<p><em>This study aimed to examine the determinants of Islamic business ethics implementation in Kendari city. It used primary data that were obtained through interviews and open questionnaires to business owners in Kendari who claimed that they implement sharia principles on business. The samples were 24 respondents that were obtained by snowball sampling. Data were analyzed descriptively in percentage. The results showed that: The majority of respondents (66.67 %) are motivated by reward from Allah in applying Islamic business ethics; and 20.83 % are motivated by business success. While the others are motivated by dakwah and business progress. The main determinants to apply Islamic business ethics are the understanding of religious values; family factor, and social environment. No one respondent who answered that the state system is as the determinant of the Islamic business ethics implementation.</em></p>

Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprises (MSMEs) have a very important role for developing and increasing Indonesia economy. MSMEs contribution on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) up to 60.64% and supply manpower up to 97%. However, this potency still accompanied by violations that occurred mainly in the food sector. One of the reason is there are a lot of bussiness activity is not in accordance with proper business ethics. This study analyzes the role of Islamic business ethics on the MSMEs performance. Descriptive analysis method is used to analyze the entrepreneur perception on Islamic Bussiness Ethics, while role of Islamic business ethics on the performance of MSMEs is analyzed with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Primary data were collected through online questionnaires and deep interviews to food SMEs muslim businessmen in Bogor City. Results show that the Islamic bussiness ethics has a positive effect on the MSMEs performance.

Islam does not forbid its servants from doing business in the world. The difference between Islamic business and others is its motivation. In addition to worldly, but the business of Islam is also for the benefit of ukhrowi. And the main goal is not just profit, but zakat and blessing of the results of his efforts. However, business is not always lucky continuously, sometimes experiencing losses due to various factors. Especially at this time, the non-technical factor that is faced now is the impact of the 2019 (covid-19) coronavirus disease pandemic greatly affecting the economies of all Countries in the World. It is interesting to study how the marketing strategy of the company or also business people in order to survive in the midst of this pandemic. Generally affected, the Charitable Institution namely Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH) Kediri has increased incomes. Thus, researchers are interested in conducting a study of Islamic business ethics review on BMH Kediri's marketing strategy in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Because the object of this research is field research, so qualitative research aims to explain phenomena profusely through data collection. The Aim of this research are to determine the strategy of the Moeslem Square MSME business development of the big family of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna and to know Islamic business ethics in the business development strategy of the big family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. The Business of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna is a fast growing business in Muslim fashion products that are external and internal strategies of business development. The branch of bussiness like Aluminum and Glass Mabrur along with its branches, mabrur boutiques, as-salaam boutiques, kalila boutiques, and nirmala boutiques that have been known by many people in the city of Ngawi. This is because this business has a very Islamic development method and its own characteristics and always provides the best quality of goods and services for its customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in a business location in order to obtain data using primary data sources through interviews, observation and documentation, and to support this research also used secondary data taken from books, journals and other sources related to Islamic business ethics in business development strategies extended family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. In the business development strategy there are external factors, namely economic, social, demographic culture, environment, government, technology and competitors. <em>These study aims to determinew the system from the application of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethicss there is Customer loyalty in Islamic Banking (BRI Syariah, Bank Jateng Syariah and Bank Muamalat) in Semarang City. By using the variables of Marketing Mix and Islamic Business Ethics as Exogenous Variables and Customer Loyalty as Endogenous Variables, besides that, intervening variables are also used to seasure the mediating effect of exogenous to endogenousfactors. Sampling using purposive sampling. The data used is primary data from 3 Islamic Banking customers who are 100 respondents. The results of the study explain that first, the Marketing Mix affects the decision to becomea customer. Second, Islamic Business Ethics influences the decision to became a customer. Third, Marketing Mix has an effect on Customer Loyalty. Fourth, Islamic Business Ethics has no effect on Customer Loyalty. Fifth, the decision to become a customer affects customer loyalty. Sixth, the decision to become a customer is able to mediate between marketing and customer loyalty. Seventh, the decision to become a customer is unable to mediate Islamic Business Ethics on Customer Loyalty.</em>

