Video blogs or vlogs are stories of someone’s daily life visualized and uploaded via YouTube. It managed to increase the most video uploads on YouTube. To attract the sympathy of the audience, the use of informal language or a relaxed variety was chosen to be more communicative. The data in this study were taken from Ria SW’s vlog, one of the food vloggers with 2,700 subscribers. The use of two languages, Indonesian and English, turned out to attract and represent young people who are slang and intellectual speakers. Using two languages at once or referred to as code mixing, is a linguistic phenomenon that needs to be responded to using sociolinguistic theory to find forms of code-mixing in Ria SW’s vlog.The method used in this research was a qualitative method. Through these methods and theories, it can be seen that RiaSW’s use of Indonesian code-mixing. The type of code-mixing used by Ria SW is external code-mixing. The form of external code-mixing reflects the existence of high intellectual abilities and exudes moderate values. The form of code-mixing used is in the form of words, phrases and repetitions. The use of word types in code-mixing expressed by Ria SW is in nouns, verbs, and adjectives. The use of the noun form tended to mention the name of places and foods. The use of the verb form tended to invite, while the use of the adjective serves to explain the taste of the food. The causes of this communication strategy, the use of code-mixing in Ria SW’s vlog are to get good communication by using more popular terms and letting the viewers understand the speaker code and the foreign terms of the tourism sector.

As a consequence of the optimization resources area policy, tourism was becoming one of the favored sectors. Development of the tourism sector could run well with good communication between the Government and society, so communication was considered important in the development process. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a communication strategy so that messages could be received well. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy development undertaken by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Bengkulu province in tourism development by using analytical tools Lasswel components. Research results showed that the Department of Culture and Tourism has been communicated by applying the Lasswell model.

Personality as an integration of one’s tendency to behave, act and behave. The personality referred to in this case is the personality of honesty and istiqomah which is in accordance with the teachings of Islam and is called the personality of Islam. This study aims to describe the communication strategies of Campus Da'wah Institutions in shaping the Islamic personality of students, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the campus Da'wah Communication strategy in shaping the Islamic personality of STMIK Budi Darma Medan students. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method by analyzing and making interpretation of data found through interviews. The data that has been collected is checked for validity, the data analysis technique starts from reducing the data and making conclusions from the results of the study. The results of this study are that to develop a communication strategy must begin with planning, implementation and of course in this strategy there are supporting and inhibiting factors. The communication strategy of Campus Propagation Institute in shaping the Islamic personality of students by planning and implementing activities that are Islamic by instilling the values of Islamic personality to students. Islamic personality here is the personality of honesty, responsibility, initiative and istiqomah in the daily life of students. Strategies that LDK does include mentoring, recitation and sharing among others. Supporting and inhibiting factors in the Campus Da'wah Institute strategy are good responses from students, while the inhibiting factor is the lack of funds.   Kepribadian sebagai integrasi dari kecenderungan seseorang dalam bersikap, bertindak dan berperilaku. Kepribadian islam merupakan kepribadian tentang kejujuran, tanggungjawab, inisiatif dan istiqomah yang sesuai dengan ajaranajaran Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus dalam membentuk kepribadian Islam mahasiswa, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari strategi komunikasi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan menganalisis dan membuat interpretasi data yang ditemukan melalui hasil wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diperiksa keabsahannya, teknik analisa data dimulai dari mereduksi data dan membuat simpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus dalam membentuk kepribadian Islam mahasiswa. Bentuk-bentuk strategi komunikasi adalah komunikasi antar personal dan komunikasi tidak langsung yaitu dakwah berbasis materi dan dakwah berbasis media. Faktor pendukung dalam strategi Lembaga Dakwah Kampus ini yaitu respon yang baik dari mahasiswa, pengurus LDK memiliki potensi yang lebih, LDK Al-Hayyan memiliki susunan struktur anggota keorganisasian yang jelas sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu masalah kurangnya dana dalam program LDK, kurangnya waktu untuk bersosialisasi dan semangat anggota LDK yang menurun.

