Salah satu peran sekretaris adalah sebagai pelaksana fungsi hubungan masyarakat, sehingga seorang calon sekretaris dituntut memiliki keterampilan mendesain publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui tanggapan Dunia Usaha /Dunia Industri (DU/DI) tentang kebutuhan keterampilan desain grafis perkantoran bagi mahasiswa D3 Sekretari FE UNY; 2) Mengetahui keterampilan desain grafis yang dibutuhkan oleh DU/DI. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juni tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diambil menggunakan angket tertutup. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa D3 Sekretari FE UNY dan organisasi atau perusahaan yang menjadi tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) Mahasiswa D3 Sekretari FE UNY. Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling untuk responden dari kelompok  DU/DI dan teknik insidental sampling untuk responden dari kelompok mahasiswa D3 Sekretari FE UNY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan sebagian besar DU/DI dan mahasiswa mengenai kebutuhan keterampilan desain grafis perkantoran yaitu: 1). Keterampilan desain grafis perkantoran merupakan ketrampilan administrasi perkantoran modern yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi modernisasi dan variasi pekerjaan kantor; 2). Media penyampian informasi yang paling banyak digunakan di DU/DI adalah X-banner; 3). Penyampaian informasi terlihat lebih modern, menarik dan informatif dengan keterampilan desain grafis kantor; 4). Keterampilan desain grafis perkantoran bagi mahasiswa dan pegawai dianggap penting untuk dikuasai; 5). produk desain grafis perkantoran untuk pekerjaan perkantoran modern yang paling banyak dipilih yaitu logo instansi/perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan rekomendasi perumusan kurikulum D3 Sekretari FE UNY dan sekolah vokasi lain yang mempunyai kemiripan nomenklatur keilmuan. Kata kunci : Analisis Kebutuhan Keterampilan,  Desain Grafis, Perkantoran  ABSTRACT: Analysis of Office Graphic Design Skills for Diploma Students of Secretary Program in Yogyakarta Sate University. The study was conducted in April-June 2018. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The research data was taken using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study were D3 Secretariat students of the UNY FE and organizations or companies that became the place of Field Work Practices (PKL) of D3 Students Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics UNY. The withdrawal of the study sample used a purposive sampling technique for respondents from the DU / DI group and incidental sampling techniques for respondents from the D3 student group at the UNY FE Secretariat. The results showed that the responses of most DU / DI and students regarding the needs of office graphic design skills were: 1). Office graphic design skills are the skills of modern office administration needed to deal with the modernization and variation of office work; 2). The most widely used media delivery information in business/industrial is X-banner; 3). Submission of information looks more modern, interesting and informative with office graphic design skills; 4). Office graphic design skills for students and employees are considered important to be mastered; 5). office graphic design products for the most chosen modern office work, namely agency / company logos. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration and recommendations for the formulation of the UNY FE Secretariat Diploma curriculum and other vocational schools that have similar scientific nomenclature. Keywords: Skills Needs Analysis, Graphic Design, Offices

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Mengetahui tanggapan Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DU/DI) tentang kompetensi mahasiswa Program Studi (Prodi) D3 Sekretari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FE UNY); 2) Mengetahui kompetensi sekretaris yang dibutuhkan oleh DU/DI. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka. Populasi penelitian adalah organisasi/perusahaan yang menjadi tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL). Penarikan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan tahap-tahap analisis data sebagai berikut: 1) mengorganisasi data dan melakukan pemeriksaan data dengan cermat, 2) melakukan pemeriksaan ulang terhadap data, 3) melakukan pengolahan data, 4) melakukan analisis terakhir, membuat interpretasi dan kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tanggapan sebagian besar DU/DI terhadap aspek pengetahuan mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori baik. Aspek keterampilan mendapatkan tanggapan baik. This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika dalam mengerjakan soal olimpiade SMP bagi siswa kelas IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil tes dan wawancara diketahui semua subjek tidak memenuhi kelima tahap Krulik & Rudnick pada soal nomor 1. Pada langkah awal tahap membaca dan berfikir (read and think) subjek  telah melakukan kesalahan dalam memahami soal/masalah. Sedangkan untuk soal nomor 2 hanya 1 subjek yang tidak mampu melewati tahap kelima pada tahap teori Krulik dan Rudnick yaitu refleksi dan pengembangan (reflect and extend). Abstract:  This is a qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of this research is to know the ability of mathematics problem solving in doing Junior High Olympics for students of grade IX SMP N 8 Salatiga. The research subjects consist of 4 students selected by purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of tests and interviews are known that all subjects did not meet the five stages of Krulik & Rudnick in question number 1. In the first step of reading and thinking phase, the subject has made a mistake in understanding the problem. Meanwhile, in question number 2 only 1 subject who is not able to pass the fifth stage at the stage of Krulik and Rudnick theory, that is reflect and extend.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya informasi pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan dan menjelaskan secara deskriptif mengenai budaya informasi pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Khususnya pada siswa pendidikan luar biasa di provinsi Bali. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan stratified random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti berasal dari sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan luar di provinsi Bali, yakni SLB Negeri 1 Denpasar, SLB Negeri 1 Singaraja dan SLB Negeri 1 Tabanan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ditentukan sebanyak 152 responden. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai budaya informasi yang dimulai dengan cara mendapatkan informasi, mengolah informasi hingga memanfaatkan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus.Kata kunci: budaya informasi, siswa berkebutuhan khusus, sekolah luar biasaABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the information culture for students with special needs. This research attempts to reveal and explain descriptively about the information culture for students with special needs. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The number of samples studied originated from extraordinary schools in the bali province, namely are SLB Negeri 1 Denpasar, SLB 1 Singaraja and SLB 1 Tabanan . Based on the results of calculations determined as many as 152 respondents. This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 2) the influence of process on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah, 3) influence of physical evidence to satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. This research includes causative descriptive research. The population in this study were patients or visitors Siti Rahmah Hospital. Determination of the number of samples determined by researchers as many as 60 respondents, the questionnaires distributed using accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire using Likert scale and data analysis using SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant positive influence between people on satisfaction of service at RS Siti Rahmah. Researchers suggested that RS Siti Rahmah improve services in the form of increased medical personnel in order to create satisfaction on services at RS Siti Rahmah.