The purpose of this study is to analyze sharia microfinance strategies to encourage the economy at the community level such as the Integrated Business Centers (BMT) based on Sharia principles. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires on 283 BMT managers in Java. Using PLS analysis, strengthening corporate performance is measured by Islamic business ethics with intellectual capital as mediation. This model construct is unique and provides value in this study. The results showed that the strength of the external environment did not directly affect the performance of the BMT; Islamic business ethics and intellectual capital have positive and significant effects on BMT performance; and Intellectual capital is proven to mediate the indirect effect of the strength of the external environment and Islamic business ethics on BMT performance. Islamic Business Ethics in its application greatly supports the vision and mission of BMT. With the good implementation of Islamic Business Ethics, the level of customer confidence from BMT increases and will automatically increase BMT performance. Strength of the External Environment able to influence BMT performance after mediation from the Intellectual Capital. Intellectual Capital owned by BMT employees is an inseparable part and greatly supports BMT performance. This is evident in this study in which qualified intellectual capital from the employees had a good impact on improving BMT performance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the transportation service of buses islamic business ethics perspective. Research will be about the theory of good service according to islamic business ethics. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive. With informal snowball collection techniques. On researcher obtained from interviews to bus business owners, bus drivers, and bus passengers in PT company. Minto Lestari Jaya which is located in the village of Jajag Gambiran, Banyuwangi. The results by the researchers showed that the services provided by bus drivers were effective. The officer has been polite and serves well in accordance with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW taught in the book Of Islamic Business Ethics by Fakhry Zamzam and Havis Aravik. The principles of Islamic business ethics include the following principles of business ethics: the first principle of autonomy, the second the honesty, the third the Principle of justice, the fourth principle of mutual benefit, the five Principles of integrity. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelayanan transportasi bus perspektif etika bisnis islam. Penelitian akan mendeskripsikan tentang teori  pelayanan yang baik menurut etika bisnis islam. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan informal snowball. Pada peneliti diperoleh dari wawancara kepada pemilik usaha Otobus, pengemudi bus, dan penumpang bus di perusahaan PT Minto Lestari Jaya yang beralamat di Desa Jajag Gambiran, Banyuwangi. Hasil yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yan diberikan oleh pengemudi bus sudah efektif. Petugas sudah sopan dan melayani dengan baik sesuai dengan ajaran Nabi Muhammad SAW yang diajarkan alam buku Etika Bisnis Islam karya Fakhry Zamzam dan Havis Aravik. Prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis islam meliputi Prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis sebagai berikut: yang pertama Prinsip otonomi, kedua kejujuran, ketiga Prinsip keadilan, keempat Prinsip saling menguntungkan, kelima Prinsip integritas moral.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a positive image for companies to stakeholders in a business. Business ethics is very necessary, because business ethics is a values about good, bad, right and wrong in business. Meanwhile, business ethics in Islam like trust, fairness and honesty are essential elements in achieving the success of a business. CSR of PT.Garudafood is realized through Garudafood Sehati which is focused on social activities. The research objectives are to explain 1) Islamic business ethics; 2) CSR; and 3) CSR management of PT GarudaFood in Islamic business ethics. This research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained from interviews and documentation. Secondary data were obtained from books and internet sites containing economics, Islamic business ethics, and CSR. The results of this study are 1) Islamic business ethics has basic axioms, namely unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence, responsibility, shiddiq, istiqamah, fathanah, amanah, and tablig. 2) PT. Garuda Food has got CSR in the social, economic, and environmental fields. 3) The application of a form of social responsibility in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely a form of business responsibility between man and God, man and the universe, and man and man.

Baitul Maal wa at-Tamwil Tamzis Inggit Garnasih is a Sharia Cooperative that is very strategically located with Micro business in Kebon Kelapa ITC Market Bandung. That small capital deficit entrepreneurs can do mudharabah financing at Tamzis. The number of small entrepreneurs who do the financing Tamzis needs to be careful in running his business. Considering that the mudhârabah contract is a contract of cooperation between Shahibul Mal and Mudharib, both must hold to full trust, it is necessary to implement Islamic ethics in carrying out the contract. The purpose of this study was to eximine the susccesful implementation of business ethics in mudharabah contracts at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih. The research method is based on a sociological juridical approach. Research methods conducted based on the normative juridical approach. This research is understood as filed research, which is collecting documentation data that is located in BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih.The research used is analytical descriptive, that is, research to describe current problems or based on reality in the field, and the type of data used in this research, namely primary data, material or data and secondary data in the form of supporting books. related to the object. The results showed that the Islamic business ethics carried out in the mudharabah contract at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih showed an example of its success in helping members (customers) who are traders in the Kebon Kalapa ITC market enivironment.Keywords: BMT, Islamic Business Ethics, and Mudharabah.

Abstract: This study portrays the efforts of Islamic banking to motivate employees in familiarizing the values ​​of Islamic business ethics. The development of Islamic banking has experienced significant growth. A survey by the financial services authority (OJK) stated that the assets of the Islamic banking industry increased 14 times from Rp. 21.5 trillion in 2005 to Rp. 296, 2 trillion in 2015. Islamic Banking I should implement the values ​​of Islamic Business Ethics (EBI) in accordance with Islamic law. These values ​​are divine values, balance (justice), freedom and responsibility. Researchers used a qualitative approach to normative juridical case studies. The findings and theories were built using snowball sampling, which is the process of searching for data from and according to needs. Data collection was carried out by: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study include: (1) EBI habituation process: (a) As a spirit, (b) There is an emotional bond, the equality of managers, and users of customer funds, (c) The principle of the object is halal, mutual acceptance, needs, habits, and existential, (d) Being accounted for in a balanced manner in the form of scope of work, (2) The process of familiarizing EBI with employees in accordance with Islamic law.

This research was aimed to find out the effect of Islamic business ethic’s perception against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants in Jakarta. This research used questionmaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchant and the independent variable (X) is Islamic business ethics. The research sample was taken by probability sampling with simple random sampling method. Theresearch sample was 65 Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation: Y = 22,376 + 0,279X. The results of this research showed that the influence of Islamic business ethics has positive effect and signifficant against the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants who were members of KKMM in Jakarta.The R2 on this research showed the number 0.423, which mean that 42.3% of behavior of Batak Moslem’ merchants can be explained by the variables of Islamic business ethics. These results also explain that there are other variables were greater (57.7%) were able to explain the behavior of Batak Moslem’s merchants.
