Every year the number of visitors to the Indonesian Soldier Museum is decreasing. Even though this museum has a role to support the awareness of defending the state of the Indonesian people. The need to do marketing for museums serves to introduce museums to the Indonesian public. This study aims to analyze marketing strategies and find out various obstacles and obstacles in supporting the awareness of State Defense. This study uses qualitative methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The resulting data will then be analyzed to be able to find the right marketing strategy to attract the attention of tourists, both from within and outside the country, as well as the obstacles in attracting visitors. The Soldier Museum functions as a historical education facility and has an important role to love Indonesia, increase national and state awareness, strengthen Pancasila as the state ideology and be willing to sacrifice for the country and nation.

Innovative and creative marketing strategies must always be carried out so that the company does not experience a loss in sales so that if it is unable to compete with other companies. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti Pamulang Tangerang Selatan and know the implementation of the marketing strategy of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan to increase sales. In this study, the research approach used is to use qualitative methods. Qualitative research is aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the situation at hand. In this study, data collection techniques used in qualitative methods are interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results obtained, namely in general property products managed by PT. Karya Tunggal Properti experienced sales growth from year to year, but the target of the company has not been achieved. The unit sales data obtained are a total of 20 housing units sold from 2017 totaling 8 units and in 2018 totaling 12 units, while the target given by the company is 36 units so that the realization of the percentage obtained only reaches 22.22% and 33.33 %, but sales from 2017 to 2018 increased by 11.11%. The success of increasing sales of PT. Karya Tunggal Properti for 1 year was obtained from the implementation of marketing strategies, including product strategy, price, promotion, and place.

Indications of successful management of cullinari such as a restaurant is a significant increase in the target number of tourists visiting. Therefore, it is necessary to have the right and targeted marketing strategy. This study aims to analyze and describe the marketing strategy of Bale Raos restaurant The autentic Taste in tourism area Keraton Yogyakarta. Research used qualitative methods. Informants sampled are general manager, marketing, operational manager and visitorAs of Bale Raos restaurant. Data was collected used interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the research results show the right marketing strategy to increase quality product and service by segmenting targeting and positioning and  collaboration of good product, price sale, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidance.

Bekasi Regency is deemed as the pillar of Indonesian capital city considering from its strategic values in terms of the political, economic, socio-cultural, and also the defense-security aspects. The population of Bekasi Regency is relatively dense, and its location is directly bordered with Special Capital District of Jakarta. This situation causes the social life in Bekasi Regency being highly influenced by the lifestyle of citizen in the capital city such as seen in the criminal issues, togetherness, environmental awareness, etc. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation, obstacles faced in the implementation, and strategy used in the state-defense awareness development activities for the citizens residing the Bekasi regency area in order to prevent any non-military threats. This research implements qualitative-descriptive method with case-study approach. The evaluation model applied in this research is CIPP evaluation. The subject of this research are any stakeholders that is eligible in providing the data in accordance to the need of this research, and the samples are selected through purpose sampling method. The data are acquired through interviews, observations, and literary studies. The findings presented that the state-defense awareness development activitiesare only conducted incidentally, hence they are not conducted regularly by the territorial unit in the location. This is due to the consideration that state-defense awareness development activities are not a priority. As the consequence, the formula of the strategy in the development activities is not yet accurate. Therefore, the right strategy that has been adjusted to the characteristic of the local region is necessary as the attempt to prevent any non-military threats to occur in Bekasi Regency area.

Community engagement activities in the form of counseling to mothers of family empowerment and welfare in Gadingharjo Village, Sanden Sub-District, Bantul Regency is aim to provide additional understanding, knowledge, and training to mothers of family empowerment and welfare in Gadingharjo Village in choosing the right marketing strategy in the digital era and industry 4.0 so the products can be marketed widely by utilizing an application-based marketplace that is currently being popular in Gadingharjo Village, namely Shopee application. Counseling aims to provide additional understanding, knowledge, and training to mothers of family empowerment and welfare in Gadingharjo Village in choosing the right marketing strategy in the digital era and industry 4.0 with lecturing, demonstrating, question & answer, and practicing methods. The benefits that can be obtained by participants from community service activities are increased knowledge and understanding of mothers of family empowerment and welfare in Gadingharjo Village about industry 4.0 and about choosing digital marketing strategies by utilizing an application-based marketplace.

The cafe business in Indonesia is increasingly increased its growth. This is a business field for business activists. Surely a cafe has its own marketing system or what we can call a Marketing Mix. The purpose of this study is to identify the implementation of marketing strategies in cafes in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. This research uses qualitative methods, namely through observation, document study and interviews with several relevant informants. The results of this study indicate that Cafe Jolly Coffee Surabaya uses a marketing strategy which I believe is appropriate to attract consumer interest and is also used to compete in the cafe sector.

