The study aims to describe therapeutic processes, strategies, methods and techniques of drug abuse victims. The method used is case study. The research explains, the process of rehabilitation conducted Inabah II Putri at various stages of rehabilitation, found steps in the healing process, namely the existence of communication process between the coaches with child development, communication is therapeutic. Strategy is done by coaching to the child of bina through interaction verbal communication and nonverbal therapeutic, by giving teachings of Tariqat Qodiriyyah Naqsabandiyyah, that is; Talqin dhikr, bath repentance, prayer, dhikr and khataman. Coaching is done to help reduce the burden of thoughts and their feelings so slowly but surely the child can be recovered, have the awareness to always be on the path that is pleasing Allah SWT.Penelitian bertujuan mendeskribsikan proses, strategi, metode dan teknik komunikasi terapeutik terhadap korban penyalahgunaan narkoba. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Penelitian menjelaskan, proses rehabilitasi dilakukan Inabah II Putri pada berbagai tahapan rehabilitasi, ditemukan langkah-langkah dalam proses penyembuhan, yaitu adanya proses komunikasi antara para pembina dengan anak bina, komunikasi tersebut bersifat terapeutik. Strategi dilakukan dengan pembinaan kepada anak bina melalui interaksi komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal terapeutik, dengan memberikan ajaran Thariqat Qodiriyyah Naqsabandiyyah, yaitu; talqin dzikir, mandi taubat, sholat, dzikir dan khataman. Pembinaan dilakukan untuk membantu mengurangi beban fikiran dan perasaan mereka sehingga pelahan-lahan tapi pasti anak bina bisa pulih, mempunyai kesadaran untuk senantiasa berada di jalan yang diridhai Allah SWT.

ABSTRACT In the development of tourism in NTT Province, NTT Provincial Tourism Office uses a development communication strategy approach. This study aims to explore the use of development communication strategies by the Department of Tourism in the development of tourism in the Province of NTT. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. The results show that most of the programs and activities related to development communication are more using the active development communication strategy approach. This strategy approach is considered to make the community as a communicant solely in the continuity of the communication process. Therefore, alternative approaches to participatory development and convergence development strategies should be considered in the planning of development communication by the NTT Tourism Provincial Tourism Office. Keywords: Development of Tourism and Development Communication Strategy   ABSTRAK Dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT, Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan strategi komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Provinsi NTT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar program dan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan komunikasi pembangunan lebih menggunakan pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan aktif. Pendekatan strategi ini dinilai menjadikan masyarakat sebagai komunikan semata dalam keberlangsungan proses komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, alternatif pendekatan strategi komunikasi pembangunan partisipatif dan konvergensi sebaiknya dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan komunikasi pembangunan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi NTT. The article treats on complexity of speech development, communication process of child with damaged hearing. Article emphasizes factors defining different language and communication competences. Hearing impairment leads to self-expression being delayed. Mentioned delays, could be quantitative (active and passive vocabulary, subordinate to the chronological age of the child) and qualitative (numerous, different disorders of articulation, semantic errors, problems with understanding simple commands).

The background of this research was Central Lombok experienced a decrease in unemployment, namely 2.44%. This reduction in the unemployment rate by the Village Government of Aikmual, Praya District can be overcome by welding training to village youth. It was made researcher known to find out the development communication carried out by the Aikmual Village Government in implementation of welding training. This is what makes researchers know to find out the development communication carried out by the Aikmual Village Government in implementing welding training. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The result of the research is that the implementation of development communication by the Aikmual Village Government applies four aspects, namely strength of the capacity of village youth, fairly and openly to the village youths to participate in activities, implementing controls empowerment through monitoring, and this activity is sustainable. The development, communication process in developing local communities involves aspects of the village government as a communicator or executor in program implementation, delivering development materials (training material), village youth as communicants, and the effects that village youths have after participating in treatment.

This research was conducted to reveal the communication process towards local independence in the Karangpawitan Village through Social Media. The use of development communication strategies through social media through Karang Taruna empowerment can increase local income through local culinary tourism promotion activities. Karangpawitan which is commonly used for culinary tourism is also an icon for the city of Karawang, so this is what makes the reason why there is a need for a strategy to increase tourism there. To build local independence, a promotion through Social Media is needed. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which records symptoms that occur through observations and direct interviews with informants or through literature studies to compare existing data. The results show that communication strategies through promotion on social media are able to change the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of audiences towards the income of local people. Through a strategy of changing knowledge to cultivate perceptions about culinary tourism, then being able to facilitate access to information about existing culinary and there is a change in attitude with the many netizens who come to try and take photos.

The success of business development can’t be separated from participatory communication. This research was conducted in Tajinan Village, Malang. The research data used primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using SEM GSCA. This research aimed to analyze the effect of Participatory Development Communication (PDC) factors, such as the socio-cultural component and elements of the communication process on the development of sheep farming business. The results showed that the elements of the communication process affected PDC and it affected the development of sheep farming business. Besides, the development of sheep farming business did not affect PDC and there was not a single socio-cultural component variable and elements of the communication process that affect PDC or farming business development through PDC or sheep farming business development.

