The status, dynamic, structure of sources of financing of leasing operations and tendencies of the development of the leasing services market in Ukraine in 2014-2018 have been considered. Today, financial leasing services are predominantly provided by financial companies, unlike in 2014, its share in the leasing market is 77.03%. The dynamics of the value and quantity of financial leasing agreements concluded by legal entities and financial companies have been considered. During the period under review, the largest value and number of financial leasing contracts were concluded by the legal entities and their value has increased in three times. The structure of the cost of financial leasing agreements by industry has been analyzed. The transport, agriculture, construction and services sectors are found to be the largest users of financial leasing services. The distribution of the value of the financial leasing contracts by its terms has been characterized and the agreements with the term of validity from 2 to 5 years are established. The structure of sources of financing of leasing operations has been investigated. It is established that their structure is dominated by equity of companies. The perspective directions of use of leasing in Ukraine have been considered. Industries such as healthcare, real estate, tourism and IT have been found to be the most promising for the leasing market. The problems that hinder the effective functioning of the leasing market in Ukraine and hinder its further development have been identified. The measures that should be taken to overcome existing problems and ensure the further development of leasing activities in Ukraine have been suggested.

Autonomous (or unmanned) haulage systems have been used in surface mining for more than 10 years. Most of the equipment at such mines is remotely controlled by electronics, for which they are sometimes called “smart mines”. The elimination of the “human factor” from the pro- duction process should theoretically increase its safety and productivity, as well as reduce the operating costs of its implementation. However, despite the obvious advantages of this technology, it is not spreading as fast as ex- pected. This suggests that there are a number of problems that limit its de- velopment. In this paper, a review and analysis of the experience in the in- dustrial implementation of autonomous haulage in surface mining is car- ried out in order to identify existing problems and possible directions for their further development. The prerequisites, a brief history and some im- portant results of the introduction of autonomous haulage systems in sur- face mining, their main types and constituent elements are outlined, as well as the existing problems and expected directions of their development are highlighted.

The article reveals the trends and prospects for the development of the sport industry, which has a global character. The authors defined the sport industry. It was stated that the presence of accessible and qualitative sport infrastructure is the most important condition for the development of the valuable market for sport services, advance of the industry of sport. The conducted studies have shown that in the modern world, there is a constant search for new effective forms and types of commercial activities in the system of physical culture and sports. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that basis of analysis of the development trends of the global and emerging national sport industry. Study has drawn the main conclusions and recommendations for its further development. The article points out the imperfection of statistics and the lack of monitoring of these indicators. The taxation schemes for manufacturers of sport goods and services and the principles of financing sport education need to be revised. Training entrepreneurial personnel taking into account of specific character and development of the market relations of the branch of sport properly still is not conducted, and this complicates the solution of the problem. It is necessary to streamline the regulatory framework, to ensure the preparation of educational standards and requirements for training personnel for the entrepreneurial structures of the industry, by taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the modern sphere of sports and all levels of its management.

Urban policies of the brownfields regeneration process constitute an actual topic and they are the subject of intense debate. These are often abandoned, possibly even contaminated and unused buildings, which must first be regenerated in order to be reused. The emergence of existing brownfields was the result of social and economic changes in the 1990s, which are associated with the gradual abandonment of buildings after former industrial activity. This paper deals specifically with the Svitava industrial zone located in the second largest city of the Czech Republic in the city of Brno. The goal of this paper is to present the Svitava industrial zone as a persistent barrier and at the same time a potential development area, moreover the aim is to analyze the brownfields located in this area. The analysis shows that in the area defined from the Brno-Maloměřice and Obřany district to the south along Masná street, there are thirty-one registered brownfields after the former predominantly industrial activity. These are neglected places, which represent barriers to further development but are also potential development areas that the private investors are interested of.

We substantiate the necessity of developing and implementing an innovative model of continuous pedagogical education in the region. As such model, we consider a multilevel educa-tional complex, created on the basis of the Pedagogical Institute of Derzhavin Tambov State Uni-versity, whose activities are aimed at implementing a number of federal projects in the framework of the national project “Education”. Our position is that the developed complex has a number of undoubted advantages in comparison with isolated educational institutions that train personnel and is able to effectively resolve existing problems in the continuous pedagogical education of the region. We substantiate the structure of a multilevel educational complex, which is a hierarchy of stages, in which the previous stage sequentially ensures the functioning of the subsequent ones. Each of the five levels (preschool education, pre-vocational pedagogical training, secondary voca-tional education, higher and postgraduate education) is described in detail: the basic mechanisms of their functioning are examined, the existing experience of implementation is analyzed, and pro-spects for further development are presented. We determine the results of educational complex of continuing pedagogical education influence on the development of the Tambov Region.

The article considers the accumulated experience and trends in the development of health management at the corporate level. The data of international and national studies are presented, indicating the benefits of using health programs for employee, employers and society as a whole, as well as highlighting the key problems arising in the management of employee health: when implementing corporate programs, it is not always clear and specific goals are established and data collection is organized , allowing to estimate their real results and efficiency; despite significant investments and efforts to stimulate participation in health and well-being programs, often employee participation continues to be at a rather low level (not least because of employee concerns about the use and confidentiality and protection of data obtained during implementation, discrimination); the studies point to marked differences in the assessment of the results of health and well-being programs by employers and employees; most of the programs for recovery and well-being are mostly reactive in nature, they are not aimed at solving existing problems, but not at preventing them, etc. The conditions necessary for the further development and effectiveness of corporate health and well-being management programs are justified.

UMo/Al dispersion fuel is one of the prospective materials as a high uranium density fuel for high performance research reactors due to its excellent stability during irradiation. In this paper, An overview is provided of current development activities of UMo/Al dispersion fuel at abroad and home, including: the development reasons, this fuel fabrication technology, and the irradiation test. A comprehensive summary is given on the irradiation test, the existing problems and the solution recently obtained by the different countries. Early irradiation experiments with uranium alloys showed promise of acceptable irradiation behavior if these alloys could be maintained in their cubic γ-U crystal structure. The further development of this fuel was delayed due to an unacceptable volume expansion caused by UMo/Al interaction layer (IL) formation and a subsequent gross pore formation at the interface between UMo particles and matrix Al when severe irradiation conditions are reached. In order to alleviate or eliminate the swelling of UMo/Al dispersion fuel, several potential remedies are available to correct the swelling problems. These range from relatively minor changes to the fuel and matrix chemistry, to replacement of the aluminum matrix with another material, or to eliminate the matrix altogether. All of these variations are currently being investigated in the world.

Sufficient icing data are very important for the design and operation of power grid in the places with potential accreted ice, meaning that it is necessary to pay due attention to the ice measurement devices. In this paper, the current ice measurement devices are classified into different types according to corresponding classification criteria with the aim of understanding the characteristics of each type of devices. Moreover, the research progress of the manual ice measurement devices are introduced in detail, including the diameter of conductors, the angle between conductor and wind direction. Finally, the existing problems are proposed for the further development of manual ice measurement devices for overhead transmission lines.
