The aim of this article is to investigate student interest in accessing online platform of academic journals in the Faculty of Da’wah and Communication, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Yogyakarta. This research applied survey method with quantitative technique to analyse collected data. The results show that all variables tested by conclusions are accepted. This means, after processing the data from the results of questionnaires, it can be seen that the data tested with simple linear regression methods have a positive value so it shows that students’ interest in accessing online journal has an effect on improving quality of their articles. Meanwhile, student interest in accessing online journal survey was still minimal, with 42.2% answered that they do not know the existence of the academic journals. However, 98% of students answered that the internet is a primary need. Unfortunately, the internet, as a tool to access online journals, is mostly used to find entertainment contents with a percentage of 56%. This value is obtained from the average access to the internet; 38% in between 1-3 hours, 30.4% in between 4-6 hours, 22.8% in between 7-10 hours, 4.8% in between 11-13%, ad 4% in > 14 hours.Keywords: Online academic journals, student interest, and survey.

A B S T R A C T Audit quality is the possibility of finding and reported a violation of the client’s accounting system. This study aims to examine the influence influence the integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors on audit quality. The study used survey method in January to March 2014. Research sampling method based on convenience in the election samplel by destination. Respondents many as 82 people. The data analyzed using regression methods. The results indicate variable integrity, objectivity and professionalism of auditors affect simultaneously and can be used to predict the quality of audit results. From the research hypothesis can result in that variable integrity of auditors have a significant positive effect on audit quality. Professionalism variable also has a significant positive effect on audit quality but objectivity variable has no significant effect on audit quality. A B S T R A K Kualitas audit adalah kemungkinan menemukan dan melaporkan pelanggaran sistem akuntansi klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mempengaruhi integritas, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei di Januari - Maret 2014. Metode penelitian sampling berdasarkan kenyamanan dalam pemilihan samplel oleh tujuan. Responden sebanyak 82 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan integritas variabel, objektivitas dan profesionalisme auditor berpengaruh secara simultan dan dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kualitas hasil audit. Dari hipotesis penelitian dapat menghasilkan bahwa integritas variabel auditor memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Variabel Profesionalisme juga memiliki efek positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas audit, tetapi variabel objektivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit. Electronic Commerce (E-commerce) is the activity of buying or selling of products on online services or over the internet. One of the supporting factors that make E-commerce grows is the way they develop websites that make it easier for consumer to buy or sell their products. Since the quality of e-commerce websites can affect the number of customers who decide to shop through an e-commerce system, The Author decided to make a comparison between three well-known E-commerce website such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Lazada through WebQual 4.0. In this research, the author uses an manually survey method to 150 respondents who use the three well known E-commerce websites above. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed using descriptive methods, quantitative methods, validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression tests. and the results are presented in a table format. The result of the survey to 150 respondents showed three significant influences between variables such as (1) In use satisfaction, (2) Information on quality satisfaction, and (3) Quality of Service Interaction, the results of the analysis were based on both partial or simultaneous website quality.

Work efficiency and service quality improvement are two important things in competing with other businesses. Keep costs as low as possible with a satisfactory quality of service, can be optimized through the use of technology. One type of business that has the potential to be improved quality of service is a document copying services as implemented in Binus University. In addition to the staff and lecturers, students need the service for various types of documents such as copying lecture materials and other administrative documents. By leveraging the technology capabilities possessed by a photocopy machine to connect to a network computer, a system that supports the printing of documents through the Internet can be made. The online printing system is web-based, and capable of storing printing information into a database, so records can provide tracking information, which affects the quality of service and good performance.

