Background:The development of agro-industry in Indonesia remains facing many obstacles. In addition to the environmental wasteproblem, the low ability to process products leads to their low added value, as faced bypineapple agro-industry associationin Barokah Agro Lestari (BAL). This community service activity is important to improve beneficial and economical value of pineapple agro-industry. Purpose: This activity aims to reduce the environmental burdenof pineapple agro-industry by product by implementing technology to give its added value as well as providing a healthy snack alternative for society. Method: This community service activity is carried out through counseling, training and education related to waste product of pineapple. These activities included the preparation phase, the selection of organic waste of pineapple, bioactive component testing, testing of nutrients and food formulation. Results:The community service program was conducted at PT Karya Masyarakat Mandiri in Subang District and attended by 30 pineapple farmers from Cirangkong village, gathered in Barokah Agro Lestari (BAL). Training was done by administering stages of activity systemically, exposure of the material using visual methods, cooking demonstration for the training activities of processing and product development. Conclusion: Community service activities and training in processing the pineapple stem waste can be a means of empowering local communities. Processing organic waste into food products help improving the community skills and motivation for business development through organic waste treatment.

Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan salah satu cara supaya mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi memiliki keterampilan bermasyarakat. Khalayak  sasaran  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  masyarakat RW 09 di  desa Ciasihan. Kegiatan pengabdian  telah  dilaksanakan  pada  tanggal  11 Agustus-11 September yang  bertempat  di desa Ciasihan Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat RW 09. Dari  hasil  evaluasi  diperoleh  hasil  dan  manfaat  dari  kegiatan  pengabdian  ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian  ini  berjalan  dengan  lancar,  karena  berbagai  pendukung  terutama  partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembentukan koperasi.. Tujuan  kegiatan  pengabdian  kepada  masyarakat  ini,  yang  dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan pembentukan koperasi adalah memotivasi masyarakat akan pentingnya koperasi, dan pentingnya akan pemanfaatan sampah organik  menjadi pupuk. Selain itu, Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini merupakan wahana bagi mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi untuk mengabdikan keilmuannya.Kata Kunci: Pembentukan Koperasi, Masyarakat RW 09Community service activities are one way for Trilogy University students to have social skills. The target audience of this service is the community of RW 09 in Ciasihan village. Community service activities were carried out on 11 August-11 September in Ciasihan Village, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, followed by all RW 09 people. From the results of the evaluation, the results and benefits of this service were obtained, including increasing community motivation for the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of using organic waste into fertilizer. This service activity went smoothly, due to various supporters, especially the participation of enthusiastic participants and actively participating in cooperative formation activities. The purpose of this community service activity, which was carried out through cooperative formation activities was to motivate the community on the importance of cooperatives, and the importance of waste utilization. organic into fertilizer. ABSTRACTCommunity empowerment in the era of globalization is facing big challenges. Desa Kebontunggul also faces the same challenge. Desa Kebontunggul is one of the villages located in Gondang, Kabupaten Mojokerto, which becomes a concern for village community empowerment office in Mojokerto. This village has a lot of potential to be developed because its strategic geographical location on the slopes of Mount Anjasmoro. Desa Kebontunggul has some superior products to be developed such as family medicinal plants (toga), organic plants, mushrooms, tortillas, and eggs. Unfortunately, the popularity of those products could not be competed to its natural tourism which is Mbencirang Valley. This community service activity aims to provide training and assistance in making business plan, especially strengthening the marketing plan for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebontunggul. Through this training and mentoring, superior products of MSMEs in the village are expected having a good marketing plan, thus, they can increase the added value of the products.  ABSTRAKPemberdayaan masyarakat di era globalisasi sedang menghadapi tantangan yang besar. Kondisi ini juga tidak terkecuali untuk masyarat di desa. Desa Kebontunggul merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Mojokerto yang menjadi perhatian bagi Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Desa ini memiliki banyak potensi untuk dikembangkan karena letak geografisnya terbilang strategis di lereng Gunung Anjasmoro. Dari segi produk yang bisa dikembangkan, Desa Kebontunggul memiliki potensi produk unggulan diantaranya toga (tanaman obat keluarga), tanaman organik, jamur, tortilla, dan telur. Namun sayang, kepopuleran produk-produk tersebut belum bisa sebanding dengan wisata alam di Kebontunggul yaitu Wisata Lembah Mbencirang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan pembuatan proposal rencana bisnis khususnya penguatan pada rencana pemasaran kepada para pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa Kebontunggul. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, diharapkan masyarakat desa Kebontunggul, khususnya warga yang memiliki usaha di produk unggulan desa, akan memiliki rencana pemasaran bisnis yang baik sehingga dapat menambah nilai tambah dari produk yang dihasilkan.

