Religion, at least, consists of five dimensions: ritual, mystical, ideological, intellectual and social. The ritual dimension is related to religious ceremonies, some rites that are considered sacred such as prayer, mass or worship. The mystical dimension shows religious experience which includes at least three aspects: attention, cognitive systems, beliefs and fear. The ideological dimension refers to a series of beliefs that explain the existence of humans dealing with God and other creatures. The intellectual dimension shows the level of understanding of people towards their religious doctrine. The social dimension is the manifestation of religious teachings in social life. As for the other hand, culture is a complex whole, social heritage or tradition, ways, rules and ways of human life, human adjustments to the natural surroundings and ways to solve problems, the results of human intelligence and the results of association or human association. The methods used in this article is a qualitative approach to the library, where the focus is aimed against any reference about the religion, culture and islamic boarding school. The approach used is qualitative, which is a research procedure that describes the behavior of certain people, events, or places in detail and depth. While this type of research is literature. Namely, research that relies on reading sources, texts, and various information in the form of reading. In a different reference library research is research that is done to solve a problem that is based on a critical study of library materials and related research results presented in new ways.

In zama then until now the study of philosophy has many orientations that are still abstract, but social life is a reality of life or facts that naturally occur and must be lived byhumans. The purpose of this research is to provide support to other scientific progress processes and try to find answers to human problems arising from rapid technological advances. The answer to science to human needs is the benefits of science for humans. writing this article uses the method of literature research study (Library Research),in addition to using the development ofliteracy and subsequent reading analysis using the method of content analysis  (Contect Analyisis). Science is essentially neutral depending on humans. Axiologically, humans can determine and give judgments about the usefulness or absence of a science. Therefore, in the axiological side, science must make a more beneficial contribution to human life. This journal seeks to explain how axiology as one of the main pillars of philosophy reveals the benefits of science for humans

A fact that in the association of human life, individuals and groups, there are often deviations from the norms of his life, especially known legal norms. Where in mutual human association, this deviation of legal norms is referred to as a criminal offense. In recent years there has been more and more crime against human souls in society. The research method used in this study is the Library Research and Field Research. Judge's consideration or Ratio Decidendi is an argument or reason used by the judge as a legal consideration that becomes the basis before deciding a case. In practice before this juridical consideration is proven, the judge will first withdraw the facts in the trial that arises and constitute the cumulative conclusions of the witnesses' statements, the defendant's statements, and the evidence. The application of the law in this case to the murder case is legitimate while in reasonable terms because the application of the law must be in accordance with what was done by the perpetrators because the deterrent effect that is expected in the application of this law is very important.

Islam is a perfect religion that not only regulates ritualistic relationships between humans and their creators, but Islam is a comprehensive religion that regulates all aspects of human life both spiritually and physically, as well as regulates human affairs in social life and lays down the principles of the nation and state. State, including matters related to politics, power and government, political education, in political Islam known as siyasa which studies matters concerning matters concerning the affairs of the people and the state with all forms of law, regulation, and policies made by the holder of power. The Qur'an also uses the term Sulthan, "Physical ability to exercise influence and or coercion on other people or society" Mulk, "Power as an object of right (ownership)", and bukm "Organizing order in human life. What is more discussed is related to the principles of leadership where humans are the main subject and at the same time the object in politics. These principles are deliberation, trustworthiness, fair dealing, leadership is responsibility, leaders must not deceive their people, leaders do not do wrong to their people, leaders must pay attention to the condition of the Islamic Ummah (welfare), leaders must act fairly in governing, leaders love their people and their people love him, positions because they are trusted are mandated not requested. This research is a research library (library research).

