Abstract The global prevalence of mental disorders is on the rise and sleep disorders have been recognized among one of the major contributors affecting well-being and longevity of both young and adult population. Sleep habits are multifaceted and arise from complex interactions between socio-environmental, behavioral, and psychological factors, and any disruptions in the balance of the previous may negatively alter sleep duration and sleep quality leading to sleep disorders, however this phenomenon may vary by age and sex. Emerging evidence suggest that adolescents entering pubertal development face many sleep changes due to biological factors like delay in circadian rhythm and decreased homeostatic sleep pressure as well as due to social factors which may lead to sleep disorders subsequently affecting adolescents' mental health. Sleep hygiene among young population is of primary importance especially as chronic sleep disruption may be a risk factor for mental disorders and multimorbidity along the lifespan, and importantly these association have been proved to be bi-directional. Thus, public health initiatives and guidelines to promote sleep hygiene should emerge in order increase the awareness of sleep disorders and their role in prevention and management of mental disorders.

Bio-inspired self-similar hierarchical honeycombs are multifunctional cellular topologies used for resisting various loadings. However, the crushing behavior under large plastic deformation is still unknown. This paper investigates the in-plane compressive response of selective laser melting (SLM) fabricated hierarchical honeycombs. The effects of hierarchical order, relative density as well as constituent material are evaluated. The results show that at small deformation, the AlSi10Mg alloy hierarchical honeycombs show great advantages over the elastic modulus and compressive strength than 316L steel hierarchical honeycombs. As the relative density and hierarchical order increase, the failure mechanism of AlSi10Mg alloy honeycombs gradually changes from a bending-dominated mode to a fracture-dominated mode; whereas all the 316L steel honeycombs fail due to the distortion of original unit cells. At large deformation, the AlSi10Mg alloy honeycombs behave with brittle responses, while the 316L steel honeycombs exhibit ductile responses, showing a negative Poisson’s ratio behavior and gradient deformation of hierarchical unit cells. The addition of unit cell refinements improves the elastic modulus of AlSi10Mg alloy honeycombs and advances the densification of 316L steel honeycombs. In addition, the effect of constituent material on the compressive response of hierarchical honeycombs has been discussed. This study facilitates the development and future potential application of multifunctional ultra-light sandwich structures.

Summary. The purpose of this study is to analyze the information content of the circular, highlighting the main thematic parts. Research methodology is based on the use of analytical and synthetic critique of the sources. To establish the objectivity of information, in the absence of the original letter, its information in comparison with other handwritten copies and old printed copies which we found. The scientific novelty is that Proto-hegumen Vasyl Rogovskyj’s circular has been introduced into wide circulation for the first time. Conclusions. The author determines the circumstances (holding of the Zhydychyn General and Provincial Chapters) and the purpose (informing about innovations in the Basilian legislation) of writing a district letter and presents a biographical review of the authors of the correspondence (Proto-hegumen Vasyl Rogovsky, Provincial Secretary Adrian Shubovych). The structural thematic points of the letter are analyzed: definition of provincial taxes; material support of student monks; sale of things of the dead monasticism; regulation of funeral services; focus on the exemplary behavior of the leaders of the Order; increase in payments for monks-teachers; setting requirements for preachers; preservation of unanimity in liturgical rites; involvement of the studio houses of the Order for diocesan needs; reduction of religious duties; streamlining of financial and property documentation; overcoming obstacles to spiritual growth; on obedience and respect for the authority of the Order and the Church. The importance of the content of the letter is evidenced by the fact that its copy was included in the input documentation of the act books of the Lubar Monastery Chancellery.

