Maintaining health is very important to be applied from an early age, especially during the covid-19 pandemic. This is important because children are prone to disease because their immune system is not as strong as adults in general. This study aims to present and describe the implementation of healthy living behaviors of early childhood during the covid-19 pandemic. This research includes a type of field research with a qualitative approach. The data source uses primary data in interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires—data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study show that the implementation of healthy living behaviors of early childhood has been carried out well following the proposal of the Directorate of Paud Development in 2020 on four healthy living behaviors in schools, namely: washing hands with soap, drinking water, and eating healthy and hygienic food, as well as disposing of waste in its place and keeping the environment clean and safe.

The ability to read at an early age greatly affects the level of intelligence of children. The earlier a child learns to read, the more fond he is to read and the better he will read. So parents and teachers should teach children to read from an early age. Because the ability to read is the basis for mastering various sciences. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the steps of implementing the "Kubaca" method which can improve the ability to recognize the words of early childhood Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember. This research uses a qualitative approach and types of field research. The data collection techniques used included observation, interviews, and documentation. This study concluded that the steps for implementing the Kubaca method that can improve the ability to recognize early childhood words in Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 are as follows: 1) the teacher prepares various kinds or kinds the words to be conveyed to students, 2) the teacher holds up the words that have been arranged neatly, and 3) the teacher reads the cards aloud and repeatedly. Kemampuan membaca pada usia dini banyak mempengaruhi tingkat intelegensi anak. Semakin dini seorang anak belajar membaca maka semakin gemar ia membaca dan semakin baik ia membaca. Maka seharusnya orang tua dan guru mengajarkan anak membaca sejak dini. Karena kemampuan membaca merupakan dasar untuk menguasai berbagai ilmu.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan metode “Kubaca” yang dapat meningkatan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 Bangsalsari Jember.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitianlapangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara,dan dokumentasi.Penelitian ini memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa langkah-langkah penerapan metode Kubaca yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal kata anak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal Perwanida 19 adalah sebagai berikut: 1) guru menyiapkan aneka ragam atau macam kata-kata yang akan disampaikan kepada siswa, 2) guru mengacungkan kata-kata yang telah disusun secara rapi, dan 3) guru membacakan kartu-kartu tersebut secara nyaring dan berulang-ulang. The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect

Memorizing the Qur'an is ideally applied to children from an early age, so that they are accustomed to using the time to do activities that are beneficial for their lives and future. However, the ability to memorize the Qur'an in early childhood is decreasing in quality and quantity. This is caused by several factors, one of which is an inappropriate and unattractive method for students. Therefore, the mushafahah method can be an alternative solution that is suitable and easy to implement. The purpose of this study was to find out empirical data on the application of the Musyafahah method and to analyze how much the result of the application of the Musyafahah method to facilitate early childhood memorizing short letters in group B in TK Dharma Wanita Persatuan Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the mushafahah method can make it easier for early childhood to memorize short letters well and fluently, especially in the TK B Dharma Wanita Persatuan Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo group. In addition, the mushafahah method can provide experience for students to be able to communicate directly with the teacher, children are also more enthusiastic and more interested in memorizing.

Praktik sewa menyewa pohon mangga di kalangan masyarakat Dsn. Patuk Ds. Ngetos Kec. Ngetos Kab. Nganjuk yang tidak biasa perlu kajian dengan tinjauan hukum Islam apakah sudah sesuai dengan syariat, guna meminimalisir adanya kemadlaratan yang mungkin ditimbulkan. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji dan menganalisis tentang praktik sewa menyewa pohon mangga dikalangan masyarakat Dusun Patuk Desa Ngetos Kecamatan Ngetos Kabupaten Nganjuk serta statusnya tinjauan hukum Islam. Penelitian lapangan (field reseach) ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber datanya adalah masyarakat Dusun Patuk, dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisisnya adalah deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan bagaimana praktik sewa menyewa pohon mangga yang terjadi di kalangan masyarakat Dsn. Patuk Ds. Ngetos Kec. Ngetos Kab. Nganjuk dengan tinjauan hukum Islam. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktik sewa menyewa pohon mangga di kalangan masyarakat Dsn. Patuk Ds. Ngetos Kec. Ngetos Kab. Nganjuk termasuk dalam akad bathīl dikarenakan terdapat satu rukun yang tidak terpenuhi atau dilarang oleh syara’ yakni penggunaan pohon mangga sebagai objek sewa. Terkait dengan resiko, dalam praktik ini seluruh resiko menjadi tanggungjawab pihak penyewa. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama’ Indonesia (DSN-MUI) No: 112/DSN- MUYIX/2017 Tentang Akad Ijārah. Sedangkan hukumnya adalah dihukumi ma’fu, dikarenakan ketidak pahaman masyarakat tersebut atas hukum dari praktik yang mereka lakukan. Kata kunci: Hukum Islam, Sewa Menyewa, Pohon Mangga.Abstract:The practice of renting happens in Patuk Ngetos village Ngetos Nganjuk Regency by using mango trees as the objects in unusual leases needs to be studied with a review of Islamic law whether it is in accordance with the Sharia in order to minimize the existence of delays that might result from this practice, as well as a review of Islamic law about the practice of renting mango trees among the people of in Patuk Ngetos village Ngetos Nganjuk Regency. This type of research is a field research (field research), with a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is the community of Patuk villaget. The data collected is primary data with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this practice is included in the bathīl contract because there is one pillar that is not fulfilled or prohibited by syara 'which is the use of mango trees as rental objects. This is also in accordance with the view of the ulama 'madzhab which states that it is not permissible to rent trees for fruit. In addition, the use of this object has resulted in uncertain speculation of results so that it tends towards gharar. As for the law on the practice of renting that has been done by the people of Patuk village, they are punished by ma'fu, due to the community's lack of understanding of the law of their practice. Therefore, the practice of renting a mango tree should be transferred to other agreements (contracts) such as land rent along with what is embedded in it or also with a contract (contract) musaqah provided that the results are sold to the cultivators.

