The article reveals the basic approaches of educational figures, government officials, scientists to determine the essence of the family as a social institution of personality education in the 20`s and 30`s of the 20 th century in Ukraine. The research showed that Ukrainian creators of the system of social education I. Grin'ko, J. Ryappo, M. Skrypnyk, O. Popov and others in their theoretical work revealed social education from different approaches and definitions of system-forming lines: defined social education as a system of education in general; as a upbringing based on social forms of life; recognized that: in the process of social upbringing the child is socialized, social skills are formed; the success of social education depends to a large extent on a wide range of forms and methods of work in a specially organized socio-pedagogical environment; an important place in the socialization of the child belongs to the educational capabilities of the children's team. All these approaches were considered as the conceptual (theoretical) foundations of educational work in children's educational institutions of different types in the context of the policy of creating their own national educational system. The scientific search has confirmed that the legal and regulatory framework of the Ukrainian social welfare was developed and adopted, in particular, the "Declaration on the social upbringing of children" (1920) determined not only the peculiarities of the educational system in the 20's of the 20th century in Ukraine, but also the development of the theoretical foundations of pedagogy, which were aimed at solving socio-pedagogical problems in the country during the investigated period and are also relevant today. The research has shown that modern social problems (child homelessness, unemployment, crime) can be eliminated not only by socio-economic means but also by pedagogical ones as evidenced by the implementation of the concept of social upbringing in Ukraine in the 20-30's of the 20th century. Although this system as a whole was used mainly in the context of political and ideological influence on the younger generation, which led to its destruction. Key words: family, social education, educationa land educative system, theoretical foundations, conceptual foundations, socialization, social-pedagogical work.

The problem of combating crime in modern Russia is one of the priority areas of the country's state policy, a condition for ensuring its national security. Penitentiary crime is an integral part of overall crime and depends on it for many indicators. It is common knowledge that in places of deprivation of liberty crimes are committed. These facts reveal serious shortcomings in the functioning of the penal system, especially when crimes are committed in penal settlements, where the population is represented by those convicted of crimes by negligence or those transferred there from correctional institutions with different regime due to their conscious conduct. In crime prevention the organization of the use of basic means of prisoners’ correction, one of which is educational work, takes an important place. In the process of the analysis of the regulatory framework governing educational work, we came to the conclusion that many features of the activities of penal settlements were not reflected at the legislative level. We believe that the legal nature of penal settlement gives the administration of the institution a wide range of opportunities in organizing educational impact. Taking into account the observations of practitioners obtained during the interview process, we proposed a number of changes to the normative base that regulate educational work. Their introduction into legislation, in our opinion, will contribute the improvement of the organization of educational work with prisonerss, which in turn will reduce the level of crime in penal settlements.