AB Susanto, a writer, wrote a book entitled Management of State Defense: A Modern Approach to Becoming a Great Nation (Manajemen Bela Negara: Pendekatan Modern Menjadi Bangsa yang Besar). Writing this book aims to facilitate understanding for all levels of society regarding state defense management in a broader perspective. The management of state defense more broadly includes the meaning, causes, elements, history, and challenges in defending the state; the condition of the Indonesian nation; main character and role mismatch; what it takes to become a great nation; the existence of economic growth; foreign policy and diplomacy capabilities; multicultural society as an asset; and disaster management as part of defending the nation. The book “Management of State Defense: A Modern Approach to Becoming a Great Nation” is intended by the author for all levels of society, from students, teachers, athletes, technicians, doctors, businessmen, and government officials. The target of the wider community is due to the various capacities and roles of the community. Thus, the community can manage this diversity by implementing the right state defense strategy. This book describes the problem of state defense management from a broader and deeper perspective. The state defense management presented includes the concept of defending the state (to equalize perceptions), the actors who play a role in protecting the state (not only in the form of the Military and Police), and the impacts caused in defending the state. Of course, the information is presented with light language and actual illustrations.

This paper discusses the importance of building a culture of literacy for civil servants in the defense of the state. Defending of country is the right and obligation of every citizen, and can be done in accordance with the profession. The approach used in this paper is qualitative. The data is taken through a literature review (literature study). This study reinforces some of the results of previous research in the importance of building a culture of literacy, in this case for state defense efforts by civil servants.

Bondowoso is one of the coffee planting centers in East Java with special taste (specialties) Java Coffee. The local government gives fully support to create quality processed products that can increase revenue and sales volume of ground coffee that still under ‘ose coffee’ sales. It needs study of the competitiveness of Bondowoso processed ground coffee ‘java coffee’ specialties products to assess whether the business is feasible to be developed economically or not.  This study used Analysis method using Policy Analysis Matrix. For an alternative marketing strategy used an Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE Internal-External (IE) and SWOT, priority marketing strategy with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The purposes of research are: 1) Knowing the competitiveness of ground coffee java coffee UD. Nuri, 2) Determining the right strategy to improve the competitiveness of ground coffee java coffee UD.Nuri. The data analysis methods used was IFE and EFE Matrices. Alternative business development strategy used IE and SWOT matrices, for business development strategy priority used AHP. Ground coffee java coffee has a comparative advantage and competitive with coefficient DRC = 0.052 and PCR = 0.489. Ground coffee java coffee agribusiness position is in quadrant I, the right strategy to improve the ground coffee UD. Nuri Bondowoso is conducting an effective promotion through social media (digital marketing).

ABSTRACTThis research is intended to know the marketing carried out by Harper Kuta Hotel to get out of the Red Ocean Marketing carried out in the hospitality industry has implemented a red ocean zone which in all hotels uses the same marketing strategy, so marketing is offered in marketing. This study uses qualitative methods and uses four blue ocean frameworks that explain the strategies that must be corrected and corrected. Data collection uses interview techniques from each resource person. The final goal of this research is to learn the advantages possessed by Harper Kuta Hotel, so that they can choose the right strategy and have innovation.

One of the functions of the state of being very important state on guarantees is a function the defense of the country. Function the defense of the country intended especially for preserves and maintain the country of the list of possibilities under attack by one of the outside and from within. Research methods that were used with the approach is normative juridical approach for legislation statue approach) based on the data found so some conclusion can be drawn as follows: 1.strategy state-defense to strengthen the system which can ensure the defense of the country it has stood the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia (NKRI): a. manifesting the form of the implementation of education state-defense through the activities of education education of citizenship , basic military training , devotion as a soldier tni and devotion befitting a profession . b. realize the implementation of the system of the sense of state-defense through the socialization of the program state-defense to all levels of society. c. create software containing legislation to support the implementation of the program state-defense. Software used as a reference a legal right in carried out a state-defense. d. create the necessary to support the program state-defense, especially to give the consequences to the left temporarily work. The defense of the country strategy which can ensure it has stood the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia (NKRI) , at the same time to respond to the challenges the defense of the country in the future , is the application of the system of the defense a strategy of defense in a padded menyinergiskan lapis military defense with layers non-military defense . 2 .The implementation of the policy to strengthen the defense system the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia (NKRI), regulated in the law of no. 13 years 2002 on the defense of the country .Where explained above that bela of the country is the attitudes and behavior a citizen who imbued by take one to the unitary state of the republic of Indonesia that based upon Pancasila and the constitution of 1945 at sustained concern only the survival of the entire nation and the country .The state should know is the right and responsibilities of citizens.