This study aims to know television in carrying out the CSR program of Jembatan Asa SCTV. The research method used is a qualitative method, using interview techniques with resource persons SCTV Corporate Communication. The targets of this CSR program are residents of Sipak Village, Jasinga District, Kab. Bogor. In this research, it was found that the strategy used for CSR. The Asa Bridge is an introduction to society or beliefs, selecting messages, determining methods as well as selecting and selecting media. However, the communication strategy included in the measured evaluation has not been carried out properly by SCTV. The conclusion of the research is that for the implementation of a good CSR program from planning to implementing it is not easy, good communication, good coordination, as well as qualified cooperation, within the company or external needs between companies and with interests is needed. The results and benefits obtained from the CSR program must be disseminated to the public for accountability and corporate transparency. Communication carried out in the CSR Asa SCTV program is carried out through a series of methods and activities to reach the target audience as the beneficiaries of the CSR program.

The world of education is very important in shaping one's character, so in a college there needs to be a bureau that handles counseling guidance issues, in order to help students who have academic problems that can hamper their studies. Good communication in counseling is an absolute thing that must be mastered and understood by the counselor. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are counseling communication strategies carried out by counselors that is focused on the problems faced by students (person secentered). Abstrak:Kegagalan proses pembelajaran tidak selamanya karena faktor kemampuan siswa, melainkan ada faktor lain yang lebih menentukan yaitu aspek komunikasi. Iklim komunikasi akan mempengaruhi minat siswa dalam mengikutin kegiatan pembelajaran. Untuk itu guru harus mampu menggunakan komunikasi yang baik agar dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat strategi komunikasi guru dalam memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari siswa, guru dan kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui pengamatan dan wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menggunakan strategi komunikasi verbal dan nonverbal dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Strategi verbal meliputi penggunaan kata-kata yang positif dan kata-kata yang memotivasi, sedangkan strategi nonverbal dengan menjalin kedekatan dengan siswa dan memperhatikan gerakan tubuh. Oleh karena itu guru disarankan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi secara verbal dan nonverbal melalui pelatihan-pelatihan terutama pelatihan-pelatihan komunikasi.Kata kunci: guru, strategi komunikasi, verbal dan nonverbal, motivasi belajar. Abstract:Students’ ability is not always the factor in the failure of the learning process, but there is other factor which is communication. The aspect of communication will affect the students’ interest in the learning activities. Consequently, teachers must be able to use good communication in order to motivate students to learn. This study aims to look at the communication strategies of teachers in motivating students to learn. The method used is a qualitative method. The subjects of the study were students, teachers and principals. The data were collected and obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed by using qualitative descriptive. The result of the study indicates that the teachers use verbal and nonverbal communication strategies in fostering student motivation. Verbal strategies include the use of the positive and motivating words, whereas non-verbal strategies implemented by establishing close proximity with students and observing their movement of the body. It is therefore recommended that teachers have communication training to improve the ability to communicate verbally and nonverbally.Keywords: teacher, communication strategy, verbal and nonverbal, motivation to learn.

