The purpose of this study is to investigate what types and what is mostly found of lexical cohesion in the news article. Written texts are different from spoken interaction. To make the readers know what the writers mean, the writers should compose a well formed of the text. Cohesion is an aspect of a text, which entails that the letter forms a unified whole, rather than unrelated sentences. Cohesion plays a special role in the creation of text. There are two main types of cohesion there are grammatical cohesion and lexical cohesion. Grammatical cohesion consist of reference, ellipsis, substitution and conjunction, whereas lexical cohesion has two aspects, they are reiteration and collocation. Lexical cohesion refers to the way related words are chosen to link elements of a text. This study used qualitative research as the research method. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that there are six types of lexical cohesion and the types of lexical cohesion which is mostly used by the writer is repetition but this article is lack of antonym. And the use of lexical cohesion in writing a text can deliver the meaning of whole text itself for the readers easily and clearly.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Full Day School in Improving the Learning Achievement of Class VIII Students in MTs. Al-Husna, Tangerang City, Banten. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, namely by observing the research location, conducting interviews and collecting data from various sources related to the research. The results of this study conclude: The implementation of full day school at MTs Al-Husna has been going well. Students get better report cards. Students are accustomed to praying dhuha, praying dhuhur, asr in congregation, dhikr, and reading the Qur'an, without being ordered by their parents. Students are able to read the Qur'an in accordance with tajwid. Students are able to memorize the Qur'an juz 29 and juz 30.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of victims of bullying in adolescence and various efforts to overcome bullying. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection using field research. The research was conducted in two places. The first research is at Full Day school, SMPIT Ummul Quro Bogor, and the second research is in a boarding school, namely SMP Integral Hidayatullah Depok. The data were obtained by conducting interviews with students, counseling teachers and school principals. This study found several characteristics of victims of bullying and efforts to overcome bullying behavior from the aspects of prevention, supervision and guidance (to perpetrators and victims).</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ciri-ciri korban perundungan pada usia remaja dan berbagai upaya mengatasi perundungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian dilakukan di dua tempat. Penelitian pertama yaitu di sekolah Full Day, SMPIT Ummul Quro Bogor, dan penelitian kedua yaitu di sekolah berbasis pesantren (boarding School) yaitu SMP Integral Hidayatullah Depok.  Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara kepada siswa, guru BK dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menemukan beberapa ciri-ciri korban perundungan dan upaya mengatasi perilaku perundungan dari aspek pencegahan, pengawasan serta pembinaan (kepada pelaku dan korban).</p>

The research is to discover the teacher’s readiness on applying full day school program declared by the government. Qualitative research method is used to grow descriptive data in for of interview. The findings clarifies that SMA N 1 Reteh is well-organized in applying full day school program to develop students’ potential by serving meaningful activities, in order to create generation of full of competency, attractiveness, and able to compete in the worldwide, as the 2013 curriculum persistence – building character education.

This study aims to investigate the use of lexical cohesion in students’ expository texts. It reveals thetypes of lexical cohesion employed by the students in their expository texts and the contribution oflexical cohesion to the text’ cohesion. This study employs qualitative research by using a case studydesign. Nine students of twelfth grade in a public senior high school in Kuningan regent, West Java,are chosen as the participants. The data in this study include the documents of students’ expositorytexts. The data are analyzed by using the concept of cohesive devices proposed by Halliday andHasan (1976). The findings show that there are two lexical cohesions identified in nine students’expository texts i.e. reiteration (covering i.e. antonymy, repetition, synonymy, meronymy, andhyponymy) and collocation. This study also indicates that lexical cohesion contribute to the processof keeping track of the participants and engaging the readers to the core argument of the text.Moreover, it can be stated that the contribution of lexical cohesion towards students’ expositorytexts is considered low. Therefore, there must be an encouragement for the students to use properlexical cohesion to make their text more cohesive.

