Taxi is become one of the most popular public transportation, especially in urban area. People may choose their public transports due to the comfortability, speedy and the efficiency.  The mobile application is introduced in the way to create an easiness of booking matters in improving their system and target passengers. This technology of mobile apps is supposedly made convenient to the people with the booking system, which are able to fulfil all the requirements as demand by passengers. However, many mobile apps especially for booking system, there are still weaknesses, here and there. There are traffics while peak and off-peak hour. The system is jammed, passengers could not book and worse than that is the taxi’s driver could not respond at all. Therefore, this research is very important to define all the factors contribute to those matters, in the way to purpose the robust mobile booking system for public transportation. Together with that, the satisfaction level factors towards the passenger’s satisfaction on taxi services apps are analysed and verified. The research survey of questionnaire was designed to gain the primary data of respondents and been analysed using ANOVA in SPSS software. Findings of this research, hopefully can direct any others companies suite to this situation for a better mobile apps development.

This chapter claims to understand the implications of Cloninger´s psychobiological model of temperament in the people behaviour on social networking sites. This study uses secondary information as well as primary data. The author collected and analyzed an online survey with a sample of 365 individuals. The study contributed to bridging the research gap of the correlation between the Cloninger´s psychobiological model of temperament and people behaviour on SNSs. The main findings show that clear correlation exists between Cloninger´s psychobiological temperament dimensions and the way people interacts on Facebook. Mainly, temperament is affecting in almost all the areas that have been tested; Facebook affinity uses of Facebook, motives and barriers of using Facebook.

Pada Desember 2019, wabah penyakit pneumonia yang disebabkan oleh coronaviruse ditemukan Wuhan, China. Penyakit ini telah menyebar ke seluruh dunia hingga saat ini. Pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan agar masyarakat tidak berkegiatan di tempat umum. Beberapa kawasan perkotaan mengalami penurunan jumlah kendaraan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menganalisis emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dari sumber bergerak di Kabupaten Jombang ketika penerapan kebijakan PSBB di masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode analisis emisi gas rumah kaca menggunakan metode Tier 2 (Vehicle Kilometer Traveled) yang menggunakan pendekatan berdasarkan panjang perjalanan. Data primer diambil dengan traffic counting pada wilayah adminsitrasi kawasan perkotaan Jombang. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat pengurangan kendaraan terutama angkutan umum seperti bus baik bus antar kota maupun antar provinsi. Berdasarkan wilayah administratif, Kecamatan Jombang memiliki emisi gas rumah kaca CO2eq tertinggi sebesar 119372,29 ton/tahun, diikuti oleh Kecamatan Perak sebesar 46.679,04 ton/tahun  dan Kecamatan Diwek 52799,15 ton/tahun. Ruas jalan nasional di kawasan perkotaan jombang menjadi penyumbang emisi gas rumah kaca CO2eq tertinggi yaitu 113877,99 ton/tahun. ABSTRACTIn December 2019, an outbreak of pneumonia caused by the coronavirus was found in Wuhan, China. This disease has spread throughout the world until this time. The Indonesian government issued a policy so that people do not carry out activities in public places. Several urban areas have experienced a significant decrease in the number of vehicles. This study analyzes greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs) from mobile sources in Jombang urban area during the implementation of the PSBB policy in COVID-19 pandemic. Analyzing greenhouse gas emissions method uses the Tier 2 (Vehicle Kilometer Traveled) method that uses an approach based on the length of the trip. Primary data was taken by traffic counting on the administration area of Jombang urban area. The results depicted that there was a reduction in vehicles, especially public transportation such as buses, both inter-city, and inter-provincial buses. Jombang District has the highest CO2eq greenhouse gas emissions of 119372.29 tons/year, followed by Perak District at 46679.04 tons/year and Diwek District 52799.15 tons/year. National roads in the Jombang urban area are the highest contributor to CO2eq greenhouse gas emissions, namely 113877.99 tons/year.

A lack of bureaucracy community satisfaction in public service at the level of service and villages was the stigma impression of government apparatus received from the community for urban village. The residents’ satisfaction against public services from village influenced factor by responsiveness, credibility and empathy. Communities are satisfied with the services provided by officials in urban village, in providing services to the community. The method used in this research descriptive explanatory, are outlining and explaining the service, satisfaction toward society. The research survey used 200 respondents from 7 urban villages purposive through sampling methods and the kind of data supporting by primary and secondary data. Secondary data obtained and was gathered from various literature, book, a journal, the thesis and data from the internet that are considered relevant While the primary data was obtained through a method of surveying, namely by giving the research questionnaire in south of Tangerang. Instrument used in the analysis is spss and shem lisrel. Measurement of data done in this research used 1-5 likert scale. The results of this research proves that people feel that the officers being disciplined in providing services (x25), officers will always be in place to provide services (x26), in addition they felt easy to contact officers (x29). Some people feel the counter complaints service in the form of suggestions box just a display there have been no a follow-up (x33). The first hypothesis is: the impact on service satisfaction (accepted; 2.31>1,96). They felt the officers have to work in accordance with discipline time (x34). The target completion of conformity work received after the resident complained (x36) dependability and residents see the officers in (x39) does the work, in addition the officers can work together with colleagues (x40), and also has the initiative in work (x41). But, on the other hand, in carrying out the work, residents still seeing officers has not been fully worked with neat and minutely (x35). From this research, it can be concluded that the performance impact on the satisfaction of (the second hypothesis is accepted; 3,21> & gt; 1,96). The employees of services provided include the urban population and civil registration (Dukcapil) in south of tangerang, the people are satisfied with the services provided by employees urban village.

