Interest in creativity as a subject of research has been growing exponentially since the second half of the 20th century in all areas of human history. A wide range of both domestic and foreign studies allows authors to assert that creativity is a personality trait, inherent to one degree or another. Whereas the development of such trait becomes an urgent necessity in the new reality. The entire evolutionary process of the social development illustrates its dependence on personal and collective creativity. The aim of this research is to study the phenomenon of creativity through the perspective of axiology, i.e. the science of values. Axiology allows us to consider the realities of the modern world from the perspective of not only external factors, circumstances and situations, but also of deep value foundations. Creativity has been studied quite deeply from the point of view of psychology: the special characteristics of a creative person, stages of the creative process, the relationship between creative and critical thinking, creativity and intelligence. Some psychologists emphasize motivation, creative skills, interdisciplinary knowledge, and the creative environment as the main components that contribute to the development of creativity. The authors of the article argue that values and value orientations towards cognition, creativity, self-realization and self-expression are the drivers of creativity. In a broad sense, values as a matrix of culture determine the attitude of society to creativity, to the development of creativity of the individual and the creative class, and to how economically successful a given society will be. Since innovation and entrepreneurship are embodied creativity. Thus, the study of creativity from the perspective of axiology combines the need for a deep study of this phenomenon and the subjective significance of creativity in the context of new realities

The Water Framework Directive (WFD) requires from member states to monitor hydromorphological features of rivers in order to assess their ecological quality. Thus, numerous hydromorphological assessment methods have been developed with most of them focusing on the dynamics of hydrology, geomorphology and riparian zone extent. Within the scope of this study, we assessed the hydromorphological features of 106 river reaches distributed among thirteen WFD River Basin Districts (RBDs) to identify the main drivers of hydromorphological perturbation at a national scale. The studied reaches reflect a wide range of natural variability as they include various types of watercourses extending from lowlands to mid-altitude and mountainous systems. We employed the River Habitat Survey (RHS), and we recorded hydromorphological features and modifications in both banks and the channel bed along 500 m for each reach. Then, the Habitat Modification Score (HMS) and the individual sub-scores that indicate the extent of specific modifications (e.g., bridges, fords, weirs, bank reprofiling, bank reinforcement, etc.) were calculated in order to a) assess the severity of the total artificial modification and b) to highlight the most common and severe causes of overall alteration. The results showed that alterations such as reprofiling and reinforcement of banks contributed the most to the total HMS followed by the presence of fords and bridges. Particularly, the bank alterations indicate a serious deterioration of the longitudinal profile of the reaches, while the occurrence of many fords and bridges is the main cause for perturbations that affect locally the stream cross-sectional profile. Overall, these results compile a first nationwide assessment of the hydromorphological status of Greek rivers in line with the WFD and set the basis for further research that will focus on the diversity of stream habitat features as a measure for the overall ecological quality.

The article is devoted to the problem of assessing the individual educational results of students in the process of additional education. This assessment in the concept of the authors is considered as the most important condition for the independent progress of the student along the individual educational trajectory. In this case, the student is the subject of its design. A model for assessing the individual educational results of students in the format of an educational event is proposed. The basic principle is formulated, which consists in fixing activity manifestations in a given situation, which testify to the student's ability to independently solve a creative task. These manifestations include: adequate understanding of the meaning of the problem being solved, competent determination of means and methods for solving it, competent access to various resources, and implementation of productive communications, ability to present and defend the solutions obtained. It is shown that the main components of such an educational event should be: joint solution of original creative tasks by students, expert-analytical support of this activity and free creative communication of different participants. A methodological scheme for the preparation and conduct of such an educational event is described. Its structural elements are: a preliminary analysis of data monitoring the development of students' creative activities; development and testing of a package of creative tasks; preparing a team of experts and equipping it with the necessary tools; development of the Festival program using a variety of creative communication formats of the participants; organization of information and analytical support of the Festival. Recommendations on the preparation of local working spaces for various types of activities of the Festival participants are given.