PurposeQuality improvement is critical to the success of software development organizations. Automated tools can greatly assist in the implementation of quality improvement. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the state of tool support of software process improvement.Design/methodology/approachThe authors first review three quality improvement models that can be used for improving the quality of software products, and then identify the required activities of the quality improvement effort based on those models. These activities identified then serve as a reference list to determine the support provided by commercial tools. The paper then conducts two surveys of software quality improvement tools and presents the results.FindingsThe results from two surveys indicate that: there is no tool that supports problem identification; most tools can provide several software process improvement functions to help software organizations to improve their process capability and the quality of their products; and there is no set of tools that can provide a complete coverage of all improvement activities.Research limitations/implicationsAlthough the authors have conducted a detailed search on the internet to identify SPI tools, such a survey will miss those tools which have no presence on the internet. However, the authors are confident that their results can reflect what is available in the marketplace.Practical implicationsProcess practitioners will learn about the state of support available in the marketplace and what they may need to develop on their own to provide complete support for their improvement efforts.Originality/valueThe paper proposes a classification of software process improvement functions and present a first survey of software quality improvement tools. The results will be beneficial to process practitioners.

The effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in FBM WORLDWIDE. The study aims to determine service quality to customer satisfaction correlation and influence score at FBM WORLDWIDE. The method used is a survey method by using questionnaires to respondents as many as 75 respondents from customers/users of FBM WORLDWIDE delivery services. The data used are descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, R test, T-test, and hypothesis testing. The results show that the service quality variable simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The type of research is the quantitative method. Furthermore, Data collection techniques use carried out through survey methods. The number of samples is 75 people. The results of this study use statistical data methods with the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) version 21 program. The results of the analysis state that the relationship between variable X (service quality) and variable Y (customer satisfaction) is forceful. It can be seen from the R-value of 0.903 so that it is close to 1. The influence of service quality variable (X) to customer satisfaction variable (Y) score is 0.813 or 81,3%. Furthermore,  the rest is influenced by other factors. The T-count value is 17.980 and T-table is 1.993 (based on the table), so T-count is greater than T-table which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the X variable (quality of service) is very related and has a significant effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction).

The quality of service in a banking service company is very important from the consumer's point of view. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Juanda in Sidoarjo. This quantitative descriptive study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Some of the tests carriedout were the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the classical assumption test, and the statistical test (simple linear regression). The results of the regression analysis show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Customer loyalty is ‘suspected’not been able to optimizationrepetition of transactions, customer recommendation and durability with the establishment relationship quality of the trust, customer satisfaction and commitment. Therefore, research conducted on Bank CIMB Niaga aims to determine the extent of the trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction can increase X-tra and TabunganKU savings customer loyalty. This research is verification and the method of research is explanatory survey method, the sample is 160 customer X-tra and tabunganKU savings in the branch office Bank CIMB Niaga Bintaro. The analytical method used is structural equation model. The results showed loyalty can be achieved with relationship quality for customers through the establishment of trust, and commitment to customer satisfaction, which all three have a positive influence. Therefore, the management of Bank CIMB Niaga need to improve their ability in trust, satisfactionand commitmentwith the bank's customers to become increasingly favored customers.

In education, for educational instruments scientific writing is a very important thing. It requires an information management skill, information management is a library search, which can be done through a computer and guided by the internet. It can also be through the quality of reading used as a reference for scientific writing. In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. This paper was written with the aim of improving the quality of research through reading material, making notes and avoiding plagiarism, references using the Harvard system for journals, books, and articles. Management of citing articles either CD or internet, writing, editing, storing references electronically, writing bibliography, and quotations.

This study aimed to describe in depth between the link of school policy and the school quality improvement. The method in this study is a qualitative method using the case study presented descriptively. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Babat Tomat Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Based on this study it was found that the First, free school policy can help the economy / ease the burden of school costs to be incurred by the parents. Second, the policy constraints of the application for free school educa-tion at SMAN 2 Babat Toman is not very effective, so that the students' interest is not increasing, infrastructure is one of the obstacles in the implementation of free school education, how the quality of schools will be increased if it is not supported by facilities and complete infrastructure. Third, the quality of school education free SMAN 2 Babat Toman already realized well with regard to input, input turns unselected maximum, that is the students. Fourth, the implementation of free school education in Banyuasin, the quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman Muba Sumsel was not increased. This means that the implementation for free school education quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman was not increased.Keywords : free schools, school quality, case studies
