The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the communication process in the implementation of the BUMDes program in Pantae Village. This research is a type of qualitative research using Organizational Communication Theory in a policy implementation approach, which looks at the communication process within the organization, namely internal communication as well as external communication. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and document study. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman's model. The results obtained are that the internal communication process seen from vertical communication is still not running well, instructions for tasks and work from the head of BUMDes to BUMDes executives are not carried out and communication in terms of reporting and accountability is not carried out properly. Horizontal communication in the implementation of the BUMDes program has been carried out well, the process of delivering messages is carried out well, but there are obstacles in the form of frequency for communicating which are still lacking. In the context of external communication carried out by BUMDes, it was found that the communication process between BUMDes and the Inspectorate of TTU Regency had been carried out properly and in the form of formal communication, the obstacle encountered was the inability of BUMDes officials in compiling financial accountability reports which resulted in obstruction of the communication process. While the results of research related to BUMDes communication with the community, it was found that the communication process was not carried out properly. The low level of community participation is caused by the fact that the communication that is built is not participative communication.

Sunda Wiwitan is a belief held by traditional Sundanese society or native Sundanese religion. Sundanese Wiwitan community is spread in West Java, one of which is Cigugur Village, Kuningan. In carrying out their religious activities, this group usually presents offerings. The rituals of offerings in Sunda Wiwitan have existed since the stone age. This ritual is a legacy from the ancestors handed down to the younger generation of Sunda Wiwitan through the communication process. This ritual is still carried out by the Sunda Wiwitan community until this day. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of offering rituals on Sunda Wiwitan adherents and what are the preparations needed at the time of the ritual. Theories used in this research are communication theory, culture and ritual communication. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological method. The data to be analyzed was obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with three speakers. The conclusion from this study is that ritual offerings are not a negative thing. But the offerings ritual is a ritual that presents the work of human beings to Sang Hyang Kersa or the Creator, creatures that appear or do not appear as expressions of gratitude and. This ritual is also a symbol that describes the relationship between humans and nature and humans with the Creator. Sunda Wiwitan merupakan sebuah aliran kepercayaan yang dianut oleh masyarakat tradisional Sunda atau agama Sunda asli. Masyarakat penganut Sunda Wiwitan tersebar di daerah Jawa Barat salah satunya adalah Desa Cigugur, Kuningan. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan agamanya kelompok ini biasa menyajikan sajen. Ritual sajen dalam Sunda Wiwitan sudah ada sejak zaman batu. Ritual ini merupakan warisan dari para leluhur yang diturunkan kepada generasi muda Sunda Wiwitan melalui proses komunikasi. Ritual ini masih dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat Sunda Wiwitan sampai saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah proses ritual sajen pada penganut Sunda Wiwitan dan apa saja persiapan yang dibutuhkan pada saat ritual sajen dilakukan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori komunikasi, budaya dan komunikasi ritual. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode fenomenologi. Data yang akan dianalisis diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dengan tiga orang narasumber. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ritual sajen bukanlah sebagai suatu hal yang negatif. Tetapi ritual sajen merupakan ritual yang mempersembahkan hasil karya olah manusia kepada Sang Hyang Kersa atau Sang Pencipta, makhluk yang tampak maupun tidak tampak sebagai ucapan rasa syukur dan terima kasih. Ritual sajen juga merupakan simbol yang menggambarkan hubungan antara manusia dengan alam dan manusia dengan Sang Pencipta.

