<p>The results of a preliminary study that was conducted on October 3, 2014 in the working area through community leaders that the data obtained in the region find teenagers who use modern mobile phone is already making it easier for adolescents to access information related to sexual behavior. In 2014 there was one case of students expelled because of unwanted pregnancies. The purpose of study was to determine the factors that causing the premarital sexual behavior in adolescents in Wedomartani village, Sleman. Study methods used was quantitative with analytical research using chi-square test, with a sample of 80 adolescents. The results showed that characteristics of teens in the village of Sleman Wedomartani ever be free of sexual behavior lifespan of 12 years to 26 years, with the majority age of 20 years (25%). Characteristics of free sex through exposure on TV media majority are at no risk category (55%), whereas the risk of exposure to teenage promiscuity through TV media as much as 45%. Characteristics of adolescents ever accessing pornography through the Internet as much as 45 teenagers or 56.3%. In conclusions, there was signifi cant relationship between TV exposure and accessing pornography on the Internet toward adolescents premarital sexual behavior in the Wedomartani village of Sleman.</p>

Premarital sexual behavior in adolescents is all behavior that is driven by the desire teenager well with the opposite sex or same-sex committed before their official relationship as husband and wife. Sexual objects could be someone else, people in the delusion, or self. Kinds of premarital sex among other things: kissing, necking, petting, intercourse. About 54% of the teenage single women had lost their virginity. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between Knowledge and Attitudes of Young Women With Pre-Marital Sexual Behavior In SMAN “Y” Batam 2016. In research using quantitative research with an analytical design using the cross-sectional approach, the samples of research use Probability Sampling Methods and techniques Simple Sampling with 218 respondents. The results of the research are most of the respondents have good knowledge about sexual behavior before marriage as many as 211 respondents (96.8%) and a positive attitude about the premarital sexual behavior of 132 respondents (60.6%). From the results of Chi-Square test knowledge study is p-value 0,001 > 0,05 and attitudes p-value 0.002 > 0.05. The conclusion of this research is There are Relationship Knowledge and Attitudes About Sexual Behaviour of Young Women Pre Marital In SMAN “Y” Batam.

Background. The problem of premarital sexual behavior tends to be done by middle adolescent groups (15-18 years). Some permissive dating behaviors by adolescents include holding hands when dating (92%), kissing (82%), palpation (63%). Objective. The puspose ostudy aims to determine the determinants of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents at State High School No 1 Kotamobagu. Method. This study applied an analytic cross-sectional design with a sample of 299 school-age adolescents aged 14-18 years. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Data were collected by direct interviews with respondents and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi square test. Results. The results of this study found there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.000), attitudes about sexuality (p = 0.001), and peer influence (p = 0.025) with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. Conclusion. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes about sexuality, and the influence of peers with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents.

The premarital sexual behavior adolescent has become a social problem in the community. Free sexual behavior are various ranging from feeling of attraction to the opposite sex, dating, kissing, holding partsof the body that are sensitive until sexual intercourse. Two factors that can infl uence sexual behavior are knowledge and self control. Adolescent who have high knowledge and self control tend to not perform sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of knowledge and premarital sexual behavior self control in adolescent of SMK in Surabaya. This study was performed using cross sectional study design. The study population was students of class XI SMK in Surabaya. Subjects were selected by proportional stratified random sampling. Sample was 83 students. Data analysis was performed using chi square test (α = 0.05). The results of this study were self-control influenced knowledge (p = 0.000; PR = 11.000), knowledge infl uenced premarital sexual behavior (p = 0.000; PR = 10.607) and self-control infl uenced premarital sexual behavior (p = 0.000; PR = 46.970). The conclusion of this research is variables knowledge and self-control infl uence premarital sexual behavior SMK in Surabaya increasing increase knowledge of adolescent in relation to premarital sexual behavior before marriage through counseling in Generation Program Plan (GENRE). Genre was can be a alternative solution to decrease premarital sexual behavior.

Background: Based on preliminary observations of researchers in Ngelom SroyoJaten Karanganyar village, some people who have a disease due to hypertensionor problem-solving coping mechanism against stress effectively so that stress isincreasing and causing hypertension.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between copingmechanisms against stress with hypertension in residents in the village NgelomSroyo Jaten Karanganyar.The subjects were residents of the village of Karanganyar Jaten Ngelom Sroyototaling 40 residents. Sampling was done by purposive samplingMethods in this study is analytical research design correlation to determine therelationship between coping mechanisms against stress with hypertension inresidents in the village Ngelom Sroyo Jaten Karanganyar. The collected datawere then analyzed with the chi square test with p = 0.05.The results of the study there were 13 respondents to the mechanism of copingwith stress effectively have hypertension, 3 respondents to the mechanism ofcoping with stress effectively does not have hypertension, 17 respondents with acoping mechanism to stress ineffective hypertension and 7 respondents with acoping mechanism to stress ineffective does not have hypertension, the resultobtained p equal to 0.004 so that the value of P <0.05, which means that Horefused and Ha accepted.The conclusion of this study there is a relationship between coping mechanismsagainst stress with hypertension in residents in the village Ngelom Sroyo JatenKaranganyar.Keywords: coping mechanism to stress, hypertension

