Besides the main data from the films, reference sources in the form of books and journals were also used for analysis. Hall’s theory of representation was applied to analyze the data gathered for this study such as dialogs and the description of scenes from the films to identify how the character building is represented through the films as well as to understand the essence of character building. The result showed that the animation films observed in this study can represent good characters through seven values such as bravery, politeness, sacrifice, empathy, curiosity, confidence, and caring. Additionally, this study also reveals that the concept of character is associated with life values, morality and attitude and therefore, character building is significant to shape people with quality in order to create peace and harmony in society. Tourism has now become an important source of revenue for many countries in the world. The spillover from this booming and lucrative industry impacts positively the other sectors of the national economy in those countries. This situation is not only true in the advanced countries of the world, but also in the Muslim world. In this present study on Islamic tourism the researchers intend to investigate the definition, destination, purpose and ethical issues related to Islamic tourism. Very particularly, the study will focus on the situation in three of the Muslim countries situated in the region of Southeast Asia; namely Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei. Driven by the passion to study on Islamic tourism, the researchers are interested to know the guiding principles set in these countries in contrast to others in the region. Apart from the crux of the investigation, on the peripheral, this study will also look into the topic of tourism from the Islamic ethical dimension, mainly referring to the Qur’an and Sunnah. As a qualitative study, the researchers will employ the library research approach in collecting the pertinent data related to the study. By using the textual-analysis method they will scrutinize data collected from online and print materials. It is hoped that this modest research can be a contribution in advancing Islamic tourism in the Malay Archipelago and elsewhere in the world. From this study, it could discovered initially that Islamic tourism is a huge opportunity for the Muslims in the region to develop further to tap the industry as well as to introduce the region with Muslim majority to the world. Enormous efforts have been done to promote and to develop the religious tourism in the region along with the conventional tourism generally and it had achieved significant results by attaining the top place in Islamic tourism industry. However a lot of works should be done such as the lack of standard facilities and promotions as well as the regional coordination in order to bring the religious industry to another level. It is necessary to expand the niche of Islamic tourism which is still below 20 percent out the conventional tourism industry largely.

Risk is most often associated with danger and perceived as a harmful aspect of life, as an insidious and unwelcome threat that should be avoided. Risk-taking, however, is sometimes a singular passion, a source of pleasure that becomes a way of life. When freely pursued as a valorised activity, it can be a path to self-fulfilment, an opportunity to confront new situations, and a means for redefining one’s self, testing personal abilities, increasing self-esteem or gaining recognition. Deliberate risk-taking is a form of character building. It accommodates life’s intensities. It is extremely popular in high-risk physical activities and sports and postmodern forms of adventure.

Character building must follow the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Because he is the incarnation of the Al-Qur'an, a human being who is successful in his life in the world with the various problems he faces and the several professions he does. Allah gave him success in this world and the hereafter. We can see this in Surah al-Mukminun verses 1-11. There, the tips for becoming a successful person are explained by implementing the characters implied in these verses. The first character that must be possessed is a religious personality. The second personal character is focused on concentration, praying seriously '. This prayer is like the head of all deeds. If the prayer is good, other deeds will be good, but if the prayer is not good, it will also affect the unworthiness of the other deeds. After prayer there is a character of discipline by keeping away from useless things that are not useful, be it deeds or words. then the character of obedience in paying zakat, shows a sense of social or caring. Then the personal character who is responsible by maintaining self-respect by using the available facilities in a halal way. Furthermore, a personal character that is trustworthy, the importance of maintaining trust and promise is a form of character of a person who can be trusted. And lastly is a consistent character, maintaining prayers regularly and working hard, istiqamah which shows that the person is able to be consistent in maintaining goodness. According to Al-Mâwardiy, carrying out these characters results in success in any field, be it education, economy, profession and so on. Even lasting success will be found in the afterlife.

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID 19) was first reported in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The rapidly spreading coronavirus outbreak around the world had forced the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare COVID 19 as a pandemic on March 11, 2020. Crisis management for COVID 19 requires an integrated and realistic approach, and a focus on technology can assist matters to become more efficient. Although IR 4.0 technology is widely used in dealing with pandemic crises, the relevant laws relating to intellectual property laws, especially copyrights and patents with this technology must continue to be protected. This article discusses IR 4.0 technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain as applied in the era of pandemics and intellectual property protection associated with this technology. For this purpose, this article applies library research methodology by analyzing primary and secondary sources. This article concludes that IR 4.0 technology such as artificial intelligence and blockchain is seen as jewels in the era of pandemics because as with the use of this technology, human communication can be reduced. In addition, this technology can also reduce dependence on manpower. Improvements to intellectual property laws can be done in providing more protection against this IR 4.0 technology.