The concept economic value is based on availability paying (Willingness to pay) a person to consume goods and services produced by natural resource or the environment. The purpose this study was to analyze characteristics of mangrove attractions, characteristics of visitors, visitor perceptions of sapta charm, and estimate the economic value in BeeJay Bakau Resort Probolinggo. Descriptive research with data collection methods including interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique and determination of the number samples using the linear time function formula. For the dependent variable that is number of requests for visits to mangrove tourism and independent variables namely travel costs, distance traveled, education level, income level, age, and working day (HOK). The result of the analysis shows that the visitor's perception of sapta charm in the mangrove tourist attraction which dominates is the friendly aspect of 34.25% while the economic value is IDR 638,287,712,178/year and the total value of the receipts is IDR 4,200,000,000. Suggestions in order increase the potential tourism there because the economic value is higher than value of acceptance as well as research on the aspect of charm so that the development of tourist objects is in line with what visitors want.

Here we report complex supramolecular tessellations achieved by the directed self-assembly of amphiphilic platinum(II) complexes. Despite the twofold symmetry, these geometrically simple molecules exhibit complicated structural hierarchy in a columnar manner. A possible key to such an order increase is the topological transition into circular trimers, which are noncovalently interlocked by metal···metal and π–π interactions, thereby allowing for cofacial stacking in a prismatic assembly. Another key to success is to use the immiscibility of the tailored hydrophobic and hydrophilic sidechains. Their phase separation leads to the formation of columnar crystalline nanostructures homogeneously oriented on the substrate, featuring an unusual geometry analogous to a rhombitrihexagonal Archimedean tiling. Furthermore, symmetry lowering of regular motifs by design results in an orthorhombic lattice obtained by the coassembly of two different platinum(II) amphiphiles. These findings illustrate the potentials of supramolecular engineering in creating complex self-assembled architectures of soft materials.

International law enforcement is an understudied but indispensable factor for maintaining the international order. We study the effectiveness of elite justifications in building coalitions supporting the enforcement of violations of the law against territorial seizures. Using survey experiments fielded in the USA and Australia, we find that the effectiveness of two common justifications for enforcement—the illegality of a country’s actions, and the consequences of those actions for international order—increase support for enforcement and do so independently of two key public values: ideology and interpersonal norm enforcement. These results imply elites can build a broad coalition of support by using multiple justifications. Our results, however, highlight the tepidness of public support, suggesting limits to elite rhetoric. This study contributes to the scholarship on international law by showing how the public, typically considered a mechanism for generating compliance within states, can impede or facilitate third-party enforcement of the law between states.

The paper indicates the reason for the appearance of the second and third order terms of smallness of the continuity equation, which in the wave dynamics lead to the appearance of spontaneous self-oscillations. The compatibility of periodic local non-conservation of the amount of substance in the control shape with the integral law of conservation of the total amount of substance in the flow region is demonstrated. It is shown that taking into account terms of the second and third order of smallness is equivalent to the order increase of time differentiality of the continuity equation, which gives an extension of the class of fluid flow movements. Attention is drawn to the similarity of constructions of inhomogeneous terms of the wave equation arising due to the convective terms of the L.D. Landau and E.M. Lifshitz equation of motion and due to the second-order smallness terms of the Euler continuity equation. It is also shown that the loss of members of second and third order of smallness in time in the derivation of the M.V. Ostrogradsky continuity equation occurs due to the neglect of the flow of fluid particles crossing twice the border of the convex control shape along the secant line, coming outside within the finite time interval and not included in the substance balance. The possibility and validity of the appearance of terms of high-order smallness in other physical laws containing the divergence operator is indicated.

This study examines the effect of particulate reinforcement on the mechanical properties of 3D printed acrylonitrile–butadiene–styrene (ABS). Copper ferrite (CuFe2O4) as a reinforcer with various loadings was used to print ABS composite specimen, namely, 8, 11 and 14 wt%. Mechanical testing such as tensile test and hardness test was performed on the printed samples. Specimens with 14 wt% of CuFe2O4 showed a 135% increase in tensile strength compared to the pure ABS specimens. Specimens printed with 14 wt% of CuFe2O4 are 14% harder compared to the pure ABS specimens. Thermal conductivity increased 93% for specimen loaded with 14 wt% reinforcer. Electrical conductivity shows a one-order increase for composite specimen compared to control specimen.
