AbstrakDesa Gadingan yang berada di kecamatan Mojolaban, Kabupaten Sukoharjo merupakan salah satu desa yang mengalami kenaikan prevalensi Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) tertinggi di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hal ini didukung dengan rendahnya pola perilaku dan fasilitas untuk sanitasi dan higienitas warga. Rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan mengurangi kesadaran tentang bahaya DBD. Program ini dilakukan sebagai upaya preventif dan kuratif DBD melalui pemanfaatan herbal berkhasiat yang merupakan potensi wilayah menjadi produk berbasis herbal. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra Kismosari dan Badran desa Gadingan diawali dengan melakukan edukasi DBD dan pemanfaatan herbal berkhasiat, dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan herbal berkhasiat. Potensi herbal berkhasiat wilayah tersebut diaplikasikan dengan pembuatan produk yaitu mosquito repellent patch, granul herbal larvasida dan teh herbal. Produksi dilakukan oleh warga kedua mitra dengan pendampingan tim pelaksana melibatkan mahasiswa dan stakeholder. Monitoring evaluasi terhadap program edukasi dilakukan dengan pretest dan posttest. Pengembangan produk dilakukan dengan melihat hasil evaluasi mitra pada saat pelaksanaan pelatihan herbal berkhasiat. Pelaksanaan program mampu memberikan perubahan tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat secara signifikan. Hal ini juga didukung dengan penurunan angka kejadian DBD di desa Gadingan pada tahun 2017. Evaluasi pengembangan produk diperoleh hasil 55,68 % teh herbal; 30,68 % mosquito repellent patch dan 13,64 % granul larvasida. Pengembangan produk teh herbal dilakukan di Kismosari sedangkan mosquito repellent patch di Badran.Kata kunci: DBD, Mosquito Repellent Patch, Herbal Larvasida, Teh Herbal, Gadingan AbstractGadingan village which is located in Sukoharjo district of Mojolaban is one of the highest prevalence of dengue fever in Central of Jawa. It is supported with the low of behaviour and facilities for sanitation and hygiene of villagers. The low level of knowledge reduces awareness about the dangers of DBD. This program is conducted as preventive and curative DBD efforts through the utilization of nutritious herbs that are potential of the region to be herbal based products. Community service with partners Kismosari and Badran in Gadingan village begins by educating DBD and utilization of nutritious herbs, continued with a nutritious herbs workshop. Potential herbs of that region are applied with the manufacture of products, that is mosquito repellent patch, herbal larvacide granule and herbal tea. The production is done by the villagers of two partners with accompaniment by the implementing team involving students and stakeholders. Monitoring of evaluation of education program is done by pretest and posttest. Product development is done by looking at partners evaluation result during the nutritious herbs workshop. Implementation of the program is able to provide significant changes in the level of community knowledge. It is also supported by the decrease in the incidence of DBD at Gadingan in 2017. Evaluation of product development obtained results 55.68% herbal tea;30.68% mosquito repellent patch and 13.64% granule larvacide. ABSTRAKCovid-19 sangat mudah menular diantara masyarakat, terutama ditempat-tempat keramaian terutama daerah wisata. Banyak masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi anjuran kesehatan terhadap protokol kesehatan disebabkan pengetahuan yang rendah tentang covid-19. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang pencegahan covid-19 di Desa Lemukutan. Metode palaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah penyuluhan tentang covid-19 dan skrining covid-19 kepada masyarakat Desa Lemukutan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan data sebelum edukasi diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan dan kemampuan masayarakat dalam melakukan skrining covid-19 pada kategori kurang 43,3%, kategori cukup 33,3%, dan kategori baik 23,4%. Sedangkan setalah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan masayarakat dalam melakukan skrining covid-19 pada kategori cukup 30% dan kategori baik 70%. Peningkatan pengatahuan masyarakat tentang covid-19 dan kemampuan dalam melakukan skrining covid-19 menjadi salah satu upaya pencegahan covid-19. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Skrining, Covid-19  ABSTRACTCovid-19 is very easy to spread among people, especially in crowded places, especially tourist areas. Many people do not comply with health recommendations regarding health protocols due to low knowledge about COVID-19. The purpose of community service is to increase community knowledge and skills about preventing COVID-19 in Lemukutan Village. The method of implementing community service is counseling about covid-19 and COVID-19 screening training to the people of Lemukutan Village. The results of community service obtained data before education obtained the level of knowledge and ability of the community in screening for COVID-19 in the less category 43.3%, the sufficient category 33.3%, and the good category 23.4%. Meanwhile, after being given education, there was an increase in the knowledge and ability of the community in screening for COVID-19 in the 30% sufficient category and 70% good category. Increasing public knowledge about COVID-19 and the ability to screen for COVID-19 is one of the efforts to prevent COVID-19. Keywords: Education, Screening, Covid-19.

