The current stage of human development defined by intelligence technologies, now accelerated by the rapid development of digital technologies and the expansion of cybernetics, poses urgent challenges for the world of education and its relations with society. Learning Future, Education, Technology and Social Change by Keri Facer is an informative book drawing on over 10 years of research on digital technologies, social change and education. The writer makes a compelling argument for thinking differently about the future for which education might need to prepare. Packed with case studies from around the world, the book helps to bring into focus the risks and opportunities for societies and for schooling over the coming two decades. Most people recognise that current education systems are not meeting the needs of individuals and ‘society’ and several books have been written on the future of education. In this context, Keri Facer investigates the scenario of education, technology and social change over the coming two decades by considering nine assumptions about socio-technological change. These include that in next 20 years there would be significantly increased computing and communication at a distance will be taken for granted by the large majority of people. Moreover, working and living alongside sophisticated machines and networks will increasingly be taken for granted and biosciences will produce unpredictable breakthroughs and important new stories about us. Population is ageing globally and energy, mineral resources and climate warming will remain significant issues. And finally we will be facing radical national and global inequalities.

The rapid development of information technology and the changing social and political situation around the world brings new challenges to madrasah. Madrasahs are challenged to transform themselves into institutions that are able to adapt to changing society. That means the madrasah must be able to adapt to the globalization process. Therefore, madrasah should be able to identify challenges and formulate strategies. The most important thing to note is that the process of change is not aimed at the institution itself, but rather to help students as the next generation of nations to embrace a different world, a globalized world characterized by constant technological change and different social lives.

Currently, there is a tendency in the world to globalize law as a response to the challenges facing humanity. This leads to the unification of various legal families and requires the search for new methodological approaches to the formation of Russian law, taking into account the need to protect, first of all, the national security of the country. Russia faces many similar threats, both external and internal. This includes globalization, the rapid development of digital technologies, the purposeful subversive influence of other states, internal social problems, the radicalization of a part of society, and the growth of crime. This review presents three monographs by Russian authors who analyze the state of modern Russian legislation on this issue.

Digital technologies as a possibility to understand the knowledge production in mathematicsAbstract: In this article we discuss the way in which one can understand the meaning of Digital Technologies (DT) and its potential for the production of knowledge in mathematics, specifically in the context of the classroom and teacher training. It is emphasized that production, in the phenomenological perspective, is understood as a dynamic movement that happens in the world of lived experience (BICUDO, 2000), emphasizing that being human is where we can speak: from mundane reality (HEIDEGGER, 2005). The world as a field of experience and the possibility of the subject to think and express itself opens to understanding and the meanings and meanings are articulated in the acts of experience. The world, always shared with others (beings and objects), is the horizon of possibilities of being and knowing. Within this horizon DT are intentional objects, open to perception and understanding. They are thematized and exposed according to a way of making themselves known. Keywords: Mathematical Education; Phenomenology; Digital Games; Teacher Training.

The authors' task was to analyze the development of quality management systems at the current stage in Russia, as well as at the previous stage in the USSR. As a result, we came to the conclusion that the factors stimulating the implementation of ISO 9000 standards are the need to promote products on the world market, as well as the possibility of receiving orders from the state. In the future, strict adherence to these standards will allow enterprises to significantly reduce the likelihood of lawsuits from consumers, which is important in the context of the development of the legislative framework and increased control over the business. The practical significance of the article is the possibility of familiarizing management and personnel with quality services, whose task is to prepare for certification for compliance with ISO 9000 standards in how this process took place in other companies. The originality of this work is to summarize the experience of implementation of ISO 9000 standards at enterprises and to analyze the factors contributing to or hindering this process.

In the information society the status of information is changing: this main value of global civilization becomes an important resource of socio- economic, technological and cultural development. The rapid development of virtual technologies and the growing number of Internet users in Ukraine and in the world causes the new challenges to communication of each organization. The book publishers are also obliged to respond to these processes. However, the works devoted directly to publishers’ communication in the modern media space are still lacking in Ukraine. The objective of the article is to clarify peculiarities and conditions of the activities of Ukrainian book publishers in today’s media space which is an important issue today. It is analyzed the literature and sources on this issue and it is ascertained the theoretical and practical possibilities to take into account the trends in the world of modern media in the PR-activity of book publishers. Also the prospects for further scientific study and practical use of PR-communications in the activity of publishers are determined. The analysis of current changes in the modern information space allows us to trace the general tendencies: the new subject and object areas are formed; the number of subjects is expanded; the new formats of interaction within the system of communications of the organization and in society as a whole are created. That means that publishing house’s PR-communications are complicated by the emergence of new elements, such as active audience, social networks as communication channels, promotions on the Internet and others. PR communication in the Internet space is the most effective and inexpensive tool for interaction of publishers with active audiences. Thus, the activation of PR communication in the modern media space is associated with the emergence of the latest information technologies, online media as well as development of Internet. The use of online channels of Internet for communication with the target audience of publishing organizations has certain advantages over traditional media. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the information saturation of media space, which complicates the way of PR-messages of book publishers to the reader.

Taking practical responsible decisions in the field of social and industrial management in the context of rapid development of digital technologies in the era of the knowledge economy is impossible without reliance on expertise. A kind of organization of activities for the production of ‘predictions’ is required, when not only an accurate assessment of the impact of certain factors and their possible interactions with each other is given, but also as a result of creative construction of scenarios for the development of processes and events, an understanding comes which factors need to be taken into account. At the same time, the expertise constantly faces criticism, calling the conclusions of experts arbitrary, unreliable and subjective. Often, expertise is confused with monitoring, evaluation, diagnosis, inspection or counseling. The authors of the article carried out a structural analysis of the content of the expertise processes in the project management vector in the digitalization era and came to the conclusion that the effectiveness of the expertise is significantly increased in case of clear regulation of this type of activity, providing the necessary status.
