<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>One of the indications of the acceleration of economic progress in Ponorogo is the rapid development of the real sectors, especially the proliferation of modern businesses using the franchise system. Therefore, small retail businesses today are facing new competitors with huge capital and reliability of modern management. This study tries to find out the impact of the franchise system invasion to the existence of small retails, and how it affects the <em>ma</em><em>ṣ</em><em>la</em><em>ḥ</em><em>ah</em> (safety) of small retails in Ponorogo. This study uses the theory of <em>maqā</em><em>ṣ</em><em>id</em> <em>al-sharīah</em> in the aspects of <em>ḥ</em><em>if</em><em>ẓ</em><em> al-māl</em> to analyze the sustainability of small retail businesses amid the proliferation of franchise businesses. <em>Ma</em><em>ṣ</em><em>lā</em><em>ḥ</em><em>ah</em> is thinking about the advantages and disadvantages on the basis of religious teachings by thinking about priorities and side with the community (<em>al-ma</em><em>ṣ</em><em>la</em><em>ḥ</em><em>ah</em> <em>al-'āmah</em>). The results of this study found out the threat of franchise trading system to the existence of small retails. Therefore, the <em>ma</em><em>ṣ</em><em>la</em><em>ḥ</em><em>ah</em> for small retail of businesses means the realization of the safety from the expansion of large investors, such as monopoly.</p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Salah satu indikator meningkatnya laju perekonomian Kabupaten Ponorogo ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan sektor riil terutama dengan menjamurnya berbagai jenis toko-roko modern (khususnya dengan sistem waralaba) yang terus bertambah jumlahnya.

The rapid development of Internet and communication technologies raises the question of what role these media and communication interfaces play in social and political movements and development in individual countries. Although activities in cyberspace, including blogging, participation in social networks and other facilities provided by the Internet for its users are a new phenomenon, they have profound effects on social and political relations in the communities involved. In the information era, Internet is an important part of social movements in democratic societies and local communities. When the government blocks other ways to mobilization, Internet may bring like-minded people together and help them to find support for action. Internet has provided a new space for social movements and the effect of the virtual activities of the users on the actions and, often on the lack of social movements is of high importance. Meanwhile, the Iranian women’s movement, like other social movements in contemporary Iran, realizes the impact and position of cyberspace and has made use of it. Many activists, for whom other ways for expressing their demands have been blocked, have entered this space and taken advantage of it for expressing their opinions and communicating information to other people. In fact, the dominant socio-political forces and the atmosphere of repression, and fear have led many Iranian women to use the virtual space to campaign for women’s empowerment and equal rights. They have realized that the Internet may inform the outside world of the movement’s goals and activities and facilitate maintaining contact with other members of the movement. In fact, the open space that provides a platform for sharing information and has given the chance to the Iranian women’s rights activists to perform their activities in a space with a decentralized structure where there is less pressure than there is in the real world. Campaigns formed following the cyberspace market boom indicate that cyberspace has indeed ushered in a new era in the history of the Iranian women’s movement. The present study provides an analysis of the role of the Internet in the activities of the women’s movement and explores the extent to which cyberspace has been assisting the women’s movement in achieving its objectives. By interviewing 50 active women inside Iran, the article investigates whether there has been successful interaction between cyberspace and the Iranian women’s social movement resulting from a dynamic adaptation between functions of social and political groups in the real world and the virtual world. It also examines how factors such as social participation, increasing awareness, changing beliefs, traditional views of women and social mobility have been affected by the application of the Internet, and whether cyberspace has been able to make women’s voices heard in Iran’s patriarchal society.

