Cibunigeulis Village, Bungursari District, Tasikmalaya has a huge the potential for freshwater fishery cultivation and minawisata activities. The research objective is to determine the characteristics of the freshwater fisheries sector as a supporting capacity for minawisata activities. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The results showed the cultivation of fisheries activities have a carrying capacity of ideal nurseries such as ponds, labor, breeding, knowledge and capital. The stages to have a good cultivation are the preparation stage of the pond, fertilizing, spawning, and hatching stage of the eggs become fish larva. The next stages, are the magnification stage, the harvesting stage, the processing stage and marketing stage. If these stages can be managed well it will also produce a good product. The fish are the primary commodity for consumption needs both inside the city and outside the city. Some fish products include, carp, catfish, Nile tilapia fish, tilapia, silver catfish and other fish. in terms of Minawisata activities, the village can be developed for fishing activities, culinary and fisheries exhibitions

Community needs for settlement area, especially in the city of Semarang increase rapidly, so the government in 2005 make a program called 100,000 RSS (Simple Healthy House) to meet those needs. RSS is a settlement with facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate. The construction of facilities and infrastructure of the settlement should refer to the SNI 03-1733-2004 on Procedures for Environmental Planning in Urban Housing. The research objective is to evaluate the facilities and infrastructure based on ISO and user perception in Puri Dinar Mas Semarang. The method which used to analyze are the quantitative descriptive and comparative methods. The descriptive quantitative method is used to identify the availability and existing condition with the user's perception of the infrastructure Puri Dinar Mas, while the comparative descriptive method is used to compare the existing condition with SNI and comparing the user's perception of the condition of housing infrastructure based on the observation. There is a 61% infrastructure is available based on SNI and 70% in good condition. Based on the results of the comparison with SNI only 32% meet the standard. The results of the perception of users 80% are stated that the condition of facilities and infrastructure that exist in this housing is good, meanwhile the comparison of existing condition with the perception of users found that 84% is good, 8% is bad, and the remaining 8% is moderate.

Abstract - is the oldest and most popular touch therapy. Lack of stimulation given to babies adds to the delay in baby development. This baby massage needs to be known by a mother because with the touch and eyes when the massage will be able to drain the strength of the relationship between the two. The purpose of this study is to describe the knowledge of mothers about infant massage in the village of Dajan Peken Tabanan. The research methodology used a quantitative descriptive method which was carried out in the village of Dajan Peken Tabanan in September 2020. The sample in this study were 33 mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months and were taken by total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used univariate analysis. The result of the research is that the knowledge of mothers about baby massage in the village of Dajan Peken Tabanan is mostly in the sufficient category, namely as many as 22 people (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that the description of the knowledge of mothers about baby massage in the village of Dajan Peken Tabanan is mostly sufficient as many as 22 respondents (66.7%). Therefore, Posyandu cadres together with midwives should provide information or counseling about infant massage to mothers who have babies 0-12 months.

Latar Belakang. Penduduk lanjut usia atau geriatrik tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kondisi kesehatan. Hal tersebut mendorong pentingnya mengidentifikasi adanya ketidaktepatan peresepan bagi pasien lanjut usia khususnya pada pasien yang menderita Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Prevalensi DM di Sulawesi Utara mengalami kenaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Potentially Inapopriate Medication (PIM) pada Resep pasien DM lanjut usia yang keluar dari Tiga Rumah sakit (RS) terletak di kota dengan prevalensi DM terbanyak di Sulawesi Utara. Metode. Penelitian dilakukan pada RS A Kota Manado, RS B Bitung dan RS C Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif secara retrospektif dengan mengambil data rekam medis setiap 3 bulan per Rumah Sakit lalu membandingkan dengan Beers Criteria 2015. Hasil. Kejadian PIM pada Resep Keluar Pasien DM Lanjut Usia di RS A, RS B dan RS C sebesar 81,26 %, 40,91 % dan 37,38%  secara berturut-turut. Klasifikasi PIM terbanyak yaitu PIM dan Kelas Obat yang harus dihindari pada lanjut usia (50,00%, 66,67%, 73,91%). Golongan Obat terbanyak dalam PIM yaitu Sistem Gastrointestinal khususnya Pemblok Pompa Proton (30,47 %)Background. Elderly or geriatric population can’t be separated from health conditions. This encourages the importance to identifying the inaccuracy of prescribing for elderly patients, especially in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The prevalence of DM in North Sulawesi has increased. This study aims to identify Potentially Inapopriate Medication (PIM) in prescriptions for elderly DM patients who are discharged from the Three Hospitals (RS) located in the city with the highest prevalence of DM in North Sulawesi. Method. The study was conducted at Hospital A at Manado City, Hospital B at Bitung and Hospital C at Tomohon. This study used quantitative descriptive method retrospectively by taking medical record data every 3 months/Hospital and then comparing with the 2015 Beers Criteria. Results. The incidence of PIM in the Out Prescription for Elderly DM Patients in Hospital A, Hospital B and Hospital C was 81.26%, 40.91% and 37.38%, respectively. Most PIM classifications are PIM and Drug Class which must be avoided in the elderly (50.00%, 66.67%, 73.91%). The most drug group in PIM is Gastrointestinal System especially Proton Pump Inhibitors (30.47%)