AbstractA witness is a person who gives testimony before a hearing by meeting certain conditions regarding an event or condition that is seen, experienced, heard itself as evidence of the event or condition. However, what if a witness who appears or is present at a hearing does not see or experience it directly, but hears the incident or situation through news from someone else (testimonium de auditu), while the Religious Court judge may not reject a case that is submitted and brought to him.The formulation of the problem in this study are: How is the juridical analysis of the strength of the evidence of witness testimonium de auditu in divorce cases in the Religious Court of Madiun Regency. And how is the juridical analysis of the judges of the Madiun District Religious Court in divorce cases regarding the use of witness testimonium de auditu.To answer the question above, the researcher used a qualitative approach, looking for data through interviews of the judges as the primary data source, then secondary data was obtained from books that have a connection with this problem. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive analysis system. In collecting data using field research techniques and making conclusions (verification). The location of this study was in the Religious Court of Madiun Regency.The results of the study concluded that the strength of the evidence of witness testimonies de auditu in the Religious Court of Madiun Regency according to the juridical study was not appropriate. However, in practice in the courtroom especially in divorce proceedings, the judge has the authority to examine the de auditu witnesses, and there is nothing wrong if the judge hears the testimony of the de auditu witnesses, but the use of de auditu witnesses is not as direct evidence. So de auditu's testimony can be used as a source of allegations. Namun,bagaimana jika saksi yang muncul atau dihadirkan dalam sidang tidak melihat atau mengalami secara langsung, melainkan mendengar kejadian atau keadaan tersebut melalui kabar dari orang lain (testimonium de auditu), sedangkan hakim Pengadilan Agama tidak boleh menolak perkara yang masuk dan diajukan kepadanya.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimanakah analisis yuridis terhadap kekuatan alat bukti saksi testimonium de auditu dalam perkara perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Madiun. Dan bagaimanakah analisis yuridis terhadap pertimbangan hakim Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Madiun dalam perkara perceraian tentang penggunaan saksi testimonium de auditu.Untuk menjawab pertanyaan di atas peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan mencari data melalui wawancara para hakim sebagai sumber data primer, kemudian data sekunder diperoleh dari buku yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan masalah ini. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan sistem deskriptif analisis.Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan (field research) dan pengambilan kesimpulan (verifikasi).Lokasi penelitian ini di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Madiun.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Kekuatan alat bukti saksi testimonium de auditu di Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Madiun menurut kajian yuridis adalah tidak sesuai. Namun, dalam praktik di dalam sidang khususnya dalam siding perceraian, hakim mempunyai wewenang untuk memeriksa saksi de auditu, dan tidak ada salahnya jika hakim mendengarkan keterangan saksi yang de auditu tersebut, akan tetapi penggunaan saksi yang de auditu tidak sebagai bukti langsung. Sehingga kesaksian de auditu dapat dipergunakan sebagai sumber persangkaan.

