                                                    AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat telah dilaksanakan pada hari kamis tanggal 22 oktober 2015 di Desa Kebun Kelapa Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan mitra kelompok tani “Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” berpartisipasi aktif dalam mengikuti pelatihan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dan mengharapkan tindak lanjut kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dalam kegiatan selanjutnya untuk pengembangan usahatani padi sawah mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani”. Mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” dapat mengevaluasi kelayakan usahatani padi sawah melalui analisis kelayakan usahatani, apabila kelayakan usahatani padi sawah yang dikembangkan oleh mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” tidak layak untuk dikembangkan, maka mitra kelompok tani ’Suka Tani” dapat mengusahakan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah sebagai alternatif peluang bisnis dan pembinaan mitra kelompok tani ”Suka Tani” melalui kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat akan dilanjutkan dalam kegiatan selanjutnya mengenai pengenalan peluang bisnis penangkaran benih padi sawah.Kata kunci : Kelayakan, Pengembangan Masyarakat, Padi Abstract Community Development Programme was held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 in the Kebun Kelapa village, Secanggang Langkat District with lectured and discussion with "Suka Tani"  farmer group partners. Forest management in terms of its production function is directed towards management that is oriented towards all potential forestry resources and is based on community empowerment. The Wana Tekat Mandiri Farmer Group Association manages community forests, namely state forests whose main use is aimed at empowering the community. The rampant illegal logging is carried out by irresponsible parties outside of the farmer group association. So that community groups that carry out illegal logging do not support the Regional Government in providing guidance to the Association of Farmer groups in the Sendang Agung District area. The type of research used in this research is descriptive type with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques, observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of community development and empowerment in community forest utilization has been running well and the implementation of the strategy has been deemed successful in implementation. The coaching strategy has a main objective in the framework of developing a coaching plan in carrying out activities or programs of Gapoktan Wana Tekad Mandiri, namely by how to develop skills, develop knowledge and develop attitudes. The existence of this coaching strategy is expected to have a good empowering impact on the community.

The specific objectives and targets of these community service activities are to provide counseling on the rejuvenation of oil palm and the legality of farmers' land so that there is a change in the knowledge, understanding and skills of farmers who are members of farmer groups in an effort to want to rejuvenate oil palm plants and to provide an understanding of the importance of legality Farmer's land as an inseparable part of the structure of the requirements in order to get financial assistance to rejuvenate oil palm plants. The methods used are counseling, outreach, demonstration and assistance when the extension activities take place. Counseling methods provide counseling and conduct training after counseling. The demonstration method is carried out at the time of delivery of material. Farmers immediately practiced how to rejuvenate oil palm plants, after that they were given counseling about the ways and functions of farmers' land legality and farmer group institutions in order to get funds in groups. The assistance method aims to monitor developments after counseling to farmers by involving agents of change, namely community leaders, traditional leaders, the village government and banking institutions. In general, the implementation of community service in Kerta Jaya and Tassel Jaya villages, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency can run well and well..

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food that has many advantages as food and the process of making it is quite simple. However, the community knowledge about tempeh and the skills to produce healthy tempeh are still low. This community service aimed to increase the knowledge about tempeh and to improve the skills of its manufacturers in making healthy and good quality tempeh. The activities were carried out for mothers living in Villa Dago Tol complex, Ciputat, South Tangerang 15414, by using the methods of counseling, demonstration, and mentoring. Monitoring was conducted to measure the success rate of participants in producing healthy tempeh. The level of community knowledge about tempeh was evaluated through survey method. The results of counseling, demonstration, and mentoring succeeded in improving the participant skills as seen from the participants' success in following the healthy tempeh-making procedure. The results were also reinforced by the results of monitoring where all participants managed to create healthy tempeh. Survey results showed participants’ increasing knowledge of healthy tempeh and motivation in producing healthy tempeh. Assessment of participants showed good results, especially in improving knowledge (73% stated strongly agree and the rest agree). The ability of the facilitators in delivering the material was also considered good by the participants (92% stated strongly agree and the rest agree). As a follow-up, the participants suggested that the training be extended to the other communities and the training also include a variety of topics such as the manufacturing of tofu, healthy food processing, sewing, and many others.

Horticulture is the study of the cultivation of garden plants. Broadly speaking, it is the study of the cultivation of vegetables, fruits, flowers and ornamental plants. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight and knowledge of farmer groups to use the house yard for planting crops, especially horticulture. The implementation method is carried out by counseling, training and mentoring residents and farmer groups to maximize the results of empowerment. In addition, leaflets as educational tools are given as a guide. The steps were taken: firstly, the lecturers of the agrotechnology study program to residents and farmer groups, secondly, training, starting from the selection of good planting materials. Third, assistance related to the use of household agriculture (home gardens) with horticultural cultivation techniques. The result of this community service program is that the beautiful jasmine farmer group has understood and the benefits of the house yard to be used as a planting area, especially for horticultural crops. From the activities of this community service program, it can be concluded that farmer groups can specifically make use of the empty land and unused land around their homes, especially the existence of empty land.

The existence of women farmer groups in the use of land for agriculture, such as existing fruit and vegetables, deserves a response to the follow-up, considering that the activities of women farmer groups have great potential. However, the professions as farmers and agricultural laborers, the income of female farmers and agricultural laborers does not necessarily depend on the season. With the ability to manage further processed agricultural products, they can have reliable income and use a marketing system that is adjusted to the times. This research is a model trial with the title "Business Information Technology Models for Women Farmer Group in Indonesia" with the aim of minimizing disparities in the village. By utilizing knowledge, skills and technology, it is hoped that poverty and disparity can be minimized or even eliminated. This research at a macro level provides benefits to stakeholders, namely human resources who supply raw materials, female farmers who are metamorphosed into entrepreneurs, so that domestic and foreign consumers will get superior regional products with high quality.

