The system that Indonesia is currently using as a form of realizing people's sovereignty is to hold elections. Both elect legislators and presidents who in principle are to make the community prosperous and prosperous by maximizing the available potential by managing natural resources in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution Article 33 Paragraph 1 to Paragraph 4. The purpose of this paper is to find out the benefits from elections for the welfare of the people. This assessment method uses a qualitative approach by tracing matters of public benefit to the electoral system and using data search techniques in the form of literature reviews or literature studies and using triangulation techniques to validate the data the authors get from library research. The results of the study show that elections are useful as a tool for democracy, a means of community participation, solutions to change leadership, legitimizing elected leaders, where people submit their aspirations, socialize and establish relationships.

Alquran is a guidance of life for the people to get prosperity in<br />the world and beyond, Alquran implement a concept to<br />combine both of them. Economic activities is also studied in<br />holy quran, where holy quran talk about teory and concept in<br />economic system. One of studies that interest in this research<br />that have corelation with enterpreneurship, as an eforts to<br />develope human quality. Many of variable that influence<br />behaviour of person to do economic activities one of them is<br />culture. This research means to interest the people do<br />enterpreneurship and to increase it by using Alquran as<br />guidance.This study used a qualitative approach, with shades<br />of library research (library Risearch). This study also aims to<br />determine the Qur'anic concept of entreprenuership, as well as<br />ethnology relation to the formation of a person's interest to<br />behave entreprenuership. Patterned with qualitative research<br />literature research can be concluded: the Qur'an has economic<br />theories with the concept tijarah including entreprenuership.<br />The concept and value of economic value contained in the<br />Qur'an into the basic motivation of behavior entreprenuers<br />Muslims, the Qur'an which emphasizes benefit of the people,<br />justice that promotes ethical behavior in each business process,<br />became the basic philosophy in conducting economic activities,<br />including the activities entreprenuership. Second, the idea of<br />the results of the concept of human thought and activity in the<br />form of economic behavior contained in a culture that became<br />hereditary behavior in public when adjusted to the economic<br />value contained in the Qur'an will awaken the concept or<br />theory about sharia entreprenuership.

This study aimed to identify the process and purpose of the grave pilgrimage tradition after marriage in Manisa village, Baranti subdisctrict, Sidrap district, South Sulawesi, and also to examine the law of the custom in the view of Islamic law. This research employed a qualitative approach with the field study method (Field Research) and library research. The study shows that: 1. People ini Manisa village after celebrating their wedding they make grave pilgrimage in forms of such as: Determining a certain time according to the agreement of the bride and groom, preparing the necessary preparations such as water, kettles, and pandanus leaves, making ablution before going to the graveyard, praying before entering the cemetery, watering the grave with water mixed with pandanus leaves, holding the gravestone, praying for the late by reciting certain chapters finalized by surah Al-Fatihah. 2. Grave pilgrimage is one of the prescribed acts of worship but it should be in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet. As for what is found in the people of Manisa Urban Village, there are still a number of differences between what they do and what had been exemplified by the Messenger of Allah such as the determination of a special time for the grave pilgrimage, watering the grave, and seeking for blessing from the graves visited.

Getting the same education is become a necessity for every citizen. The right education is part of social justice, and this becomes the ideals of Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid. The purpose of this writing is (1) to know the gait and the fight Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in menegmbangkan education in West Nusa Tenggara, (2) to find out the values of social justice implementation of Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in the world of education. This type of research is research studies library (library research) by examining the thinking character, approach in this study using a qualitative approach. The method of data collection in this study collects some information from several sources and primary book of scientific works of the previous studies as well as scientific journals related implementation then analyzed the value of Justice social by TGKH Zainuddin Abdul Majid through education. The results of the analysis of some of the scientific literature suggests that Master Zainuddin Abdul Majid in the biennial donations grow in West Nusa Tenggara is part of the implementation of the values of social justice, as set forth in the preamble to the Constitution 1945. Because Equalization of education is a right of every citizen are regulated by the Constitution in realizing social justice for all the people of Indonesia.

Title: Alley as the Center/ Generator of Locality Values of the Community Life in Urban Kampong The people in the urban kampong as part of settlement area with rather high intensity tend to maximize their property. The community along with their value system build and develop spaces following their particular meaning. Through this research the spaces as the embodiment of the local life in physical form in Kampong Keputran would be observed and aimed to find the meaning of it. This study will use Regionalism of Indonesia Architecture as one of the approach to find the local values that lives in the kampong, and Spatial Recoqnition as an operational theory applied to study and to get the community understanding about values perceived in this settlement area. This study would be a library research using data as documentation drawings of the existing condition, and also research journal as supportive information. The result of this research would be finding on the most dominant spaces that influencing the quality of social life in kampong. This result could be used as a design criteria for a multi story housing that accomodating the local values of urban kampong community. And hopefully there will be more understanding about how the community give meaning to the space in the kampung as their living space.

The city of Banjarmasin is a city known as the city of a thousand rivers, however the problem faced by the Banjarmasin City Government is the number of rivers which became shallow and narrow because of the people habits who live on the riverbank. Their habits are throwing garbage and household waste into the river. So that the Banjarmasin City government initiated activities aimed at restoring the function of the river or called river revitalization. Through this paper, the researcher described how communication approach undertaken by the Banjarmasin City Environmental Department to increase community awareness and participation in the river revitalization program. Furthermore, the result found through qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation and documentation was the Banjarmasin City Environmental Department had personal and persuasive communication  and involving river stakeholders as an opinion leader to increase community participation in maintaining rivers cleanliness and developing rivers as a potential tourist destination.Keywords: Environmental Communication, Community Participation, Maharagu Sungai.

