<em>This research was aimed to determine the consumer preferences and attributes that most consumers consider in purchases of instant White Coffee in Kebumen Subdistrict Kebumen Regency. The basic method of this research is descriptive analytic by survey technique to the respondents directly. This research was conducted to respondents who had bought instant White Coffee with 96 respondents. The sampling technique was done with convenience sampling technique use questionnaires. Data analysis used is chi square operated by SPSS and fishbein multi attribute analysis. Based on the research results obtained the following conclusions: (1) consumer’s preference toward purchasing of instant white coffee purchase in Kebumen  Subdistrict  Kebumen  Regency  based  on  the  existing  attribute  is  flavor variant = original; promotion = purchase bonus; packaging = attractive appearance; and guarantee = halal; as well as the preferred product is Luwak White Koffie; and (2) The attributes of instant white coffee most considered in the purchase decision of instant white coffee in Kebumen Subdistrict Kebumen Regency are brand attributes.</em>

<p><em><em>Background: In Batik Mawar, almost all work is done manually using the hands and upper arms on a continuous basis combined with the rigor of work and the use of traditional tools. The work has a heavy workload because all the work process is done by the same craftsman causing fatigue besides that the worker also have double role. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between workload and dual role with feelings of fatigue on craftsmen batik roses.Method: This research is Quantitative research with Cross Sectional research design. The population in this study are all artisans in Batik Mawar. Sampling in this study using total sampling technique with the number of research samples as many as 40 respondents. Data analysis used by Univariat and Bivariat.Result: Result of data analysis using Chi-Square test for work load got value p-Value = 0,001. The result of data analysis using Chi-square test for double role got p-value = 0,031. Thus it is concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between workload and dual role with feeling tired. We recommend that craftsmen wash clothes 2 times a day, cook ready meals, other than together in completing the work at home</em></em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Di Batik Mawar, hampir semua pekerjaan dikerjakan secara manual menggunakan tangan dan lengan atas secara berkesinambungan yang dikombinasi dengan ketelitian kerja dan penggunaan alat-alat tradisional. Pekerjaan mempunyai beban kerja yang berat dikarenakan semua proses kerja dilakukan oleh pengrajin yang sama sehingga menimbulkan kelelahan</em><em> disamping itu pekerjanya juga memiliki peran ganda</em><em>.</em><em> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah pada pengrajin batik mawar.Metode: </em><em>Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pengrajin di Batik Mawar. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan Univariat dan Bivariat.</em><em>Hasil: </em><em>Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-Square untuk beban kerja didapatkan nilai p-Value = 0,001. Hasil analisis data yang menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk peran ganda didapatkan nilai p-value= 0,031. Dengan demikian  disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dan peran ganda dengan perasaan lelah.Sebaiknya pengrajin mencuci pakaian 2 kali sehari, memasak makanan siap saji, selain itu dengan cara bersama-sama dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dirumah.</em><em></em></p><strong><em></em></strong>

The purpose of this study was to discover the effect of product quality, promotion and brand image on the purchase decision of Moola Pedawa Coffee. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population was customers who have bought and consumed Moola Pedawa Coffee for 384 respondents, collected by the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method was using questionnaires. The data analysis technique was using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis tests were conducted using the t test and f test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously product quality, promotion, and brand image have a positively effect on purchase decisions

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of money ethic, intrinsic and extrinsic religionsity against tax evasion. In addition to test and analyze the effects of intrinsic and extrinsic religionsity as moderating the relationship between money ethics against tax evasion. The theory rooted in selfishness that tax evasion action is not considered a violation because the act of self is not an ethics violation. While different views in the Theory of Ethics Teonom that, tax evasion is an act of abuse of religion because religion is recommended to give us what we have to help others poeple. Metode study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 113 individual taxpayers at the Tax Office in Semarang. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. While data analysis technique used in this research is regression test moderation absolute difference using SPSS. The results showed that money ethics and intrinsic religionsity influence on tax evasion, while the extrinsic religionsity no effect on tax evasion. While variable intrinsic religionsity in this study proved to be moderate the relationship money ethics against tax evasion. But diferrent result showed extrinsic religionsty not moderate the relationship money ethics against tax evasion

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the influence of advertising, price, and brand trust on Revlon cosmetics purchase decision of the undergraduate students of Diponegoro University. Type of research is explanatory research with the population undergraduate students of Diponegoro University, and the number of sample taken is 100. The data collection techniques are questionnaire, documents, and literature review. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques are correlation test data analysis, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test using IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program version 16.0. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded there is a positive and significant influence between advertising, price, and brand trust on purchase decision partially and simultaneously (together). There are other factors that influence the Purchase Decision. Therefore it can be advised that Revlon has to evaluate their message in Revlon advertisement, increase the discount frequency on certain events, and add some product variants.