Learning French for residents and homestay employees in the homestay village, Dusun Ngaran, DesaBorobudur is carried out by the French Literature Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences,UGM as a community service activity in 2018. Tis learning is a follow-up of French languagetraining for homestay owners who have done in 2017. Using a tutorial system in small groups andcommunicative approaches, residents and homestay employees have been able and feel confdent ingreeting, offering, explaining, giving choices, and other verbal activities related to guests or potentialguests in French (francophones) through simple communicative expressions. Simple French languageskills are a powerful capital to attract more francophones guests to visit the homestays. Te supportof French Literature Study Program on tourism development in Borobudur Homestay Village wasalso given in the form of assistance in promoting the region's tourism potential through refnementof French language pages and brochures. Tus, francophones tourists can fnd out more easily andmore quickly their whereabouts and get to know the area in order to attract more tourists to stay ata homestay. Other results of this service are French language teaching materials in the form of textand documentary videos.

Children are a group at high risk of contracting the disease through food or drink.Based on the results of the research by Agustini and Kusumayanti (2016) on the Development of Traditional Balinese Snacks to Healthy Snacks for School Children in Gianyar Regency stated that the results of the development of these snacks had a good acceptability (93.15%) in school children.Therefore to increase the availability of healthy snacks for school children, the results of this study were followed up in the form of community service, with the aim of improving the skills of processing healthy snacks through training.Participants in the training included: school children, school canteen managers, snacks sellers and school teachers as many as 16 people.The results of community service were able to increase knowledge from an average of 63.75 to 86.35.The participants' skills in making healthy snacks for school children are quite good, because snacks that are processed are modified traditional snacks, which are commonly done by the local community.The follow-up of this training is the application of skills in processing healthy snacks both at school canteens, snack processors, and monitoring school children snacks by school teachers.Keywords: training, processing, healthy snacks, school children

ABSTRAKBayi dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik jika kebutuhan dasarnya terpenuhi, yaitu  asah, asih dan asuh. Kebutuhan asah adalah kebutuhan akan stimulasi dini. Pemberian stimulasi dini yang sesuai akan memungkinkan terbentuknya etika, kepribadian yang baik, kecerdasan, kemandirian, keterampilan dan produktivitas yang baik. Efektifitas pijat bayi memberikan manfaat pada perkembangan motorik sangat baik pada anak usia 8-28 hari dibandingkan dengan anak yang tidak diberikan stimulasi pijat bayi (Rizki, 2017). Melalui pemijatan peredaran darah akan lancar, Salah satu zat penting yang dibawa adalah oksigen. Terpenuhinya oksigen diotak secara cukup membuat konsentrasi dan kesiagaan bayi semakin baik(Sembiring, 2017). Solusi permasalahan yang ditawarkan yaitu “Sentuhan Kasih Ibu” Upaya Stimulasi Tumbuh Kembang anak dengan Pijat Bayi yang dilakukan Pada Anak Usia 0-3 Tahun di Desa Selebung Ketangga di Kecamatan Keruak Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Tujuan pengabdian ini memberikan informasi bagi masyarakat terutama orang tua mengenai manfaat setiap langkah dari pijat bayi. Tim PKMS akan memberikan pelatihan langsung kepada ibu yang akan dipraktikkan oleh narasumber yang berpengalaman, memiliki bidang ilmu yang sesuai dan telah mendapatkan pelatihan pijat bayi sebelumnya, sehingga setiap informasi diberikan oleh orang yang tepat. Setelah diberikan pelatihan pijat bayi tersebut, diharapkan ibu dapat mempraktikan sendiri pijat bayi di rumah.Jumlah responden yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 32 balita. Hasil pengadian didapatkan terbanyak responden 12-24 sebanyak 19 balita (59,4%). Hasil pre test didapatkan 23 responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan post test sebagian besar pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 18 responden. Hasil follow up kemampuan pijat bayi didapatkan 24 reponden mampu melakukan pijat bayi dengan benar. Kata kunci: stimulasi tumbuh kembang; bayi; pijat bayi. ABSTRACTBabies can grow and develop well if their basic needs, which are teasers, love and foster. The need for sharpening is the need for early stimulation. Providing first inspiration appropriate will enable the formation of ethics, a good personality, intelligence, independence, skills and good productivity. The effectiveness of baby massage provides benefits to motor development is very good in children aged 8-28 days compared with children who do not give stimulation of baby massage (Rizki, 2017). Through massage, the blood circulation will be smooth. One of them the essential substance carried is oxygen. Fulfilment of oxygen in the brain is sufficient to make the baby's concentration and alertness are getting better (Sembiring, 2017). The solution to the problem offered is the "Touch of Mother's Love" Efforts to Stimulate Child Development with Infant Massage which was carried out on children aged 0-3 years in Selebung Ketangga Village in Keruak District East Lombok Regency. The purpose of this service is to provide information for the community, especially parents, regarding the benefits of every step of baby massage. The Stimulus Community Service Team (PKMS) will provide training directly to the mother who will be practised by experienced speakers who have fields science according to the training and baby massage before, so every information given by the right person. After being given the baby massage training, it is hoped that the mother can practicing baby massage at home on their own. The number of respondents who participated in this activity was 32 toddler. The results obtained were the most respondents 12-24 as many as 19 toddlers (59.4%). Pre results test found 23 respondents have less knowledge and most of the post-test sufficient knowledge of 18 respondents. The follow-up results of the infant massage ability were obtained 24 respondents are able to massage the baby properly. Keywords: growth and development stimulation; baby; baby massage.
