An analysis of the state of pedagogical practice and scientific and methodological literature speaks of shortcomings in solving the problem of the formation of elementary schoolchildren’s speech skills. This article is devoted to the formation of elementary schoolchildren's speech skills in interdisciplinary communication. The purpose of our experimental work is to verify the effectiveness of our methodology for the sustainable of speech skills in interdisciplinary communication. In preparation for the experimental work, the following objectives were set; to identify the level of formation of speech skills (motivational, informative, reflective), development of a complex of diagnostic methods: observation, questionnaires, diagnostic methods, assessment, self-esteem, etc., on the basis of the data obtained to determine the level of formation of speech skills in interdisciplinary ICT communication. Therefore, the aim of our study is to analyze the state of formation of elementary schoolchildren’s speech skills in interdisciplinary communication. The theoretical significance of the study allows clarifying knowledge on the issue of the formation of speech skills; practical significance lies in the presentation and testing of a set of productive exercises aimed at developing learners' speech skills in interdisciplinary communication. According to the developed diagnostic technique, the formation of speech skills in interdisciplinary communication consists of three components: motivational, substantive and reflective. Based on these components, indicators and levels characterizing the formation of elementary schoolchildren’s speech skills in interdisciplinary communication are distinguished. During the study, the results of a verifying, forming and control experiment were presented. According to the study, we can say that it is necessary to pay attention to the development of meaningful speech, because it is for this indicator that most children are at a low level of formation. On the whole, our study proved that systematic work is needed to form elementary schoolchildren’s speech skills.   Keywords: speech skills, interdisciplinary communication, integration, elementary school, formation, criteria, indicators, levels.

The Pedagogical Project (PP) of a school is a set of guidelines that aim to guide the pedagogical practice in its various instances. The approach of National Curricular Parameters (PCNs) in the text of the PP is necessary insofar as they provide guidelines for the construction of a pedagogical proposal based on the need for cultural, social and economic discussions in the classroom. The Transversal Environment Theme provides guidance to educators on how to develop sustainable attitudes in learners through actions that focus on the environmental issue within the school. Therefore, the objective of this work was to analyze the proposals of Environmental Education contained in the Pedagogical Projects of two elementary schools of the state network of São Luís, MA. For this, we used semi-structured interviews and documentary research to identify references to the theme of Environment in the projects. It was observed that in the PP of both schools there is no reference to the environmental theme. It is necessary to raise awareness in schools about the need to build a project that is in line with NCPs in order to contribute to the debate on the promotion of Environmental Education in school pedagogical practice.

The subject of the study is the mechanism for determining the fiscal fee forthe main transportation of hydrocarbon goods as a resource concept. The purposeof this article is to justify the nature and prospects of using, instead of currentrent, hydrocarbon fiscal-main income as a fiscal payment, which is brought intothe state budget by operators of the main hydrocarbon-transport system as business entities for their transportation of hydrocarbons and products of their processing through main pipelines appropriate to the economic requirements. Theresearch methodology is determined by a combination of methods: a) cognition:legal analysis (study of the regulatory framework for the use of rent); b) justification: abstract logical analysis (definition of the concepts of hydrocarbon fiscalmain income); c) generalization (substantiation of conclusions and proposals). Results of work. In the process of analyzing the regulatory legal acts that regulate the use of current annuity as payment to the budget for the main transportation of hydrocarbons, it was established that it is not a tax in the interpretationof PKU, since the essence does not meet the official definition of tax, does notmeet the accepted definition of the concept of rent. The accepted nature andmechanism of paying rent for the transportation of hydrogen resources and associated revenues of the state and users of the main hydrogen transport systemand the unpromising nature of its use as a fiscal payment are analyzed. Conclusions. It is proposed that the state pay for the territorial pumping of hydrocarbon resources according to our triple principle as hydrocarbon fiscal-main income, whichcorresponds to its essence, and accordingly change the mechanism for calculatingand depositing funds to treasury accounts. Since the funds come to the revenueside of the state budget, that is, inherently belong to state revenue. The creationof such a mechanism needs certain studies, justifications and government decisions. The same applies to land use, since the quality indicators of soils, wherethe laid pipelines are territorially different. In addition, there is a process ofchanging land for its intended purpose, for the property. The fee for movinghydrocarbon resources should be calculated depending on the type of transport, including pipelines, for a set of indicators: quantity and quality of goods, time, main tariffs and distance of its movement. The amount may be adjusted usingfactors officially established by the CMU. Since the pipelines are located in territorial lands, part of this fee should be transferred to the territorial local budgets.Theoretically, the economic use of trunk pipelines should be considered as a typeof economic environmental management. Therefore, this type of government revenue should be determined by a set of indicators, as well as taking into account the economic interests of business entities authorized by the CMU. Thus, theimplementation of our proposed fiscal payment is relevant, has scientific noveltyand promising practical significance, therefore, for state recognition it is proposedto include it in the Tax Code of Ukraine.

