TRANSFORMASI KEARIFAN LOKAL JAWA DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SEKOLAH DASAR

AbstrakTujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana transformasi nilai-nilai lokal Jawa dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi literatur. Sumber yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada Berg (2009) yaitu 1) artikel ilmiah, disertasi, dan buku, 2) artikel dan essay ilmiah, 3) Ensiklopedi, kamus. 4) artikel jurnal, 5) majalah nasional dan internasional. Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pentingnya kearifan lokal sebagai salah muatan dalam proses pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah, terdapat transformasi kearifan lokal Jawa dalam peneguhan pendidikan karakter yaitu tepa dlira (toleransi), rukun (cinta damai), rumangsa melu handarbeni, rumangsa wajib hangrungkebi (peduli sosial), memayu hayuning bawana (peduli lingkungan), Aja dumeh (menghargai prestasi, jujur, rendah hati) .Abstract The purpose of this study was to describe how the transformation of local Javanese values in character education in elementary schools. This research was a literature study. The sources used in this study refered to Berg (2009), namely 1) scientific articles, dissertations, and books, 2) scientific articles and essays, 3) encyclopedias, dictionaries. 4) Journal article, 5) national and international magazines. This research was in the background of the importance of local wisdom as one of the contents in the Education process. The results of the study were, there was a transformation of Javanese local wisdom in affirming character education namely Tepa Slira (tolerance), Rukun (cinta damai), rumangsa melu handarbeni, rumangsa obligatory hangrungkebi (social care), memayu hayuning bawana (environmental care), Aja dumeh (appreciating achievement, honest, humble)

The impact of globalization that is currently happening has made Indonesians forget their character. There are many problems that arise in Indonesian society, including the case of the lack of character possessed by students. This research analyzes the influence of religious character education, social care, environmental care on discipline of LP3I Jakarta Polytechnic Office Administration students. In the t test, the religious character variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. While the Social Care Character variable partially does not have a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. However, the variable Character Caring for the Environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the discipline variable. In the F test simultaneously or together the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable, that the model is able to explain 41.22% of the dependent variable, while 58.78% is influenced by other factors outside the regression model. For the character of caring for the environment, discipline is good and must be improved. Meanwhile, religious character does not affect discipline, this needs to be increased again in the spirit of learning motivation for religious subjects, it is also necessary to make an appropriate curriculum for religious subjects in order to produce disciplined students. For the character of social care, it is necessary to improve soft skills, especially in terms of sharing, so that students have an increased sense of empathy. This also requires an integrated curriculum between subjects, so that graduates Office Administration program of the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta, can be ready to work with adequate hard skills and soft skills.Keywords: Character Education, Religious, Social Care, Environmental Care, Discipline

Abstrak:Sikap peduli lingkungan merupakan suatu sikap dan tindakan yang selalu berupaya mencegah kerusakan pada lingkungan di sekitar dan mengembangkan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki kerusakan yang terjadi. Melalui sikap peduli lingkungan siswa sekolah dasar tidak sekedar mengetahui pentingnya menjaga lingkungan tetapi juga menguatkan rasa keingintahuan bagaimana cara menjaga lingkungan. Karenanya perlu sebuah model pembelajaran guna mewujudkan terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Adapun tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep model pembelajaran discovery learning guna membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode studi literatur. Melalui model pembelajaran discovery learning membuat siswa mampu menggunakan kemampuan intelektualnya guna memecahkan cara menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya.Kata Kunci: Discovery Learning; Model Pembelajaran; Sikap Peduli Lingkungan. Abstract:Environmental care is an attitude and action that always seeks to prevent damage to the surrounding environment and develop efforts to repair the damage. Through a caring attitude for the environment, elementary school students do not only know the importance of protecting the environment but also strengthen their curiosity about how to protect the environment. Therefore we need a learning model in order to realize the formation of environmental care attitudes in elementary school students, namely using discovery learning learning model. The purpose of this paper is to describe the concept of discovery learning learning model in order to form a caring attitude towards students in elementary schools. This paper uses a literature study method. Through the discovery learning model, students are able to use their intellectual abilities to solve ways of protecting their surroundings..Keywords: Discovery Learning; Learning Model; Environmental Care Attitude.