Having a Networking or Networking is one very important thing that supports the success of the world of education. As a social being, basically there needs to be socialization or good relations between fellow humans, both in the smallest environment such as household, family, relatives, work colleagues and others. The research that the author uses is a type of literature review research or often called library research, Library Research which is research that is focused on collecting a series of quotations from various books or articles and laws / regulations related to the object of study. The principle of Islam is living together and a person's relationship with society because an individual has limitations. Therefore, the benefits obtained from society are never comparable to the benefits obtained from individuals because of their limitations. Islam instructs its followers in doing jobs to always cooperate with others and when individuals work together and have social relations, the spirit of unity that blows in their anatomy will keep them from being divided, so that Islam places great importance on participation in society. Humans as social beings always need other people. Despite having an adequate life, sufficient intelligence and sufficient physical strength, he will always need an environment where he can share, support each other and work together. Humans need not only religion, science, or entertainment or the arts, but also togetherness. Everything is necessary. Because with religion life is more directed, with knowledge life will be easier, with the art of life more beautiful and with togetherness life will be more useful. Cooperation is the mental and emotional involvement of people in group situations that encourage them to contribute to group goals or various responsibilities for achieving goals. In building a social life, humans create forms of social interaction which are then studied in social science. As members of social groups, we act and behave in certain ways. The behavior of each individual is usually influenced by the behavior of other people which is then known as interaction. The definition of cooperation (cooperative) is an effort made by several people or groups to achieve common goals. This collaboration is an interaction that is very important for human life because humans are social creatures who both need each other. This collaboration can occur when the individual concerned has the same interests and awareness to work together in achieving common goals and interests. Cooperation or collaboration is very important in an organization, as an integral part of efforts to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, the school as an organization needs to continually strive to build a spirit of cooperation for all its members.

As creatures who have reason and mind, human life cannot be separated from the assessment of good and bad deeds. This is where the position of ethics is so important for the way or direction of human life. With reason, humans can position themselves to act. What to do and what to avoid and leave in accordance with the existing rules. Ethics as a branch of science from philosophy has received very good attention from philosophers. So that from the thinking of these philosophers emerged various types of ethics, one of which is the flow of pragmatic ethics. This pragmatic flow is found in England and America. One of the most influential pragmatists of his time was the pragmatism of John Dewey. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how John Dewey's pragmatic ethical thinking is and how relevant it is to online learning in Indonesia. In line with the objectives, this research uses the type of research library research and uses descriptive analysis method. As the results of his research, John Dewey's pragmatic ethics teaches that something will be good if we can look for goodness that can be used and not just talk. An important point of John Dewey's teaching of pragmatic ethics is that experience is knowledge applied in practice. A truth will be seen in testing by experiences in practice. An action taken can be considered ethical if it brings a scientific benefit such as producing pleasure, satisfaction and goodness for society. Dewey strongly supports social life and does not like people who live individualistically. For him, a person will have meaning if they can blend in with society because humans cannot live alone and are very dependent on other people. If one lives without society, then one's life is meaningless (sociality education). John Dewey's ethics are closely related to life in today's modern era. The impact of the corona virus requires education in Indonesia to be carried out online or online. Thus, this implementation is related to John Dewey's pragmatic ethics which judges something good based on the practical benefits of a theory or the existence of proof of a theory.

Marriage at a young age is a phenomenon in some Indonesian society, especially in rural areas or traditional societies, although this kind of marriage is rarely known because it is closed. This fact is due to several reasons which make this young marriage sustainable; including economic, social and cultural factors. In cultural factors, people often associate with elements of religion or the understanding held by society. The problem that arises is that there is no benefit that is obtained if underage marriages are still carried out. Faiḍ ar-Rahmān fī Tarjama Tafsīr Kalam Malik ad-Dayyān by KH. Shaleh Darat land has been read from a sufitic dimension. However, there is actually a social dimension that has escaped the previous readings. Therefore, this study provides a new perspective in reading the interpretation of KH. Soleh Darat especially in QS. al-Fatihah [1]: 1. This type of research is classified as library research . By using a contextual-sufistic approach, the results of this study are;  first , the two characteristics that are in the basmalah pronunciation not only show attributes for Allah but also humans; second , basmalah have social value in it, h al it is illustrated by their compassionate nature that also must be inculcated in ourselves humans themselves (both physical and spiritual) and then applied to the fellow beings by sharing sustenance and mutual reminded in his favor; third, the practice of social life as a symbol that there is God as the Creator.