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food that has many advantages as food and the process of making it is quite simple. However, the community knowledge about tempeh and the skills to produce healthy tempeh are still low. This community service aimed to increase the knowledge about tempeh and to improve the skills of its manufacturers in making healthy and good quality tempeh. The activities were carried out for mothers living in Villa Dago Tol complex, Ciputat, South Tangerang 15414, by using the methods of counseling, demonstration, and mentoring. Monitoring was conducted to measure the success rate of participants in producing healthy tempeh. The level of community knowledge about tempeh was evaluated through survey method. The results of counseling, demonstration, and mentoring succeeded in improving the participant skills as seen from the participants' success in following the healthy tempeh-making procedure. The results were also reinforced by the results of monitoring where all participants managed to create healthy tempeh. Survey results showed participants’ increasing knowledge of healthy tempeh and motivation in producing healthy tempeh. Assessment of participants showed good results, especially in improving knowledge (73% stated strongly agree and the rest agree). The ability of the facilitators in delivering the material was also considered good by the participants (92% stated strongly agree and the rest agree). As a follow-up, the participants suggested that the training be extended to the other communities and the training also include a variety of topics such as the manufacturing of tofu, healthy food processing, sewing, and many others.

COVID-19 has been declared by WHO as a global pandemic. COVID-19 affects various lines of human life, especially the health aspect. East Java has ranked second in the COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. One of the efforts made to reduce the spread of COVID-19 is through clean and healthy activities and behaviors stay at home causes people to be limited in their activities except for very important purposes, especially activities for pregnant women. Pregnant women must and should carry out regular antenatal care checks. COVID-19 causes anxiety problems and worries for pregnant women to leave the house, including having pregnancy checks. But the mother is also worried about the condition and development of the fetus. This will increase the risk of maternal and infant mortality and the SDGs target in the third objective will not be met. This community service aims to provide knowledge related to antenatal care to high-risk using Poedji Rochyati Score Card (score 6-10) and very high-risk pregnant women (score 12) during the COVID-19 period. The method used in the implementation of this community service is material from resource persons, implementation of health education, and evaluation. The pregnant women were very enthusiastic about participating in this event, it was seen from the questions given to the team and vice versa. The results of the questionnaire show that there are differences in the level of knowledge of pregnant women for pre-test and post-test.

Desa Betokan merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar, mengingat desa Betokan adalah desa penghasil buah jambu dan belimbing terbesar di Kabupaten Demak. Buah jambu dan belimbing sendiri merupakan buah khas kota Demak. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar pelaku usaha penjual jambu dan belimbing yang ada di Desa Betokan tersebut masih terkendala dalam hal manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan pengembangan produk. Sehingga kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan guna meningkatkan Ekonomi kreatif� berbasis Digital masyarakat di Desa Betokan dari usaha yang telah dimiliki sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan warga desa Betokan. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini antara lain penyampaian materi penyuluhan, tanya jawab dan diskusi, dilanjutkan dengan praktik. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masysrakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat antusias dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan yang dilakukan, terlebih pada saat penyampaian materi dan praktik pembuatan akun media sosial dan juga akun E-commerce seperti akun facebook, instagram, dan juga shopee. Terlebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 seperti sekarang ini, masyarakat selaku konsumen banyak yang beralih dari pembelian secara langsung (offline) ke pembelian online. Dari adanya akun media sosial dan e-commerce ini juga pelaku usaha dapat lebih mengembangkan pasar yang ada.Betokan is one of the villages that has great potential, considering that Betokan is the largest producer of guava and star fruit in Demak Regency. Guava and star fruit are the typical fruits of Demak city. Even so, most of the guava and starfruit selling business actors in Betokan are still constrained in terms of business management, especially in terms of marketing and product development. So that community service activities were carried out to improve the community-based digital creative economy in Betokan, Demak from the business that has been owned so that it can increase the income and welfare of Betokan villagers. Methods used in this community service included the delivery of extension materials, questions and answers and discussions, followed by practice. From the implementation of community service, it can be concluded that the public is enthusiastic about the implementation of the counseling carried out, especially when delivering material and practices for creating social media accounts and also e-commerce accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, and shopee accounts. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like now, many people as consumers have switched from direct (offline) purchases to online purchases. From the existence of social media and e-commerce accounts, business actors can further develop existing markets.