Virus corona merupakan virus berbahaya yang menyerang saluran pernapasan dan menyebabkan demam tinggi, batuk, flu, sesak napas serta nyeri tenggorokan. Cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah tertularnya Covid-19 yaitu menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Di Kabupaten Aceh Utara masih banyak masyarakat tidak patuh untuk menjalankan protokol kesehatan tersebut. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak masyarakat belum begitu mempercayai penyakit Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu quantitative dengan desain korelasi analitik dengan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik convenience sampling dengan jumlah 175 responden. Analisis data secara  uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 67,4% responden memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dalam kategori tidak percaya dan sebanyak 82,9% responden tidak patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Ada pengaruh tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 terhadap kepatuhan menjalankan protokol kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 masyarakat di Desa Lueng Bata Kecamatan Baktiya Kabupaten Aceh Utara (p=0,000). Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan terutama perawat lebih optimal dalam memberikan pendidikan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat tentang Covid-19 sehingga masyarakat patuh dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Kata kunci: covid-19; kepatuhan; protokol kesehatan; tingkat kepercayaanThe Effect Of  Community Trust Regarding Covid-19 On The Compliance Of Health Protocol Implementation During Covid-19 PandemicsAbstractCorona virus is a dangerous virus that attacks the respiratory tract and causes high fever, cough, flu, shortness of breath and sore throat. One way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to follow health protocols. In North Aceh District, there are still many people who do not comply with the health protocol. This is because many people do not really believe in the Covid-19 disease. This study was aimed to identify the effect of the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was quantitative analytical correlation design with cross sectional. Sampling technique used convenience sampling technique with a total of 175 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-Square test. The results showed that 67.4% of respondents had a level of trust in the distrust category and as many as 82.9% of respondents did not comply with health protocols. There is an influence on the level of public trust about Covid-19 on compliance with health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic in Lueng Bata Village, Baktiya District, North Aceh Regency (p = 0.000). It is hoped that health workers, especially nurses, are more optimal in providing health education to increase public trust about Covid-19 so that people obey in carrying out health protocols. Keywords: covid-19; obedience; health protocols; level of confidence

ABSTRACT: RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND ACUTE OTITIS MEDIA IN CHILDREN IN RSUD DR. H ABDUL MOELOEK  BANDAR LAMPUNG  Introduction: Background : Acute Otitis Media (AOM) is an inflammation that happen in the middle ear and is very common, especially in children. Children are susceptible to acute otitis media (AOM) due to the shorter and horizontal anatomy of the eustachian tube. Allergic Rhinitis is one of the risk factos that caused acute otitis media in children.Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between Allergic Rhinitis and Acute Otitis Media in ChildrenMethod: This study used an observational analytic research with cross sectional research design. The sample in this study was 59 patients diagnosed with acute otitis media at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek in 2019-2020. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data analysis using Chi-Square testResult: The results of this study indicated that there was a relationship between allergic rhinitis and acute otitis media in children with p value = 0,047(<0,05) with an OR = 0,146 (95%CI 0,17-1,232). Rinitis Alergi merupakan salah satu faktor risiko yang menyebabkan Otitis Media Akut pada anak.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Rinitis Alergi dengan Otitis Media akut pada Anak.Metode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel sebanyak 59 pasien dengan diagnosa otitis media akut anak di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek tahun 2018. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of brand image, brand awareness, and product quality on the consumer’s purchase decision. The population of this research were students of Tarumanagara University in Jakarta. The sampling frame was limited to those of the Economic Faculty. The non-probabilistic convenience sampling method was used in this research. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis. The findings of this research showed that purchase decision is positively and significantly affected by brand image, brand awareness, and product quality.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. Safety Driving is the basis for further driving training that pays attention to the safety of drivers and passengers. Safety Driving is influenced by human factors such as age, education, length of work, knowledge, vehicle factors such as passenger load capacity, environmental factors in this condition of road and weather. The purpose of this study is to know the factors relating to correlation safety driving of travel driver at PT. Libra Wisata Transport Pekanbaru year 2019. This research is a quantitative study of analytics with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted on June 20-25, 2019 with the population in this research is the travel driver of PT. Libra Wisata Transport Pekanbaru, which was 40 people using the Total Sampling technique. independent variables are age, employment, education, length of work, knowledge, and driving completeness, while the dependent variables are the behavior of Safety Driving. The instruments used in data collection are questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted with the analysis of univariate and bivariate with Chi-Square test. The results of the research can be a relationship between age, employment, education, duration of work, knowledge and completeness of driving with the behavior of Safety Driving. It is suggested to the travel to be able to conduct training on Safety Driving to the all of driver, and conduct evaluation on the implementation of Safety Driving training, so that the results of the training can make the driver Act securely In driving. In addition, the driver is expected to always obey the ordinances of the traffic provisions.
