This study discusses the implementation of liké geleng and its relationship with strengthening social cohesion among the Aneuk Jamè ethnic group in Kampung Balai, Samadua, South Aceh. The research objective is to find a link between the implementation of liké geleng and the strengthening of social cohesion in the Aneuk Jamè ethnic community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of religious leaders, traditional leaders, women leaders, and the community involved in carrying out the Maulid Nabi memorial in the village. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of liké geleng among the Aneuk Jamè ethnic group as an activity in commemoration of the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW is an activity that can strengthen social cohesion among the community. This is indicated by the development of closer friendship and kinship, increasingly frequent social interactions, and stronger cooperation between communities.

Analysis of Village Development Factors and Strategies Towards Independent Villages (Case Study in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency). This study aims to determine the Factors of Development of Batang Sangir Village and Strategies Towards Independent Villages. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research location is in Batang Sangir Village, Kayu Aro District, Kerinci Regency with a purposive sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are, the development factors in Batang Sangir Village include: (1) Natural Resources. (2) Human Resources. (3) Economy. (4) Public Services. (5) Community Participation. Batang Sangir Village applies a strategy towards independent villages from within, namely: optimizing the initiative or desire of the community to progress, optimizing the capacity / ability of the community, optimizing the capacity of the village head in organizing. Facilitate bureaucracy and facilitate constructive activities. Strengthening village officials' human resources through training and coaching and involving the community in development. Conduct village meetings which include community leaders, religious leaders. Determine productive businesses in Batang Sangir Village.

The purpose of this study is to establish a relationship between the village head and the village consultative body in Ubung, Buru Regency. The research problem is focused on the collaboration between the village head and the village consultative body in containing the spread of Covid-19 in Ubung. The study employed a qualitative approach, with a total of twenty informants chosen at random. This study was conducted in the village of Ubung, with informants including village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body, representatives of community leaders, traditional leaders, and religious leaders, as well as community representatives considered to possess competencies relevant to the research objectives. This study collects data about the partnership relationship through observation and in-depth interviews. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis under Miles, Huberman, and Spradley's concepts. This study concludes that the village is extremely responsive in planning and implementing the management of Covid-19, making it easier for the community to be involved. The village side also adjusts to the existing conditions to carry out the control of Covid-19, specifically by conducting analysis and identification to decipher the program of activities that will be planned in collaboration with the Village Consultative Body. In the division of Village Consultative Body tasks, the village government prioritizes development sector implementation and public awareness, while the village government focuses more on-field segmentation planning.

This paper aims to describe the dynamics of family empowerment in supporting da'wah programs in the countryside. Changes to the order of life, including in the rural areas, need adaptation from the da'wah movement that can balance and fill the changes towards a more qualified society. The family is the smallest group component, at most, and is most directly related to da'wah activities in the countryside. Family participation as a subject and missionary partner will determine the overall success. The research method used is a qualitative approach with community empowerment interventions. The target community is religious leaders and the community of the da'wah congregation, including: DKM chairmen, the reciters of recitation, and the asatidz, worshipers of mothers and teenagers as well as children of pengajian worshipers. Data obtained in the form of social and religious activities that have taken place in the village of Mandalasari. First, Social and Religious Activities. Second, Da'wah activities based on Empowering Family Participation. Third, the Role and Obligations as Family Members in empowering da'wah. Writing can describe a case about empowering da'wah through family participation in the countryside.Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dinamika pemberdayaan keluarga dalam mendukung program dakwah di pedesaan. Perubahan pada tatanan kehidupan termasuk di pedesaan perlu adaftasi dari gerakan dakwah yang bisa mengimbangi dan mengisi perubahan menuju masyarakat yang lebih berkualitas. Keluarga merupakan komponen kelompok terkecil, paling banyak, dan paling berhubungan langsung dengan kegiatan dakwah di pedesaan. Peran serta keluarga sebagai subjek dan mitra dakwah menjadi sangat menentukan akan keberhasilan secara keseluruhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan intervensi pemberdayaan masyarakat. Masyarakat sasaran adalah tokoh-tokoh keagamaan dan masyarakat jamaah dakwah, meliputi: Para ketua DKM, Ibu-ibu penggerak pengajian, dan para asatidz, para jamaah Ibu-ibu dan remaja serta anak-anak jamaah pengajian. Data yang diperoleh berupa keegiatan sosial dan keagamaan yang telah berlangsung di Desa Mandalasari. Pertama, Kegiatan Sosial dan Keagamaan. Kedua, Kegiatan Dakwah berbasis Pemberdayaan Partisipasi Keluarga. Ketiga, Peran dan Kewajiban sebagai Anggota Keluarga dalam dakwah pemberdayaan. Tulisan dapat menggambarkan suatu kasus tentang dakwah pemberdayaan melalui partisipasi keluarga di pedesaan.

