After the 1991, Indian economy witnessed to a change in marketing conditions which are benefit to the development of economy. E-commerce is one of the aspects of changing policies of LPG, Start-ups also another emerging aspect of new policy. The purpose of this research is to understand how e-commerce as sectors brought revolutionary changes in the preference of start-ups. Now a days most of the companies providing services through online, hence it made most of the start-ups to go online because of consumer behaviour is not constant. The study was conducted by collection of primary data as well as secondary data with the help of questionnaires sent through mail among 50 respondents across India. With all background and age grouped into various profession and organisation people. The findings revealed that using e-commerce platform by start-ups are increasing in the last 6 years. Start-ups are trying to shift their trade and services from offline to online system, which means they are using e-commerce websites rather than traditional retail marketing. Time and wide reaching of goods and services are some other factors to using e-commerce to be considered. Start-ups are getting more advantages with e-commerce. I near future e-commerce impact on start-ups are positively increasing not only profit but also countries GDP.

Absrtact This study investigated the influence of business environment efficiency on competitiveness of locally manufactured goods by Autosterile East Africa, Kenya. This study used case study design. This study sampled 69 respondents, including 8 top level employees, 22 middle level employees and 39 lower level employees in Autosterile East Africa. Census sampling was used to select the respondents. Secondary data was obtained from the Autosterile East Africa publications that touches on determinants of competitiveness. Questionnaires used in the survey formed the primary data and was analyzed by use of Statistical Packages for Social Science version 23. Linear regression analysis was done to test the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The study findings led to the conclusion that business environment efficiency have a positive relationship with competitiveness of locally manufactured goods. The findings revealed that business environment efficiency is significant determinant of competitiveness of locally manufactured goods. It was found out that the demand for goods and services and political stability influences competition of goods and services. The regulations dictate the competition among companies and supply of goods and services controls a firm's competitive advantage. The unprecedented event of the COVID-19 pandemic severely hit every stratum of the economy. Right from local business & start-ups to multinational chains, every enterprise experienced a sag because of a sudden & massive hindrance to their networking & reachability to clientele. Amidst this strenuous financial environment, some budding trends accelerated to become core competencies & survival strategies of these businesses. Digital Marketing & leveraging a presence over the internet expedited as a life-saving, more so, a transformational strategy for many brands. Through this study, the researcher aims to unveil the various approaches, investment trends, & sought-after domains of digital marketing that helped brands survive the pandemic. To effectively do so, the researcher approached various digital marketing firms as sources of garnering preliminary information. For this purpose, the researcher, with the help of primary data & secondary data from the digital marketers, concluded that brands invested in digital marketing during the COVID-19 Pandemic, more than ever. There were also emergence of newer startup ventures & solopreneurs who leveraged the digital media to generate profitable alternate sources of income. The most sought after digital marketing services were, Social Media Marketing(SMM), Website Development & Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Most of the obstacles or problems that are most often experienced by householdcraft craftsmen are in terms of marketing or marketing management. Where the marketingthey do is still very traditional. In a sense, they trade manually i.e. go to the market and offertheir products to customers directly. E-commerce (Electronic Commerce) or in IndonesianElectronic Commerce is the activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products(goods and services), by utilizing telecommunications networks such as the internet,television, or other computer networks. The purpose of this research is to solve variousproblems in business which include services, product costs, and business strategies. Thiswhole system is used in order toanalyze other information systems on the implementation ofan organization's operational activities.The case study used in this research is a market expansion approach using targetmarketing opportunity analysis, system model design, customer interface facilities, marketcommunication and implementation design. The research instrument used interview andobservation techniques as well as literature study. Sampling using purposive samplingtechnique. The data of this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. Thedesign of the application is to use the Waterfall approach. This approach is a classic modeland is systematic so that it is easy to understand because all the processes work sequentiallyin the stages of building a software.The results of this study were carried out with several research methods, namelythe Black Box method and User Acceptance. Black Box testing is a test with the system onlyobserving the results of execution through test data and checking the functionality of thesoftware, while the User Acceptance method is a testing process carried out by users which isintended to produce documents that will be used as evidence that the software or softwareused and developed has been accepted. by the user.