Abstract. One form of crime against humanity is rape, sexual harassment, sexual slavery or other forms of sexual violence where the victims are often women. In dealing with cases of sexual violence, not only do we depend on government regulations that provide severe penalties for the perpetrators, but also the role of the surrounding community who care about social problems, especially community institutions. The role of institutions is very much needed in handling victims of sexual violence which have severe impacts on both children and adults. With this this set of background, Pulih Foundation was born as a psychological institution that provides counseling and assistance services for the recovery victims of sexual violence. This study aims to reveal how the stages and efforts to recover trauma of sexual violence victims to recover from the violence effects. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive research type. Data collection consists of interview, observation and documentation. The selection of informants uses a purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Pulih Foundation has been making efforts to restore vvictims of sexual violence by providing assistance and counseling. In the recovery effort, victims of sexual violence go through the following stages: emotional stages such as the denial stage, the anger stage, the depression stage and the offer stage before finally reaching the acceptance stage.  Abstrak. Salah satu bentuk kejahatan terhadap kemanusiaan berupa pemerkosaan, pelecehan seksual, perbudakan seksual atau bentuk-bentuk kekerasan seksual lainnya yang korbannya sering kali adalah perempuan. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual tidak hanya perpangku tangan mengandalkan peraturan pemerintah yang memberikan hukuman berat untuk para pelaku, tetapi juga peran masyarakat sekitar yang peduli akan masalah sosial terutama lembaga-lembaga masyarakat. Peranan lembaga sangat dibutuhkan dalam penanganan korban kekerasan seksual yang menimbulkan dampak berat baik pada anak maupun pada orang dewasa. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut Yayasan Pulih lahir sebagai lembaga psikologi yang memberikan layanan konseling dan pendampingan untuk pemulihan korban kekerasan seksual. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap bagaimana tahapan dan upaya pemulihan trauma kepada korban kekerasan seksual untuk pulih dari dampak kekerasan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan itu Yayasan Pulih melakukan upaya pemulihan untuk korban kekerasan seksual dengan memberikan pendampingan serta konseling. Pada upaya pemulihan, korban kekerasan seksual melewati tahapan sebagai berikut: tahapan emosi seperti tahap penyangkalan, tahap kemarahan, tahap depresi dan tahap penawaran sebelum akhirnya mencapai tahap penerimaan.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu dengan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif (Descriptive Research). Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII F SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 34 orang peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar tes dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada materi lingkaran. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif hasil belajar matematika peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik menjadi lebih meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata hasil nilai LKPD menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning yaitu 89,63 dan rata-rata nilai tes yaitu 84,56.Kata Kunci : Deskriptif, Hasil Belajar Belajar, Problem Based LearningABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to describe the results of learning mathematics students VIII grade SMP Negeri 2 Kota Bengkulu with Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

AbstrackLatters or in Japanese are known as moji is one of the characteristics of Japanese. There are three types of letters in Japanese namely kanji, kana and romaji. One part of kana’s letter is hiragana. When learners learning about hiragana still often encounter problems as similar letter form and number of hiragana. In reference to the results of the questionnaire who had the researchers spread beforehand at the learner while carrying out field work practices at SMAN 3 Bukittinggi showed that learners needed media to facilitate learning to remember and understand hiragana. To overcomethe difficulty in understanding the hiragana, researchers have tried to use one of the types of visual media, namely card sort. The goal of this study is to expose the perceptions of student against card sort as a hiragana learning media. The research method of this study is descriptive quantitative. While the sampling technique uses in this study was purposive sampling. The respondents in this study is the students of class X BAHASA which amount of 35 peoples. This research instrument is a questionnaire. The type of questionnaire used is closed type questionnaire. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, it is kwon that the student’s perception of the card sort as a “good” hiragana learning media with a percentage of 83,32%. Refers to these results it can be seen that the media card sort can be used to facilitate the side to remember and understand hiragana. AbstrakHuruf (moji) merupakan salah satu karakteristik bahasa Jepang. terdapat tiga jenis huruf dalam bahasa Jepang yaitu, Kanji, Kana dan Romaji. Salah satu bagian dari huruf kana adalah hiragana. Dalam mempelajari hiragana ditemui beberapa masalah yang dialami oleh pembelajar yaitu, sering terkecohnya pembelajar dengan bentuk hiragana yang hampir mirip dan jumlah dari hiragana. Berdasarkan hasil angket yang telah peneliti sebarkan sebelumnya pada pembelajar saat melaksanakan praktek lapangan kependidikan (PLK) di SMAN 3 Bukittinggi menunjukkan bahwa pembelajar memerlukan media untuk mempermudah pembelajar mengingat dan memahami hiragana. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam memahami hiragana tersebut, peneliti sudah mencoba menggunakan salah satu jenis media visual yaitu card sort. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi atau tanggapan siswa terhadap media card sort apabila digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran hiragana. Adapun metode penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Taknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa X BAHASA tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah angket jenis tertutup. Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis angket, diketahui bahwasannya persepsi atau tanggapan siswa terhadap card sort sebagai media pembelajaran hiragana mayoritas “baik” dengan persentase 83,32%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa media card sort dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan siswa untuk mengingat dan memahami hirgana.
