Penelitian dengan judul “Simbolisme Hujan dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye” ini diteliti dengan menggunakan metode semiotik. Untuk mendapatkan kesatuan makna simbolisme hujan dalam novel tersebut digunakan teori semiotik Riffaterre dan teori-teori pendukung lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan hipogram dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye, (2) mendeskripsikan makna “hujan” dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye berdasarkan pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik, dan (3) mendeskripsikan peran simbol “hujan” dalam novel Hujan terhadap pembentukan makna dan estetika. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data penelitian ini adalah teks yang berupa novel Hujan karya Tere Liye. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik baca dan catat. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hipogram potensial berupa bencana yang terjadi tahun 2015 dan hipogram aktual novel Hujan yaitu novel yang pernah diterbitkan sebelumnya yang berjudul Rindu. Makna “hujan” dalam novel Hujan karya Tere Liye berdasarkan pembacaan heuristik bermakna bahwa hujan berkaitan erat dengan bencana alam, sedangkan makna “hujan” dalam novel Hujan berdasarkan pembacaan hermeneutik menghasilkan makna bahwa hujan dapat menimbulkan berbagai perasaan kepada seseorang bergantung situasi yang sedang mereka alami. Berdasarkan peran simbol “hujan” dalam pembentukan makna dan estetika ini menunjukkan adanya keterikatan antara pembentukan makna dan keindahan suatu teks. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis ini dapat dijadikan suatu pengetahuan dan dapat dijadikan suatu gambaran mengenai kehidupan di dunia untuk memikirkan berbagai hal posisif dan negatif yang berhubungan dengan hujan. Pada dasarnya hujan berperan penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.   The research titled "Rain Symbolism in Tere Liye's Rain novel" was examined using semiotic method. To get the unity of the meaning of rain symbolism in the novel is used Riffaterre's semiotic theory and other supporting theories. This study aims to: (1) describe the hipogram in Tere Liye's Rain novel, (2) to describe the meaning of "rain" in Tere Liye's Rain novel based on heuristic and hermeneutic readings, and (3) to describe the role of "rain" symbol in the novel Rain Against the formation of meaning and aesthetics. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the source data of this research is a text in the form of Tere Liye's Rain novel. Data collection techniques in this research is the technique of reading and writing. The result of this research is to know the potential hypogame of the disaster that happened in 2015 and the actual hipogram of novel Rain that is novel which ever published previously called Rindu. The meaning of "rain" in Tere Liye's Rain novel based on heuristic readings means that rain is closely related to natural disasters, while the meaning of "rain" in the novel Rain based on hermeneutic readings results in meaning that rain can cause feelings to a person depending on the situation they are experiencing that. Based on the role of the symbol "rain" in the formation of meaning and aesthetics it shows the existence of attachment between the formation of meaning and beauty of a text. Thus, the results of this analysis can be used as a knowledge and can be used as a picture of life in the world to think about various posisif and negative things related to the rain. Basically rain plays an important role in everyday life.