The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital in the company under study, find out the company's profits in the research site, make a company development strategy. This research was conducted at the Roti Tiga Berlian company in the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with working capital, profit and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the capital system is put to good use, working capital management has gained profits, recommendations for company development, namely: 1) increasing the understanding of bread variants; 2) opening factories in strategic areas; 3) build special otlets for three-diamond bread products. Conclusion, the condition of the Lubuklinggau City Tiga Berlian Bread Company in managing working capital owned to obtain profit is in a healthy condition, so that for 5 (five) years it is known that it is able to use the working capital owned to obtain profit  Keywords: Development Strategy, Working Capital, Profit

Student learning achievement does not only depend on students' ability to solve problems. Learning achievement also depends on the suitability of the good questions, so the questions need to be tested for empirical validity. This study aims to analyze the problem of critical thinking skills. The research method is quantitative descriptive method. The subjects of the trial were 32 students of class XII IPA in high school in the city of Banjarmasin. The technique of collecting data uses a test of critical thinking skills. The results of the research data are processed using the RASCH model with the Winstep program to obtain information related to infit, outfit, and undimensionality items. The results showed that with the mean MNSQ OUTFIT criteria of 1.07, ZSTD OUTFIT 0, reliability based on item separation was 1.78 with special categories and proved to be fit tests with the model. The reliability of the question using apron cronbach is 0.64. Based on the RASCH analysis there are 3 questions that are outliert. The results of the study show that critical thinking skills in dynamic electrical material can be used with improvement.

This study aims to analyze the evaluation of the Desaku Menanti Program in dealing with homeless people and beggars in the city of Padang. The basis for the implementation of the my village program is regulated in the Padang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2012 concerning Development of Street Children, Homeless People, Beggars, Singers and Street Vendors. The objectives of the village waiting program are 1) Improving people's ability to carry out their social functions properly in society. 2) Improve the ability of people and the social environment to solve social problems. 3) Improving people's social status and roles so that they can adapt to their environment. This program is an innovation of the programs for handling the homeless, beggars and street children that have been carried out, namely by focusing all services in the areas of origin of homeless people and beggars (village based). This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation studies and data reduction is carried out so that accurate conclusions can be drawn from the data that has been obtained. The results showed that the impact of the implementation of the Desaku Menanti program in dealing with homeless people and beggars in the city of Padang was not optimal. This is because the objectives of the Desaku Menanti program have not been achieved.

This research has three focuses. First is reporting the readiness strategies to establish Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in the Sumenep regency. The second is representing supporting and inhibition factors in the formation of the BUMDes in the Sumenep regency. The third is defining the typology of the village in responding to the BUMDes program in the Sumenep Regency area. This research is a qualitative-descriptive method by applying SWOT analysis conducted in 2020 from October to December. The data is collected by using observation, interviews, documentation, and a literature study. Based on the data obtained from this research, first, Based on the SWOT analysis data in Quadrant SO (strength - opportunity) Level, some strategies can be used. Those are by making local regulations of the formation of BUMDes, increasing the understanding of village heads towards the technical establishment of BUMDes, which is not only limited to theoretical knowledge, improve the role of DPMD in responding to proposals for the establishment of BUMDes. There needs to be a technical introduction about village potential that can be explored using the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) method. Second, there are some factors to support the establishment and development of BUMDes in the Sumenep area. One of which is to provide the head of villages with the knowledge and urgency of BUMDes establishment. As every town are highly potential and meet the requirements. However, there is no specific direction and method in establishing BUMDes that has become an obstacle in determining the potential and managing the BUMDes. Third, BUMDes in Sumenep consists of three typologies. Those are BUMDes that have not been established, which only succeeded in the proposal preparation stage. Then, The established BUMDes with less income. The last is the well-developed BUMDes that have been contributed to the villages' income.

