This study aims to describe and analyze using the SWOT method of promotion strategies carried out at PT. BRI Syariah KC Banjarmasin. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach. Then, the research data source is primary data that comes directly from the field. To obtain research data, data collection techniques by observation, interviews with MO (Operational Manager) FRO (Funding Relations Officer) and AO (Account Officer), and documentation. Then to analyze the data used analysis techniques of editing, categorization, and description. The results showed that the promotion strategy of Faedah savings carried out by BRI Syariah KC Banjarmasin which was carried out in the form of promotion when attacking the market, elementary school, junior high school, high school, company, college, collaborating with several companies and to prospective customers who want to make financing. Based on the SWOT analysis, BRI Syariah KC Banjarmasin still has many challenges and weaknesses that must be addressed so that the promotion is successful and helps to increase third party funds at BRI Syariah KC Banjarmasin.This study aims to describe and analyze using the SWOT method of promotion strategies carried out at PT. Fisherman's life is generally synonymous with poverty, this can be seen from the slum state of residence and the houses of a waterless stage and poor health environment and the low education of the fishermen. The problems of this research are. a. How is the life of fishermen in Secanggang village Langkat, b. how the government's role in tackling the life of fishermen in a cleavage c. What should the government do for the future of fishermen in Secanggang village langkat. This research is a juridical descriptive whose data source is done by field research and documentation, data collecting is done by interview, quieter, observation, research result, fisherman at Secanggang village Langkat still using traditional fishing gear and 35% fishermen do not have fishing facilities especially bots, fishermen live depending on weather and natural conditions, and sea waves, to sustain family life the fishermen have to borrow money at collector which will be paid later with the catch of the fish. The children in Secanggang village Langkat do not criticize education because they prefer to catch fish and get money and the children just finish junior high school to continue to high school is very difficult because of unfavorable economic conditions and transportation costs are quite high.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality on satisfaction and the impacts on loyalty intention of students Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 students of junior high school and senior high school in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The findings of this study indicate that there is influence between the Service quality and satisfaction  on the loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. F test results showed that the Service quality and the satisfaction simultaneously affect to loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.417, or 41,7%, meaning that simultaneous Service quality and satisfaction contribute to the effect of 41,7% on loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School, as for the influence of others factors are 58,3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in public and private Junior High School in Banda Aceh City. This research involved two objects, Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh and Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum. This research used the qualitative descriptive method and also used primary and secondary data in data collection.  The primary data were obtained directly by interviewing informants that were BOS coordinator in Education and Culture Services of Banda Aceh City and school BOS team consisting of the school principal and BOS treasure. The data were collected by direct observation in the field. The secondary data were collected by using documentation technique. In analyzing the data, the researcher used data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of the study showed that the accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in managing the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Junior High School 3 Banda Aceh were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017 which reflected good governance, while the management of the School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds in Islamic Junior High School YPUI Darul Ulum Banda Aceh in terms of transparency was still not perfect, but in terms of accountability and effectiveness were in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture (Permendikbud) No. 26 of 2017.

The innovation of industrial technology is growing rapidly every day. One of them is The Coway company which produce air purifier and water purifier, whose main vision is to preserve an environment. This company has branches in India and Malaysia. For our research study, we have considered consumer products such as air purifier and water purifiers with marketing communication channel which will affect public’s buying behavior on Conway products. There are various marketing promotion channels to be used by companies and however, the best way to reach the customers are always challenging. This study involves primary data through a survey and involves to identify the best promotion channels that the public in India and Malaysia would vote for. This study helps Coway to promote their products through best strategy so that they can increase the market share through consumers feedback in terms of promotion strategies.

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of Jigsaw learning model on mutual respect in grade VIII junior high school students. The study population consisted of 3 classes totaling 72 students. The sample of this research is class VIII students, amounting to 23 students. The determination of the sample class of this study was carried out using random sampling techniques. The research data were obtained through the distribution of pre-test and post-test in which validity were tested using the product moment formula. Research data were analyzed using quantitative techniques through independent sample t-test. The results showed that the use of the Jigsaw learning model had a significant effect on the mutual respect of students in the eighth grade. The results of this study can be a reference for education practitioners and related parties in an effort to instill mutual respect for students in schools, especially in the learning process.These findings can be further research material to find models, methods, or media that can be used by education practitioners and related parties for character education in schools.

Sharia banking are interested in getting involved channeling financing to the real sector of SMEs, including Bank BNI Syariah Makassar and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar. The purpose of this study is to determine the development of SMEs financing provided by sharia banking. Then to find out the role of sharia banking for the distribution financing for SMEs in the city of Makassar. As well as to find out the form of integration of the development of the department of sharia banking UIN Alauddin Makassar, through the distribution of financing for SMEs in sharia banking institution. This type of research is a field research, by taking data directly. The nature of the research is qualitative. The data source uses primary data and secondary data related to the research theme. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative descriptive, which describes the objects in the study. The results of this study indicate the development of the distribution of financing in sharia banking reaching 15.93 percent. Then Bank BNI Syariah and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Makassar channeled financing to SMEs sector, reaching 20 percent. The form of integration in the development of departement sharia banking is by presenting courses on object management of financing sharia banking and courses on SMEs business.

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.

The purposes of this research are to produce valid and practice nuanced spiritual module  about Environment Pollution for class VII SMP/MTs. This study uses three stages of plomp models. The subjects of this study were 29 students of class VII SMP Negeri 25 Padang  and 2 teachers. The object of this research is spirituality module IPA on the material of Environment Pollution in validated human validator 3. The data of this research are primary data collected from validity and questionnaire of data practicality. The result of validity is 86,63% with valid criterion, practicality by teacher and student  practical with 82,46% value by teacher and 88,69% by student. Key words: Spiritual module, Environment Pollution

Students who are in the adolescence phase begin to show an interest in the opposite sex as shown by dating behavior. The phenomenon of dating behavior among adolescents today shows a wrong perception such as to prove love, they often engage in hand-holding, kissing, hugging and even having sex which is clearly prohibited in Islam. If the problem is not immediately revealed, it will cause serious moral damage to adolescents. The study aims to reveal students ' perception of free sex behavior in terms of gender differences. The research method used was the comparative quantitative type with the research respondents of the State Junior High School 24 Kerinci which consisted of  78 people. The research Data were revealed with a scale of free sex behavior and analyzed by using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that there were different perceptions between male and female students to free sex behavior namely the score was 0,005 sig.

This study aimed to find out the weakness of the students of Islamic Junior High School Darul Ma'arif Jakarta in learning qira>’ah, the lack of students who like qira>’ah lessons, and the weak ability of the students to understand Arabic language. This research also tried to know how to use text in Arabic in learning qira>’ah. This research was a quantitative research using the method of measurement between variables, namely the use of illustrations and interest in learning by using purposive sampling. Various research data were collected through interviews, direct observation, questionnaire division, and test implementation. This study showed that there was no influence of the use of illustration in Arabic text toward the students’ interest in learning qira>’ah.
