In marriage, some conventional fiqh literature stipulates that the authority to determine the marriage of the prospective bride is more dominant to the male side than the female party. For example, this is the opinion of Imam Syafi'i who allows the marriage of girls even though the girls are adults without the consent of the girls. In the Indonesian context, marriage must be based on the consent of the two prospective brides, which is one of the administrative requirements so that the marriage can take place. The methods used in this article is a qualitative approach to the library, where the focus is aimed against any reference about the religion, culture and islamic boarding school. The approach used is qualitative, which is a research procedure that describes the behavior of certain people, events, or places in detail and depth. While this type of research is literature. Namely, research that relies on reading sources, texts, and various information in the form of reading. In a different reference library research is research that is done to solve a problem that is based on a critical study of library materials and related research results presented in new ways.

Marriage at a young age is a phenomenon in some Indonesian society, especially in rural areas or traditional societies, although this kind of marriage is rarely known because it is closed. This fact is due to several reasons which make this young marriage sustainable; including economic, social and cultural factors. In cultural factors, people often associate with elements of religion or the understanding held by society. The problem that arises is that there is no benefit that is obtained if underage marriages are still carried out. The methods used in this article is a qualitative approach to the library, where the focus is aimed against any reference about the religion, culture and islamic boarding school. This paper is discusion the polygamy is still a controversial problem, although much discussed and examined. The difference of opinion among scholars make this problem continues to potentially raises the agree and disagree. Even though it has been regulated in Act Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the compilation of Islamic law (KHI), this does not necessarily make the problem of polygamy is complete. Not a few perpetrators of polygamy choose married under the hand or by sirri. This research uses qualitative approach by implementing thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i) to obtain a comprehensive understanding about polygamy in the Qur'an. The Data obtained through the study of a library research by sharing the data that comes from the various verse of the Qur'an, hadith, book fiqh, research results, books and the news in various media outlets in order to complete the interpretation of the verses of polygamy. Based on the results of this research it is known that the verses of the Qur'an gives a very tight restrictions for those who want to in polygamy. Justice that the conditions of polygamy is not only were quantitative but also qualitative research. In the context of historical-socio, the command of polygamy is intended as a form of the solution to avoid injustice to orphans women. Even if polygamy still want to do, should the husband marrying the widows who have lighten the orphan.

This article seeks to highlight and provide answers to the controversial opinions that have recently been frequently campaigned by some liberal Muslim figures that the Qur'an recognizes the existence and truth of previous scriptures such as the Bible. They use several verses in the Qur'an, 5:44, 46-47 and 66, to justify the above opinions supported by partial interpretation experts under their understanding and purpose. In this study, the author used the library research method, which is research-based on library studies. The approach used is descriptive-analytical, which describes existing data sources, then analyzed and interpreted using available data sources. The opinion of liberal Islamic thinkers that it is enough for the Jews to use the Torah in carrying out religious law, and the Christians that they simply follow the rules in the Bible, this is because their methodology in understanding the verse is wrong. They did not explain at all the abuses committed by Jews and Christians. Including their defiance of Allah's command and about the guidance of the coming of the Prophet Muhammad with his perfect and universal sharia, which they are obliged to follow and obey, which is the information contained in their holy book. In understanding the verses of the Qur'an, they do not use methodological steps that can be accounted for in the discipline of interpretation. Contextual schools are emphasized for several texts that are alleged to be anti-religious pluralism. While on the other hand, literal schools are applied to verses that support the notion of religious pluralism.   Artikel ini berupaya untuk mengetengahkan dan memberikan jawaban atas pendapat kontroversial yang belakangan ini sering dikampanyekan oleh beberapa tokoh muslim liberal bahwa al-Qur’an mengakui eksistensi dan kebenaran kitab suci sebelumnya seperti Bibel. Mereka menggunakan beberapa ayat dalam QS. Al-Ma’idah [5]: 44, 46-47, dan ayat ke-66 untuk menjustifikasi pendapat di atas didukung dengan menukil pendapat dari para ahli tafsir secara parsial sesuai dengan paham dan tujuan mereka. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode library research, yakni penelitian yang didasarkan pada studi pustaka. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis, yaitu mendeskripsikan sumber data yang ada, kemudian dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan dengan menggunakan sumber data yang tersedia. Pendapat para pemikir Islam liberal bahwa kaum Yahudi cukup berhukum dengan Taurat begitu pula kaum Nasrani, yang katanya cukup berhukum dengan Injil atau Bibel, dikarenakan mereka cacat secara metodologis dalam memahami ayat tersebut. Mereka sama sekali tidak menerangkan tentang penyelewengan yang dilakukan orang-orang Yahudi dan Nasrani. Termasuk tentang pembangkangan mereka terhadap perintah Allah dan tentang petunjuk akan datangnya Nabi Muhammad saw. dengan syariatnya yang sempurna dan universal yang wajib diikuti dan ditaati oleh mereka, yang mana informasi tersebut terdapat di dalam kitab mereka. Dalam memahami ayat-ayat al-Quran, mereka tidak menggunakan ukuran metodologis yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara disiplin ilmu tafsir. Mazhab kontekstual ditekankan untuk sejumlah teks yang diduga anti kemajemukan beragama. Sementara di sisi lain, mazhab literal diterapkan untuk ayat-ayat yang mendukung paham pluralism agama.