West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is one of Indonesia’s leading halal tourist destinations. This makes business opportunities open for the local community and will be able to improve the welfare of the community. All districts participated in the development of halal tourism to increase the number of tourist visits to NTB. The city of Mataram, the capital of the NTB province, is no exception. Mataram is also actively building and developing halal tourism by packaging existing tourist destinations into attractive halal tourist destinations. Seeing the rapid development of halal tourism in NTB, this study was conducted to examine the development of Halal Tourism in the City of Mataram and to determine the contribution of the development of halal tourism to the welfare of the people in Mataram City. This research is a descriptive qualitative study in which the primary data are informants from the City of Mataram Tourism Office, Mataram City Promotion Board, Tourism Actors and tourists that visiting Mataram while secondary data are obtained from various reports, books, publications, websites and others. The results of this study aimed that the development of halal tourism carried out by the Mataram City Government was quite good. This is proven by the increasing number of tourists visiting Mataram City each year. Development of halal tourism is done by improving facilities and infrastructure at tourist destinations, promoting both local and international, providing public transportation that is good enough to access tourist attractions, providing accommodations in accordance with sharia provisions so as to provide comfort for tourists especially Muslim tourists. With various efforts to develop tourist destinations that have been carried out by the Government of the City of Mataram has an impact on improving the welfare of the people of the City of Mataram, which is illustrated through the increase in the HDI index from year to year.

With the carrying out of Demonetization, The Government has been hopeful the vision of cashless society in India, advancing the people to apply various cashless option like Credit/Debit Card, EWallet, Cheque, Online transfer-NEFT/RTGS, Demand Draft, Mobile Wallet-PAYTM etc in their routine life. An impulsive buying is made unconsciously and usually without regard to costs or harmful consequences. They are usually provoked by the need for instant self-satisfaction. The study is based on the primary data collected from retail malls like Big Bazaar, Reliance Fresh, D Mart and Osia Mall in Ahmedabad City with the help of structured questionnaire. Data analysis has been done using SPSS software. The statistical analysis method employed in this study is Factor Analysis and Chi Square analysis. For the present study, 170 mall shoppers were selected from malls of Ahmedabad city. The research is focusing on factors which affect Impulsiveness of Consumers’ Behaviour at the Time of Selection of FMCG Products due to demonetisation. The study also find out that majority of the customers are affecting

This study aims to determine the effect of transparency in financial management of village funds and community empowerment on community welfare in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research method uses quantitative descriptive methods and primary data using questionnaires. This study took a sample of residents who were divided into 11 hamlets in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunung kidul Regency. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to people’s homes, attending social gatherings and routine meetings held by community members. It aims to obtain more data from respondents directly. The number of questionnaires processed was 120 questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment has a positive effect on the welfare of the people of Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency, while transparency in financial management of village funds does not affect the welfare of the community in Sidoharjo Village, Tepus District, Gunungkidul Regency.

Jalan Temanggung Tilung is a 2/2 UD type road (two undirected two-way lanes) with a road width of 5.5 meters, which is a connecting road between two major roads, namely the RTA road. Milono and the path of G. Obos. Over time, the volume of traffic through these roads increases every year, plus roadside activities that also increase cause congestion at several points of the way. To overcome this problem, the local government carried out road widening to increase the capacity and level of road services. The study was conducted to determine the amount of traffic volume, performance, service level of the Temanggung Tilung road section at peak traffic hours before and after road widening. Data retrieval is done by the direct survey to the field to obtain primary data in the form of geometric road data, two-way traffic volume data, and side obstacle data. Performance analysis refers to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) for urban roads. From the results of data processing, before increasing the road (Type 2/2 UD), the traffic volume that passes through the path is 842 pcs/hour and after road widening (Type 4/2 UD) the traffic volume for two directions is 973 pcs/hour, with route A equaling 528 pcs/hour and direction B equaling 445 pcs/hour. Based on the analysis of road performance before road enhancement, the capacity = 2551 pcs/hour, saturation degree = 0.331, and the service level of the two-way road are level B. Based on the analysis of the performance of the way after increasing the way, the direction capacity A = 2686 pcs/hour and direction B = 2674 pcs /hour, saturation degree for direction A = 0.196 and direction B = 0.166, service level for road direction A and direction B increase to level A

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

This paper talks about an innovative and rather an interesting manner of intimating the message to the people using the wireless electronic display on the screen. This will help us in passing any message almost immediately without any delay just by sending an SMS which is better and more reliable than the old traditional way of passing the message on a screen. Our aim is to reduce the amount of paper work and make use the possible technological resources.  In this paper, we are trying to implement our system in such a way that it can display message send from the authorized user to the various receiving ends. So spreading of important message or screen will take place within the very short span of time to respective mobile application. Means user or registered person will be able to send the message from anywhere and this message will be displayed on a screen at the respective place.
