The results of the preliminary study in RA Al-Wafi's group showed that, there were several problems related to the use of gadgets with language development including many parents who relied on gadgets to make their children become "calm" or not fussy by tipping video shows or opening youtube. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of gadgets; language development and the relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language. The method used is quantitative correlation. Data collection techniques in this study were through interviews / conversations and observations. The results of calculations on variable X obtained an average value of 1.76. This value is in the interval 1.1 - 2.0 with sufficient categories. Whereas, the Y variable obtained an average value of 2.66. This value is in the interval 2.1 - 3.0 in the good category. The relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language is obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.08. This correlation coefficient number is included in the very weak category because it is in the interval 0,000 - 0,199. The results of the significance test obtained the price of tcount = 0.54 smaller than the price of t table = 2.012. This means that Ho is accepted, in other words there is no significant positive relationship between the use of gadgets and the development of early childhood language. The amount of contribution / influence of the use of gadgets to the development of the language of early childhood is only 0.64%. This shows that 99.36% of language development in early childhood is influenced by other factors.

Secara formal, pembelajaran diterapkan agar siswa mendapat prestasi belajar. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu daya tangkap siswa terhadap materi berbeda-beda, sedangkan jam pelajaran yang diberikan di dalam kelas sangat terbatas, sehingga pencapaian prestasi belajar tidak merata. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan usaha atau inovasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, salah satunya dengan mengikuti pembelajaran kitab Riyadul Badi’ah. Belajar merupakan proses perubahan perilaku sebagai hasil dari pengalaman yang dialami. Kitab Riyadul Badi’ah merupakan kitab yang membahas tentang masalah-masalah fiqih. Dengan mempelajari kitab Riyadul Badi’ah diharapkan mampu mengantarkan siswa kepada pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam keilmuan Fiqih. Dengan begitu, siswa diharapkan akan memiliki prestasi belajar yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembelajaran kitab Riyadul Badi’ah di MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Susukan Tirtayasa Kab. Serang, mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Sususkan Tirtayasa Kab. Serang pada mata pelajaran Fiqih, dan mengetahui hubungan antara pembelajaran kitab Riyadul Badi’ah dengan prestasi belajar siswa MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Sususkan Tirtayasa Kab. Serang pada mata pelajaran Fiqih. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berupa purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan tujuan tertentu, dan didapatkan 30 siswa sebagai sampel. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,70. Setelah dikonsultasikan dengan tabel interpretasi “r” product moment diketahui bahwa angka 0,70 berada di antara 0,60 – 0,80 dengan interpretasi variabel X dan Variabel Y terdapat korelasi yang tinggi. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi diketahui t hitung = 5,18 (> t tabel = 1,70), dengan interpretasi terdapat korelasi yang positif antara pembelajaran kitab Riyadul Badi’ah dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih. Adapun kontribusi variabel X dan Y dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi sebesar 49%, sedangkan sisanya 51% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. One of problems faced is the students' capture of material is different, while the lessons given in the class are very limited so that learning achievement is uneven. Therefore, it takes effort or innovation to solve the problem,one of them is by participating in the learning of Book Riyadul Badi'ah. Learning is a process of behavior change as a result of experience experienced. Book Riyadul Badi'ah is a book that discusses the issues of fiqh. By studying the Book of Riyadul Badi'ah, it is expected to be able to deliver students to a better understanding of Fiqh. That way, the students are expected to have good learning achievements. The purpose of this study were to find out the learning of Kitab Riyadul Badi'ah at MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Susukan Tirtayasa Serang District, to determine the learning achievements of students at MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Sususkan Tirtayasa Serang District on Fiqh subject, and to find out the relationship between the learning of Kitab Riyadul Badi'ah and the learning achievements of MTs Ashhabul Maimanah Sususkan Tirtayasa students in Serang District on Fiqh subject. The method used was a quantitative correlation. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling, namely sampling based on specific objectives, and it was used 30 students as samples. The research instruments used included observation, documentation, interview, and questionnaires. The results showed that the correlation coefficient index (rxy) was 0.70. After consulting the interpretation table "r" product moment, it was known that the number 0.70 is between 0.60-0.80, with the interpretation of variables X and Y, there was a high correlation. Furthermore, based on the results of the significance test, it was known that t count = 5.18 (> t table = 1.70), with the interpretation there was a positive correlation between the learning of Kitab Riyadul Badi'ah and the student achievement in Fiqh subject. The contribution of variables X and Y using the determination coefficient of 49%, while the remaining 51% can be influenced by other factors. The results of the moral development of the students of class XI of the Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School in Makassar are quite good. This is based on a questionnaire distributed and interviews with several teachers, not found any students who have committed acts that violate the norms of behavior / morals. Behavior of students of class XI Darul Aman Gombara Makassar Islamic Boarding School which obtained the highest score was 87 and the lowest score was 67. The average value obtained from 30 students was 78.3. So it can be concluded that the behavior of students of class XI Darul Islamic Boarding School safe in Gombara Makassar is included in both categories. The relationship between moral development and the behavior of students in class XI Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School Makassar, namely the level of relationship is classified as very strong. In the correlation coefficient table and the t test results obtained rtable is 0.99> 0.361, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This can be concluded that there is a correlation or the relationship between moral development with the behavior of students of class XI Darul Aman Gombara Islamic Boarding School in Makassar, with a very strong correlation level.