There is a need to study the role of the family in this process, to search, develop and test research methods that allow us to reveal the phenomenon of socialization from the side of its value characteristics. The purpose and methodology of the study: to identify the possibilities of a systematic and anthropological methodology for studying the role of the family in the process of socialization of adolescents in modern conditions, testing research methods: photo research on the topic “Ego – I” (author of the German sociologist H. Abels), profile update reflexive processes (by S. A. Raschetina). Materials and results of the study. The study showed that for all the problems that exist in the family of the perestroika era and in the modern family, it acts for a teenager as a value and the first (main) support in the processes of socialization. The positions well known in psychology about the importance of interpersonal relations in adolescence for the formation of attitudes towards oneself as the basis of socialization are confirmed. Today, the frontiers of making friends have expanded enormously on the basis of Internet communication. The types of activities of interest to a teenager (traditional and new ones related to digitalization) are the third pillar of socialization. Conclusion. The existing legislation determines the education as "an integral and focused process of teaching and upbringing, which represents a socially important value and shall be implemented so as to meet the interests of the individual, the family, the society and the state". However, even in this part, the meaning of the notion ‘socially significant benefit is not specified and allows for a wide range of interpretation [2]. Yet the more inconcrete is the answer to the question – "who and how should determine the interests of the individual, the family and even the state?" The national doctrine of education in the Russian Federation, which determined the goals of teaching and upbringing, the ways to attain them by means of the state policy regulating the field of education, the target achievements of the development of the educational system for the period up to 2025, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 4, 2000 #751, was abrogated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2014 #245 [7]. The new doctrine has not been developed so far. The RAE Academician A.B. Khutorsky believes that the absence of the national doctrine of education presents a threat to national security and a violation of the right of citizens to quality education. Accordingly, the teacher has to solve the problem of achieving the harmony of interests of the individual, the family, the society and the government on their own, which, however, judging by the officially published results, is the task that exceeds the abilities of the participants of the educational process.  The particular concern about the results of the patriotic upbringing served as a basis for the legislative initiative of the RF President V. V. Putin, who introduced the project of an amendment to the Law of RF "About Education of the Russian Federation" to the State Duma in 2020, regarding the quality of patriotic upbringing [3]. Patriotism, considered by the President of RF V. V. Putin as the only possible idea to unite the nation is "THE FEELING OF LOVE OF THE MOTHERLAND" and the readiness for every sacrifice and heroic deed for the sake of the interests of your Motherland. However, the practicing educators experience shortfalls in efficient methodologies of patriotic upbringing, which should let them bring up citizens, loving their Motherland more than themselves. The article is dedicated to solution to this problem based on the Value-sense paradigm of upbringing educational dynasty of the Kurbatovs [15].

Prof. D. Katsarov was a prominent scholar who worked in the field of Psychology and Pedagogy in Bulgaria during the 20th century. In his rich pedagogical heritage, he defined three basic pedagogical principles - love, freedom and experience.D. Katsarov's humanism is expressed in his deep faith in man, in his conviction that every human being possesses good talents and that every child deserves trust. His humanism manifests itself in his love of both the child and the adult, in his deep faith in their powers and capabilities. He declared this love to be the first basic pedagogical principle, without which upbringing, training or education cannot exist to the full extent of their meaning. The pedagogical principle of love is not perceived as a temporary emotional state but as an active attitude both in the child and the teacher. Love is expressed through concern, attention to the needs and interests of the child, and through active attitude to what is necessary to satisfy these needs and interests. The importance of this basic, according to Prof. D. Katsarov, principle can be seen in its three dimensions: the attitude of the child, of the teacher and of the education system.D. Katsarov formulated several kinds of freedom. Physical freedom, according to him, is expressed in freedom of deeds and actions. Any limitation of the freedom of the child inevitably leads to obstructing of their proper physical development "because this freedom enables the child to come into the widest range of contacts with the things that surround them, which is the only opportunity to get to know them comprehensively".According to Prof. D. Katsarov, it is the American philosopher, pedagogist and psychologist John Dewey that provides the most profound analysis of experience as a pedagogical principle, in its broad sense, as the basis of education. The true educational experience, according to the author, is a social process of sharing. Educational work is a source of social control only when it is a common work involving all individuals and those individuals feel somewhat responsible.

AbstractAurora kinase A (AURKA) belongs to the family of serine/threonine kinases, whose activation is necessary for cell division processes via regulation of mitosis. AURKA shows significantly higher expression in cancer tissues than in normal control tissues for multiple tumor types according to the TCGA database. Activation of AURKA has been demonstrated to play an important role in a wide range of cancers, and numerous AURKA substrates have been identified. AURKA-mediated phosphorylation can regulate the functions of AURKA substrates, some of which are mitosis regulators, tumor suppressors or oncogenes. In addition, enrichment of AURKA-interacting proteins with KEGG pathway and GO analysis have demonstrated that these proteins are involved in classic oncogenic pathways. All of this evidence favors the idea of AURKA as a target for cancer therapy, and some small molecules targeting AURKA have been discovered. These AURKA inhibitors (AKIs) have been tested in preclinical studies, and some of them have been subjected to clinical trials as monotherapies or in combination with classic chemotherapy or other targeted therapies.
