<em>This research is a case study research.. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Source of data used in the form of events, informants, and documents. Data collection technique used are direction observation, interview, and document. The data validity test used is triangulation of source and triangulation method. Data analysis technique used is flow model. The result of this research is description of: (1) the characteristic Indonesian Papuan dialect are divided into linguistic and nonlinguistic elements. The linguistic elements include; (a) phoneme replacement; (b) diphthong replacement; (c) phoneme removal; (d) the use of intonation. Nonlinguistic elements are speech and paralinguistic events; (2) the factors that influence the emergence of Indonesian Papuan dialect are; (a) administrative unity; (b) a specific sense of community identity; (3) the same of geographical area; (d) historical experience; (3) characteristics of Indonesian Papuan dialect has relevance as materials of sociolinguistic subject at Indonesian Language Education Department of Sebelas Maret University.</em>

<p><em>This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This study aims to: (1). To find out the role of multiculturalism in value education. (2). To find out historical learning based on multiculturalism values. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis with a single case study research strategy. Sources of data in this study are informants, places/locations, and events, as well as documents and archives. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and time sampling. The technique of data validity is done by triangulation of data/sources and triangulation of methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is an interactive analysis. Benefits of Research: (1). As an illustration regarding the role of multiculturalism in value education. (2). This study aims to determine the motivation to learn Japanese in the 2018 students in Japanese Language Education Study Program at UNP. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and this type of research is descriptive. The population of this study was to 63 students. The sampling technique is total sampling technique, as many as the 2018 students in Japanese language education study program at Universitas Negeri Padang. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive with a percentage.The results of this study are the average questionnaire of the motivation to learn Japanese for the 2018 Students in Japanese Language Education Study Program at UNP. The Motivation to learn Japanese students in 2018 students in Japanese Language Education Study Program at UNP has an average score of 70.6% which is category in classified as "high". Which is based on the hopes and aspirations as the highest motivation in learning Japanese, obtaining the highest score with a percentage of 81.7% which is included in "very high" category. These hopes and aspirations for the future include jobs that students want in the future, such as working in Japanese companies, becoming educators / teaching and working in fields that related to the Japanese language.

<em>This research aims to explain: (1) preparation, implementation and assessment<strong> </strong>of learning, (2) problems encountered in the learning process, and (3) efforts made to overcome problems in the Indonesian Language learning process with Curriculum 2013 in the Class X in SMA N 1 Surakarta and Sekolah Indonesia Singapura.This research is a case study research. Samples in this research are the students of class X IPA III, and X IPA I SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta and students of class X IPA and X IPS Sekolah Indonesia Singapura.The sampling technique is purposive sampling.Technique of data collecting done by observation, interview, and document analysis.Data analysis technique is an interactive analysis model.The result of this research are description about: (1) lesson planning, (2) lesson implementation is not in accordance yet with RPP previously written by the teacher, (3) the assessment of learning has adopted an authentic approach according to Permendikbud Number 23 of 2016, (4) the problems faced are the inadequacy of the RPP with the latest regulation, limited learning resources, limited time and place, limited facilities, limited educators, difficulties in understanding and remembering material presented by teachers, limited knowledge and readiness of teachers, low understanding of Curriculum 2013 to student, and low student learning motivation, (5) the efforts undertaken are the school and teachers trying to follow the development related to the Curriculum 2013.</em>

ABSTRAKBahasa merupakan bunyi-bunyian yang keluar dari alat ucap manusia yang bersistem dan memliki makna. Bahasa merupakan cerminan dari penuturnya. Era globalisasi merupakan perubahan zaman yang disebabkan pengaruh budaya asing masuk ke dalam suatu daerah atau negara lain melalui berbagai bidang kehidupan. Upaya bangsa Indonesia menghadapi era globalisasi yang sedang marak-maraknya berkembang dan menelusupi segala bidang kehidupan manusia yaitu tetap memertahankan jati diri bangsa melalui budaya dan bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris dalam ilmu pengetahuan di era global. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa buku-buku yang memiliki relevansi isi dengan pokok bahasan materi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teori. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris memiliki peran yang penting dalam ilmu pengetahuan di era global.Kata kunci: eksistensi, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris, globalisasiABSTRACTLanguage is the sounds that come out of human utterances that are systemic and have meaning. Language is a reflection of its speakers. The era of globalization is a change in times caused by the influence of foreign culture into other regions or countries through various fields of life. The efforts of the Indonesian people to face the era of globalization that is booming and infiltrating all areas of human life that is to maintain national identity through Indonesian culture and language. This study aims to describe the existence of Indonesian and English in science in the global era. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data in this study are books that have content relevance to the subject matter. The data collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The validity of the data uses triangulation theory. The data analysis technique in this study uses an interactive analysis model. This study aims to determine: (1) The productive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City, (2) The reproductive role of fishermen housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung Kota District Tanjungbalai, and (3) The social role of fisherman housewives in increasing family income in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City. This research was conducted in Sei Merbau Village, Teluk Nibung District, Tanjungbalai City in 2020. The population of this study were all fishermen housewives in Sei Merbau Village, amounting to 592 people, while the sample in this study was 10% of the total population (59 people. ) and taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique is done by direct communication (interview). While the data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) The highest productive role (48.78%) was performed by housewives who worked as factory workers, while the lowest role (21%) was performed by housewives who worked as coconut peeler. Overall, the role played by housewives of fishermen is 33.35% and is in the low category. (2) The reproductive role played by the housewives of fishermen in Kelurahan Sei Merbau, namely having dependents of 1 to 6 children. Most (57.63%) fishermen housewives had 1-2 children and a small proportion (8.47%) had 5-6 children with an average of 2-3 children. (3) In general (81.36%) fishermen housewives participated in the social activities of the unfortunate union and a small proportion (25.42%) participated in arisan activities. In addition, the recitation activity is useful for moral contributions to housewives so that they can motivate husbands to work to increase income and also motivate children to improve education. The highest role of arisan activities was 76.92% while the lowest role was 22.73%. With an average of 43.47%.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the special education system. This study aims to (1) determine the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the ownership of facilities and infrastructure. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research.The sampling uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, and the subjects in this study were 30 visually impaired students at the SMPLB and SMALB levels at SLB A National Level Trustees who were carrying out learning. The data collection technique is using a learning motivation scale (rxx = 0.809). The data analysis technique was using the independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS. The researchers analyzed learning motivation based on gender, SMPLB/SMALB level, and ownership of facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on ownership of facilities and infrastructure.