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan memahami persepsi khalayak pada video iklan Thai Life Insurance versi “ I WantMore Time “ terhadap peran ayah dan anak laki-laki dalam keluarga. Iklan ini menceritakan hubungan daninteraksi ayah sebagai orang tua tunggal dan satu anak laki-lakinya dalam keluarga. Fokus dari penelitianini adalah pada pemaknaan khalayak yang memiliki latar belakang berbeda dalam dua keluarga terhadapiklan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis resepsi. Analisisresepsi dipilih untuk mendapatkan temuan yang mendalam. Ada tujuh orang yang menjadi narasumberdari penelitian ini. Ketujuh narasumber terbagi menjadi dua keluarga tersebut memiliki latar belakang yangberbeda untuk mendapatkan data yang akurat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitianini adalah dengan wawancara yang mendalam melalui Forum Group Disccusion (FGD) dan studi pustaka.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Negosiasi Muka dari Stella ting Toomey. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakanbahwa peran ayah dan anak laki-laki dalam video iklan Thai Life Insurance versi “ I Want More Time “ memilikikesamaan dengan peran ayah dan anak laki-laki di kehidupan sehari – hari dalam konteks keluarga, hal inipernah dialami sendiri oleh narasumber laki-laki sebagai ayah dan anak serta didukung oleh penuturaninforman lainnya.Kata Kunci : iklan, i want more time, persepsi khalayakAbstractThis study aims to understand the audience perceptions on the Thai Life Insurance video version  “I WantMore Time” to the role of father and son in the family. This ad tells about the relationship and interaction,the father as a single parent and one of his sons. The focus of this study is on the meaning of the audiencethat has different background. This study used a qualitative approach with the method of reception analysis.Analysis reception was selected to obtain deep findings. There are seven audiences who became the sourcethis research. The seven speakers are divided into two families that have different backgrounds to obtainaccurate data. The data collection techniques used in this study are through in-depth interviews throughGroup Disccusion (FGD) forums and literature studies. This study uses the Advocacy of Stella ting ToomeyAdvance theory. The results of this study shows that the role of fathers and boys in the Thai Life Insurance advideo version “I Want More Time” has similarities to the role of father and son in everyday life in the context of the family, it has been experienced alone by informants as fathers and children and supported by other informants’ narratives.Keywords: advertising, thai life insurance, audience perception

This research is to find out how the leadership system, strategy, process, results of constraints and support as well as hypothetical concepts that exist in Inabah. The theory in this study refers to Reconstructionism theory. The method used is descriptive analytical with a qualitative approach. The research techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation as a data collection tool. The results of this study: first, the leadership system developed at Inabah indicated the transformational leadership model/pattern. Second, the strategy or approach used by Inabah leaders towards drug victims through the Qodiriyah Naqsabandiyah Order (Tarekat Qadiriyah-Naqsabandiyah [TQN]) with a religious non-medical approach. Third, the process developed at Inabah with therapy underwent three main practices with the TQN method which was carried out continuously and continuously through activities such as purification (thaharah ), bathing, ablution, prayer, and dhikr. Fourth, the results developed can be said to be successful if the santri have carried out all education in the Suryalaya, Fifth, Islamic boarding schools. Support and support in Inabah is: Serba Bakti Foundation, Forrnal and Non-formal educational institutions, Koperasi Hidmat, Inabah Youth Cottage, Mrs. Belia, Young Generation Suryalaya, Radio Inayah, Sinthoris Magazine. Sixth, the hypothetical concept of the leadership of Abah Anom refers to the purpose of the TQN which is the same as the goal of Islam itself, which is to guide people to get the blessing of Allah, prosper in the World and happy in the Hereafter.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.

