Article clarified a research on cognitive response effect on cognition, attitude, and purpose. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of cognitive learning and a set of message processing system to persuade consumers. Researcher obtained the data and information from literature study, media, and direct observation to A & W Restaurants located at Rawamangun, Kelapa Gading Mall, and Bina Nusantara University. The result shows that human thinking process relates to ego involvement which includes culture and living habit is influential to the way people process the message. Finally, it is concluded that it is important to understand how consumers do message processing in order to make marketers able to determine the right marketing strategy to influence their consumers’ attitudes.

In the past five years (2014-2018) LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri experienced: (1) the growth rate of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri donation growth decreased from two digits to only one digit; (2) declining market share of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri donations; (3) the low growth rate of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri donation collection in the last five years has been 8% compared to the average growth rate of zakat nationally (25.79%) This study aims to design the right marketing strategy formulation for LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri to increase market share in the competitive era by using diamond strategy frame work. The research method used in research is a qualitative approach, namely case studies. Data collection uses literature study and in-depth interviews. The results of this study recommend the marketing strategy formulation based on the diamond strategy framework including arenas, vehicles, differentiators, staging and ecolonomic logic

Indonesia is one of many countries in the world so called resource-rich country. Natural resources abundance needs to be managed in the right way in order to avoid dutch diseases and resources curses. These two phenomena generally happened in the country, which has abundant natural resources. Learned from Norwegian experiences, Indonesian Government need to focus its policy to prevent rent seeking activities. The literature study presented in this paper is aimed to provide important insight for government entities in focusing their policies and programs to avoid resources curse. From the internal audit perspective, this study is expected to improve internal audit’s role in assurance and consulting.

Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

This research examines the development of traditional culinary culture,  Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ with the aim of preserving the local culinary heritage located in Bantul. Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is a special traditional business place that sells traditional Yogyakarta food in the Bantul area which still uses traditional methods. This business has been around for a long time since 1997. Lack of the right strategy is the cause when local and foreign visitors do not know much information about the culinary business of Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. Based on this, this study aims to identify and analyze the marketing process carried out by Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ, to determine the potential of traditional culinary culture and to explore strategy formulations in Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ. The research method in this study is a qualitative research method, by conducting direct and in-depth interviews with key persons, observation, and literature study. The qualitative method used is descriptive qualitative which will describe how the right strategy is based on the results of the analysis. The interview data were analyzed by several stages, namely the SWOT stage in the internal and external environment, the weight and ranking calculation stage, the IFE-EFE and IE matrix analysis stage, and the conclusion stage. In the research analysis, the IFE and EFE matrix values were obtained, where the IFE value was 2.774 and the EFE value was 2.842. This condition shows that Bakpia and Wingko Babat XYZ  is in the V quadrant position, which means Hold and Maintain, in this position the right strategy is market penetration and product development, and in the SWOT quadrant in quadrant II Cobination supports the Diversification strategy, this is requires making alternative strategies that can be used to increase existing strengths so that they can overcome threats.Keywords: culinary culture, SWOT, IE.AbstrakPenelitian ini meneliti tentang  budaya kuliner tradisional yaitu Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ dengan tujuan untuk menjaga warisan budaya kuliner lokal yang terletak di Bantul. Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ merupakan tempat usaha tradisional khusus yang menjualkan makanan tradisional khas Yogyakarta di daerah bantul yang masih menggunakan cara-cara tradisional. Usaha ini sudah lama berdiri sejak 1997. Kurangnya strategi yang tepat menjadi penyebab ketika pengunjung lokal maupun mancanegara tidak mengetahui banyak informasi mengenai usaha kuliner Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa proses pemasaran yang dilakukan Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ, untuk mengetahui potensi budaya kuliner tradisional dan mengeksplorasi formulasi strategi di Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ. Metode  penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dimana dengan melakukan wawancara kepada key person secara langsung dan mendalam, observasi, dan  studi pustaka. Metode kualitatif  yang  digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang akan mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi yang tepat berdasarkan hasil analisis. Data  wawancara dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap-tahapan yaitu tahap SWOT pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal, tahap perhitungan bobot dan peringkat, dan tahap analisis matriks IFE-EFE dan IE, serta tahap kesimpulan. Pada analisis penelitian diperoleh nilai matriks IFE dan EFE, dimana nilai IFE sebesar 2,774 dan nilai EFE sebesar 2,842. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa Bakpia dan Wingko Babat XYZ  berada pada posisi kuadran V yaitu berarti Hold and Maintain, pada posisi ini  strategi yang  tepat adalah penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk, serta pada kuadran SWOT  pada kuadran II Cobination mendukung stategi Diversifikasi, hal ini mengharuskan membuat alternative strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan Kekuatan yang ada sehingga dapat mengatasi ancaman.Kata Kunci: budaya kuliner, SWOT, IE. Author:Maria : Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta References: Agustim, W., & Nurhidayat, M. The Covid-19 pandemic has a major impact on the world of education. Government policies to implement Distance Learning (PJJ) have an impact on learning in schools. Increasing ICT competence is needed to support the smooth running of PJJ. One of them is through ICT guidance activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. SMP Negeri 1 Lengayang carried out online and face-to-face ICT guidance activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, student learning outcomes in online and face-to-face learning have not shown maximum results. Various obstacles arise that affect student learning outcomes. Teachers have difficulty measuring the level of students' understanding of ICT guidance. Predicting the level of understanding of students is important as a measure of learning success during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to predict the level of understanding of students in online and face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 period, so that it can also help schools to take the right policies to improve the quality of learning for the future. This study uses the Backpropagation method of Artificial Neural Network (ANN). ANN is a part of artificial intelligence that can be used to predict. The data that is managed is a recap of the value of student cognitive learning outcomes during ICT guidance in online and face-to-face learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The results of calculations using the Backpropagation method with the Matlab application produce a percentage value for the level of student understanding, so that the accuracy value in prediction is obtained. With the results of testing the predictive accuracy of the level of understanding online and face-to-face with the 3-10-1 pattern, the best accuracy value is 95%. The prediction results can measure the level of students' understanding of learning during the Covid 19 Pandemic towards ICT guidance.