This research was motivated by the high level of activity of the training participants in participating in the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's training at the Padang Industrial Training Center, presumably because the instructor used the demonstration method in learning well. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all participants of the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's Training at BDI Padang, totaling 45 people. While the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, as many as 88% (40 people) because 12% of the population was used as a test instrument. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via the google form link https://bit.ly/AngketPenelitianArindhaSukma. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula and the product moment formula. The results of this study indicate that the training participants already have good learning activities, and there is a significant relationship between the demonstration method and the training participants' learning activities.

This study aims to describe the linguistic form in the speech of the Muhammadiyah Surakarta University of Indonesia (MPBI-UMS) Master of Indonesian Language students who portray themselves as junior high school principals. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences in the speeches of students acting as principals. The source of research data is in the form of student speech transcripts. The data collection technique uses the technique to see and note. The data analysis technique uses the equivalent and final method, while the data validity technique uses theory and source validation. The results in the study show that in the speech of Indonesian language education students the graduate school master's program of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta covers five fields. First, the field of phonology includes (a) 10 forms of pronunciation error, (b) two forms of capital letters misuse, (c) five forms of italics, and (d) six forms of spelling writing errors. Second, morphology is found in five prepositions. Third, the field of syntax includes (a) four forms of pleonasm errors, (b) four forms of conjunction errors, and (c) four forms of misuse of the redundant word. Fourth, the field of pragmatics includes (a) one form of implicature, (b) one form of expressive speech acts, and (c) two forms of directive speech acts. Fifth, the field of sosiolinguistics includes (a) five forms of code switching, and (b) two forms of code mixing. Sixth, nonformal variety fields are found in one form.

Tukad Bindu at first was well-known as the dirty river and contained tons of household waste thrown away by society. Nevertheless, since 2018 it became one of recreation center in Denpasar City. Many activities carried out currently and the more crowded Tukad Bindu becomes, it is necessary to conduct a research which is expected to be able to perceive the characteristic and the meaning of recreation in Tukad Bindu to be a consideration for further development. The research method used is qualitative method with qualitative descriptive data analysis technique. The data resource of this research is from primary and secondary data. Data collection technique is conducted by observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Sample determination is committed by accidental sampling using nonprobability sampling technique. Informant determination is committed by purposive sampling procedure.The result of this research indicates that progress level of Tukad Bindu is start on the development stage. The characteristics of Tukad Bindu visitors are perceived from socio-demographic characteristic, demographic characteristic, and psychographic characteristic turns out to be very diverse. The meaning of visitors’ recreation after having recreation in Tukad Bindy mostly are social meaning. Community should keep supporting activities committed by Tukad Bindu Foundation, particularly the youths there. It is expected that Tukad Bindu Foundation continues to hold regular annual events, such as Pekan Nusantara. Academics should synergize with each other in order to create an integrated recreation area among the fields of fishery, agriculture, and tourism.  Keyword:  Characteristics, The Meaning of Recreation, Leisure and Recreation

Consumer purchasing decisions is the occurrence of sales fluctuations in the past four years. Product differentiation, promotion, and price are factors that have been pursued by the company but have not been able to provide a maximum contribution to consumer decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product differentiation, promotion, and price on fashion product purchasing decisions. The sample was determined by purposive random sampling technique, with 105 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis technique used the SPSS version 22. The results showed there was an effect of product differentiation, promotion, and price simultaneously on the decision to purchase fashion products. Based on the partial test results it can be seen that product differentiation, promotions, and prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for fashion products. The conclusion from this research is the higher product differentiation, promotion, and price, the decision to buy products fashion will increase. Suggestions for further researchers is to be able to conduct research on different subjects and by developing other independent variables.