The effectiveness of currently implemented wide range of strategic measures aimed at reducing the corruption and criminogenic potential in many spheres of life directly depends on their effectiveness in some key areas. The institute of anti-corruption expertise (ACE) of legislation, which now incorporates a considerable theoretical and methodological basis, requires further improvement and elimination of identified drawbacks. An almost decade of its history has been characterized by a steadily growing number of expert evaluations and the corresponding increase in the number of identified corruption-generating factors and the number of changes and amendments to normative acts. However, this dynamics is subject to controversial evaluations by analysts who talk about a routine formalistic approach and stereotyped, one-size-fits-all actions of experts and other parties involved in the multilateral mechanism of ACE. The analysis of information on the websites of professional bodies implementing ACE from the standpoint of quantitative indicators shows that this institute is effective. At the same time, the true criteria of effectiveness, connected with the improvements in the quality of the lawmaking process as a desirable result of implementing ACE, cannot be reduced to the evaluation of quantitative indicators alone. The monitoring of the effectiveness of measures implemented today within the ACE framework duly stresses the qualitative criteria of such effectiveness. Using them in the expert evaluation of municipal normative legal acts (NLA) and draft acts makes it possible to update the task of improving the quality of the lawmaking process at all levels of public administration. Municipal NLAs hold an important place both in the volume of the decisions made and the scope of public relations that they regulate, which sets the task of evaluating the quality of such acts to a new level. The analysis of the regional expert evaluation of municipal NLAs (using the example of Irkutsk Region) made it possible to compare the existing practices in this sphere and to identify typical circumstances that reduce the anti-criminogenic potential of ACE. The expertise aimed at identifying the corruption-generating factors in the law enforcement acts - in the personified decisions of the municipal bodies - is not common practice. At the same time, such NLAs at the individual level act as serious regulators of the legal sphere of peoples lives because they are connected with decisions on the provision of state support, the allocation of quotas, the distribution of expenses, etc.

The article is devoted to the problem of punctuation transmission in poetic translation. Punctuation helps to understand the written form of the text. The structure, meaning, and intonation of the utterance dictate the setting of the necessary punctuation mark. In poetic works, punctuation also serves the purpose of highlighting or emphasizing the most significant elements. The search for adequate means of conveying intonation and highlighting semantic segments leads to a combination of various additional ways of formatting the text. The individual style of a writer or poet in a literary text is conveyed through stylistically significant marks of the author's punctuation. The translator must decide whether to keep the author's punctuation, omit it, or include the punctuation marks of the receiving language in the translation. Poetic translation often leads to a significant rearrangement of the text, in which the punctuation component refers to other speech segments than in the original text, what was shown by the example of translations of I. Bunin's poetic works.

Confirmation of the idea of the great importance of camaraderie for the development, self-development and self-realization of the individual can be found in various trends, theories and concepts of domestic and foreign psychological science. The sample consisted of 105 people - students of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University and students of the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture. To diagnose the level of personality self-development S. B. Kuzikova's method "Dispositional characteristics of personality self-development" was used and O. P Sannikova's testquestionnaire "Formal-dynamic indicators of sociability" was used to study the peculiarities of the manifestation of sociability. Correlation analysis based on the primary results of each sample separately indicates the presence of a wide range of statistically significant relationships between most indicators of sociability and self-development. The next step, using the method of "aces" from the general sample of individuals were selected representatives with high and low levels of overall self-development. The analysis of the received profiles of sociability of persons with a high and low level of self-development testifies to differences on indicators of stability of communication, need for communication, expressiveness in communication. However, individuals in both groups are characterized by ease in unfamiliar situations, initiative in establishing contacts, making acquaintances, which often turn into friendly relations, the ability to engage in conversation with people on their own initiative and lead it in accordance with their own goals.

The article reveals the basic approaches of educational figures, government officials, scientists to determine the essence of the family as a social institution of personality education in the 20`s and 30`s of the 20 th century in Ukraine. The research showed that Ukrainian creators of the system of social education I. Grin'ko, J. Ryappo, M. Skrypnyk, O. Popov and others in their theoretical work revealed social education from different approaches and definitions of system-forming lines: defined social education as a system of education in general; as a upbringing based on social forms of life; recognized that: in the process of social upbringing the child is socialized, social skills are formed; the success of social education depends to a large extent on a wide range of forms and methods of work in a specially organized socio-pedagogical environment; an important place in the socialization of the child belongs to the educational capabilities of the children's team. All these approaches were considered as the conceptual (theoretical) foundations of educational work in children's educational institutions of different types in the context of the policy of creating their own national educational system. The scientific search has confirmed that the legal and regulatory framework of the Ukrainian social welfare was developed and adopted, in particular, the "Declaration on the social upbringing of children" (1920) determined not only the peculiarities of the educational system in the 20's of the 20th century in Ukraine, but also the development of the theoretical foundations of pedagogy, which were aimed at solving socio-pedagogical problems in the country during the investigated period and are also relevant today. The research has shown that modern social problems (child homelessness, unemployment, crime) can be eliminated not only by socio-economic means but also by pedagogical ones as evidenced by the implementation of the concept of social upbringing in Ukraine in the 20-30's of the 20th century. Although this system as a whole was used mainly in the context of political and ideological influence on the younger generation, which led to its destruction. Key words: family, social education, educationa land educative system, theoretical foundations, conceptual foundations, socialization, social-pedagogical work.