The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of character education in the perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara and their implications in education today. This research was focused on the literary reference books and relevant sources. The data were taken by library research and qualitative approach literature which is a purely literary study, using the method of documentation to find the data on things or variables in the form of notes such like books, magazines, documents, regulations, daily notes, meeting notes, journals and so on. The research found that Ki Hajar Dewantara respected by the people as well his enemy, because he has extensive knowledge and unique thinking. Ki Hajar Dewantara gives hope for the bottom to be able to get an education as well as the national spirit culture homage to his educational concept. Ki Hajar Dewantara has among systems, which educators have a very important role, namely as role models and mentors for the students, so that parents and teachers are required to behave well in front of their students. As pointed out above, it is important to writers to contribute in the form of suggestion, such as Ki Hajar Dewantara’ concept of thought has an applicable relevant concept in the purpose of building and maintaining character education up to now.

This paper will explore the phenomenon of local politicians who perpetuate power through political dynasties at the local government level. This is important to discuss because Indonesia as a democratic country in an era of transparency and accountability needs visionary leaders who properly represent the people in accordance with their capacities and capabilities. The focus of this study examines the electoral system that occurs at the local level through politicians who build political dynasties in Riau Islands Province. Riau Islands Province was made a study area because there were still phenomena of families becoming politicians in the 2019 general election. To obtain comprehensive data, the authors used research data collection through library research. The results of the study found that political dynasties can occur due to several factors, among others, in the context of a plural or plural society such as Indonesia, individual political behavior will be strongly influenced by the production of social, economic, psychological, historical, political and cultural factors. Second, the absence of periodic restrictions makes candidates who have charismatic and popularity in the community continue to run themselves as a great opportunity for families to participate in electoral politics at the local level.

Pebula is a Buton's terminology to refer to acts of corruption. The act of pebula can be in the form of fraud or embezzlement of the state budget, bribes, as well as taking advantage of deception by abusing public office, authority, and power. In the social and state system in Buton, there is a wisdom that reflects the spirit of eradicating pebula. This spirit is manifest through several practices in the life of the community and state that functionally reflect prevention and action (law enforcement) of criminal acts pebula. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach using data collection techniques through the manuscript, library research, and in-depth interviews with informants. This article describes how the prevention and enforcement approach to “pebula” is practiced in the society and state life in Buton as an effort to actualize a clean and accountable governance.

The aim of this research is to learn about the profile of Beringharjo Childcare, service offered for early-age child at Beringharjo Childcare, early-age child model of service, the application process of early-age child service program, supporting factors and the obstacles in applying the early-age child service program. Moreover, the research also learns about the viewpoint of the people running the childcare on precise education urgency for early-age child, quality of employees, professionalism in running the early-age child service program, proportion of early-age child development aspects service, and people’s responses in making use of the service offered. This research is using the qualitative approach where data are collected by using the methods of interview, observation, and documentation. Data is analyzed by using data reduction where the data then served and concluded (verified) qualitatively. The research took place at Beringharjo Childcare, Yogyakarta. The results of this research, which took place at Beringharjo Childcare, are as follow: 1) It offers not only baby/child-sitting but also routine health check-up and guidance in corporation with Gondomanan Sub district’s Health Service Center. 2) The model of service offered is given in defined time however extra time will also be considered. 3) The process of applying the program is based on the same schedule for all children. Every child has the opportunity to draw, to color, learn numbers and alphabets. Children are allowed to play only in certain time. 4) The supporting factors on running this childcare still need to be improved whereas the obstacles still need to be evaluated for a better service. 5) More efforts are still needed in order to maintain the supporting factors and overcome the obstacles. 6) The viewpoint of persons running this childcare on precise education urgency for early-age child is still lack. 7) The proportion of service given by the childcare is considered still lack due to only emphasize on the motoric aspect where the child-minder do not aware on the urgency. 8) The response on the service offered by the childcare is good which can be seen on the number of children entrusted by parents in this childcare and how parents are helped. Based on the fact that there is no end to the problems of education that occur in our country even though the government has worked hard to change it. The irrelevance between expectations, the process and the results achieved in education. Thus there are certainly other factors, one of which is the willingness or interest of students towards learning. The purpose of this study is 1) To find out how much the students' willingness to learn in improving the intellectual intelligence of students of SD Negeri Pandeglang district. 2) To find out the factors and efforts to improve the intellectual intelligence of students of SD Negeri Pandeglang district. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. While the data source was obtained through informants as research subjects using data collection techniques in library research and field research (research locations) by observing, documenting, interviewing guidelines for several informants namely students, teachers (SD) in the State of Pandeglang Regency. Then the data is analyzed correctly. The data obtained from the results of the study is that students 'interest in learning to improve students' intellectual intelligence in the area of ​​Pandeglang Regency cannot be categorized well. This can be proven from the findings of researchers that students of the SD Negeri Pandeglang Regency will their interest in learning only reach 50%. From 4 schools based on the results of research data, with a low willingness to learn so that 32.18% of students cannot read and write.