The Cadres who handling the” Posyandu lansia “are still not exposed in the use of their own blood sugar level gauges so that they cannot detect in the patient's condition hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia. The purpose of this activity is to train, practice and assist cadres in using blood sugar levels in detecting elderly people with hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia in the village of Donorojo Mertoyudan Magelang. The method used for implementation of this activity was the method of community empowerment with the Participatory Rural Appraisal model, which is an approach method in the process of empowerment and increasing community participation, which is sensitive to community involvement in the overall activities carried out. The results of this service activity were carried out for five months, namely through the stages of preparation, counseling, training and mentoring. The results obtained were cadres who were able to practice using blood sugar levels and were able to detect hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia conditions. The range of early activities will be published in several mass media and community service journals. The conclusion are activity was achieved in view of the increased understanding and skills in carrying out the activity of checking blood sugar levels during and efforts to manage the increase in blood sugar levels / early detection of diabetes mellitus

This mentoring program is oriented towards the pesantren community at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Putri Ar-ridlo Islamic Boarding School in the field of non-organic waste utilization. This activity is carried out to develop the potential of students through life skill coaching in the form of utilizing non-organic waste for economic value. This program aims to make the accumulated waste useful and have use value, so that through this community service activity it will be directed at the use of valueless items into products that have selling value in the economic development of the pesantren. If this program is successful, it can reduce the amount of waste available and can be a more useful asset to be developed in the pesantren environment. The methods used in this mentoring are lectures and demonstration methods. From this mentoring process, the students have become more creative in managing non-organic waste in the pesantren. Then the waste is managed properly into useful items. This program aims to produce girls who are not only competent in the spiritual field but also have provisions in managing the wheels of the economy.

Community service activities with IbM scheme have been done in home industry of soybean milk processing in Sraten and Kartasura Village, Sukoharjo District. The aim of activities are all partners able process soybean juice into health drink product in ready to drink packaging, adn next can be as new economic commodity to the community. In addition, partners are expected to have a clear administrative and governance system in finance, production and, marketing as an effort to empower communities in Sukoharjo District. Considering the benefits of this soy essence is so great then product diversification is needed so that the product is more acceptable to the market. This program is done through several stages namely 1) Making soybeans into ready-to-drink; 2) Transfer of packing technology; 3) Product marketing and management aspects of soybean processing into beverages in ready-to-drink packaging as well as; and 4) Feasibility analysis of beverage production business made from soybean. Through IbM, training and development of soya bean processing technology is made into an economic commodity product in the form of beverages in ready-to-drink packaging, which can provide new economic alternatives in the community. After this program, the community service activity was conducted with the training and mentoring approach to the two partners, it was able to increase the quantity and quality of soybean beverage production where the yield of production increased almost twice from the original.

The Community Service Activity / Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) was held in Cibinuang Village, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency with the target of young people who are members of Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar as youth organization in Cibinuang Village. The problems faced by partner institution in this activity are: a) lack of socialization about the existence of youth organizations and their roles in the development of rural communities, b) less awareness and participation of youth in organizations, both administrator/ other members, c) training of administrators / members in making work programs have never been done. The method of implementation in this activity is active participation with stages namely 1). Seminar and discussing about the role of youth organizations, 2). Providing technical training in making organization programs, 3) Mentoring in making proposals. Seminar about the roles of youth organization for community empowerment in youth organizations in Cibinuang Village presented material in accordance with the theme. The materials presented to the participants including: the role of youth in village development, the mechanism for preparing programs and how to make proposals for effective funding requests. The training in making organization programs and activity proposals were divided into three stages, namely lectures and discussion about the role of youth organizations, providing technical training in the preparation of organization programs and making activity proposals, and mentoring in making organization programs and proposals.� Based on the process PkM activities, it can be seen that 1) there were enhancing youth's understanding and awareness of their capacity in developing villages through youth organizations, 2) members and administrators of youth organizations were motivated to play an active / participating role in building themselves and their villages, 3) administrators of youth organizations to arrange a program, 4) the management of the youth organization was able to make a proposal from each organization program that will be submitted to the Cibinuang Village Government.�Keywords: Youth Capacity, Youth Organization, Organization Program�AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cibinuang Kecamatan Kuningan Kabupaten Kuningan dengan target pemuda-pemudi yang tergabung dalam Karang Taruna Tunas Mekar yang merupakan organisasi kepemudaan di tingkat Desa Cibinuang.� Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu: a) kurang tersosialisasikanya eksistensi organisasi pemuda dan perannya dalam pembangunan masyarakat desa, b) kesadaran dan partisipasi pemuda dalam organisasi baik pengurus/anggota kurang, c) pelatihan pada pengurus/anggota dalam membuat program kerja belum pernah dilakukan.� Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu partisipasi aktif dengan tahapan yakni 1). Ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, 2). Memberikan pelatihan teknis pembuatan program kerja, 3) Pendampingan dalam membuat proposal kegiatan. Seminar tentang peran organisasi pemuda untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat pada organisasi pemuda di Desa Cibinuang Kec. / Kab. Kuningan diisi dengan pemaparan materi yang sesuai dengan tema. Materi-materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta meliputi: peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa, mekanisme penyusunan program kerja dan cara pembuatan proposal kegiatan untuk permintaan dana yang efektif. Pelatihan pembuatan program kerja dan proposal kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga kegiatan, yaitu ceramah dan tanya jawab tentang peran organisasi pemuda, memberikan pelatihan teknis penyusunan program kerja dan pembuatan proposal kegiatan, dan pendampingan dalam membuat program kerja dan proposal kegiatan. Berdasarkan proses kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dapat dilihat adanya 1) peningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pemuda terhadap kapasitasnya dalam membangun desa melalui wadah organisasi pemuda, 2) anggota maupun pengurus organisasi kepemudaan termotivasi� untuk berperan aktif/berpartisipasi dalam membangun diri maupun desanya, 3) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan dapat menyusun program kerja, 4) pengurus organisasi kepemudaan mampu membuat proposal kegiatan dari setiap program kerja yang akan diajukan ke Pemerintah Desa Cibinuang.