BACKGROUND Today, the Internet may be a promising tool for interventions for pregnant women. However, these kinds of tools are only helpful if users are ready to use them. OBJECTIVE The present study was conducted with the aim of readiness assessment of pregnant women to use the Internet to access health information about pregnancy and childbirth. METHODS This study was carried out on a sample of 384 pregnant women. Data were collected using a valid and reliable questionnaire. The first section of this questionnaire collected demographic characteristics of the participants. The second part of the questionnaire contains 27 questions covering the following components: infrastructure readiness (6 questions); affordability readiness (3 questions); and skill readiness (12 questions). Data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 using descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, and T-test. RESULTS This study was carried out on a sample of 384 pregnant women. Tuberculosis (TB) is a pulmonary disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Globally in 2018 theestimated number of people affected by TB was estimated at 10.0 million population and 484,000 cases ofmultidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB). This study aims to determine the correlation between microscopic testresults with RMT on TB and MDR-TB patients at RSUD Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate. This type of researchis analytical research using a retrospective approach. The sample in this study were patients with suspected TBand MDR-TB who had performed microscopic tests and TCM in February – April at 2020 in the ClinicalPathology Laboratory of RSUD Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data were analyzed using the SPSS program analysis was carried out in stages, namely by univariate andbivariate using chi-square test. From 100 samples, the results of RMT examination with TB suspects were 30rifampicin sensitive samples with 2 rifampicin resistance and 5 rifampin sensitive samples for TB MDR-TBsuspects RMT examination results. Chi-square test results obtained the value of p = 000 (p <0.05). There is stilla significant difference between the microscopic test results with RMT in TB and MDR-TB suspect patients atRSUD Dr. H Chasan Boesoirie Ternate.

Based on data from the Tikep Health Center, for the last three years Waturempe Village has become the village with the highest incidence of skin diseases and accounts for almost 50% of skin diseases. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and environmental conditions in Waturempe Village. The population in this study were all heads who live in Waturempe Village as many as 120 heads of families (KK). The sample size was 92 respondents, taken by simple random sampling. The data were obtained using a questionnaire then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using the chi square test. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between personal hygiene (X²hit=39,21 2> X²tab = 3,841), moisture (X²hit=36,655 > X²tab=3,841), temperature (X²hit=45,126 > X²tab=3,841), natural lighting (X²hit=29,362> X²tab=3,841), and occupancy density (X²hit=27,273 > X²tab=3,841) with complaints of skin diseases. There was a moderate relationship between water quality and complaints of skin diseases (X²hit=19,354 > X²tab=3,841). It is expected that the community always maintains personal hygiene and improves condition of the home environment and is always aware of the transmission of skin diseases.

Background. Cause of diarrhea one of them is the use of feeding bottles are not clean that facilitate contamination by germs such as Esherichia coli. When inserted into the bottle of milk that is not clean, there will be contamination of germs and bacteria if not immediately taken to grow. Sale village consists of 86 families with a number of children to 58 children aged 1 to 4 years, 31 of them are users of milk bottles. A survey from March to November 2014 data obtained 30% of the existing number of infants with diarrhea.Research purposes. To determine the corelation of maternal behavior in cleaning milk bottles with the incidence of diarrhea in the village of Sale District of Plaosan Magetan.Methods. The research design correlation with the approach of cross sectional method. Subjects were 31 mothers who have children with saturated sampling technique in which the entire population is used as a sample. Data obtained by questionnaire to determine the behavior of the mother in cleaning the bottles and the incidence of diarrhea in infants. The data obtained and analyzed by chi-square test with p = 0.05.Results. shows the behavior of the mother in cleaning milk bottle with both categories as many as 11 people (35.48%) and bad category 20 (64.52%) whereas the incidence of diarrhea result children who often experience diarrhea as many as 16 children (51.61% ) and rarely experience diarrhea as many as 15 infants (48.39%). Results of analysis using the chi-square test p 0.04 was obtained so that the value of p <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.The conclusion from this study is that there are corelation mother's behavior in cleaning milk bottles with the incidence of diarrhea in the village of Sale District of Plaosan Magetan. Keywords: Behavior, Milk Bottle Hygiene, incidence of diarrhea.

Most of teenage girls have painful experience during their menstrual period, especially primary dysmenorrhea. It caused by many factors one of them is Waist Hip Ratio. This study was cross sectional analytical research. There are 70 samples collected of females aged 15-18 years. The independent variable is Waist Hip Ratio measured with midline and the dependent variable is primary menstruation pain measured with Modified Menstrual Distress Questionnaire (MMDQ). The hypothesis tested using Chi Square Test and Spearman’s Rho to analyzed the significance of correlation between Waist Hip Ratio and primary menstruation pain among teenage girls. This study got the result of mean of Waist Hip Ratio is is 0.811 ± 0.043 and mean of primary menstruation pain is 28.643 ± 11.612. In analysis calculation, the output data is known as p = 0.042. The result of Spearman’s Rho is low correlation (r = 0.243) between Waist Hip Ratio and primary menstruation pain. It can be conclude there is a significant relations between Waist Hip Ratio and primary menstruation pain among teenage girls. Keywords : Waist Hip Ratio, Primary Menstruation Pain, Teenage Girls

The research paper sought to analyze the interest and awareness of Nepali people on government securities with one specific objectives of to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. The descriptive and analytical research design has been adopted in the study. The target population was the all investors of government securities in Nepal. The judgmental sampling method has been used to select the investor and 200 respondents were taken as its sample size. The data were collected using structured questionnaire. Chi-square test was done to examine the investor's interest and awareness towards government securities. It can be concluded that both educated and uneducated people are interested in government security. Thus, the research paper draws the conclusion that both poor and rich people are interested in government security. The income is the major factor of investment on government security.
