Background: Low birth weight (LBW) is one of the children's health indicators. Based on the health profile of East Java province in 2017, the prevalence of LBW increased from 3.6% in 2016 to 3.8%. Besides increasing the prevalence of LBW, there was a decrease in Fe3 tablet coverage. In 2016 Fe3 tablets decreased by 88.2% and decreased in 2017 to 87.4%. A decrease in Fe3 tablet coverage is likely to cause a high prevalence of LBW.Objective: This study aimed to know the relationship of Fe3 tablets with the prevalence of LBW in East Java province in 2017. Methods: The type of this research was quantitative research using secondary data on the health profile of East Java province in 2017. The observed variables was Fe3 tablet coverage and LBW prevalence. Data analysis using a Pearson correlation and Chi-square test.Result: The regency/city included in the category of low Fe3 tablet coverage was 55.3% and as many as 21.1% regency/city with LBW prevalence were included in the category of not public health problems. Pearson correlation test results (p-value=0.270) and Chi-square test (p-value=0.206) showed there was no relationship between the coverage of Fe3 tablets with prevalence of LBW in East Java Province in 2017.Conclusion: The regency/city that has low Fe3 tablet coverage doesn’t necessarily have a high LBW prevalence. Further research is needed to find out other factors related to the high prevalence of LBW in East Java Province in 2017.ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) merupakan salah satu indikator kesehatan anak. Purposes: When the evaluation of patellar instability is examined from the aspect of the conical-cylindrical anatomy of the tibia, metric measurement parameters such as the tuberositas tibia (TT)–trochlear groove (TG) and patellar tendon (PT) insertion–trochlear groove (TG) distances are not sufficient. We asked whether defined angular parameters reveal the rotational movement of the tuberositas tibia on the tibia shaft, additional to the metric parameters and there is a correlation between the metric and angular parameters. Methods: 19 patients with patellar instability and 22 patients without patellar instability were evaluated. For all patients, two angle and three length parameters were evaluated on the slices taken. Evaluations were made of the TT-TG, the midpoint of the PT insertion-TG distances, the anatomic midpoint of the dome of the TT-TG, the TG-PT angle, and the TG-dome angle (DA). The Pearson correlation test was used for the statistical analysis of correlations between groups. Results: A statistically significant increase was determined in the patellar instability group in the TG-DA and TG-PT angle values compared to the group without patellar instability ( p < 0.05). In both groups, a positive and strong correlation was determined between the TT-TG and the TG-PT and dome of the TT-TG distances, but no statistically significant correlation was determined between the tuberositas TT-TG and TG-PT angle and TG-DA. Conclusion: Metric parameters may not be sufficient alone in the evaluation of patellar instability. Metric parameters should be supported by additional angular parameters which reveal the rotational movement of the TT on the tibia shaft.

It is normal for mothers who are nearing the laboring stage to feel anxious, worried and frightened, particularly the primipara mothers. The anxiety may raise the pain level, get the muscles tensed, exhaust those mothers which, in turn, inhibit the delivery process. Treatment for anxiety states include four main approaches. These approaches include psychotherapy, relaxation therapy, meditation, and drugs. Relaxation techniques are a lot of techniques that provide the largest input as relaxation techniques during labor can prevent excessive postpartum errors. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the relaxation technique on the decrease of the anxiety level of the first-stage inpartu mothers at the coverage area of Maesan Local Health Center Bondowoso Regency August 2016. This research employs pre-experimental design, by employing the one-group-pre-post test design. The population of this research is the entire first-stage latent-phase inpartu mothers with the sample numbering 14 individuals. The sampling collection technique used in this research is accidental sampling. Data is taken using the questionnaire sheet and the wilcoxon test is employed as the hypothesis-testing device.  The data analysis reveals that, upon the application of the relaxation technique, 42% maternal experience mild anxiety, while 57,1% maternal experience light anxiety. Upon tested using the Wilcoxon Test, it is found that t count <t table ( 0 < 21 ), thus H0 is rejected. Therefore, the effect of the relaxation technique on the decrease of the anxiety level of the first-stage maternal at the coverage area of Maesan Local Health Center Bondowoso Regency August 2016  existed. To address the matter, it is highly recommended that the first-stage maternal perform the relaxation technique once there is contraction in order to prevent over-anxiety situation which may hinder the laboring process, respectively. Keywords: anxiety, inpartu, relaxation technique