In today’s globalized world, international trade, which covers the totality of foreign trade of all countries of the world, is a powerful force of economic development. The economic development of any country is impossible without its active participation in trade relations with other countries of the world. The rapid formation of the global economy contributes to the emergence of a number of opportunities for both large and small businesses. The article considers both advantages and disadvantages of globalization of economy. The article claims that in the current conditions of technological development and rapid integration processes, it is necessary to take into account results of globalization, while forming an effective state policy regarding the realization of foreign trade activities. The country participating in the system of global economic relations should have competitive advantages and improve its competitiveness in order to avoid the impact of negative factors. The article reveals the current state of the development of Ukraine’s foreign trade with other countries of the world, as well as explores Ukraine’s exports and imports structure. Despite a significant increase in the cost of exporting goods and services to the world, Ukraine is still an import-dependent country. The currency liberalization contributed to the reduction of prejudice from foreign counterparties, investors and banks, which allowed Ukrainian enterprises to operate fully in foreign markets, which resulted in a significant reduction in the negative foreign trade balance of the country. The new currency law has provided Ukraine with a base for free capital movement, which brought the country closer to European standards. However, despite significant easing in foreign exchange regulation, Ukrainian manufacturers continue to face a number of both internal and external obstacles to boosting their export activity. The article defines further ways of development of foreign economic activity of domestic enterprises in the conditions of globalization. It has been established that the stable development of the economy is possible only in the conditions of maintaining its openness and rapid development of foreign trade.

Traditional network attack and hacking models are constantly evolving to keep pace with the rapid development of network technology. Advanced persistent threat (APT), usually organized by a hacker group, is a complex and targeted attack method. A long period of strategic planning and information search usually precedes an attack on a specific goal. Focus is on a targeted object and customized specific methods are used to launch the attack and obtain confidential information. This study offers an attack detection system that enables early discovery of the APT attack. The system uses the NSL-KDD database for attack detection and verification. The main method uses principal component analysis (PCA) for feature sampling and the enhancement of detection efficiency. The advantages and disadvantages of using the classifiers are then compared to detect the dataset, the classifier supports the vector machine, naive Bayes classification, the decision tree and neural networks. Results of the experiments show the support vector machine (SVM) to have the highest recognition rate, reaching 97.22% (for the trained subdata A). The purpose of this study was to establish an APT early warning model mechanism, that could be used to reduce the impact and influence of APT attacks.

Keywords: human capital, remote work, cybersecurity, hybrid workforce, digitaleconomics The article considersfactors of cyber hazards for the world economic system that appeared during the pandemicCOVID-19, as well as transition of the economy to the «new normal», in the contextof digitalization in the following aspects: digitalization and new working conditions, use of hybrid work, biological pandemic and cyber-pandemic and their influence onchanges in the economy, factors of cyber threats to business. It is highlighted that thepandemic and the abrupt transition to the use of remote forms of work have become extraordinaryevents in the world over the past two years. The objective precondition forsuch a change in the socio-economic and military features was the reorientation of theworld's leading economies (primarily the United States and China) to the powerful digitalizationof all spheres of human life and, above all, the creation of new technologies. Itis noted that China invests more than other countries (including the United States) inadvanced technology and training of highly qualified specialists, especially with a doctordegree that requires a high level of digital technology and appropriate literacy, and provideseffective adaptation to any working conditions including hybrid. The emergence of a hybrid working ecosystem and hybrid workforce is analysed, aswell as their advantages and disadvantages are substantiated. It is noted that the digitaleconomy has several new aspects compared to the traditional one. The emergence of hybridwork, the corresponding changes in the emergence of hybrid workforce and in the organizationof production management are the most dynamic components of change. However, even faster changes are taking place in the security of business, more precisely— in the growth of its vulnerability due to the rapid development of cyber threats inthe digital environment, which the economy has only begun to actively master, but hasnot yet created the necessary system of self-defence. Remote form of work has given riseto new forms of business — the creation and use of cyber threats. The emergence of acyber-pandemic as a result of rapid digitization due to the COVID-19 pandemic and thetransition of labour to remote form is analysed. The most important factors of cybersecurityfor the successful operation of companies are highlighted.

Under the impact of COVID-19, research on behavior recognition are highly needed. In this paper, we combine the algorithm of self-adaptive coder and recurrent neural network to realize the research of behavior pattern recognition. At present, most of the research of human behavior recognition is focused on the video data, which is based on the video number. At the same time, due to the complexity of video image data, it is easy to violate personal privacy. With the rapid development of Internet of things technology, it has attracted the attention of a large number of experts and scholars. Researchers have tried to use many machine learning methods, such as random forest, support vector machine and other shallow learning methods, which perform well in the laboratory environment, but there is still a long way to go from practical application. In this paper, a recursive neural network algorithm based on long and short term memory (LSTM) is proposed to realize the recognition of behavior patterns, so as to improve the accuracy of human activity behavior recognition.