Religion, at least, consists of five dimensions: ritual, mystical, ideological, intellectual and social. The ritual dimension is related to religious ceremonies, some rites that are considered sacred such as prayer, mass or worship. The mystical dimension shows religious experience which includes at least three aspects: attention, cognitive systems, beliefs and fear. The ideological dimension refers to a series of beliefs that explain the existence of humans dealing with God and other creatures. The intellectual dimension shows the level of understanding of people towards their religious doctrine. The social dimension is the manifestation of religious teachings in social life. As for the other hand, culture is a complex whole, social heritage or tradition, ways, rules and ways of human life, human adjustments to the natural surroundings and ways to solve problems, the results of human intelligence and the results of association or human association. Getting the same education is become a necessity for every citizen. The right education is part of social justice, and this becomes the ideals of Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid. The purpose of this writing is (1) to know the gait and the fight Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in menegmbangkan education in West Nusa Tenggara, (2) to find out the values of social justice implementation of Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in the world of education. This type of research is research studies library (library research) by examining the thinking character, approach in this study using a qualitative approach. The method of data collection in this study collects some information from several sources and primary book of scientific works of the previous studies as well as scientific journals related implementation then analyzed the value of Justice social by TGKH Zainuddin Abdul Majid through education. The results of the analysis of some of the scientific literature suggests that Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in the biennial donations grow in West Nusa Tenggara is part of the implementation of the values of social justice, as set forth in the preamble to the Constitution 1945. Because Equalization of education is a right of every citizen are regulated by the Constitution in realizing social justice for all the people of Indonesia.

This study aims to describe the manufacture and use of Cuisenaire rod learning media for understanding the concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers for elementary school students. The research method used is literature study, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and recording, and processing research materials. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data sources and research results in library research in the form of a description. Data sources are bibliographic or come from various literature, including books, journals, newspapers, personal documents, etc. The research results are that the utilization of Cuisenaire rod media is more optimized on learning in elementary schools, especially in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers because Cuisenaire rod media can help understand and can concrete the concept of numbers. In addition, it can be used as reference material for research on learning addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of integers by utilizing different learning media.

This study aims to examine the transformation of Islamic education in terms of Auguste Comte's three-stage law. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research is library research. The results of this study are that the theological stage occurred when the emergence of the first Islamic boarding school in the form of a Salaf Islamic Boarding School whose focus of study was only on theological aspects or aspects of life after death. then the metaphysical stage shows the use of reason to answer problems that occur in humans both at the theological level as well as worship and muamalah. then the positive stage where humans have considered scientific facts in solving Islamic problems, namely the emergence of offers of humanist meanings of Islam such as pluralism and Islamic archipelago. The emergence of Islamic higher education institutions has also become a forum for discussing scientific answers by academics who have professional qualifications and competencies.

Abstract This study aims to determine the concept or program of  human resource development at Raudhatul Ulum Islamic  Boarding School. The method in this research emphasizes  the type of research file, while this qualitative approach is  carried out as a research procedure that produces descriptive  data in the form of written or oral words from people and the  behavior observed by the author through observation, interviews  and documentation regarding the development of Human Resources  at Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School through the concept or  program of the Directorate of HRD (Human Resources Development)  of Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. From the research  results it is known that the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding  School through Asdir Division (Human Resources Development)  has a concept or program that is arranged systematically and  planned Making a schedule of ongoing coaching with the  qualifications of participants of educators, non-educators,  students. Furthermore, monitoring to the evaluation  stage of the program being run. The implementation process  of Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in developing Human  Resources went quite well, most of the activities carried out went  as planned by the pesantren. Based on the changes in the behavior  of the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School human resources  after participating in a number of coaching activities and the rules  applied by the HRD (Human Resources Development) the better, most  of them showed good commitment to the pesantren, were able to work  with sincerity and complete, have insight about Islam after participating  in several activities and coaching.

Reflecting the reality of today, many people have lacked thescience of Shorof, but today is placing more emphasis on public scienceonly, and as if Islamic boarding school were ancient. Even, they assumethat Islamic boarding school certificate can’t be used for apply a job.But, it could lead us to deep dive about theology. This study aims tolearn the shorof learning method of Islamic boarding school along withits sustainability and procrastination factors. This type of research is adescriptive qualitative approach. It’s a research procedure that resultsin both written and oral data from the party which has a directconnection to Shorof learning method. Then, they are fully described indetail and done research. The findings were systematically done. Thelearning contributing factors includes the curriculum in Islamicboarding school, building facilities, and teachers. And, the inhibitionfactors includes the number of students becoming unruly due to a wideIslamic boarding school.

This research is aimed at acknowledging the model and success level of implementation of children of hope integrated education (Dikterapan) program in Fathul Khair Islamic Boarding School, Cimanggis Depok, West Java, specifically performing development for the marginal groups. This research uses qualitative approach with the data collection techniques of in-depth interview, observation and documentation. This research results in the following findings: 1) the students participating in the children of hope integrated education (Dikterapan) program originate from the marginal groups comprising street children and orphans. They are treated equally in receiving education, nurture, food, clothing, dwelling free of charge in the relevant Islamic boarding school, 2) the students are given comprehensive materials, starting from general education, religion education, to craftsmanship education, 3) education in the relevant Islamic boarding school has successfully changed the living pattern of the street children from totally free individuals to well-organized, religious, and disciplined individuals.
