In the learning process, a student learns a lesson under the direct guidance of a teacher, using the content, methods, tools and forms of education, acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities. As you know, there is an increasing interest in the use of interactive methods, innovative technologies, pedagogical and information technologies in the educational process. One of the reasons is that traditional education has so far taught students to acquire only the latest knowledge, while modern technology teaches them to independently explore and analyze the knowledge they have acquired, and even to draw conclusions. In addition, interactive methods allow students to master the learning materials on the basis of joint discussions. Consequently, they will have the opportunity to study the material in pairs, in small groups, and in large groups on complex issues.

High competition in the educational service market and the necessity to provide advanced level of quality in training of specialists require introducing into traditional educational form a new format based on information technologies and interactive methods of educational process by research and educational staff of higher education institution. The specific of MOODLE using for distance learning during the quarantine COVID-19 is considered and its advantages and disadvantages for training management and administration specialists are discussed in the article. The questionnaire which was carried out by authors among students of the Accounting and Finance Faculty of the Centralukrainian National Technical University in terms of their attitude about LMS MOODLE use for distance training during spring semester of 2019–2020 academic year students shows the next results: Most of the students had a positive attitude to distance learning – 48,3 %, negative – 34,5 %, neutral – 17,2 %. From students prospective the main advantages were the opportunity to study and work at the same time (32.4 %) to plan more flexible study schedule (29.7 %). Existence of such negative situation as wish to cheat while performing tests and tasks in MOODLE. Difficulties for lecturers to control stand-alone basis tests and tasks performance by students. The main problem was the independent study of lectures and practical tasks by students without teachers’ support. To improve the effectiveness of training asynchronous Moodle or Google Classroom platforms and learning sessions in Zoom, Meet, Skype, etc should be combined. This approach allows visualizing educational material with presentations and simplifying training materials by students, as well as expanding opportunities for students with special educational needs to obtain professions in management and administration.

The article considers the genesis of the concept of «interactivity» in modern psychological, pedagogical and methodological research. It is determined that interactivity runs through the entire history of pedagogical education. The paper analyzes the concept of «interactivity» in pedagogy, methods of teaching foreign languages, programming, telecommunications, multimedia, design, cultural studies, literature, sociology. The purpose of the educational process is to prepare future teachers for professional activities in rapidly changing conditions, the formation of thinking as a factor in the formation of the modern personality of the future teacher and the introduction of democratic values in future teachers of the new generation. It is noted that the competence approach in the organization of the educational process requires the teacher to change the learning process: its structure, forms of organization of activities, the principles of interaction of subjects. It is established that in interactive learning the interaction of the teacher and the future teacher changes: the activity of the teacher gives way to the activity of future teachers, and the task of the teacher is to create conditions for their initiative. The learning process is organized in such a way that almost all its participants are involved in the process of cognition, they have an opportunity to understand and reflect on what they know and think. It is found that the peculiarity of interactive methods is the high level of mutually directed activity of the subjects of interaction, emotional, spiritual unity of the participants.

The development of information technologies makes it possible to record a large amount of data in the learning process, both on the results of performing educational operations and on the psychophysical characteristics of students. In this regard, a number of ethical, pedagogical and methodological problems arise. Among them are the disproportionate control actions to the volume and properties of information retrieved during monitoring and problems associated with ensuring the information security of the student. In contrast to natural monitoring, monitoring the management of teaching has as an object of training a person, who can be considered, from the point of view of management, as a highly organized information system. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of non-invasive monitoring, involving the redirection of most of the monitoring information to the student himself. As a definition of non-invasive monitoring, the following is proposed: non-invasive monitoring is a type of pedagogical feedback that is used exclusively for correcting the student’s actions and is prohibited from using to control the effectiveness and transfer the results outside class. The article analyzes 15 different teaching paradigms, which are explicitly or implicitly adhered to by teachers, organizing the educational process, from the point of view of compliance with the tasks of non-invasive monitoring. The methodological aspects of the implementation of non-invasive monitoring from the point of view of computer support of the learning process are also analyzed. It is shown how non-invasive monitoring can be supported by software that provides active interaction of the student with the subject environment and gives the teacher more freedom in planning and achieving strategic goals of managing the educational process.

