming uropathogens in comparison with free-floating bacteria. So, the present study was performed with a goal to find the prevalence of biofilm formation and also the antimicrobial resistant pattern of uropathogens. Methods: A descriptive method was conducted at Modern Technical College, Sanepa, Lalitpur in samples isolated from UTI suspected patients. The overall duration of this study was approximately 3 months. Total of 50 isolated E. coli was tested for biofilm formation and antimicrobial susceptibility testing was done by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method on Mueller Hinton agar as per CLSI guidelines. Results: From the 50 isolates of E. coli, 32 were biofilm producers (3 strong and 29 moderate) and 18 were weak/non-biofilm producers. Among the biofilm producers, cefotaxime was more resistant in 20 of the isolates followed by ceftriaxone in 16 and amoxyclav in 13, whereas amikacin was least resistant in 2 of the isolates. Conclusions: Among the isolated E. coli, biofilm-forming isolates showed higher antimicrobial resistance as compared to the non-biofilm producer. Thus, uropathogen should be routinely screened for biofilm formation.
