The goals of this research were to identify the allomorph of morpheme {buN-}, describe its affixation process, and determine the function of the allomorphs. The qualitative method was applied to gather the data from an informant who was done by recording technique on the field research. The informant was a Bidayuh-Somu language native speaker. The collected data included the derivational words derived from free morpheme that was root, base, and bound morpheme. The free and bound morpheme were then sorted into nominal and verbal class, as well as described qualitatively. Affixation as one of the morphological processes to derive complex derivational word in Bidayuh-Somu Language involved free and bound morpheme. Morpheme {buN-} was chosen as an example to describe the process of affixation in deriving complex derivational word of the language. It is found that the morpheme {buN-} is a prefix and verbal, affixed to the verb, and noun and adjective. Therefore, it functions both as class-maintaining and class-changing. Moreover, it is identified that the morpheme {buN-} has five allomorphs, namely /bu-/ with its alternant /bur-/ and /b-/, and /bum-/, /bun-/, /buN-/ and /bu-/. The type of this research uses the field research by a qualitative method approach which finds out the phenomenon and analyse the existing data. The process of collecting data uses interview, observation and documentation techniques, and it has found some interesting things. Firstly, the emergence of the tradition of writing Muṣḥāf by hand and giant size departing from KH. Muntaha's idea, he is the caretaker of the Al-Asy'ariyyah Taḥfῑż al-Qur’ān Islamic Boarding School, Kalibeber, Mojotengah, Wonosobo, Central of Java. The devotion of KH. Muntaha Al-Hafidz to al-Qur'ān made him to finally realise the grand Qur'ān  writing project. KH. Muntaha al-Hafidz also wants to continue writing Al-Qur’ān  that had been written by his grandfather, namely KH. Abdurrahim (1860-1916 AD). Secondly, before writing, there are certain provisions that must be carried out by writers namely they must be in a sacred condition when writing the muṣḥāf,  do the sunnah prayers of two raka'at and  write it accompanied by fasting except several days that are forbidden to fast. The emergence of neologisms has always been an interesting phenomenon as it demonstrates the dynamism of language. This study intends to determine the neologisms during COVID-19 Pandemic through a morphological analysis. This study argues that the neologisms that emerge during the COVID-19 pandemic reveal the morphological processes that formed the new words. It further claims that the morphemic structures of the neologisms follow the general structures of English vocabulary. This study utilizes the descriptive-qualitative design in analyzing the morphological structures of the neologisms during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, this study involves textual analysis to determine the morphological processes that encompass the formation of new words. The data used in analyzing the morphological structures of COVID-19-related neologisms are five (5) Internet articles that introduce the new terms created because of the corona virus outbreak. These articles were published in the months of March, April and May 2020.Findings reveal that most of the neologisms are nouns. The common morphological process involved in the formation of new words are compounding, blending and affixation. Moreover, majority of the neologisms follow the compound structure of the free and bound morphemes. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the neologisms formed during the COVID-19 pandemic reveal the morphological processes and the morphemic structures of the neologisms follow the general structures of English vocabulary specifically on the combination of free and bound morphemes.

This article studies the use of field research as an anthropological tool in literary reportage which is a comprehensive element of the creation of journalistic content. Based on the examples of journalistic texts of the 20s by the Austrian writer Joseph Roth, we have analyzed the anthropological methods which were used by this author in his reportages, that is the main objective of this study. Using diachronic comparison, qualitative method and content analysis to evaluate and to explain the concept of Joseph Roth’s texts, as well as the methodology of textual, syntagmatic (by Volodymyr Propp) and paradigmatic analysis (by Claude Levi-Strauss), we have examined the generated meanings in the texts of the mentioned author. As a result of the study, we have identified four methods that Joseph Roth used writing his news reportages in the 1920s, including “In Midday France” and “White Cities”. Those methods are as follows: overt observation, in-depth interviews, fixing details and gaining empirical experience. The modern authors call these methods as classic ones, without which it is impossible to work in this genre. As we have seen from the examples of literary reportages of the French cycle by Joseph Roth, the anthropological tools used by this author for his works contributed to deepening and improving the quality of his texts which is of great significance for our study. Joseph Roth created a panoramic picture of the twentieth century in his texts through watching, communicating and studing. However, it is worth to add that he was often too subjective, suffering harsh criticism for this.

The aims of this study are to evaluate the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan, to analyze the implications of the implementation of PP No. 23 of 2018 on tax revenue and compliance of SME taxpayers, and to find out the challenges and obstacles in implementing regulations at KPP Pratama Banjarmasin Utara and Selatan. The research method used are the qualitative method of library research and field research in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the research are based on observation, interviewing informants and evaluating the implementing regulations, PP No. 23 of 2018 has been implemented properly. PP No. 23 of 2018 has a positive effect on the revenue and number of SME taxpayers who make tax payments, but it has not made a positive contribution to the compliance of SME taxpayers in reporting annual tax return. This is known through the percentage of SME taxpayers’s annual tax return reporting compared to the number of SME taxpayers registered in Banjarmasin less than 20%. The challenge in implementing this PP is in providing education and awareness of taxpayers who are still low. The perceived obstacles are that taxpayers are not familiar with technology, dependence of taxpayers on officers, and double taxation.