Character education as an effort designed to systematically and continuously to form the personality of students based on noble norms which are upheld highly by society. Cultural factors and social environment including religious values, norms, socio-cultural changes, and the goals or expectations to be achieved which reflected in the social interaction relationship is potentially have an effect and contribution to the character development of students. Therefore, the family-based and the local Islamic wisdom character education should become the main focus from the beginning or from the early childhood. Character values that can be developed include obedient attitudes and behaviors in implementing the values of religion, honesty, discipline, environmental care, social care, and values oriented to the development of noble character. Teachers and education personnels play an important role in stimulating the development of the character and personality of early childhood.

The background of this research is the importance of character education in human life being able to shape one's personality, identity and character so as to have a balanced ability between thoughts and feelings, emotionality and intellect. realize the application of character education there are many ways that are done through education, literary works, etc. but in this case, the researcher was inspired to analyze the values of karaker education contained in a literary work in the form of a novel that is the Dreamer novel by Andrea Hirata and found the relevance of the character education values contained in the Dreamer novel withthe values of character education for the educational process in Cluster 4 Langke Rembong DistrictThis study aims to analyze the values of character education contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi and find the relevance of the values of character education contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi with the values of character education for the educational process in Cluster 4 DistrictLangke Rembong.This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and content analysis methods through data collection techniques in the form of text analysis, document studies and interviews.The results of the study found twelve character education values contained in the novel The Dreamer of eighteen character education while six other character values were not found by the writer in the novel Dreamer. the twelve values of character education contained in the novel The Dreamer that is in relation to God, including religious values, in relation to oneself including the values of discipline, the value of hard work, creative values, independent values, the value of curiosity, the value of responsibilityanswer, the value of respecting achievement and in relation to others includes the value of tolerance, the value of friendship / communicative, and the value of social care. in addition to analyzing the values contained in the novel The Dreamer the researcher also conducted research in the form of interviews in Cluster 4 Langke Rembong District. The sources of interview data are the principal, grade 5 teachers and grade V. studentsbased on the analysis of the values of character education contained in the novel Sang Pemimpi, with the values of character education applied in Cluster 4, Langke Rembong District. shows relevance.

This study aimed to describe the character values in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik Srambang Park motif in art learning based on cultural diversity in elementary schools. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach. The subjects of this study were three Ngawi Batik craftsmen. The data collection technique was done by observing, interviewing and documenting. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique with 4 stages including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of the research showed that there are values of religious character, hard work, peace-loving, friendly (communicative), environmental care, social care, responsibility, respect for achievement, love for the country, and independence in the symbolism of Ngawi Batik for Srambang Park motif. The use of Batik Srambang Park motif for learning in elementary schools had two relevance. First, character education values were reflected in Batik Srambang Park. Second, Srambang Park Batik was a two-dimensional regional art work. Thus, the learning is not only teaching about the concept of understanding the material but also teaching character values.

This research was conducted to find out, explore, study, and describe the implementation of disciplinary character education in elementary schools and expected to help find the right policies to support the successful implementation of character education. The type of data used is secondary data. This research uses the literature study method. The data obtained were collected, analyzed, and concluded obtain conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results, literature studies from several research results and journal articles indicate that implementation school policies by establishing good cooperation between all school residents and school committees can increase the success of the implementation of character education in elementary schools.

Honest behavior is the key to better education. In this case, education seems to turn a deaf ear to various problems related to honest problems. For that we need a solution to minimize it. A strategic solution to overcome these problems is to carry out civic education learning in elementary schools. The purpose of this research is to apply honest living behavior through civic education learning in elementary schools. In this case, civics education learning in elementary schools is important to be held because it will form a character attitude for students. Meanwhile, this study uses a qualitative method by conducting a literature study on the opinions of the figures and reviewing journals related to the material. The conclusion of this study is that civic education in elementary schools makes students good citizens because the content of the learning materials taught contains the value of character education, one of which is honest behavior.