For the proper functioning of society and the peaceful coexistence of different groups of people, communities and the state, it is essential to educate young people towards the readiness for mutual solidarity. In the absence of willingness to show mutual solidarity, a society can neither function properly nor live, however small this willingness may be. The common objectives of a nation, cultural heritage and tradition build awareness of solidarity within the particular society or nation. Therefore, the functionally conditioned consciousness of solidarity should be rooted and ultimately motivated by the universal solidarity of all men. In his teaching, John Paul II deepened the motivation for solidarity as a human and Christian virtue, emphasising its social dimension. The pope drew attention to the theological understanding of solidarity, developing the theme of solidarity on the deep background of social issue and its global dimension. Young people should be educated to participate in social and cultural life in the spirit of solidarity. They should be led to realization that the welfare of the nation depends on their moral attitude, the will to survive, the fidelity to values which have shaped the history and culture of the community over the centuries. Solidarity is motivated by a natural openness of human beings to other persons with whom there is a need to cooperate in pursuit of the common good. Hence, there is a need for constant readiness to accept and complete the tasks which result from the participation of the individual in social life.

In marriage, some conventional fiqh literature stipulates that the authority to determine the marriage of the prospective bride is more dominant to the male side than the female party. For example, this is the opinion of Imam Syafi'i who allows the marriage of girls even though the girls are adults without the consent of the girls. In the Indonesian context, marriage must be based on the consent of the two prospective brides, which is one of the administrative requirements so that the marriage can take place. Kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa sebagai alat komunikasi manusia mencakup seluruh bidang kehidupan termasuk ilmu pengetahuan antara lain terkait sejarah peradaban manusia; bagaimana manusia mempertahankan hidupnya, bagaimana manusia memperlakukan alam, bagaimana alam menyediakan segala kebutuhan manusia. Apa yang dilakukan manusia saat ini, saat lampau, dan apa yang dilakukan manusia jauh di masa prasejarah, bagaimana kondisi alam di masa-masa tersebut, apa perubahan dan perkembangannya, dapat didokumentasikan melalui bahasa, divisualisasikan kembali, lalu dipajang sebagai salah satu upaya konversai dan preservasi dalam satu institusi yang disebut museum. Penelitian ini membahas kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa dalam permuseuman. Bagaimana kedudukan dan fungsi bahasa dalam permuseuman baik dalam informasi yang disampaikan oleh pemandu wisata museumnya maupun yang terpajang menyertai benda-benda dan gambar-gambar merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah gabungan antara metode lapangan dan metode literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kedudukan bahasa Indonesia berada pada urutan pertama setelah Bahasa Inggris dan keberadaan kedua bahasa dalam permuseuman ini melibatkan dua fungsi utama bahasa, yakni fungsi komunikatif dan fungsi informatif.The existence and function of language  as a medium of communication covers all fields of human life including knowledge, one of them is the history of human civilization; how humans survived, how human utilized nature for their lives, and how nature provides all the necessities for humans. What humans have been doing now, what they have done in the past and far before that in the pre-history time, how the conditions of the nature at those times were and what changes as well as progresses occurred are documented using language, then re-visualized,  displayed as one of conservation and preservation acts in an institution called museum. This research discusess the existence and function of language in museums. How important the existence of a language in museums and what language functions used in museums both in informations given by the museum guides and on the displays accompanying objects and pictures are the aims of this research. The methods used are the combination between field research and library research. The results show that generally the existence of Indonesian language plays more important role than English and both languages have two main functions; communicative function and informative function.