Children are generations or descendants as a result of the relationship between men and women, whether in marriage or not. Early childhood is an individual who is experiencing a period of very rapid growth, even though now the entire world is experiencing the Covid-19 pandemic, it is not an obstacle to children's development and growth. With the pandemic, the government is implementing learning at home, the use of technology media is the main key in online learning. This study aims to describe the impact of using gadgets in early childhood in the aspects of language development. This research was conducted using the literature study method in which journals, books and other sources reinforce this research.

This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.

The study was conducted in August-October 2019. Aims to determine theconcentration of nitrate, phosphate, uniformity index, diversity and index of dominancy,abundance of epipelic diatoms and know the relationship between nitrate,phosphate and epipelic abundance diatoms in the water area of Sungaitohor DesaMeranti of Riau Islands district. The method used in this research is a surveymethod consisting of 4 research stations. Location of observation and sampling is in the waters of Muara Sungaitohor Kabupaten Meranti Islands. Basedon the results of this study of nitrateconcentrations in the waters of Sungaitohor Bekisar village 0,068-0,092 mg/l, phosphate concentrations ranged0,097-0,220 mg/L. The Epipelic diatom found in the water area of Sungaitohorvillage amounted to 14 types. As for the abundance of type diatomsepipelics ranged from 27,531.72– 40,531.72 ind/cm2. From theCalculation of the community structure diatoms epipelic obtained diversityindex value (H ') which indicates a low index value of h ' has a value of2.7527 and is at a range of 1 ≤ H ' ≤ 3. The uniformity index (E) indicatesthat an epipelic spread is not balanced with an average value of 0.3643uniformity and is at a range of value ≤ 0.5. Meanwhile, the Dominance index (D)shows the value of 0.1704 where the value of the area in the waters ofSungaitohor village does not dominate. The relationship of abundance ofepipelic diatoms with the concentration of nitrate is positive and very weak,with a correlation coefficient of R = 0.0030. While the relationship ofAbundance diatomic epipelic relationship with phosphate concentrations isnegative and weak, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.262. Abundance ofdiatomic epipelics is directly proportional to the concentration of nitrate andinversely proportional to phosphate concentrations

Background: The growth and development of children are two events that are different in nature but are related to one another. It is possible for people in downtown areas to experience easy internet access, so that everything cannot be separated from digital media. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic like today, where children have to stay at home more, besides that learning is also done from home, so the screen time has increased. The goals of the research is to analyze the relationship between screen time among children with nutritional status and their development.Methods: The research design used cross sectional analysis. The population is all children aged 3-5 years in Kalumpang Village in November 2020 as many as 497 children, the number of samples is 84 children using purposive sampling technique.Results: Based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.002 (p-value α), which with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.330 that the relationship between Screen time with nutritional status is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the higher the nutritional status. Meanwhile, based on the spearman-rank statistical test, it is known that p-value = 0.001 (p-value α), with the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.371 that the relationship between Screen time with development is in the low category and has a positive relationship direction, namely the higher the screen time, the development will deviate from age.Conclusion: There is a relationship between screen time and nutritional status and  there is a relationship between screen time and children development. So it is very important to improve parental control behavior towards the use of electronic devices in children aged 3-5 years old.

