This study aims to determine the implementation of the Andragogy Learning Model in Andragogy Competency Training for PKBM Tutors in Kampar Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are 2 tutors 5 students. The results showed that the implementation of the andragogy learning model was the delivery of material from the tutor/training instructor according to the material that had been mutually agreed upon, then there was a question and answer or discussion for joint evaluation. The results of the andragogy learning model showed that there was an increase and change in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills. In knowledge knowing about andragogy competencies and how to apply them in adult learning. In attitude that the trainees are very good in attitude, behavior and activity so that enthusiasm in learning is very good. In terms of skills, participants have been able to practice in learning about andragogy competencies because they have in-depth understanding of andragogy competencies for tutors after training. The supporting factors are the enthusiasm of the participants, the focus of the participants, supported by PKBM Mutiara Kampar, the network between PKBM and tutors who are able to guide the participants well, and teach the material as expected. The inhibiting factor is the timing and delivery of materials that adapt to the understanding of the participants.

This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

<p><em>The purpose of the </em><em>research was</em><em> to </em><em>knowing the</em><em> improvement of students' Learning Outcomes through Interactive Learning Model with the Question and Answer Method. Th</em><em>is is a </em><em>Classroom Action Research, consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instrument </em><em>used </em><em>is the assessment instrument for the implementation of learning, the initial test question sheet, the first cycle question sheet and second cycle. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively. The results of analysis  the learning  quality</em><em> data </em><em>in the first cycle </em><em>is</em><em> 88.07%  classified as quality category and the second cycle of learning quality </em><em>data is</em><em> 93.03% categorized as very good. The completeness of learning outcomes in cycle 1 </em><em>is</em><em> 78.57% classified as unfinished categories and cycle 2 completeness of learning outcomes</em><em> is</em><em> 96.43% classified as complete categories. So, it can be concluded that the Interactive Learning Model by using the Question and Answer Method is proven to be able to improve students Learning Outcomes.</em></p><pre> </pre>

This study aims to know the Qawa'id learning process from the perspective of Cognitive Theory at the Raudhatut Thalibin Islamic boarding school in the village of Tayur Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU) of South Kalimantan, Indonesia and to know the Qawa'id learning method with the Cognitive Theory perspective in the boarding school. This type of study is descriptive qualitative one. Data are collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed by means of the interactive model (interactive model) of Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the steps of Qowaid learning in the perspective of cognitive theory are as follows. (1) The teacher explains in advance the material to be taught using the deductive method. (2) The teacher gives examples of what has been explained before. (3) The teacher asks the students to memorize qowaid and vocabulary contained in the sentences or text they are learning. (4) The teacher will not move from one rule to another before the students really understand one rule first. The Qowaid learning methods used in the perspective of cognitive theory, namely; (1) the Nahw wa Tarjamah Method (Grammar Translation), (2) the deductive method, (3) the question and answer method, (4) and the bahtsul masa'il method.

Artikel ini akan membahas tentang pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur dengan model pembelajaran picture and picture. Materi teks prosedur yang digunakan adalah tentang pencak silat Cimande. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur, materi pencak silat Cimande, dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran picture and picture dikategorikan dengan baik. Terbukti pada kemampuan siswa atau nilai rata-rata siswa dalam proses pembelajaran tersbut sudah mencapai KKM 75,00%. Nilai yang diperoleh siswa mulai dari yang terendah 20 sampai nilai tertinggi yaitu 90.  Hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya respon siswa positif terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran picture and picture tersebut dan sementara pada materi pencak silat Cimande pada umumnya respon siswa kurang baik.Kata kunci: teks prosedur, silat Cimande, model picture and pictureThis article will discuss about learning to write procedure texts with a picture and picture learning model. The procedure text material used was about pencak silat Cimande. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that learning to write procedure text, Cimande pencak silat material, using the picture and picture learning model is well categorized. Evidenced by the ability of students or the average value of students in the learning process has reached 75.00% KKM. The scores obtained by students ranging from the lowest 20 to the highest value is 90. The results of the questionnaire showed that in general the students' responses were positive towards the use of the picture and picture learning model and while in Cimande pencak silat material students generally responded poorly.Keywords: procedure text, Cimande silat, model picture and picture