Sexual harassment of women often occurs in Indonesia and is disturbing to society. Based on Komnas Perempuan's 2016 Annual Records, there were 16,217 documented cases of sexual harassment. Along with the times, sexual harassment has penetrated into the digital realm, namely one case of sexual harassment in cyberspace that occurred in 2020 by X baristas. The employee uses Closed Circuit Television to peek at the breasts of female customers and spreads through social media. Based on this case, Komnas Perempuan conducted organizational communication by stating that the actions of former X employees included sexual harassment by means of violence by verbally displaying women's bodies without consent. The formulation of the research problem is how Komnas Perempuan's organizational communication is in addressing the resolution of cases of sexual harassment by X baristas. Based on the theoretical study, this research has used organizational communication theory, public relations, and Komnas Perempuan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through case studies by collecting data in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study, Komnas Perempuan conducted internal communication by suggesting X to restore a safe space and external communication by responding to journalists through groups on instant messaging applications by maintaining a code of ethics to protect victims.Pelecehan seksual kepada kaum perempuan kerap terjadi di Indonesia dan meresahkan masyarakat. Berdasarkan Catatan Tahunan Komnas Perempuan tahun 2016 terdapat 16.217 kasus pelecehan seksual yang berhasil didokumentasikan. Seiring perkembangan zaman, pelecehan seksual merambah ke ranah digital. Salah satu kasus pelecehan seksual di dunia maya terjadi pada tahun 2020 dilakukan oleh barista kafe X. Pegawai tersebut menggunakan kamera pengawas untuk mengintip payudara pelanggan perempuan dan menyebarkan melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi organisasi dengan menyatakan tindakan mantan pegawai kafe X tersebut termasuk pelecehan seksual dengan bentuk kekerasan, dengan cara mempertontonkan secara verbal tubuh perempuan tanpa persetujuan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana komunikasi organisasi Komnas Perempuan dalam menyikapi penyelesaian kasus pelecehan seksual barista X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsif kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi internal dengan menyarankan perusahaan atau kafe X mengembalikan ruang aman pada pelanggan. Komunikasi eksternal dilakukan dengan memberikan tanggapan kepada wartawan melalui grup pada aplikasi pesan instan. Tanggapan tersebut diberikan dengan tetap menjaga kode etik untuk melindungi korban.

This study identifies themes in the theoretical literature on policy implementation that can then be used to develop a research-based framework for the scholar about how qualitative research can be used to analyze policy implementation through the investigation of informal and formal communication lines. This article draws from existing scholarship to bridge the gap between policy studies and qualitative research to explore innovative ways for scholars to expand our understanding of policy implementation. The article uses the literature to propose a framework that can be used to examine policy implementation. The framework is based on the concepts of Orientation, Degree, Resources, Activity, Autonomy, Societal Values, Institutional Values, Rationale and Power Relationship.

This study aims to determine the role of internal communication in achieving the vision and value infusion of CreditOn Group Indonesia. The successful achievement of CreditOn's Company in Kazakhstan is a reference for CreditOn Group Indonesia in achieving its vision and work culture, but expectations and reality do not run smoothly in its implementation. This study uses the theory of organizational communication and internal communication or also known as employee communication theory. The researcher wants to know how CreditOn Indonesia delivers the vision and values ​from Top Management to employees in order to achieve the output that is expected to be achieved. This research uses a qualitative method with a constructivism paradigm because there is a reality that the company wants to build to achieve its vision and application of its values. The results of the study show that there are inefficiencies in using communication channels, noise in delivering the messages, timing of the delivery of messages in the term of communicating the vision and company's values.

Communication and communication systems are topics widely discussed in the literature of the subject. However, the analysis of the specific subjects of this study as courts, is so far a subject that is rarely discussed in empirical research as well as in a debate at the level of communication theory. The paper presents the results of survey research on internal communication in district and regional courts in the context of trust building. The study assumes that there is a relationship between communication on a given project tasks, communication on project management and non‑formal communication, and confidence in the public institution and its management. The results of the research clearly showed the existing relationship between satisfaction coming from the proper communication, and the level of employee trust in the court as a place of work.