Technological advances have helped in the discovery of the latest medicines, this has further strengthened healthcare providers. However, this is not the case with consumers (patients). Consumers are less aware of their rights as users of goods and services so that which ones are good and which are bad, and which are really needed, consumers leave completely to competent health workers. This study aims to explain the legal protection of drug consumers for pharmaceutical services and to explain the liability of pharmaceutical companies regarding the losses suffered by drug consumers. This research used empirical law. Primary data sources were obtained by conducting field research with interview techniques and secondary data obtained by library research consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. The results showed that the legal protection of drug consumers in pharmaceutical services, which contains the rights and obligations of consumers as well as the rights and obligations of pharmaceutical companies as business actors. In principle, consumer legal protection is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, in practice in pharmacies, legal protection for drug consumers is in accordance with applicable regulations and has been effective and conducive, then the responsibility of pharmaceutical companies for consumer losses drugs have provided compensation for material and immaterial damages when consumers are harmed.

In the context of an integrated economy with many opportunities and challenges, especially the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) is causing many difficulties for all nations of the world, entrepreneurship is seen as an effective method to handle social problems and create new values for the economy. Promoting entrepreneurship in the Mekong River Delta is an urgent issue that determines each locality's long-term economic development potential. This study explores the status quo of entrepreneurship in the Mekong River Delta (MRD). The data for this study comes from two sources. First, secondary data was collected from three main publishments: (1) The report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitoring (GEM) about Entrepreneurship index in Vietnam 2017/2018, (2) 2017 Survey of Entrepreneurs and MSMEs in Vietnam, and (3) research papers related to entrepreneurship in the MRD. Second, primary data comes from the survey results of 406 graduates from colleges and universities in the MRD. The data was presented by graphs and tables. There are five key findings. First, entrepreneurial models in the MRD are not really creative and innovative. A mmajority of their products are popular and old, only 22,4% are new products. Second, business activities in the start-up stage, 41.1% of business operations have less than 25% foreign customers. Third, there are 93.3% of start-ups expect to create more than 6 jobs for the market. Fourth, 86% of people started a business because there was no better job choice. Fifth, commercializing and transferring scientific research results of the MRD’s government to the enterprise were evaluated the best in the ecosystem.

Economic activity is something that can not be separated from human life especially good for a country or region. Along with the times, of the needs of humans increase therefore the economy is continuously growing and changing. Islamic philanthropy has an important role in the economy. an instrument of philanthropy is the mechanism of transfer of the rich to the poor is right on target. At the same time, the Islamic philanthropy instrument acts as an effective social safety net. With the transfer of income from the rich to the poor, there will be an increase in demand for goods and services from the poor, who are generally basic needs. Judging from the type of funding source, Zakat, Infak, Sadaqah (ZIS) with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential for enormous ZIS. The methodology in this study used a qualitative phenomenological approach, so that research results in accordance with the facts on the ground. Source of data derived from primary data and secondary data. While data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentary studies, as well as participant observation. Potential national charity reached 19.3 trillion. While Hafidhuddin (2010), said that the potential of zakat in Indonesia reached 80 trillion annually (this potential, before accounting for the funds infaq and sadaqah untapped in the community as a source of funds are voluntary sadaqah infaq. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the divers and facilitators of money laundering in Ethiopia. Specifically, it looks at the risk factors that existed in the country’s economic and political system, which provide an appealing environment for money laundering to grow. Design/methodology/approach This qualitative study relies on primary data generated from interviewees drawn from the National Bank of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Financial Intelligence Center, Ethiopian Customs Commission, selected financial institutions and certain non-financial businesses and professions and law enforcement agencies, as well as secondary data from government reports, media press, statutes and other online and offline sources. Findings This study finds that the risk factors for the growth of money laundering in Ethiopia are highly reliant on the country’s economic and political system. Accordingly, the nature of Ethiopia’s economy, which is cash-intensive, loosely regulated economic growth and the raise associated criminality, the development of underground banking activities, scarcity of foreign currency reserves and the existence of societal demand for illicit goods and services are all risk factors for the growth of money laundering. The raise of an elite cartel model type of systematic corruption, limited institutional capacity to prevent and suppress money laundering and the absence of a national identity card system are also identified as risk factors for the rife of money laundering in Ethiopia. Moreover, the geopolitical location of the country, its porous borders, limited cross-border cooperation and information sharing add further fuel to the vulnerability of the country to money laundering and associated predicate offense. Originality/value To the best of the author’s knowledge, this paper provides a first-of-its-kind analytical perspective on the risk factors for the raise of money laundering in Ethiopia.