Mathematics is a science of the quantitative, spatial and temporal relations of real-world objects. Geometry, along with arithmetic, is an essential part of mathematics. In the training of modern school and university students, it is necessary to use different forms and methods of organizing the educational process that meet the national educational standards. In higher education, interactive methods aim not only at communicating information but also at actively involving students in the learning process – knowledge is gained through individual participation and contact with specific information. Learning activities are related to research and cooperation. Students need to analyse and interpret certain information. Interactive methods require teamwork and dialogue-type communication among the participants. Students participate actively in the learning process, show creativity, and acquire valuable practical experience. In its very nature, mathematical knowledge is abstract. This necessitates the wide use of visual aids. It is important for the students to not only be passive observers and listeners of the teacher’s explanation. The teacher’s role is also very important and is related to how they organize their work in order to motivate and retain the attention of the students. With the help of educational computer presentations, the lecturer and the students are given the opportunity to present in a visual and detailed manner the knowledge about certain mathematical concepts that has to be mastered. The educational presentation presents information that has been didactically processed and presented in such a way that it forms concepts and provokes conclusions. The main idea of this article is related to the use of educational computer presentations with regard to the learning material in Geometry taught in the primary school. In the training of students from the specialities: Pre-school and Primary School Education, Primary School Education and Foreign Language Teaching and Education, during the seminars and the practical exercises on the subjects: Didactics of Mathematics and Math Teaching Methodology, were used presentations prepared in advance. They revealed the sequence of introduction of geometric knowledge for each grade. Then, students took part in a group work on examining curricula and defining the types of geometric tasks/problems by analyzing five of the new mathematics book sets for 3rd grade. The aim was to improve the quality of education by offering students the practical experience and skills they needed for their future professional realization. The process of training and working with students was carried out in May and June 2019.This article is part of the research work on the National Science Program “Young Scientists and Postdoctoral Students” (2018-2020) - https://www.mon.bg/bg/100542. The program aims at stimulating, attracting and retaining young scientists and postdoctoral students with the purpose of ensuring quality reproduction of human potential for research activities.

In the educational process, it is not the information technology itself that is important, but the extent to which its use serves to achieve the actual educational goals. The choice of means of communication should be determined by content, not technology. This means that the choice of technologies should be based on the study of the content of training courses, the degree of necessary activity of trainees, their involvement in the learning process, specific goals and expected learning outcomes. The result of training depends not on the type of communication and information technologies, but on the quality of the development and provision of courses.

The advanced pedagogical experience testifies to the presence of a number of methods in the practice of teaching language disciplines used by teachers during profile training at school or other educational institutions. With the development of modern information technologies, the role of traditional methods of studying language disciplines in the educational process is changing to the advantage of more innovative (interactive) methods of studying language disciplines. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to investigate the peculiarities of the application of innovative methods in language disciplines during profile training implementation. To achieve the purpose specified, an academic paper uses a number of general scientific (method of theoretical analysis, method of observation, method of description and method of synthesis) and empirical (experimental method, modeling method and calculation method) research methods. The practical reflection of the state and dynamics of mastering language disciplines during profile training is demonstrated through: the efficiency level of the applied innovative methods of studying language disciplines; the dynamics of the average number of students, involved in studying foreign language per student at the level of higher secondary education; rating of the countries of European Union and Ukraine on English proficiency according to the Global rating of countries and regions; provisions of New Ukrainian School Concept. It has been established that in the countries of European Union the practice of studying language disciplines is based on the translation method, the method of meaningful and language integrated learning, the methods of using digital technologies and the method of using creative objects. The study has revealed that such countries of European Union, as Luxembourg, Romania and Finland have significantly high levels of foreign language proficiency; however, such levels of language command are significantly low in Greece, Denmark, Spain, Germany and Portugal. It has been established that Ukraine is classified as a country with a low level of English language command (proficiency) in the Global Ranking of Countries and Regions (according to data of 2019, 2017 and 2016) and a moderate level of English language proficiency (according to data of 2018 and 2015). The following types of innovative methods, currently used by teachers in language disciplines during profile training, have been summarized, namely: the use of information and computer technology in the process of language learning; the use of developmental methods in the form of dialogue, discussion, seminar or brainstorming; construction of the educational process in the form of a game, project, team game; introduction of creative and interactive tasks into the educational process.