Petuk Katimpun is one of the supplier villages for vegetable needs in the Palangka Raya city and its surroundings. At the abundant harvest, the prices of vegetables dropped sharply and were even worthless. Vegetables are left to rot in the tree, because there are costs to be taken to pick the vegetables. This is certainly very painful for the farmer. The farmers continue to lose money. One solution is to increase the value added of vegetables through processing technology. The technology of processing vegetable chips with vacuum frying is able to maintain the distinctive aroma and color of vegetables, crisper texture, lower vitamin damage and lower oil absorption. The purpose of this community service program is to transfer vacuum frying technology to increase the value added of the vegetables so that the level of the loss of farmers can be reduced. The approach were taken by  counseling, training and coaching and mentoring. The counseling was carried out by direct communication and interactive discussion, while training of using vacuum frying tools with various vegetable raw materials was carried out under the guidance of the service team. The coaching and group assistance were carried out in the acquisition of SPP-IRT as well as ways to access markets both directly and indirectly. The results of the community service program showed that 70% of partners were able to operate vacuum frying equipment. The capabilities of labeling and packaging were 100 % . They also had an ability to access markets indirectly through online media. The direct market could not be accessed due to  the SPP-IRT certificate has not been obtained. Key words : community empowerment, vegetables chip, vacuum frying

Social entrepreneurship can be a solution or model of community empowerment, especially women, in the handicraft industry. The handicraft industry was chosen because it was indicated in demand by the Bogor community and potentially contributed to the absorption of Bogor manpower and investment.  Based on this, community service activities are conducted on two target communities / partners, consisting of Children of Putri Bunda Orphanage, Dramaga and Mothers of PKK Situ Ilir Village, Cibungbulang District with the aim of forming Social entrepreneurship as a model of women empowerment through making the accessories based on patchwor.  The activity is done through several stages, which begins with socialization, held the training, after the entrepreneur walk, conducted assistance. The result of this community service activity is the formation of entrepreneur or business to make accessories made from woven waste patchwork.  Social entrepreneurship can be a solution to the improvement of the economy through community empowerment, especially women.

Cassava is a type of plant that is easy to grow in various types of soil, and its cultivation method is relatively easy. The stems, leaves, and tubers of cassava have various benefits for human life. Limited knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of cassava-based processed products are an obstacle for which solutions must be sought. The purpose of this service activity is to empower the community, especially partners/target groups, through training on processing cassava into raw materials for processed food products. Community service activities carried out using training/mentoring and demonstrations/practices are one of the solutions that can be carried out for community empowerment. The results of community service activities show that all participants (100%) can actively participate in receiving all the knowledge and skills transferred and are interested in doing it themselves at home (100%). Processed products in the form of cassava flour will be consumed by themselves (77%) and sold (23%) with processed food products of cassava lunkhead (89%) and cassava noodles (11%), which were of high interest. This data shows that community service activities carried out by Palangka Raya University can contribute and become a solution to overcome problems faced by the community.

Organic waste is the largest composition of waste generated by the people of Indonesia, which is around 50-60%. This type of waste, especially food waste, is easy to smell if it is stored for too long so that it has the potential to pollute the environment. On the other hand, organic waste has good nutrients that can be generated, including through BSF (Black Soldier Fly) maggot bioconversion treatment. The BSF maggot bioconversion method is a method of processing organic waste which is carried out by converting organic matter into other products that are useful and have added value by utilizing biological processes from microorganisms and enzymes. Organic waste treatment with this method is generally carried out on a community-based basis and is integrated with the development of agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry, because maggot cultivation produces commodities of economic value such as compost and maggot larvae. Compost contains very good nutrients so that it can be used for organic farming and maggot contains high protein that can be used for animal feed and fisheries. The implementation of this program was piloted in the boarding school community, namely the Az-Zakaria Islamic Boarding School which is managed by the Az-Zakaria Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) in Sindangbarang Village, Jalaksana District, Kuningan Regency. The result of this implementation is the formation of a new group of entrepreneurs engaged in the cultivation and utilization of BSF maggots.