This study aims to determine the determinants of budget absorption at Jember University. Determinants of budget absorption include planning, budget execution, human resources, procurement of goods and services and coordination with other sectors or agencies. This study uses the positivism paradigm with a quantitative approach to test hypotheses, so the data analysis in this study uses hypothesis testing. The study was conducted at the University of Jember. Sources of data in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires disebearkan to BPP Work Units, Planning Staff, and Finance Staff at the Head Office of Jember University. While the secondary data in this study is in the form of Jember University Financial Statements. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling with a total of 63 people. The results showed that coordination with other sectors or agencies was an aspect that had a positive effect on budget absorption at Jember University.

This research aims to determine the Distribution and Use of Village Funds In villages in Tujuah Koto Talago, Guguak District, Limapuluh Kota District West Sumatrera, there are three (3) aspects in the use and distribution of village funds namely Financial Aspects in Use of Village Funds, Aspects of Procurement of Goods and Services in the Use of Village Funds and Aspects of Reliability of Internal Control Systems. To achieve that goal, qualitative research method with interpretative approach is used. Data Sources are Primary data and Secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and document. The results showed:(1) Finance in the use of village funds in disbursement has been delayed, namely liquid one-stage funds in May and second stage funds in September and prioritized use of infrastructure (2) procurement of goods and services in the use of village funds are carried out efficiently, effectively, transparently, community empowerment, mutual cooperation and accountability (3). Abstract Researches on the procurement of goods and services were carried out in any aspects, such as management, economics, law, finance and others. Many researches on procurement were conducted on various types of goods and services. However, it was a few researches discussed influencer procurement. Influencers are individuals with ability and skills to influence other parties due to their existing competencies. Many private companies hire influencers to promote their products or services. If it is seen from government side, there are many influencers used to disseminate policies. Influencers hiring requires procurement of goods and services. This study aims to evaluate influencer procurement in government work units. The research method was juridical empirical using primary and secondary data. Primary data came from interviews which were conducted with informants regarding the theme of influencer procurement to obtain field conditions. Secondary data came from legal materials in the form of statutory regulations and literature searches, and they were research results, news, and other secondary sources. The results showed that influencers were hired because of their wider reach with a large number of followers. The procurement of influencers was included in the category of procurement of goods which was specific to goods / other services / consulting services which were exempted, they were in the procurement of goods and services whose implementation was in established business practices. Abstrak Penelitian mengenai pengadaan barang dan jasa dilakukan pada banyak aspek, misalnya manajemen, ekonomi, hukum, keuangan dan sebagainya. Penelitian tentang pengadaan juga banyak dilakukan pada beragam jenis barang dan jasa. Namun sangat sedikit yang membahas pengadaan influencer. Influencer merupakan individu dengan kemampuan dan keterampilan untuk memengaruhi pihak lain disebabkan kompetensi yang ada padanya. Selama ini influencer banyak dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan swasta untuk memasarkan produk atau jasanya.  Dari sisi pemerintah sendiri, mulai banyak penggunaan influencer untuk menyebarluaskan kebijakan. Penggunaan influencer memerlukan kegiatan pengadaan barang dan jasa. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengadaan influencer pada satuan kerja pemerintah. Metode penelitian adalah yuridis empiris menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer berasal dari wawancara yang dilakukan kepada informan terkait tema pengadaan influencer untuk mendapatkan kondisi lapangan. Data sekunder berasal dari bahan hukum berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan penelusuran kepustakaan yaitu hasil penelitian, berita maupun sumber sekunder lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer digunakan karena jangkauannya yang lebih luas dengan jumlah pengikut yang banyak. Pengadaan influencer masuk pada kategori pengadaan barang bersifat khusus terhadap barang/jasa lainnya/ jasa konsultansi yang dikecualikan yaitu pada pengadaan barang dan jasa yang pelaksanaannya berada pada praktik bisnis yang mapan.