Abstrak  :  The  Relationship  Between  the  Ability  of  Teachers  in  Managing  the Learning  Environment  to  Early  Childhood  Learning  Motivation. This  study  aims to determine the  relationship between the ability of teachers in managing the learning environment to early childhood learning motivation.  This research using correlational. The  study  subjects  were  13  teachers.  Data  collection  techniques  in  this  research thorough  a  questionnaire  containing  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  laerning environment  and  a  questionnaire  about  the  child’s  learning  motivation.  The  data analisys  technique  used  quantitative  desciptive  data  analysis  with  several  stages including  the  validation  peocess,  realibilitas,  correlation  analysis  and  conclusion.  The results showed a 100%  ability of techers in managing the learning environment in both categories.  Both  the  magnitude  of  correlation  0,584  so  it  can  be  concluded  there  is  a positive  relationship  between  the  ability  of  teachers  in  managing  the  learning environment to the children’s learning motivation. Recommendations given to teachers, teachers  are  expected  to  further  enhance  their  ability  to  manage  the  learning environment  because  it  is  not  directly  the  ability  of  techers  in  managing  the  learning environment influence the creation of early childhood’s learning motivation.Abstrak:  Hubungan  Antara  Kemampuan  Guru  dalam  Melakukan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Belajar dengan Motivasi Belajar Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  kemampuan  guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar dengan motivasi belajar anak usia  dini.  penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  korelasional.  Subjek  penelitian berjumlah 13 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu melalui  angket  yang  berisi  kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan lingkungan  belajar  dan  angket  mengenai  motivasi  belajar  anak.  teknik  analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan beberapa tahapan  diantaranya  adalah  proses  validasi,  reliabilitas,  analisis  korelasi,  dan penarikan  kesimpulan.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  100%  kemampuan  guru dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  dalam  kategori  baik,  dan 100%  motivasi  belajar  anak  usia  dini  dalam  kategori  baik.  Besarnya  korelasi keduanya    yaitu  sebesar  0,854    sehingga  dapat  disimpulkan  terdapat  hubungan yang positif  antara kemampuan guru dalam melakukan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar  dengan  motivasi  belajar  anak.  Rekomendasi  yang  diberikan  untuk  guru yaitu  guru  diharapkan  lebih  meningkatkan  lagi  kemampuan  guru  dalam melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  karena  secara  tidak  langsung kemampuan  guru  dalam  melakukan  pengelolaan  lingkungan  belajar  ikut mempengaruhi terciptanya motivasi belajar anak.

Despite the fact that numerous studies have been conducted on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Transformational Leadership (TL), the relationship between EI and TL is yet to be identified. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between EI and TL skills among managers in manufacturing companies in Batu Pahat. In this research, a survey questionnaire was administered to fifty managers. Pearson correlation coefficient analysis was employed to test the correlation among variables, including Perceiving Emotion, Facilitating Thought, Understanding Emotion, and Managing Emotion with TL skills. The outcome was that a positive relationship was found between EI and TL skills. This quantitative research is important in providing management with better information regarding the relationship between EI and TL skills among managers so that managers can learn and improve their functions.

This paper has been carried out to determine the mineralogical and geochemical characteristics of Eocene Darnah limestone which outcrops at Wadi Al Kharsha as an example of the Darnah Formation. The most conspicuous phenomenon is the upward increase of the dolomitization process, whereas, the dolomite content ranges from 4.34 to 15.48 % with an average value of 8.99%. The lime (CaO) represents the major predominant with a high content (48.08%), it can be blend with other carbonates to improve its quality to meet the specifications of raw material for cement manufacture. The relationship between calcium (CaO) and magnesium (MgO) exhibits a significantly strong negative linear correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.967), which emphasizes the dolomitization process, while the relationship between SiO2 and Al2O3 is a positive linear significant relationship with a strong correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.98), whereas, the SiO2 increases with increasing of Al2O3. The calculated mineralogical composition revealed that halite, gypsum, and hematite are considered to be minor constituents, almost less than 1.0%. This study aims to describe self-regulated learning of students at the same time examine the relationship between self-regulated learning with student motivation in choosing majors. Subjects in this study were students majoring in Arabic Education (PBA) Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teaching UIN Sunan Kalijaga both men and women as many as 100 people. Interviews and scale self-regulated learning is used as an instrument in data collection.The results show: first, self-regulated learning of students as a whole are in the medium category (62%) with the highest aspect is the aspect of self-motivation (average value 20.43). Secondly, there is a significant positive relationship between self-regulated learning and motivation in choosing majors (r = 0.876 and p = 0. 004).
