Pre-school age is an intensive period in the life of a person which offers great potential for development. The dimensions of the impact of the social environment (children, parents and other adults) on the child’s personality are multifaceted. This accounts for the emphasis on social norms, goals and ideals. Education is the one factor that can best provide the socialization of adolescents. The changes in modern society have led to redefining the parenting patterns for bringing up children. The role of the family as an environment for transferring social experience has never lost its significance. Children need continuous care in order to handle societal failures; they need support for mastering the culture of behavior, as well as timely and appropriate help for ensuring conflict-free communication and for enabling them to take responsibility for their own choices and actions.Psychological studies show that various factors influence both the upbringing of children as well as the parents’ attitudes towardsthem. The relevant factors include: the childhood experiences of the parents; the unrealized needs of the parents; interpersonal relations in the family that are characterized by emotional depth and style that are considered to have established "a standard".The parameters of the actuality of the research problem are based on the interrelationship of the social and educational aspects that are related to the position of the child and his personal assertion in society:- Atpre-schoolage, thechildgraduallyfitsintothesocialsystem, whichistheresult of learningexperiences, actionsandrelationships, awarenessandrediscovery of theselfandtheworld of otherpeople.- Thechildbecomesaware of thenorms of behaviorandthemeaning of actions–their ownandother people’s - andlearns to takeresponsibilityfortheiractions.- Oneyearbeforeschool starts, the childdevelopstheability to accepttheposition of othersand to takeintoaccounttheirownandothers’perspective.- For a successfulpersonalrealization, itisimportantforchildren to havetheskills to worktogetherandcommunicatein a group. Thisisthecompetencethatdirectstheirbehaviortowardsco-ordination, co-operationandsynergy.The abovementioned specific features of the child's personality are the result of the intentional educational interactions between the kindergarten and the family and are related to the acquisition of knowledge, rules and norms, and of value-oriented patterns that define behavior. The foundations for thisare laid during the pre-school age and are considered the most stable and lasting, often referred to as the "basic personality structure". Along with them, the "behavioral potential" of the child, which is demonstrated at different ages, is shaped and developedthrough upbringing. Consequently, behavior is seen as a specific manifestation of the personality associated with its selective attitude towards the influence of various factors in the social environment. The direction of the educational activitiesinspires the motivation for personal behavior aiming at growth and self-actualization. Hence, the presence of a certain skill level which imposes a new approach to learning - replacing the mechanical reproduction with the acquisition of competences for and attitudes towards interaction in a changing environment. What is appropriate for achieving these goals is the applicationof functional models for cooperation, individualization and differentiation of the educational process. These ensure that the child is provided with conditions for activity and for mastering basic, sustainable rules for conscious participation and development that are important for the success of each of his activities. This is a type of social education that is achieved through exploring the social fabric andacquiring the skills for learning, choosing and communicating.

This article discusses the analysis of the structural strings in Proverbs 10: 1-5 as the role of parents in the formation of children's character. The purpose of this article is to interpret Proverbs 10: 1-5 and give attention to the bridge of the context of Proverbs 1-9 about the role of parents in forming a child's character. The author uses Wisdom Genre Hermeneutics as a procedure in research, so found 4 major conclusions in making this scientific work. First, the character formation of a child always begins with the role of parents in providing the educational process. The key to affinity Structure Proverbs 10: 1-5 which provides a transition / hinge in the fundamentals of wisdom Proverbs 1-9, giving the author directions that the results of the quality of the wise child cannot be separated from the education of parents. This needs to be known where the process of education in the family also continues to apply in the midst of the life of the Israelites, even in the royal period, especially in the time of his own exile. Second, the role of parents in education seems to be carried out in a balanced manner, namely father and mother. Proverbs 10: 1 explains that the character quality of a child will have consequences for the judgment of a father and mother. The teacher of wisdom is not only to a father, but also to a mother. Therefore, education in the family is carried out by a team, namely father and mother (see Context Proverbs 4: 1; 6:20; etc.). Third, the writer of Proverbs teaches that a child can have wise character qualities. The wise character quality of children is obtained from parental education. Through the study of the author in Proverbs 10: 1-5, wise children are educated in moral teachings that are based on the teachings of God (Old Testament context). In addition, the educational process is also based on good experience of the life of a father and mother, so that a child can imitate the habits / good qualities of his parents, moreover the wise nature emphasized in Proverbs 10: 1-5 is the nature of honesty (v. 3) and perseverance (vv. 4-5) as an identity of a minded person. And fourth, the action or character shown to a child can be an evaluation for parents of the teachings of wisdom that have been conveyed (Band. Teachings of wisdom in Proverbs 10: 1), so that in the future they can teach again the teachings of wisdom for a person children, so that one day they can become wise children.