ABSTRACT The number of parents who are too busy with their work are like the elderly who live in the countryside where her daily livelihood is a farmer and keeps busy in the field to cultivate her plants from before the rising of the sun until the evening approaches, resulting in a lack of attention to her child. It is an intentional lack of interaction between parents and their children where almost the average work of parents in Budiharja Village, Cililin sub-district is a farmer. The purpose of this study is to know: To find out how much parents provide parenting to children, fostering the formation of children's character and the influence of parental care to the formation of children's character in the Village Budiharja Cililin District. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that emphasizes the processing of numbers and questionnaires as the main instrument. The results of research generally conclude that all the variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the implementation of parenting pattern to the character formation of children. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the results of the questionnaire calculation that parents strongly disagree to physical violence 77.5% and 47% responded not agree to be hard to the child but the parents have given freedom to children. Parents always nurture the character of the child to fit the 18 characters of the nation, but they emphasize more on their children to be more religiously imitating the behavior of the Prophet Muhammad. Keywords: character, parenting patterns ABSTRAK Banyaknya orang tua yang terlalu sibuk terhadap pekerjaannya seperti orang tua yang tinggal dipedesaan yang mata pencaharian sehar-hari nya sebagai petani dan terus sibuk diladang mengurusi tanamannya dari sebelum terbit matahari sampai malam menjelang, sehingga kurangnya perhatian terhadap anaknya. Hal tersebut mengaktibatkan kurangnya interaksi antara orang tua dengan anaknya dimana hampir rata-rata pekerjaan orang tua di Desa Budiharja Kecamatan Cililin adalah seorang petani. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar orang tua memberikan pola asuh kepada anak, memupuk pembentukan karakter anak dan pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap pembentukan karakter anak di Desa Budiharja Kecamatan Cililin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskritif yang lebih menekankan pada pengolahan angka dan angket sebagai instrumen utamanya. Hasil penelitian pada umumnya menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh variable secara bersama-sama (simultan)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap implementasi pola asuh orang tua terhadap pembentukkan karakter anak. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, hasil perhitungan angket bahwa orang tua sangat tidak setuju melakukan kekerasan fisik 77,5% dan 47% menjawab tidak setuju bersikap keras kepada anak melainkan orang tua sudah memberikan kebebasan kepada anak. Orang tua selalu memupuk karakter anak untuk sesuai dengan 18 karakter bangsa, tetapi mereka lebih menekankan kepada anaknya untuk lebih religius mencontoh tingkah laku Nabi Muhamad Saw. All this time the development centered in the city, leading to gaps between villagesand the city's economy. BUMDes become one of the ideas the government to boost thevillage economy. Gogik village which lies at the foot of mount Ungaran, SemarangRegency has the potential of natural recourses and clean water, its potential is not yetmaximally utilized, Encouraged by Desa Lab Site PMD activities, Rejo Mulyo VillageEnterprise was finally established in Gogik Village in 2011 with the hope of its ability toboost the village economic growth by the means of optimally utilizing its potential.Qualitative Descriptive method is used in this research by focusing on: (1) Evaluatingthe performance of BUMDes Rejo Mulyo, Gogik Village, District West Ungaran,Semarang Regency, (2) The supporting and obstacle factors BUMDes Rejo Mulyo, GogikVillage, District West Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The results of this research lead toa conclusion that the establishment of Rejo Mulyo Village Enterprise has alreadyfollowed the valid regulation at that time, But the performance of BUMDes Rejo Mulyois not maximized because it can not support the welfare of the villagers Gogik. One of thesupporting factors of the performance BUMDes Rejo Mulyo is the spirit and willingnessofficials and employees to subserve the Gogik village. One of the obstacles faced, whichis the biggest natural potential that exists in the Gogik village, are waterfalls Semirang itcan not be utilized because the area is occupied in Perhutani area.

The ability of Women Farmer Group Sri Rejeki in Processing Chips Cassava in the village of Dawan Klod, Dawan Sub-district, Klungkung Regency The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the profile of Sri Rejeki farmer; (2) To know the ability of Women Farmer Group Sri Rejeki in Processing Chips Cassava. This research was conducted at Women Farmer Group Sri Rejeki businessman in Chips Cassava in Dawan Klod Village, Dawan Sub-district, Klungkung Regency taken deliberately. Qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results showed that, (1) Women Farmer Group Sri Rejeki stood on October 22, 1998, a member of 10 people, chairman Ni Nyoman Simprig. Production capacity of cassava chips per day 1,500 pcs and in order to increase to 2,500 pcs or more; (2) The ability of Women Farmer Group Sri Rejeki in processing Chips Cassava including medium category with score 3,20. From the results of this study can be suggested: (1) Farmers group of women as Community Direct Assistance fund users need to improve the performance and quality of its processed products, so as to increase the selling value and income of groups and individuals; (2) Community Direct Assistance program for the domestic industry should be developed not only within the city but also in the countryside, thus it is expected that farmers' production can be absorbed as raw material for processed products.
