Another result is the possibility of the respondent continuing the certification test after the certificate expires (3 years) and must be updated.Mengelola arsip memerlukan keterampilan tinggi sehingga membutuhkan kompetensi pengelola arsip. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of various teaching methods used in higher education and the perception of the students regarding these methods. In order to determine the possible ways to obtain strategic advantages and benefit from the strengths, the university has to know what drives foreign students in choosing a certain study program, even if it is outside their country of origin. At the same time, knowing the disadvantages that prevent them from doing so, helps the university include ways to correct the weaknesses or to offer solutions to them. The students, participating in this research, are enrolled at the European University in Madrid, from different study programs and degrees (license, master and doctoral programs) and were asked to answer a questionnaire about the use of teaching methods, about their perceptions upon effective teaching and the reasons that have determined them to choose to follow a study program. The results were in favor of a higher use of projects, group activities and case studies during classes and seminars at the European University of Madrid and of using new technologies in the educational system (e-learning, simulations, use of intranet, and activities in laboratories). As a primer characteristic searched for when choosing a study program, the students mentioned practice, mainly for developing abilities useful for applying for a job as soon as possible. It is, therefore, important to analyze the teaching methods and this research helps us understand how students see the teaching process and which are the methods that help them to better understand and to be more active during classes. Key words: creativity development, innovative teaching, practical activities, teaching methods.

Abstract: The increasing number of students who graduated each year causes a lot of student data that need to be processed, causing difficulties in grouping the data. In this research apply Data Mining by using Clustering method to classify the quality of graduate students of Faculty of Computer Science Dehasen University of Bengkulu based on GPA and Study Program. The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where the data are grouped based on the same characteristics will be entered into the same group and the data set entered into the group does not overlap. Information displayed in the form of group ?? a group of graduate students who dominate the Study Program, so it is known to the group that has the best graduate quality. The results of this study will assist the University in analyzing the quality of graduated students and the most potential study programs. Software used to help this grouping is Rapid Miner. Online classes are the main means of lecturing process during the Covid-19 Pandemic. No exception for the management economics Department of Persada Bunda College Pekanbaru which utilizes online applications, such as Zoom, Whatsapp groups, Google classrooms, and other application media to carry out the online class process. This research was conducted to find out what the effectiveness of online classes were like for the Management Study Program students of the Persada Bunda Economic College Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that brought an online survey method via google form. The obtained test results were that the majority of students from the Management Study Program of the Persada Bunda Pekanbaru have carried out the online class process from home using a cellphone / smartphone by utilizing a fair internet data connection. The online class process shows a general picture that the students' understanding towards the material provided was less than optimal and the increasing number of assignments given to students had an impact on the class process which was less effective. Other results show that students are not ready to face the new rule set by the government, "the new normal life" if online classes continue. Another result also show that the effective lecturing system during the Covid-19 pandemic should be both online and offline that are carried out alternately while still paying attention to health protocols in order to prevent Covid-19 from spreading.