Indonesian tourism was ranked 40th out of 140 countries in the world in the category of Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index (TTCI) in 2019. This was of course supported by the advancement of regional tourism in Indonesia. One of the areas which is improving the tourism sector is Purwakarta Regency. Purwakarta Regency donates its favorite tourist destination, the Sri Baduga Situ Buleud Fountain Park which is the Top Five Tourism Destination in Indonesia. The media of his young people also helped to promote massive things related to the Sri Baduga Fountain Park. The media is named @urangpurwakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with the concept of communication strategy. This research involved 3 key informants. The results of this research are the planning of @uranagpurwakarta in the form of determining targets, media and content, the implementation phase of @urangpurwakarta making Explore Purwakarta content, Purwakarta Original, Purwakarta Muda, and What the Facts Purwakarta. The evaluation phase of @urangpurwakarta becomes more active in providing information according to the direction of the organizer of Sri Baduga Water Park. Komunitas anak punk semakin lama semakin banyak. Dengan berbagai latar belakang dan memiliki ideologi yang sama dengan teman lainnya. Pada kenyataannya,keberadaan anak punk tidak sepenuhnya dapat diterima di masyarakat. Masyarakat menilai mereka dengan pandangan yang negatif. Dalam pandangan masyarakat, komunitas punk memang memiliki perilaku  menyimpang, identik dengan label negatif yang mengedepankan gaya, trend, dan fashion. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran komunitas anak punk di daerah X Kota Batam.         Hasil penelitian ini bahwa anak punk di daerah X memilih untuk menjadi anak punk bukan karena terpaksa atau sekedar ikut-ikutan saja. Bagi anak punk di daerah X menyikapi hidup mereka dengan tidak tergantung kepada orang lain (lebih mandiri). Dimana, disaat anak-anak muda yang lain lebih memilih diskotik atau tempat hiburan lainnya. Anak punk di daerah X memilih jalanan sebagai tempat mereka berbaur bersama dengan teman-teman anak punk lainnya dalam kesehariannya. Kata Kunci: Kasus, Komunitas Anak Punk, dan Daerah BatamCommunity punk gradually becoming more common. In the view of the public, the punk community does have a deviant behavior, synonymous with a negative label that emphasizes style, trend and fashion. The purpose of this study is to describe the punk community in the X area of Batam. The results of this study that the punks in the X chose to become a child of punk is not out of necessity or just went along with it. For children of punk in the X addressing their lives by not depend on others (more independent). Where, when young people others prefer a discotheque or other entertainment venues. The present article introduces the results of the analysis of texts by Czech (Catholic) Christian young adults published in 2019 and 2020 on the website signaly.cz. This page is intended to unite Christians and support them in their faith. The texts are diverse in genre, their content is purely religious or secular, but it at least remotely touches on the issues of the spiritual life of man or his/her religiosity (“soft spirituality”). Posting on the internet testifies to the need for young people not only to strengthen themselves and others in their faith in God, but also to share trivial content that relates to daily life and behind which (in the background) they see God’s will, the expression of God’s love and wisdom.

The National Tourism Policy of Malaysia is known as the National Ecotourism Plan 2016-2025. It focuses on progressive and competitive tourism in the country by giving full thrust to appreciating a prosperous environment for stakeholders in the tourism sector. Hence the study of the systematic literature review focuses on several elements as the determinants of tourism policy namely Malaysia Tourism. Consequently, each of the previous study elements will explore the scope and dimensions functionality of each scientific article is consistently discussing to analyse the year in which the authors regularly publish their publications. This is to prove that a significant element of publication by the author. Meanwhile, the scope of the study by the author also risked the priority areas in each article by the authors of each element. It is important to prove that the scope supports the main headline of the paper which deals with the formulation of the National Tourism Policy. In fact, dimensions give priority to what they want to achieve in each article from the authors related to Tourism Policy. This paper reviews the Qualitative Method concept by referring to Content Analysis. As a result, it will illustrate that dimensions will be in sync with Tourism to achieve the national tourism policy aspirations.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan alih kode dan campur kode yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu  Aimer album Dawn dan Sleepless Nights. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang mengandalkan uraian berupa lirik lagu. Dalam lirik lagu  Aimer album Dawn dan Sleepless Nights  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat alih kode ekstern (outer code switching) dari bahasa Jepang ke bahasa Inggris. Adapun bentuk campur kode yang terdapat adalah campur kode ekstern (outer code switching) dalam wujud frasa, kata, dan kalimat.Kata kunci: Sosiolinguistik, dwibahasa, alih kode, campur kode, lirik lagu  Abstract: This study aims to describe the code switching and code mix contained in the lyrics of the song Aimer album ‘Dawn’ and ‘Sleepless Nights’. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, a research that relies on the description in the form of song lyrics. In the lyrics of the song Aimer album ‘Dawn’ and ‘Sleepless Nights’ shows that there is an external code switching from Japanese to English.