Diseases of the oral cavity are one of the most common diseases that public health has worldwide. This problem affects people of all age groups. An analysis of literature data allows us to identify many risk factors for the development of caries and its complications, which may concern military personnel in addition to unbalanced nutrition, smoking, poor oral hygiene and irregular visits to the dentist. Many international studies demonstrate the urgency of the problem of dental diseases among military personnel, indicating the lack of timely medical examination, low motivation for regular visits to the dentist and thorough self-hygiene of the oral cavity. In addition, it is worth considering the specifics of the military tasks performed for the entire period of service, during which they are influenced by many unfavorable factors, which in turn affect the microelement composition of the body, which directly affects the overall health. The need to use in the army of the Russian Federation more relevant in its composition vitamin-mineral complexes (VMC) has been repeatedly described in modern studies. But so far no work has been done to study the relationship between the microelement status of the body and the state of hard tissues of teeth and periodontium

In the article, we discuss the principles of consistency and continuity implemented in the education of general medicine and normal physiology at the medical university. We give several taught topics and questions to allow the application of these pedagogical principles: solutions, the role of various ions in physiological functions, buffer systems, and their role in regulating the acid-base balance of the body and many others. We reviewed possible forms of interdisciplinary interaction: coordination of work programs and curricula within the framework of joint departments and methodological councils, writing of interdisciplinary textbooks, reading of interdisciplinary problem lectures, holding joint meetings of student scientific societies devoted to current scientific problems. We believe that multidisciplinary interaction will allow us to eliminate to eliminate unreasonable duplication in teaching, free up additional temporary resources, and increase the effectiveness of the educational process in general.

An analysis of the incidence was carried out on sheets of temporary disability. The sociological survey was conducted on the questionnaires to assess the preventive, medical activity and self-assessment of the teachers’ own health. Statistical processing was made with the use of Statistica 8.0. Results. The incidence rate of university professors with temporary disability due to underestimated cases of diseases was revealed to be hidden (latent) in nature. A questionnaire survey revealed that 66.6% ÷ 85.0% of respondents had health problems. Only half of the respondents (55.6 ÷ 45.7%) rated their state of health as good, but this rating decreased with age (21.9%). According to nosology, in the structure of diseases among teachers of medical schools in the second and third age groups (30-49 years and 50 years and more), diseases of the cardiovascular system (52.6% and 61.9%, respectively), the musculoskeletal system (55.3% and 47.6%), the digestive system (36.4% ÷ 42.9%). The main reasons for the low level of health and the high incidence of medical teachers were: insufficient physical activity, poor nutrition, insufficient attention to their own health, failure to comply with treatment-and-prophylactic recommendations, self-treatment. Conclusion. An assessment of the resistance of an organism of university teachers in terms of incidence rates with a temporary disability, based on disability records, cannot be a reliable criterion. Using sociological methods of a questionnaire survey allows getting reliable information about the true incidence rates, identifying the causes of their growth, and can also be a related tool in the development of medical and preventive measures aimed at preserving the health of university teachers.

ABSTRACKThe responsibility of education cannot be carried out unilaterally, it requires the cooperation of three components which Ki Hajar Dewantara calls the tricenter of education: family, educational institutions, and society. All three are a unified whole and complement each other. The involvement and role of parents and the community in guarding children's education in the era of globalization is very urgent. This journal aims to discuss the importance of the Three Education Centers as a solution to overcome juvenile delinquency which is increasing in this era of globalization. The writing of this journal uses library research methods, or often also called library research, collecting data from various literatures. The three educational centers both play an important role in the success of education, which basically all are interrelated and mutually cooperate with each other. The three of them must indirectly carry out close guidance in the educational process. The three links can be seen from: Parents carry out their obligations to educate children in the family, educational institutions facilitate teaching various knowledge and skills with full support from students' parents, and the community is expected to be a facilitator for students to be able to actualize their knowledge and skills. Keywords: Responsibility, Tricenter of Education, Juvenile delinquency, Puberty.