Today's Indonesian people have a high desire to protect themselves with iberinsurance and even invest while being insured. Insurance has slowly become a necessity for the community as a form of protection and investment in the medium and long term. For investment insurers, a person does not need to manage the purchased policy, it is enough to pay the initial investment premium and then everything is managed by the police issuer, so that it is convenient for the public to use it according to their needs and provisions. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the marketing strategy for investment insurance products at PT AXAi Mandiri Financiali Services (Axa Mandiri) in attracting customers through analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced and simulating premiums on investment insurance products, explaining the qualitative analysis used by the company in depth analysis. The results obtained are that the company iAxa Mandirii increases customer trust by sharpening aspects of its marketing strategy, which begins with identifying the aspects that underlie the preparation of insurance which focuses on investment, determining the brand to be more recognizable by the wider community, a strong personal team, good service, the right choice of products and quality, the right premium, Attractive product packagingii and continuous promotion are the overall strengths applied by Axa Mandiri.  Keywords: strategy, marketing, insurance, investment

The American Cancer Society has produced and distributed for use in secondary schools a curriculum package entitled Right Choices. This article considers the development, testing, and marketing of the new cancer education program. Of particular interest is the selection of the theoretical perspective, evaluation methodology, and marketing strategy employed in its production, given the direction in which the field of health education is moving and the political context in which the curriculum has emerged. The author concludes that in selecting cancer prevention curricula for the schools, making the right choice may not be as simple as adopting what is available from the American Cancer Society. The case of Right Choices also serves to illuminate concerns about the American Cancer Society raised by others and bolsters the call for an examination of the organization's role in an effort to control cancer.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The implementation of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative manufacture in Rembang. 2) The role of the Notary as the maker of the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Enterprises. 3) Barriers and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang.The approach method in this research is juridical empirical, data sources used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study, performed data analysis by descriptive analytic.Results of the research results can be concluded: 1) Implementation of Creation Deed of Establishment of Cooperative in Rembang which starts with the preparation stage of formation, preparation stage meetings of formation, stage meetings of formation, stage request for approval rights of legal entities cooperatives, and the stage of issuance of the deed pendiiran and 2) As the role of Notary Deed of establishment of cooperative enterprises in Rembang is as maker deed of cooperative efforts. Notaries have the right authority / legal standing in a deed of incorporation of cooperatives. 3). Obstacles and solutions in the Deed of Establishment of Cooperative Development in Rembang of the cooperative is a member of the cooperative awareness level is still low, less managerial capacity, and limited capital resources. Barriers of Notary Public Notary is still much limited knowledge of Notary Deed Official Cooperation (PPAK) and the low interest of the Notary Deed Cooperative (NPAK) in Rembang district were registered for the Legal Entity Administration System Cooperative (SISMINBHKOP). Correctional as an institution that aims to form prisoners and inmates become the whole person, In its implementation implement two coaching programs which are the first coaching personality and the second coaching self-reliance development. In the development of self-reliance in correctional institutions in Indonesia, implementing programs aimed to improve the ability of the prisoners. Prisoners are trained to make a product whether it is goods or services, ranging from handicrafts, bakery, laundry, and Barber. But in the implementation of entrepreneurship programs such as handicrafts encountered a dead end because of not finding the right market. It takes a marketing strategy that is able to increase the selling power of the resulting product. Increase from product quality, product sales price, product distribution, and product promotion. The journal's writing aims to determine the right marketing strategy to increase the sales of convict production. The journal's writing uses a library of libraries aimed at identifying the right marketing strategy to increase the sales of convict production, and to determine the right strategy for product quality improvement.