This study aims to analyze an effect of the implementation of full day school on learning motivation of elementary school students. The research method used is a mixed research method with explanatory design. The number of samples used were 174 students. The research data were obtained by distributing a full day school application questionnaire and a student learning motivation questionnaire, as well as conducting interviews with students. Furthermore, the data were analyzed quantitatively with simple regression type and inferential statistics. The results showed that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of full day and student motivation in Elementary School is already in a good category. This is reinforced by the results of interviews which show that through the implementation of full day school it can have a positive impact, namely that student creativity can be more developed, achievement increases, and students can develop their talents and skills through extracurricular activities, which can then be developed. Make it easier for teachers to deliver material to students because of the time. which is old. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, it was found that there was an influence between the implementation of full day school on student learning motivation in elementary schools, with the percentage contribution of the influence of 61.3% to the dependent variable, and 39.7% influenced by other variables.

To make students independent, fostering togetherness and awareness of worship Full Day School students is one program that can be an alternative to improve it. Full Day School is one of the excellent programs initiated by several schools in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to study the input and output of a full-day school Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. With data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, documentation and data triangulation. The results of this study indicate the full system of schools in the Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Babul Hikmah running effectively, successfully visible from the input and output in the school.

The great task of education institutions or schools, particularly primary education that is shaping the personality of students through character education. Education in shaping the character of the student is a national educational purposes. One of the characters that are now considered to be relatively weak is the character of independence. The research purpose of this study was to determine the independence of character formation of students in SDIT Al Khairiyah Bogor through the implementation of Islamic full day school. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Based on the research that students' independence of character formation through the implementation of Islamic full day school in SDIT Al Khairiyah showed 40,2% of students independently on the emotional aspect, 30,9% of students independently on behavioral aspects and 57,8% of students independently on the value aspect.

This study aims to determine the cohesion marker used in the Cinta Suci Zahrana novel especially in the last chapter titled Cinta Suci Zahrana. This research uses qualitative research method with content analysis technique. The data in this research is cohesion in Novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The source of data is the novel of Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy. The data on the cohesion in the novel of the Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy is analyzed by steps in tracking the relationship of every two sentences in pairs, ie the relationship between a sentence with a preceding sentence characterized by the use of the cohesion marker. The results of research based on cohesion mechanisms between the sentences contained in the novel Cinta Suci Zahrana by Habiburrahman El Shirazy there is a grammatical cohesion which includes referring, replacing, and sequencing. <span>The goal of this study was the evaluation of the teaching practice course in the Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PCG) department by students, professors and practice teachers. It was a pneumology study designed with qualitative research method. The study group consists of seven students, five professors and five practice teachers from 3 different schools and 3 different universities in İstanbul. Study data were analyzed with content analysis. It was found that the communication and collaboration between the professors and practice teachers of the teaching practice course were low, and the applications within the scope of the course were inadequate. Additionally, the study has revealed that it is necessary to inform the practice teachers about the previous courses and internships the students have taken, to ensure the attendance of students to full-day practice courses on different days and that a detailed teaching practice course guide is prepared. This study is thought to benefit the literature in the sense that it shows how PCG teaching practice course differs from other teaching practice courses, in addition to suggestions to the decision makers and practitioners for improving the course.</span>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara stabilitas emosi dengan kesiapan mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 60 guru yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala kesiapan mengajar dan stabilitas emosi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan program Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang positif dan sigifikan stabilitas emosi dengan kesiapan mengajar yang cukup kuat dengan nilai r hitung = 0.451 > nilai r tabel = 0.254 dan nilai p = 0.000 (p < 0.050). Artinya semakin tinggi stabilitas emosi maka semakin tinggi pula kesiapan mengajarnya, sebaliknya semakin rendah stabilitas emosi maka semakin rendah pula kesiapan mengajarnya.This study aimed to determine the correlation between emotional stability and teaching readiness. This study used quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 60 teachers who were selected using a purposive sample technique. The research method used was the scale of teaching readiness and emotional distress. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment analysis test with the help of the Statistical Package Social Sciences (SPSS) 21.0 for windows program. The results showed that: There was a positive and significant correlation between emotionally unstable and teaching readiness with the value of r count = 0.451> the value of r table = 0.254 and the value of p = 0.000 (p <0.050). This means that the higher the emotional distress, the higher the teaching readiness, conversely the lower the emotional distress, the lower the teaching readiness.