This research aimed to describe the implementation of the curriculum "Faith before Qur'an and Manners before Knowledge" on Children at an early age and to find out whether “learning through play” is implemented in Kuttab Al-Fatih. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. The data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentations, then analyzed and presented through descriptive techniques. The result shows that Kuttab integrates the internal curriculum with thematic learning of K13 of Early Childhood Education. The curriculum of Kuttab is supported by parents' participation. In the implementation of curriculum, faith and manners are firstly built when children enroll in kuttab and continuously strengthened during the learning process. Faith is built through stories and based on the method of delivering verses in the Qur'an. "Manners before Knowledge" is implemented through manners of education management, educating teachers as role models of manners, and preparation of student's manners before learning. The concept of "learning through play" is not implemented in Kuttab because learning has its manners.

This research aims to determine the students' errors in writing report text at eight grade SMP N 3 Timang Gajah students. The research was conduct using a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The primary data source is the eighth-grade students and the teacher English at SMP N 3 Timang Gajah. The data collection instrument uses observation sheets, interview sheets, and the documentary (test) study and the researcher's data analysis using Miles and Huberman models, including data reduction, display, and verification. The percentage of grade VIII students' achievement in writing report text in the reference made is low, namely only reaching: general nouns 22.04%, at present tense 22.57%, on linking verbs 29.17% and action verbs are 26.21%. In conclusion, the students still error in writing report text at grade VIII students of SMP N 3 Timang Gajah. Therefore, they should have great motivation and interest in learning report text and get used to practicing it in everyday life.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

Abstrak: Guru PAUD memiliki beragam peran seperti guru pada umumnya.  Namun pembedanya tampak pada peran guru PAUD yang bertugas mengembangkan beragam kemampuan dasar anak untuk menggali potensi anak sejak dini.  Kemampuan dasar bahasa asing pada usia ini dimulai dari pengenalan bahasa Inggris secara mendasar yakni melalui kosakata sederhana. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) mengetahui pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar dan 2) peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris RA/PAUD. Dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan serta pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif peneliti menentukan Sumber data primer nya adalah kepala RA/PAUD, sie kurikulum, serta wali peserta didik. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah referensi yang relevan dengan pengenalan bahasa Inggris, peran guru, dan PAUD. Kemudian Data diperoleh melalui teknik observasi partisipatif wawancara semi terstruktur dan dokumentasi uji keabsahan data menggunakan uji credibility, transferability dan confirmability melalui reduction, display data dan conclusion drawing.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar di RA/PAUD dilakukan setiap hari menyatu dengan pembelajaran tema-tema dan sub tema dalam muatan kurikulumnya berbentuk kosakata harian dan sapaan peran guru anak usia dini dalam pengenalan bahasa Inggris dasar sangat bervariasi. Guru memiliki multi peran dalam satu waktu. Peran-peran tersebut adalah sebagai educator, mediator, observer, facilitator, motivator, administrator, dan composer. KataKunci: peran guru PAUD, pengenalan bahasa Inggris, PAUD     Abstract: Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers have various roles like teachers in general. But the difference is seen in their roles tasked with developing a variety of children's basic abilities to explore children's potential from an early age. The basic ability of foreign languages ​​at this age starts from the basic introduction of English through simple vocabulary. The purpose of this study is to: 1) determine the introduction of basic English and 2) the roles of early childhood teachers in the introduction of English in this level. By using the type of field research and the qualitative descriptive approach, the researcher determines that the primary data source is the head of the RA, curriculum courses, and guardians of students. While secondary data sources are relevant references to the introduction of English, the role of teachers, and PAUD. Then the data obtained through participatory observation techniques semi-structured interviews and documentation of data validity test using the test of credibility, transferability and confirmability through reduction, display data and conclusion drawing.The results obtained are the introduction of basic English in RA done every day together with the learning of themes and sub themes in the curriculum content in the form of daily vocabulary and the greeting of the role of early childhood teachers in the introduction of basic English varies greatly. The teacher has multiple roles at one time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir Di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pnggalilian data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian guru BK, peserta didik dan orang tua siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) Persiapan meliputi menentukan personil, alat assessment dan identifikasi siswa juga kategori siswa terisolir 2) Pelaksanaan meliputi menyusun program dan implementasi program penanganan 3) Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan dan 4) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan.<br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Pribadi Sosial, Keterampilan Sosial, Terisolir<br />Abstract<br /><strong>Implementation of Social Personal Guidance in Developing the Social Skills of Isolated Students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan</strong><strong>.  </strong>This study aims to observe the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation with the BK teacher's research subjects, students and parents of students then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students at SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Preparation includes determining personnel, assessment tools and student identification as well as the category of isolated students 2) Implementation includes arranging programs and implementing handling programs 3) Evaluation of results of implementation and 4) Follow-up of results of implementation.<br /><strong>Keywords:</strong>Social Personal, Social Skills, Isolated<p class="06IsiAbstrak"> </p>