Background: The balanced  nutrition  paradigm is currently unknown  to  the  general public, especially school-age children. The old paradigm of four healthy five perfects is still taught in schools. Whereas in the new paradigm of balanced nutrition, in addition to the principle of nutrition that must be consumed in a balanced manner, there is another message that must be conveyed, namely physical activity at least 30 minutes every day, regular exercise, drinking 8 glasses of water a day, washing hands before and after eating and always monitor your weight. Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve balanced nutrition knowledge in elementary school age children. Method: The method of community service is through lectures and games for ice breaking so that the atmosphere becomes more fun. Results: Most of the students of SDN Kalisari 1 Surabaya were female (54%), 10 years old (62%), and parents had jobs in the “other” category namely construction workers, janitors and farm workers (38%). As many as 83% of students have breakfast habits and 88% of students often access the internet. The level of student’s knowledge of balanced nutrition is included in the sufficient category (59%). There is a difference in the level of knowledge before and after counseling about the concept of balanced nutrition (α = 0.04). Conclusion: Efforts to increase knowledge of balanced nutrition with counseling and game methods are considered effective because there is a significant increase in the level of knowledge of SDN Kalisari 1 Surabaya students.

Nowadays, solid and transparent soap is often used as a display of wedding souvenirs, air freshener, and handicrafts. With the presence of a solid and transparent soap in very unique display and interesting this can make the soap is sold at a relatively more expensive price in the market. Regarding with the development of solid soap products that can produce several good benefits, this activity needs to be trained, developed and empowered to the parties who have the potential to produce these products. One of the parties that has the potential to be trained is the housewives in the PKK group (Family Welfare Empowerment) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This community service activity is done by using lecture and simulation/demonstration method through innovative product development of souvenir soap by using palm cooking oil. The results of the training show the enthusiasm and willingness of the participants to be able to perform individually in the manufacture of solid soap souvenir products and they can produce in large quantities. With this training, the housewives can practice themselves at home and be motivated to open business opportunities through these product so it can be feasible for sale in the market

Pohon gaharu banyak terdapat di sekitar areal pertanian desa Duman dan sebagin besar tidak dimanfaatkan dengan optimal. Padahal bahan tersebut merupakan bahan baku minuman teh herbal yang berkualitas. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan istri petani untuk mengolah daun gaharu menjadi minuman teh herbal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan keterampilan baru bagi istri petani desa Duman sehinnga mampu membantu perekonomian keluarga. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 orang istri anggota kelompok tani Duman. Pengabdian ini dibagi menjadi dua tahap: tahap teori dan tahap praktek. Partisipan diberikan materi terkait bagaimana mengolah daun gaharu menjadi teh herbal pada tahap teori. Praktek langsung dilakukan oleh parisipan berdasarkan teori yang sudah mereka peroleh. Partisipan telah memahami bahwa urutan sistematis pengolahan daun gaharu menjadi teh herbal meliputi: 1) Pemilihan daun, 2) Pengeringan Daun, 3) Pencacahan daun, 4) Oksidasi daun, 5) Penyeduhan daun. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman partisipan rata – rata sebesar 70% mengenai metode pengolahan daun  gaharu menjadi teh gaharu secara sitematis. Partisipan memiliki peluang yang bagus untuk mengembangkan produk teh tersebut menjadi industri rumah tangga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Istri anggota kelompok tani desa Duman telah memahami cara pengolahan daun gaharu menjadi minuman teh yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: Pengolahan daun, Teh gaharu, Istri petani ABSTRACT Agarwood trees on rice field of Duman Village were not been utilized optimally. On the other hand, this material was a good source of herbal tea. The purpose of this community service is to give training to farmer’s wife of Duman Village about how to process agarwood leaves into herbal tea. This community service should give new skill to farmer’s wife of Duman village so they could give additional income for their family. Twenty participants of this community service consist of farmer’s wife of Duman Village. This community service including two main steps: Theoritical stage and Practical stage. Participant were given theory of processing agarwood leaves into herbal tea in theoretical stage. Participants applied theory that they already got in practical stage. Participant were fully understood about agarwood processing into herbal tea with systematic method. That method including 5 steps: 1) Selecting leaves, 2) Drying leaves, 3) Chopping leaves, 4) Oxidizing leaves, 5) Brewing leaves. There is 70% average improvement on participants knowledge about processing agarwood leaves into herbal tea based on pre-test and post-test. This herbal tea product has good prospect to be developed into home industry product by participants. It could be concluded farmer’s wife of Duman Village were fully understood about agarwood leaves processing method to produce good quality of herbal tea.