The environment is also called the natural environment is a phenomenon that forms around life rather than humans, either biotic or abiotic. The surrounding phenomenon that affects people is not limited to physical factors solely, on the contrary social factors play an important role to explain how human activity can affect the environment and the natural surroundings. The essence and falsafa of development is a change, growth and equity in all fields and dimensions to a better state. Development communication is part of a major process that requires social, economic, political and cultural change in line with the requirements of the local community. The simultaneous formulation of information dissemination carried out by radio, is no longer the only option of society, because the community has designed and determined what information they need. Television broadcasting has an influence on patterns of public action to model, imitate information gained through impressions. Community participation in safeguarding the environment to achieve harmonious and balanced development is the driving and driving force for social change to achieve sustainable development. Lingkungan disebut juga alam sekitar adalah fenomena yang wujud di sekeliling kehidupan daripada manusia,baik biotik ataupun abiotik. Fenomena sekeliling yang mempengaruhi manusia tidak terbatas kepada faktor fisikal semata-mata, sebaliknya faktor sosial turut berperanan penting bagi menerangkan bagaimana aktivitas manusia dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan dan alam sekitar. Hakikat dan Falasafah pembangunan ialah suatu perubahan, pertumbuhan dan pemerataan dalam segala bidang dan dimensinya menuju keadaan yang lebih baik. Komunikasi pembangunan merupakan bahagian dari proses besar yang menghendaki adanya perubahan sosial, ekonomi, politik dan budaya yang sejalan dengan persyaratan keperluan masyarakat lokal. Formula keserentakan penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan melalui radio, tidak lagi menjadi satu-satunya pilihan masyarakat, karena masyarakatlah telah merancang dan menentukan informasi apa yang mereka perlukan. Siaran televisi mempunyai pengaruh pada pola tindakan masyarakat untuk mencontoh, meniru informasi yang didapat melalui tayangan. Partisipasi masyarakat menjaga lingkungan untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang serasi dan seimbang adalah penggerak dan pengarah bagi perubahan sosial untuk mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan

Reading is one of the important aspects in the communication process. Reading can make someone better understand the contents of the reading. In learning to make it easier for students to understand the contents of the reading it will be easier if it begins with the ability to determine the main ideas of the paragraph. Based on this, the researcher conducted a study by applying the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model to the ability to determine the main idea of the paragraph at the fifth grade students of SD 003 Pulau Kopung. This study aims to determine the effect of the CIRC learning model on the ability to determine the main ideas of paragraphs of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 003 Pulau Kopung. This research method is a quasi- experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted in two classes, the VA class as the control class and VB class as the experimental class with 22 students in each class. The results of the study showed that the CIRC learning model influenced the ability to determine paragraph main ideas with the results of calculations derived from the gain index, the experimental class using the CIRC learning model got an increase in gain of 0.59 with the middle class and the control class with the normal learning model got an increase of 0.31 with medium class.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan fungsi manajemen pada Masjid Al-Anshari dalam meningkatkan Jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at. Secara lebih rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk pengetahui proses perencanaan, proses pengorganisasian, proses penggerakan dan proses pengendalian di Masjid Al-Anshari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dipandang tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yakni dengan cara observasi, wawancara, rekaman audio dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Masjid Al-Anshari di dalam meningkatkan jama’ah Shalat Shubuh dan Shalat Jum’at memiliki proses perencanaan berupa penyusunan unsur tujuan, unsur kebijakan, unsur kemajuan, dan unsur program. Proses pengorganisasian yang dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja melalui struktur organisasi, departementalisasi dengan deksripsi kerjanya, distribusi otoritas, dan koordinasi yang dilakukan setiap Briefing di Coffee Break. Proses penggerakan dilakukan melalui proses motivasi, proses kepemimpinan dan proses komunikasi. Proses pengendalian dilakukan dengan memperbaiki penyimpangan-penyimpangan yang ada.   This study aims to determine the application of management functions in the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving Jama'ah Shubuh Prayer and Friday Prayers. In more detail, the purpose of this research is to find out the planning process, the organizing process, the mobilization process and the control process at Al-Ansari Mosque.  This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, considered appropriate for use in this study. The data collection method is by observation, interview, audio recording and documentation study.  The results of this study indicate that the Al-Ansari Mosque in improving the congregation of the Shubuh Prayers and Friday Prayers has a planning process in the form of compilation of objectives, policy elements, progress elements, and program elements. The organizing process is carried out with the division of labor through the organizational structure, departmentalization with its work description, distribution of authority, and coordination that is carried out every Briefing at Coffee Break. The mobilization process is carried out through a motivational process, a leadership process and a communication process. The control process is carried out by correcting the existing deviations.

Abstract Communication is a process of sharing information through speech, writing, gestures or symbols between two or more people. The focus of the present paper is oral communication and the language under consideration is English. The teacher should adopt a student centered approach. The learners should be encouraged to do things in the class which result in developing their communication skills. The trainer has to focus on both the linguistic and paralinguistic features of the communication process while enhancing learners’ communication skills. These features involve the effective use of words, forming grammatically intelligible sentences and an appropriate use of voice and intonation. The teacher should encourage and train his students to use positive body language while listening and speaking. In order to hone the communication skills of the learners, it is very important to make the learners comfortable with the language they have to communicate in. Shedding their inhibitions is also one of the pivotal areas of concerns. This paper explores different techniques that could be useful while training students in communication skills. Communication is a process of sharing information through speech, writing, gestures or symbols between two or more people. The focus of the present paper is oral communication and the language under consideration is English. The major elements of a communication process are sender, receiver, message and feedback. Effective communication is a two way process. It involves both expressive (speaking) skills and receptive (listening) skills. It entails receiver’s understanding of the message sent by the sender and his feedback to the sender. Listening plays a very important role in the language learning process. It is the most primary of the four basic skills of any language i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Listening paves way for speaking. One can never be a good speaker if one is not a good listener. An effective communicator is first a good listener and then a good speaker. According to Tickoo ( 2003 ), ‘Good listening skills not only lay the foundations of good speech, but they grow best through effective communication’.