Например горы возвышенное и самое ценное в человеке, а полная луна – счастливое душевное состояние человека, а превращение безоблачного неба в бущующий вид – указывает, как неспокойно в душе главного героя, его беспокойные мысли, как бушует его внутренний мир, а ласточки неспокойно летающие, предвещают несчастье, птицы улетающие раньше времени, превращение зелёной травы, деревьев в пепел предвещают ужасы войны. The landscape description is used in the work as an additional tool for aesthetic values and helps to reveal the images of heroes, and in the development of the action of the work/ The writer in the novel subtly uses the landscape description. The mountains are the sublime and the most valuable in a person, and the full moon is a happy state of mind of a person, and the transformation of a cloudless sky into a raging view indicates how restless the soul of the protagonist is, his restless thoughts. How his inner world is raging, and the swallows are restlessly flying, foreshadow the misfortune, the birds flying away ahead of time, the transformation of green grass, trees in the forehead the horrors of war. This article describes the idea of the story "Do not kill" which is given instead of the epilogue in the novel "When the mountains fall" which was written by Ch.Aitmatov. The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

ABSTRAK - Arus globalisasi yang mendunia sudah tidak dapat dibendung lagi keberadaannya di negara Indonesia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu dari berbagai negara yang telah dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi dan iptek yang semakin canggih, sehingga dunia kini telah memasuki era industri 4.0. Generasi milenial adalah salah satu kelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang serba instan, bahkan peran penting generasi milenial sudah mulai surut tergantikan oleh kemajuan teknologi. Menghadapi tantangan tersebut diperlukan solusi yang solutif yaitu mengimplementasikan model pemuridan kontekstual sebagai panggilan pelayanan terhadap generasi milenial di era industri 4.0, sehingga membentuk generasi milenial supaya beridentitas Kristen dan bertumbuh menjadi dewasa dalam iman. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa model pemuridan kontekstual layak dijadikan pedoman dalam mengarahkan para generasi milenial di era indutri 4.0 agar mampu bertahan (survive) dalam perkembangan zaman yang semakin canggih.Kata kunci : Pemuridan, Kontekstual, Panggilan Pelayanan, Generasi Milenial, Revolusi Industri 4.0ABSTRACT - The current global globalization can not be dammed anymore its existence in the country of Indonesia. Millennials have become one of those groups influenced by the development of instantaneous technology, even the important role of millennials has begun to subside replaced by technological advances. Facing these challenges requires a solution that is to implement a model of contextual discipleship as a service call to millennials in the industrial era 4.0, thus forming millennial generations so that Christian identity and growing into adulthood in the faith. The approach taken is a qualitative approach that involves the study of literature. Indonesia telah mengatur pembatasan tayangan asing di layar stasiun televisi dalam negeri. Regulasi tersebut tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Penyiaran Nomor 32 Tahun 2002 Pasal 36 ayat 2 yang mewajibkan setiap stasiun televisi untuk menayangkan sekurang-kurangnya 60% tayangan produksi domestik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia dalam perspektif kritis industri budaya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah metode kualitatif studi kasus. Pengambilan data dari berbagai studi dokumen dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan teknik pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stasiun televisi swasta melanggar ketentuan mengenai muatan tayangan asing. Ada dua masalah utama tayangan asing di televisi Indonesia. Masalah pertama adalah lemahnya peran negara terhadap penyiaran di Indonesia. Kedua adalah masalah ekonomi media khususnya terkait dengan pekerja media.   Indonesia issued the law regarding the limitation of foreign television programs in 2002. In Article 36, paragraph 2 of Law No. 32/2002 stated that every television station is obligated to broadcast domestic programs at least 60 percent of the total content. This research aimed to analyze foreign programs in Indonesia through a critical thinking perspective. This research adopted a study case, qualitative approach. Data collection was done through interviews, documents study. The collected data were analyzed by data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that  The results showed that private television stations violated the provisions regarding the proportion of foreign programs. There were two main problems that emerge from foreign programs in private TV stations. The first problem was the weak role of the state in broadcasting in Indonesia. The second was the problem of the media economy, especially related to media workers.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

This research is done because the number of students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses semester II and IV academic year 2017 - 2018 have low nationalism.. This was seen from the results of tests that showed that there were still many students of the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year who did not memorize the Pancasila and Indonesian Raya, and did not understand the meaning of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. The purpose of this study was to determine the causes of the low sense of nationalism of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018 academic year and to find out the role of lecturers of PPKn courses in increasing the nationalism feeling of students in the UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in the second and fourth semester of 2017 - 2018. This study uses a descriptive method of qualitative approach with data collection techniques using test techniques, observation and interviews. Subjects of this study are lecturers of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses and students of UNBAJA’s PPKn courses in second and fourth semester of academic year 2017 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the role of the PPKn lecturer can increase the sense of nationalism of students in the PPKn UNBAJA courses in the second and fourth semester of the 2017 - 2018 academic year, such as before the teaching and learning activities are conducted in class, the lecturer always instructed everyone to pray.