Hand gesture method including requires high memorization ability, some students are not active and focus in synchronizing the pronunciation of lafadz verses and doing hand gestures in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the method of hand gesture in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an of students inX garade in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Prabumulih. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis that discusses the application of the method of hand gesture in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an of students inX grade in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Prabumulih. The type of approach used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Analysis of data qualitatively through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion stages. The results of research conducted by researchers are, first, the steps in the application of hand sign method by the teacher of Al-Qur'an Hadith in X.IPA3 includes teacher activities, namely the teacher explains the material and gives examples of verses to be memorized and interpreted using method of hand gestures on learning video shows on the projector. Student activities, namely students apply the method of hand gesture to the verse that has been taught. Second, supporting factors in the application of hand gesture methods in the form of internal factors, namely from the level of willingness and ability to memorize, external namely in terms of the use of media, teacher skills and a pleasant learning atmosphere. Third, the inhibiting factor in the application of the hand gesture method is the time required by each student, the level of student willingness, skills in making hand gestures and synchronization between the pronunciation of lafadz with hand movements.

This study aims to describe an image of cooperative learning model application through constructive controversy method in building 21st century competencies towards English learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative which took place at the second grade of SMKN 1 Talaga, Majalengka. Collecting data is done by using observation, interview, and documentation. The results illustrate that the ability to communicate, collaborate, think critically, and creatively in students can be built through controversial issues which make them challenged to discuss actively, intensively, and comprehensively. The use of 'gambits' in form of asking and giving opinions is quite effective to encourage students to analyze (communicate actively and effectively) related to the issues raised, collaborate intensively on various ideas to make decisions, and formulate solutions by constructing ideas from various results of divergent thinking. Keywords: 21st century competencies; English learning; cooperative learning model; constructive controversy method; controversy issues

Gampong-Owned Enterprises (BUMG) Minapolitan Meurasa Saban is a business entity owned by 5 villages (bale buya, matang gleum, kuala leuge, seuneubok peusangan and seuneubok pidie). with one of their business is BUMDES Mart Minapolitan Meurasa Saban. The weakness of administrative and financial as well as manual product registration are problems encountered in marketing the products on display at BUMG. The purpose of this program is to improve administrative and financial management staffs  based on edutechnopreneurship. The activity was carried out for 5 months starting from May to September 2019. The activities involved 15 BUMG management and supervisors of  Minapolitan Meurasa Saban. The method used is discussion and active participation of the target group by applying adult learning model. The activities were carried out in several stages which included coordination, socialization, training and mentoring activities. The results of the evaluation of the implementation of the activity showed that there was an increase in the capacity of BUMG's Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban supervisors and management staffs on improving BUMG's administrative and financial governance. The results of the questionnaire showed that 10 administrators (75%) understood all the training material well, while 5 administrators (25%) understood all the training material. The level of satisfaction of the training participants showed 12 managers (85%) were very satisfied and 3 administrators (15%) were satisfied with the implementation of the training. BUMG Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban supervisors and administrators have understood AD / ART and TUPOKSI, whereas the treasurer and operator of BUMG Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban are able to understand the edutechnopreneurship-based product registration, BUMG Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban has a business development plan as stated in the annual work programKey word:  BUMG Bersama Minapolitan Meurasa Saban, Aceh Timur District, Edutechnopreneurship

Abstract: Fight's learning materials in MI Al Hasan Sumpiuh subdistrict, Banyumas already provides an understanding, not just lecture and question and answer but has integrated with the practice of the material itself. The results of this study are, first, the implementation of jurisprudence learning in MI Al Hasan leads to life skills to maximize the learning component that is (a) teaching materials (b) learning model (c) learning methods, and (d) a medium of learning. Second, supporting factors include the control of the madrasas, mastery of materials by teachers, madrasah's support activities. Inhibiting factors include the unpreparedness of teachers in teaching, students' abilities are different, the lack of time lesson.  Keywords: Madrasah, Fight, Life skill.

This research is backed by a low percentage of the achievement criteria at least (KKM), which is obtained by the students of IX-D MTs Negeri 1 Yogyakarta. Of the 28 students who participated in the test post on Pancasila materials as basic and ideology of the country with the study of Cooperatif Learning model, only 4 people can be declared complete (14.29%) and the remaining 24 persons have not been completed (85.71%). The Data indicates that the results of learning in the teaching materials may be declared incomplete. The percentage is far from the ideal percentage between 80%-100%. This study uses a class action method that lasts for three cycles. Each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection activities. The results of the class action research that took place in 3 research cycles can be concluded: 1) During PTK, the efforts to implement the question and answer methods have been well managed and effective enough to improve student learning outcomes; 2) Application of the question and answer method with the variation of learning media can be run effective, average final result 82.86 then student learning results will increase.