<p>This study describes the cultural adaptation carried out by the factory worker community consisting of various ethnicities and religions at PT Satya Krisma in Tebo Ilir Jambi, in maintaining religious harmony. This research uses qualitative research that emphasizes the depth of information obtained through interviews and is also supported by field observation methods. The results of the study show that first, the reality of life that occurs in the community of factory workers in the village of Betung Bedarah Barat is very harmonious and harmonious until now, because the community always respects and respects, and always prioritizes mutual assistance and cooperation. Second, factors that influence the occurrence of harmony are internal and external factors, internal factors are tolerance, dialogue between communities and there is also awareness of diversity. The external factor is that there are institutions that support religious harmony, namely the involvement of the government, traditional leaders and religious leaders. Third, in maintaining harmony, they have strategies including strengthening brotherhood, the role of traditional leaders, religious leaders, and maximizing regulations and the role of local governments.</p><p><em>Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang adaptasi budaya komunitas buruh pabrik dalam menjaga kerukunan umat beragama di PT Satya Krisma di Tebo Ilir Jambi. P</em><em>eneliti</em><em>an ini</em><em> menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menekankan pada aspek kedalaman informasi yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan didukung pula oleh metode observasi lapangan.</em><em> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  pertama, realita kehidupan yang terjadi pada komunitas buruh pabrik di desa Betung Bedarah Barat sangat rukun dan harmonis sampai saat ini, karena masyarakat selalu menghargai dan menghormati, dan selalu mengedepankan sikap saling bantu dan bekerja sama. Kedua, </em><em>faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya keharmonisan yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, faktor internal yaitu adanya sikap toleransi, dialog antar masyarakat dan juga terdapat kesadaran. Faktor eksternal yaitu terdapat lembaga yang menjadi pendukung dalam kerukunan umat beragama yaitu adanya keterlibatan pemerintah, tokoh adat dan tokoh agama. </em><em>Ketiga, </em><em>dalam mempertahankan kerukunan, mereka mempunyai strategi di antaranya memperkuat tali persaudaraan, melibatkan tokoh adat, tokoh agama, dan memaksimalkan peran regulasi pemerintah daerah</em>.</p>

The transmigration program forms Lampung society to be multicultural that easily triggers the emergence of ethnic conflicts. In Lampung, it has unexpectedly formed enclaves that cause migrants and local people to not be integrated so that there is polarization and an economic gap between migrants and local people. This is because the economy of migrants advances which causes social jealousy. This study aimed to explain muakhi as conflict management from pre-conflict to post-conflict. This study was qualitative research with phenomenology and multiple case approaches. The research data were obtained by in-depth interviews. The results of this study are first, muakhi in pre-conflict management is managed by the traditional leaders to conduct deliberation and agreement. Second, muakhi in post-conflict management is managed and controlled by all elements of the community. The village officers, traditional leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, or mass organizations remind each other by means of cooperation with the conflicting parties. This study concluded that muakhi is able to create social and media integration and a forum for creating peace in accordance with the values and norms in the lives of the community.

In its capacity as social beings, humans tend to relate and interact with their environment. As for social interaction, it is always preceded by social contact and communication. This contact is then followed by processes that are associative or disassociative or opposition. The associative process begins with cooperation then continues with accommodation, assimilation, and acculturation. This research focuses on efforts to portray the harmonization of religious communities in the Wiyoni area of Pesawaran District. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: Social interactions that occur are more directed at dynamic interactions where the occurrence of mutually beneficial two-way interactions that result in associative interactions that are mutually reinforcing. So that this leads to the realization of harmonization in inter-religious life. While the factors that support the occurrence of interaction are mutual respect between one religion to another (Islam and Christianity), support from religious leaders, and ethnically in the village. Wiyono is mostly Javanese who culturally promote culture of mutual respect for each other.