This study aims to (1) describe the description of the legend of Buka Luwur the origins of Dukuh Pantaran, and (2) describe the potential of the legend of Buka Luwur the origins of Dukuh Pantaran as a medium for character education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data in this study are words, phrases, clauses, and sentences that contain the value of character education in the legend of Buka Luwur the Origin of Dukuh Pantaran. Data sources consist of primary and secondary. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, recording, recording, and document analysis techniques. The data validation used source triangulation. Data analysis techniques with interactive models. The results of this research are (1) the legend of Buka Luwur The origin of the Pantaran Hamlet is a type of folklore legend because it tells the origin of the name Dukuh Pantaran; and (2) the legend of Buka Luwur the origins of Dukuh Pantaran contain fourteen values of character education, namely: religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love, peaceful, environmental care, social care, and responsibility. With these fourteen values, the legend of Buka Luwur the origins of Dukuh Pantaran has the potential as a character education medium that needs to be instilled in students.

The purpose of this study is to describe the character values in the novel Anak-Langit by Mohd Amin MS and to foster and apply character to students of MI, because it is seen from the phenomena that occur in Indonesia today such as the occurrence of bad habits , fighting, cheating, dishonesty, and disrespect for parents. This study uses a qualitative approach, with content analysis methods. The type of research used is literature study. The technique of collecting data is documentation study, which means that the data used can be done by examining children's novels from heaven and looking for relevant documents or books and literature. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there are 18 characters in the novel Anak-Langit, namely religious, honest, responsibility, discipline, hard-working, creative, independent, curiosity, fond of reading, respect for achievement, democratic, social care, friendly. communicative, tolerant, spirit of nationality, love the country, love peace, and care for the environment. As for implementing these 18 characters, it is in activities or programs provided in the school environment such as extracurricular, intraculricular and other routine activities that can be used as a habit for MI. Keyword: Value of Character Education, Novel Anak-anak Langit, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai karakter yang ada dalam novel Anak-anak Langit Karya Mohd Amin MS serta untuk membina dan menerapkan karakter kepada siswa MI, karena dilihat dari fenomena yang terjadi di Indonesia saat ini seperti terjadinya kebiasaan-kebiasaan buruk, perkelahian, menyontek, tidak jujur, dna tidak menghormati orangtua. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode analisis isi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumentasi yang artinya data-data yang digunakan dapat dilakukan dengan menelaah novel anak-anak langit dan mencari dokumen atau buku yang relevan dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada 18 karakter yang ada didalam novel Anak-anak Langit yaitu religius, jujur, tanggung jawab, disiplin, bekerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, rasa ingin tahu, gemar membaca, menghargai prestasi, demokratis, peduli sosial, bersahabat/komunikatif, toleransi, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, cinta damai, dan peduli lingkungan. Adapun dalam menerapkan ke-18 karakter ini adalah dalam kegiatan-kegiatan atau program-program yang disediakan di lingkungan sekolah seperti ekstrakulikuler, intrakulikuler serta kegiatan-kegiatan rutin lainnya yang dapat dijadikan kebiasaan untuk siswa MI. This research aims to study the phenomenon of character education through the Materuna Nyoman Ceremony in Tenganan Pegringsingan Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and found results, such as (1) the Materuna Nyoman ceremony is a ceremony that must be followed by every youth in Tenganan Pegringsingan Village as a requirement of being recognized as an adult; (2) through the Materuna Nyoman Ceremony, religious characters, patience, care for the environment, social care, responsibility, independence, and self-sacrifice can be formed; and (3) the participation of teruna in the Materuna Nyoman Ceremony has implications for increasing the teruna’s knowledge of ethics, responsibility, social care, environmental care, and so on. The development of positive knowledge evidently also has implications for the formation of good attitudes, and ultimately leads to the development of good behavior for teruna who have participated in the Materuna Nyoman Ceremony.