This research was aimed to find out one of the Da’wah activists, namely KH Asyhari Marzuqi in delivering Da’wah material. Was it using persuasive words or just the opposite, coercive that causes fear? By using persuasive communication theory and other related theories, researchers analyzed the data using qualitative research methods. The approach used in this study was a case study. Data analysis model was with explanation development. Qualitative research is identical to a critical and interpretative research. After conducting the research, the researcher obtained the result that KH Asyhari Marzuqi was a figure of Da’i who was able to preach persuasively. As a communicator, he meets the standards for persuasive da’i. Meanwhile, the message delivered was also a language of invitation that is soft and without coercion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu aktivis dakwah, yakni KH. Asyhari Marzuqi, dalam menyampaikan materi dakwah. Apakah menggunakan kata-kata persuasif atau justru sebaliknya, koersif yang menimbulkan ketakutan? Dengan menggunakan teori komunikasi persuasif dan teori terkait lainnya, peneliti menganalisis data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Model analisa data dengan pengembangan penjelasan. Penelitian kualitatif identik dengan sebuah penelitian yang bersifat kritis dan interpretatif. Setelah melakukan penelitian, peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa KH Asyhari Marzuqi merupakan sosok da’i yang mampu berdakwah secara persuasif. Sebagai seorang komunikator, ia memenuhi standar untuk dikatakan da’i persuasif. Sementara, pesan yang disampaikan juga berupa bahasa ajakan yang bersifat lembut dan tanpa paksaan.

Abstract. The concerns of this reaseacrh to determine and analyze the impact of internal communication towards Employee Engagement at PT. Solid Logistics. The Internal Communication Theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Lawrence D. Brennan (1960) while for Employee Engagement based on the views of William H. Macey (2009). It is explanatory research. The population in this research were all employees of PT. Solid Logistics. The data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation, literature studies, and data of the company. Data analysis techniques are used quantitatively and narrated according to the results of the research. The results of the reasearch is indicating that internal communication has a significant impact on the Employee Engagement at PT. The development of the tourism industry in Surabaya has also made the hotel industry grow. The performance of hotel employees in providing services contributes to the development of the tourism industry in Surabaya. Papilio's Best Western Hotel was chosen as the research object because it was one of the best hotels in Surabaya, even in Indonesia according to the Director of National Hospitality. In addition, the Best Western Papilio Hotel has received various achievements from various online travel agents that are rarely obtained by other hotels. This achievement is the result of employee performance. Whether or not the employee's performance is influenced by several factors including the communication climate and reward system. The organizational communication climate and reward system contribute greatly to the success and performance of the organization. By knowing that the organizational communication climate and reward system affect employee performance, organizations can improve communication and reward systems accordingly so as to improve the performance of employees. Therefore, the focus of this research is to explain the influence of the organizational communication climate and the system of rewards for the performance of employees of the Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya. The theory used in this study is the organization's internal communication theory, organizational communication climate, reward system, and performance. This study uses an explanative quantitative approach using the survey method. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 104 employees of the Best Western Papilio Hotel Surabaya. The results of this study show that simultaneously the communication climate and reward system have an influence on the performance of employees of the Best Western Papilio Hotel in Surabaya by 30.2% and the remaining 69.8% influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Introduction.The present research is about the management of the organizational communication of the Cooperativa Campo de Unión y Progreso of San Isidro CUPSI Ltda. Manabí - Ecuador, the study focused on the speeches that every company offers through its publicity, information of the administration and the real facts, elements studied based on ethics and the process of credibility - trust in the psychological structure of the public.  Goal.Analyze communicative management based on ethics and its effect on the image and reputation they have in the public of reciprocal interest. Materials and methods. It is a quantitative and qualitative research to describe the data that determine its impact on intangible assets. ResultsIt is considered that the publicity issued has a low level of readability, institutional communication towards partners generates distrust, and the level of internal communication is very low due to a weak culture. Discussion. Facts and messages that the cooperative issues, are not being planned to be taxed to the business objectives, which have built their identity, as a socially responsible company; but the information is not transparent, Conclusionsthe assessment that the public understands and believes of it, according to the research.

One problem that is still a challenge in creating synergy among regional government officials regarding the tourism development in East Nusa Tenggara Province is government communication. Therefore the objective of this research is to explore the government communication that occurs among regional government officials in NTT provincial government regarding the tourism development. The theoretical base used is organizational communication theory with the approach of Karl Weick organizational and network theory. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research shows that the government communication among East Nusa Tenggara regional government officials regarding the tourism development experiences various problem. The problem is related to communication type, the communication element, and the relationship dimension in organizational communication. Furthermore, from the perspective of the relationship dimension in government communication, the communication process among regional government officials in NTT provincial government emphasizes the dimensions of superior-subordinate and positional relations.