Abstract: This tradition is a form of donation in the form of goods or jaza and money to people who have a celebration or wedding party. In ancient times before the popularity of tompangan, which were considered as public debts, they contributed as solidarity and without any promises they were considered as debts. The gift is recorded in a book or receipt as evidence to repay the gift it receives. Modernization, marked by advances in science and technology, has eroded the form and meaning of reciprocity in the tradition of replying to the “tompangan” wedding envelope in the midst of the Ambunten community of Bukabu village. The research used is juridical empirical methodology, the approach used is a qualitative approach, data obtained using interviews and documentation and for data processing using editing techniques, classification, analysis and conclusions. The purpose of this study was to understand the reciprocity of tompangan to increase social cohesion in the village of Bukabu so that until now the tompangan tradition is still being implemented. From the data analysis, it can be concluded that the tompangan tradition in a wedding party is a maslahah that directly maintains the aim of the sayara '. When viewed from the point of view of its strength as evidence in the stipulation of law, it includes maslahah hajiyah.Keywords: Reciprocity; Tompangan; Social Cohesion.Abstrak: Tradisi tompangan telah menjadi adat yang sangat kental bagi masyarakat Desa Bukabu. Tradisi tersebut merupakan sebuah bentuk sumbangan yang berupa barang atau jaza dan uang kepada orang yang punya hajatan atau pesta pernikahan. Pada zaman dulu sebelum terkenalnya tompangan yang dianggap sebagai hutang piutang masyarakat menyumbang sebagai solidaritas dan tanpa adanya janji yang dianggap sebagai utang-piutang. Pemberian tersebut dicatat dalam buku atau kwitansi sebagai bukti untuk membalas pemberian yang diterimanya. Modernisasi yang ditandai dengan kemajuan iptek telah meggerus bentuk dan makna dalam resiprositas tradisi membalas amplop pernikahan “tompangan” ditengah masyarakat Ambunten desa Bukabu. Penelitian yang dipakai ialah metodelogi yuridis empiris, pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif, data yang diperoleh menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan tehnik edit, klasifikasi, analisis dan kesimpulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk memahami resiprositas tompangan tehadap peningkatan kohesi sosial di desa Bukabu sehingga sampai saat ini tradisi tompangan tersebut masih dilaksanakan. Dari analisa data maka bisa disimpulkan bahwa tradisi tompangan dalam pesta pernikahan merupakan sebuah maslahah yang secara langsung memelihara tujuan sayara’. Jika dilihat dari segi kekuatannya sebagai hujjah dalam penetapan hukum maka termasuk maslahah hajiyah.Kata Kunci: Resiprositas; Tompangan; Kohesi Sosial.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan aparat desa dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai luhur yang terdapat dalam aturan adat Semende yang ada di lingkungannya. Metode etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Ulu Danau memberikan kelonggaran dalam pelaksanaan adat, dan aparat desa telah mulai berupaya untuk mempertahankan aturan adat dengan memaksimalkan peran para pemuka adat, tokoh masyarakat, danwarga. The Efforts to Conserve Semende Customs in Ulu Danau Village, South Sumatera Province. This study aims to determine the efforts undertaken by the community and village officials in defending the noble values contained in the existing customs rules of Semende in the area. The ethnographic method with a qualitative approach is used to collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation, which are analyzed through data reduction, presentation, and finally can be drawn for conclusion. The results show that the villagers of Ulu Danau provide the concession for the implementation of custom, and the village officials have begun the efforts to maintain their custom rules to maximize the roles of traditional leaders, community leaders, and citizens.

This study deals with "Implementation of Islamic education values ​​to the MoGama tradition 'in the community of Nuangan 1 Village, Bolaang Mongondow Regency". The main discussion in this study is the view of Islam in the 13 implementation of the Gama 'tradition in the village of Nuangan 1 Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and the educational values ​​contained in the stages/implementation of the Gama' custom in the village of Nuangan 1. The mitoni tradition is a Javanese cultural heritage that is still being held by Javanese people in the village of Tuntang, Tuntang District, Semarang District, Central Java until now. The mitoni ceremony is carried out in the seventh month of Javanese pregnancy. This study aims at examining the spiritual values of the mitoni tradition as socio-cultural “glue.” This research was motivated by dangerous facts, namely the threat of disharmony in the social community. The method applied in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were used in-depth interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted by giving open questions to community leaders in the village of Tuntang. In this study, the sources of information were traditional leaders as representatives of the Tuntang village community. This research was tested as a socio-cultural adhesive in Tuntang village through spiritual values, namely: 1). Ngruwat sukerta. 2). Cecawis. 3). Sembada. 4). Panampi. 5). Wilujeng. 6). Ngrumat bumi. 7). Pitutur. 8). Rukun. 9). Pitulungan. These spiritual values are symbolic of Javanese ideology which is eschatological. This value serves to maintain social harmony. The results of this study are recommended for religious leaders and traditional leaders to apply this cultural approach, by making mitoni as a socio-cultural “glue.”