The almost instantaneous access to information provided by technological advances has revolutionized the behavior of people and of the classrooms too. Teachers had to adapt themselves to new technologies to maintain students interested and attentive to the discipline being taught. In this work, the behavior of the students of the 6th grade of elementary school II during class was observed. The school chosen is a public school in the State of São Paulo (Brazil). The research was based on data collection. The students were observed by being filmed during six months. The results showed that the students were interested in the classes and committed to the activities. The place that the student chooses to sit in the classroom influences the behavior of the teacher, because the more distant the teacher, the less he participates in the class.

The purpose of the article is to carry out an analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security in Ukraine. Research methods. The research was based on general scientific and economic methods, the creative heritage of the founders of economic science, publications of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the impact of quarantine restrictions related to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic on the level of food security of the country, regulatory legal acts, data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, electronic resources and other sources. The monographic approach is used to analyze the dynamics of the actual consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products. Normative and positive approaches are used to highlight real risks and threats to food security. A number of techniques of abstract-logical tools made it possible to make a scientific and applied generalization of the material presented, to formulate intermediate and final conclusions and proposals. Research results. An analytical assessing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the consumption of agri-food products and the level of food independence for individual agri-food products has been carried out. It has been proven that Ukraine produces enough food to ensure healthy nutrition for citizens. It has been determined that due to the low purchasing power of the population, groups of citizens with low incomes have limited access to essential agricultural and food products. In the medium and long term, there will be a shortage of food resources and global food inflation, the situation in agricultural markets will remain unstable, and trade will continue to develop under the influence of not only competition, but also political factors. Scientific novelty. The theoretical and methodological provisions, scientific, methodological and practical approaches to determining the factors of influence of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 to the level of food security of the state have been substantiated. Assessing the impact of quarantine measures and the spread of COVID-19 on food security made it possible to identify the main risks of ensuring the country's food security. Practical significance. The applied aspects of the study can be taken into account in the formation of programs for the socio-economic development of the agri-food sector of Ukraine, which will increase the effectiveness of state initiatives aimed at ensuring food security of the state and increase the country's readiness for force majeure threats. The article examines the organizational basis of modeling entrepreneurial activities in the hospitality industry based on the use of indicators of cadastral assessment of land. The analysis of practical aspects of updating the results of cadastral assessment of lands of settlements of Cherkassy region has been carried out. It is stated that the cadastral assessment should take into account market situations and trends as much as possible. For the territories of localities the term of actualization in the context of revaluation should be minimum and economically justified. It is designated that the updating of the results of the state cadastral assessment of land requires significant modernization aimed at improving the quality of land assessment work and adequate replenishment of budgets at all levels. The mechanism and features of performance of works on actualization of the state cadastral estimation of the lands of settlements in the territory of Cherkassy region have been analyzed. As a result of the study, it has been found that the main disadvantage of modeling the cadastral assessment of land settlements is: the duration of time intervals between rounds of revaluation, which causes rapid aging of information. The reason for this case is related with the financial support of the works and their scale. Mechanisms for prompt updating of information on the value of land for entrepreneurial activities in the hospitality industry in Cherkassy region have been proposed. The considered method of determining the normative monetary valuation of land takes into account the most important indicators of this industry and is practically significant in collecting information and calculating all indicators in conducting cadastral valuation of land for entrepreneurial activities in the hospitality industry of Cherkassy region. The practical significance of the study is to assess the cadastral condition of land and calculate the specific cadastral value of the city of Uman, as the territory where the hospitality industry is the most developed in Cherkassy region. Due to the clarification of the specific indicator of cadastral value, the price of one square meter of such objects will increase which will allow to proportionally increase the tax component and increase the profitability of budgets at the cluster level

I AM greatly honored by the Award which the American Academy of Pediatrics has bestowed upon me and I am certain that this recognition of our studies will stimulate my co-workers and myself to further efforts in the line of work which we began about 12 years ago. I have repeatedly had the privilege of presenting our experimental work to meetings of the American Academy of Pediatrics and it is not necessary, therefore, to describe to you again in detail the congenital anomalies induced in animals by maternal dietary deficiency. It seems preferable to give you today a brief summary of the general aspects and results of our studies and to present to you some of the conclusions which may be drawn from them. The incentive to our experimental work was a marked interest in congenital anomalies of children. Adverse factors acting in prenatal life contribute appreciably to the mortality of infants and many children go through life deformed or crippled because of unfavorable intrauterine conditions. Congenital anomalies are at the root of many chronic and of some intractable diseases of childhood, a fact which is brought out with increasing certainty by improved diagnostic methods. Without going into details I wish to point out how many congenital anomalies of the urinary tract are now recognized intra vitam, which only one or two decades ago puzzled us by their nonspecific symptoms. Congenital anomalies of the intestinal tract which were previously diagnosed as "vomiting," "malnutrition," etc., are now better understood and often accessible to surgical treatment.
