It is normal for mothers who are nearing the laboring stage to feel anxious, worried and frightened, particularly the primipara mothers. The anxiety may raise the pain level, get the muscles tensed, exhaust those mothers which, in turn, inhibit the delivery process. Treatment for anxiety states include four main approaches. These approaches include psychotherapy, relaxation therapy, meditation, and drugs. Relaxation techniques are a lot of techniques that provide the largest input as relaxation techniques during labor can prevent excessive postpartum errors. The objective of this research is to find out the effect of the relaxation technique on the decrease of the anxiety level of the first-stage inpartu mothers at the coverage area of Maesan Local Health Center Bondowoso Regency August 2016. This research employs pre-experimental design, by employing the one-group-pre-post test design. The population of this research is the entire first-stage latent-phase inpartu mothers with the sample numbering 14 individuals. The sampling collection technique used in this research is accidental sampling. Data is taken using the questionnaire sheet and the wilcoxon test is employed as the hypothesis-testing device.  The data analysis reveals that, upon the application of the relaxation technique, 42% maternal experience mild anxiety, while 57,1% maternal experience light anxiety. Upon tested using the Wilcoxon Test, it is found that t count <t table ( 0 < 21 ), thus H0 is rejected. Therefore, the effect of the relaxation technique on the decrease of the anxiety level of the first-stage maternal at the coverage area of Maesan Local Health Center Bondowoso Regency August 2016  existed. To address the matter, it is highly recommended that the first-stage maternal perform the relaxation technique once there is contraction in order to prevent over-anxiety situation which may hinder the laboring process, respectively. Keywords: anxiety, inpartu, relaxation technique

Community activities during the pandemic due to the stay at home policy resulted in an increase in the remaining results of activities. As a result, untreated household wastewater will have a negative impact on the surrounding waters and can become a source of disease for the community. The main purpose of this service is to educate and provide skills to the community to treat household wastewater in Jongso Hamlet, Wotan Village. The main material used for wastewater treatment is alum. This is because alum is a coagulant that can bind impurities in water. This service activity is carried out by socializing through online audio-visual media, namely Youtube, while the training is carried out directly at the stage of processing household liquid waste to the Dukuh Jongso community, and activity evaluation indicators are based on participant responses to socialization and training. The results of the implementation showed that the participants were enthusiastic in the socialization and training. This activity is also effective in educating the public, especially about public awareness of the surrounding environment. It is hoped that the community will continue to be committed to improving their knowledge and skills in protecting the surrounding environment. The community care movement for the surrounding environment is expected to continue to be applied independently and disseminated to other communities.

Continuous consumption of salted fish containing formalin cancause serious health problems such as cancer, central nervous system disorders, hypotension, diarrhea, heartdisorders, coma and even death. This is a descriptive study, aimed to describe the content of formaldehyde in salted fish sold in TPI Puger byassessing the physical quality of salted fish and performing laboratory tests for qualitative determination.Using simple random sampling technique, as much as 28 sampleswere obtained, consisted of dried fish soldby five vendors (A, B, E, G, J). Data analysis was done by correlating the physical condition of the salted fishidentified as containing formalin with results of descriptive laboratory test, and then compared with theMinister of Health Regulation No. 033 of 2012 on food additives. The results showed that 11 (39.2%) samples were indicated as containing formalin. The drainage system is needed to prevent the occurrence of puddles, dispose of rainwater that is not absorbed in the soil, and make the surrounding environment unhealthy. Karangploso sub-district is a sub-district which is the center of economic, social and local government activities. However, there are problems of flooding or puddles which are the thoughts and concerns of various parties, this is due to the lack of drainage channels in and around the Karangploso District area. This research was carried out in the Borogragal hamlet of Donowarih Village, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The research method used is the Rational method, namely Qa = 0.00278. C.I.A, uses hydrology analysis, rainfall data and land use maps. From the results of the data analysis states that the amount of rainfall with a return period of 10 years. 10 year return flood discharge for: Q sal. = 1.0 m3 / second. The existing drainage channel capacity is as big as Q sal. = 0.389 m3 / second. The existing channel dimensions are not enough to pass a 10-year return flood discharge of 1.0 m3 / sec. Drainage plan is as big as: Q sal. = 0.410 m3 / sec. The construction design for drainage lines on the road is b = 0.60 m and h = 0.80 m. In order to prevent inundation, the community is advised not to dispose of garbage on the canal and to carry out routine maintenance by related agencies and the community.ABSTRAKSistem drainase sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah terjadinya genangan air, membuang air hujan yang tidak terserap dalam tanah, serta membuat lingkungan sekitar menjadi tidak sehat. C.I.A, menggunakan analisa hidrologi, data curah hujan dan peta tata guna lahan.
